Need some renovations, went to use towels to shower what supposed to be clean, there was black marks and someone's hair inside. Watch the house keepers clean and was a damp cloth wipe here and there. Wasn't to Happy when you view page on website it shows very different. They can do better!

My wife and I overall loved it, the suite and the king size bed was awesome, we had the pool to ourselves and the waffles and breakfast hit the spot. Thank you Super 8, you’re Super Awesome. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hands down we would go again and we paid under $66 for the weekend. Coming from a Miami Boy.

Had a wonderful experience. Customer service was great. They even have a pool with acces for people wit disabilities.

I offered my credit card info by phone to secure a room for my nephew and his family. Upon checkout at 5:17 am, he paid for the room in full with is own credit card. After he left, the hotel then charged my card for an extra day at higher rate. I have the receipt showing his checkout but the hotel manager, Danny Patel lied to my card company and told them I authorized the extra day. I won't be staying at a Super 8 anytime soon!

AVOID At ALL costs. Absolute dump that likes to price gouge in the winter. DIRTY… would NEVER stay again.

Decent room a bit overpriced but all in all it was a nice stay. The breakfast is really good if you like waffles. Would have given it a five star rating if the my neighbors hadn't been party all week.

I reserved in advance. When we arrived we were given a room near the pool, with many screaming kids. That was Friday. The room was fine for sleeping, though there was a bit of trash on the floor and no cups (which we were able to get from the breakfast area downstairs). Saturday night there was a very loud party by the swimming pool that kept us up for hours. I called the desk twice to ask them to do something, but the partying halfwits only quieted down for 5-10 minutes each time. We finally fell asleep; when I woke up at 3:30 AM the party was still going. The party location was clearly set up for weekly parties, and whoever took our reservation had to know that we were going to be subject to way too much noise on Saturday night. What kind of motel does this, or allows really late, noisy parties? Unbelievable. Also, the Wi-Fi did not work in the room — outside, fine, as long as we wanted to stand out on the walkway (we did not want to). The breakfast buffet was pitiful, but there is a convenience store next door where we could get something fairly decent. If you insist on being nowhere near the pool this place might be all right, as long as you don't mind patronizing a motel where the employees clearly could not care less about the comfort of people who stay there. Oh, and the TV only got a few channels, most of them worthless.

So even this heap off the interstate should have the basics right? For 130 a night during price gouge time and still the cheapest around? Ok well they'll be nice atleast right? Wrong. If you stay here your barely squeaking by. The ugly -No remote for tv, don't even bother asking The bad The lone bar of soap and the only other towel which is for the floor almost big as the one for me The good Spitting out the OJ all over the breakfast room and consulting the evacuation map while escaping and doing a burnout in your parking lot while I peel out at 7am. Individually I know it sucks, but I'm sure some nice old couple comes down every year and stays there and loves it which is why I left them a present too.

Typical hotel with dirty rooms and cheap breakfast. It's expensive because of what they offer.

It's a good place to stay but not the best. They have a pool, convenient quick stop next door, but only one elevator which is very slow.

Was okay, front desk was helpful and friendly. However, room was not clean, floor was packed with dirt and grime. Got out of the shower and walked across the room and endes up with the bottom of my feet being black from dirty.

After a long, fun filled day deep sea fishing, I made the mistake of checking into the worst run, least friendly, dirtiest hotel in the United States. The (not) Super 8 on Colonial Blvd in Ft. Myers, Florida. The room the miserable staff checked me into was disgusting, the air conditioner didn't work,, and while trying to check in, I was interrupted several times by "residents". The manager is absolutely unqualified for her job. She is rude, mean, and nasty. Awesome characteristics for someone in hospitality, huh? I would not in a million years, recommend this lousy dive to my worst enemy, let alone a friend.

I have plenty of good things to say about the hotel accommodations and hospitality that were offered by the Super 8 on Colonial Boulevard Fort Myers Florida. I've never given a 5-star rating to anyone, as if I've never been treated so well anywhere like I was at the Super 8 the Fort Myers. I wouldn't recommend to my friends and family to visit Super 8, I would demand that they visit the Super 8 on Colonial Boulevard Fort Myers Florida.

Got a good night's rest at a fair price. Celene at the front desk was extremely helpful and made my stay much better.

Absolutely disgusting! Went in a room and pee was all in the toilet look like it been sitting forever. Went down to desk got a new room which is no better… Stained sheets, smells moldy, found a bandaid! &" on top of that I seen a roach. Absolutely gross I'll give 0 stars if I can.

