I've had the worse experience ever! It was my birthday weekend and it was ruined. The jacuzzi tub was dirty and had to be cleaned by me! Secondly, the bed broke around midnight! They changed my room, but also charged me for the bed! Absolutely ridiculous! Then after speaking to management, who seemed to care less, I left with no resolve. I was told I'll get a phone call! Never again!

This was the absolute worst service I have ever received at a quality inn from check in to when we checked out. All the way down to us having The hotel staff following us to our car and accusing me and my family of smoking in the room and calling the sheriff. When they clearly saw us smoking outside the door where the ashtrays were. I was totally humiliated.

Very good hotel close by Fort Myers area. Nearby I 75 too. This hotel would be the best option for travelers, who are heading to Miami or for travelers who have a car want to have fun in Fort Myers area. Rooms are well maintained, check in too fast, everything on the spot. Offers clean swimming pool, reasonable gym room. Highly recommended!

Booked a room for Mar 21. Because of the 737 max groundings our flight was cancelled so we called this hotel to get a refund of our prepaid room. The response was rude and the answer was no way. Terrible customer service. Never again.

NO RECOMMENDATION HERE! DO NOT STAY HERE as this is one of the shadiest and most unreputable hotels I’ve never stayed at. The General Manager, Victoria Campbell is useless and not reputable. She refuses to resolve legitimate customer complaints caused by the ineptitude, and deceptive practices of her staff. Victoria rather than correct the wrong is fully committed to perpetuating staff lies and untruths, shifting blame upon the customer to protect her staff. Princeff, the front desk manager, who single-handedly caused us, first-time travelers to Fort Myers with long flight hours and many delays, a hellish night. Because of her ineptitude, we had a sleepless night (SHE give our prepaid room away on one of the areas busiest weekends of the year), lots of stress and were forced to pay a premium rate for a room at a sister hotel 10 miles out of our way that we never allotted money to pay for. For all this and for being deceptive and evasive in my conversations to try and resolve this with her Princeff SHOULD BE FIRED.

This was hands downs the cleanest, nicest, most well run quality I have ever been to. Top notch workers and clean new rooms.

Good amenities and a truly better option than the loser Travel Lodge next door. This Quality Inn had nice rooms and pleasant help and was also on budget. Recommended.

New renovated rooms. Mattress were outstanding and breakfast was very good especially when the coffee is hot hot hot. That makes for a great stay.

Nice, funky decor. Continental breakfast not bad. Service road in cont connects to several fast food places and a drug store. Would stay here again if I was in the area.

Never again. No elevator, I repeat, no elevator. Get ready to use an unairconditened side stairwell. Then to make matters worse you would park on the side and the swipe card wouldn’t work. Need to go to the lobby, prepare to walk all the way to the side to the stairwell and then walk entire floor. Because I parked on side to be near a side door near stairs I packed up in morning and then drove to lobby for breakfast only to be told that there is no regular coffee today only decaf. First hotel I’ve ever stayed in and had to drive for breakfast. I got the scoop from an employee. There used to be a grand staircase in lobby but when they remodeled they took it out. The elevator they installed was the cheapest one allowed by code. It is handicap only. I would only stay here if every other place in town is sold out.

Good Staff, Clean room, and great price.

Nastiness on both bed skirts. Sheets were not changed. Food crumbs all over the fridge, inside the microwave & on the floor. The bed was aweful & hard… the tub stopper was broken. Dust bunnies on the bed spread. Breakfeast was poor all around. The house keeper started to vacuum the to next to ours roaches started coming in thru the door. They were in our tub & on the door. When I explained all this to the front desk clerk she says she spoke with her manager who said I would be getting a refund of $8… WTH… Get better employees. I will NEVER come here again. I went to Days In which was way cheaper & so much nicer, Not one problem St DAYS INN! I paid 28$ more for this dump. Sad. They don't deserve a one star.

We had stayed here a couple of summers ago. I have to say that we were very impressed with this hotel this year. Staff was very attentive and so very helpful. From what we learned, the hotel is under new management and it shows! Excellent and we will definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel overall. Room was comfortable and breakfast buffet was above average. My only disappointment with this hotel was its lack of a shuttle to the airport.

This hotel has very odd practice — they require full payment for your stay at the time of check-in even when using a credit card. This is something I have never encountered. I am aware that hotels are required to place a hold on your credit card as deposit in case you damage the property. However, this is very unconventional practice. Also, they want state IDs for each guest in the room. This is definitely a violation of "personally identifiable information" act as the hotel has not documented process to secure the photo IDs of each guest. I have travel for many years (business / personal) and this is the first hotel that requires such information. As for the housekeeping services, our room was not services during entire stay. The front desk, on two separate occasions the front desk staff asked us to come pickup dryer replacement (the one in the room was broken) and linens because they don't have staff to send it to the room.

The room is very nice, clean. The bathroom is updated and big. The towels could be softer. They have hot breakfast, vending machines. Couldnt be happier.

Nice clean rooms — good breakfast — pool area nice however not usable for relaxation because of close highway.

Staff was nice, but I had several issues. The bathroom smelled like mildew, and the shower water never warmed up (cold showers for the win! ). My bed creaked and groaned loudly with every tiny movement I made. Also, the night I happened to be here there were several rowdy and inconsiderate guests who roamed the halls and made lots of noise and I actually had to call in a complaint on them in the early morning hours. I went to get a water and somebody had propped the door open, which I saw as a safety hazard. I would look somewhere else if you want a real "quality" stay and a hot shower.

By far one of the best hotels I have EVER stood in. From amazing staff like Melissa and Mike to the bed being sooooo comfortable. I give them 10 stars.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, fair prices. I had a great stay. We were without essentials after Irma and they worked hard to be accommodating.

After Hurricane Irma, there wasn't a room to be found in all of Lee County. Quality Suites was just getting their power back online when I stopped in to see if they could help with a room. Without hesitation, Noelle, the general manager, assured us that we could get a room for the workers that we were having come in to install a very important surgery light for our hospital (otherwise, we would have to wait three weeks). Noelle, Eric and the entire team helped to make sure the room was available. Great service!

My family evacuated the keys from hurricane Irma. This was the only hotel that would let them stay. They kept all guests calm and treated them like family. The service was amazing and gave everyone what they needed. I am above and beyond pleased. They even brought a grill and made food everyday. (No power). Special thanks to Melissa (Missy), Noelle, Scott, Victoria, and Monste. Thank you so much for keeping my family safe!

Quality Suites at i-75 — 5-Star Hurricane Shelter — Approved by IRMA One of the best experiences in my life. While threatened by the hurricane we chose this place as shelter and it was the right thing. Victoria and the rest of the crew were engaged tirelessly to steer us through the eye of the hurricane. When the lights shut off, Victoria would entertain children, calm down scared guest and even playing games with older people and singing along with some guest who brought their guitars. They did their best and much more and I would recommend this place to anybody, not only as a shelter but also as a great hotel for business and traveling. George T. & Maria.

Quiet location. Newly renovated with nice amenities. Good price and location. A/C was rather loud (expected from hotels), water pressure was terrible (possibly due to construction at the time), hallway noise is a bit annoying (seals around the door my improve this). Staff were accommodating and courteous.

Excellent customer services. Had a minor mix-up with Housekeeping