Infested with German cockroaches. Very dirty. Poor service and to top it off the women at the front deck stolen our deposit and took two weeks to get our money back (mentioning the police would have to get involved) I do not recommend this motel AT ALL with the amount you'd be paying just go to a better place! -0

It's time to remodel the rooms completely. … great staff, to much water on the walk ways, that's draining from the aircondition. … but the rooms are very clean. … amp.

I book this room online and was told that if I make my reservation online I'll get a discount in the room will be $55.20 per day. I booked it for 7 days and ended up paying $498. I was told that there was over $100 worth of fees plus taxes and surcharges. The rooms are very dirty and old. The staff are extremely unprofessional and make up their own policies contradicting what Wyndham or Super 8 follow.

I always enjoy staying at Super 8 when I have to. It's right on the main road, but inside the rooms it's quiet and the traffic outside isn't disruptive. I always come back to a very clean room after having gone out, too. Very nice hotel!

I cannot comprehend the sometimes grisly reviews. The staff were friendly and the rooms neat and clean, here and there minor repairs would be needed, but ok.
Breakfast was enough not to have to go to the restaurant.

Bad. Facility is rundown. TV was broken. Room smelled horrible. Found hairs in the towels. Checked out early and went to Courtyard.

The rooms are not the usual Standard that my non-Smoking room is one had in bed, cigarette burn marks to the Highlights.

I found bed bugs in my bed bitting me around 6 a. M. I went to the front desk after I took a shower I was told that I had to wait until the owner came in around 9a. M. I waited until 9:15 I went back to the front desk after sitting outside infront of my rooms and the lobby and spoke with the front desk staff she apologized and stated when the manager came in they will put me in new rooms and pay for me to wash everything in my room. Well Danny said there was no bed bugs there after I showed him the video of me killing several bed bugs in my bed. He said before he can make any acomindation he had to get a inspector to inspect. He called a guy whom is his friend an they spoke to each other in another language to inspect the room. The guy stated he said a live bed bug but no nest he was on Danny side. Danny made me and my children leave the hotel with nothing. I offered to call truly nolen he said no I need to leave before he call the police. Super 8 if full of bed bugs. The staff apologized several times for him treating us the way he did because he was the manager and their boss its nothing they can do.

One star is a reach! If you want a headache stay at this hotel. The employee are rude and hateful. Even reservation center outside the hotel didn't want to deal with the front desk. When trying to pay via credit card — the could not receive a fax or email. Their system was down (or they didn't know what they were doing), and refused to check in our guest when they arrived. I spend over an hour on the phone and 6 hours trying to send the credit card auth form. (We have used other Super 8 hotels and never had this issue! ) I check our credit card statement three days later and see what we were charged twice the amount we were told. When I called the hotel back, I was told there was no manager I could talk to and they weren't sure when the manager would be in. I called the next day and spoke to a lady who says she handles the credit card charges and she was rude and wanted to argue. She had an I'm right your wrong, contact your bank. We don't care attitude.

It was pretty nice for a super 8. It had a flat screen hd tv, great a/c, and a comfortable bed. Id give it a 5 star but I didnt because the hostess and anyone else I talked to working there only knew so much english so it was hard to talk to them. Other than that breakfast was awesome!

Room is very clean, I have seen no sign of any bugs, great service, but the Wi-Fi definitely needs to be fixed.

I have killed more roaches in one day than I had in my entire life. When you tell them about the problem they offer another room which also has roaches. I can't sleep and I have a twelve hour drive tomorrow. The lady at the desk asked me what did I want her to do about it… give me my money back! I slept in the van instead. Worst stay ever. I urge you to believe the reviews. FULL OF ROACHES! different kinds from what I've seen.

BE AWARE OF ROACHES! My husband and I stayed at this motel on our prior vacations and had no complaints, but on February 16, 2016 we stayed for 1 night while on vacation and had the worse stay ever. We had some strange person beating on our door multiple times after midnight and saw multiple roaches and they even got in my purse. For 1 night they charged us $145.92, and the breakfast was horrible and I even got sick after I ate… DO NOT STAY HERE THIS PLACE IS DOWNRIGHT DISGUSTING AND NASTY!

First of all I will say this place is nasty, dirty and gross, its infested with roaches, they were in the sink, bathtub crawling on the BED I WILL NEVER STRESS THERE AGAIN AND I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EITHER.

It was a good experience the room was clean the people are really nice and helpful I stayed at the one in Fort Myers Florida on Colonial in room 418 on December 26th.

I will start by saying I travel for a living and 6 days a week I am in a motel and a gold reward member. This motel, rooms look nice and are almost clean. 30% of the channels on the TV are very fuzzy. Remote works about 50% of the time. Lady at the front desk is just rude and seems to be suspicious about checking you in. Web site stated $58.00 but after take and what ever reason total ends up being $79. At that price for the area you can stay at a much nicer chain of motels. For the price I paid for one night I will pass of futurestays and check into a different motel in the area. Oh yeah and one other thing. Forget about Wifi. My phone has a 4 bar signal bar and it's was showing all 4 which is great signal but yet the Wifi was slow when it would work.

Truly disgusting! never stay here! infested with roaches! filthy. Wasnt clean. Had dead roaches in fridge. How unsanitary and nasty. Roaches crawling on the bed and just a pure disappointment! v couldn't even sleep cause the roaches where all over the bed. Gonna report to health department and get this place shut down. Thats a health risk and it violates safety hazards. Couldnt express how nasty this shit was. This is not ok. Had to dump everything out my bag, wash, and put my things in the car afraid they would be mating and multiplying in my stuff… dooont come here. Id rather sleep in my car!

We stayed at this hotel in April. When we arrived, I placed a computer on the bed. I quickly noticed that the computer was covered in bugs. We told the front desk and they asked us if we wanted a different room. We did not; we wanted to switch to another hotel. Thankfully, they refunded our money. We learned our lesson… cheap hotel = bad quality!

Typical East India owner and they take over in US and they are most dirty unprofessional rudeness they bring their attitude from their country and they think their motel felt like Marriott, four seasons.

Feces, roaches, cigarette burns and perfect RUDENESS. This hotel tried to deny my service dog entrance, then wanted to charge $100 for his stay! Any business knows this is highly illegal. I suppose my protest led to us being put on the 4th floor in a room with cigarette burns in the linens and the toilet seat! Maybe that was just their way of throwing us off from seeing the feces on the door and handle. Of course the shower was gross beyond belief. We left a day early and they didn't even ask why. I waited till the last minute to get stuck with this place but never thought it would be so bad. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

Bed bugs. Manager did not believe, showed him one still alive and he insinuated we brought them from another hotel. Changed room and had the same problem.

This place licks donkey balls. Nutstains on the bedsheets. Ball hair on the toilet seat. I wouldnt bring the nastiest of hookers to this place.

Absolutely horrible. Got roaches and ants. Wifi is horrible. Had an actual plate in the room from someone else that that stayed in the room before us. Trash under the beds. Cigarette holes in the blankets. They dont clean at all. Might as well sleep in my car. Dont waste your money.

The room, breakfast, and service are Really nice and all but please FIX the Wi-Fi. I'm on my phone trying to connect but it keeps going up and down like a roller coaster and I tried to connect my ps3 with it and it did the same thing. I went to the front desk and they said that there are some sections where the Wi-Fi isn't working properly or that people are using it so much that it may have caused the whole roller coaster problem. I would suggest to provide a router for each room or better yet buy a new router that is needed in every section of the hotel please.

Very nice appearance and furniture. Needs better cleaning though. Trash under beds and behind furniture. Shower curtains have mildew on the bottom. Very high potential, just needs better cleaning.

Good motel how old is it.

Very nice and modern motel. Furnitures look very modern and with tasty dark brown/green look. Staff was very friendly and extremly helpfull in a medical emergency. Planned to stay only for 1 night, but extended it to 3 nights. Only the distance to fort Myers beach. Is a 40 min ride to the beaches.

Room is damp and cold from the unmaintained AC unit and smells of mildew. I asked to switch rooms, but the other one they showed me had the same problem. So I toughed it out for the night, then left and spent my next night in a nice Best Western near the airport. Owners need to perform routine cleaning of the condensate drains on their A/C units. Dust being drawn in by the fan combines with condensate water and plugs up the drain if the unit is not regularly maintained. When the drain is plugged, the AC unit recirculates damp air — not what you need in Florida for sure! If they took care of this problem it would be an acceptable hotel.

I got a room for the night and the room smelled like mildew. The TV was in a poor state. There was coffee in the coffee maker from who knows when bc it was molded up. And we paid $68. Not worth my money there.

This place sucks when I checked in the gave me a room that was not cleaned and it still had the don't disturb sign on the door the next room they gave me smelled like mildue the throb room was ok but I looked in the pillow cases and the pillows had stains on them 49.99 is the trucker rate.
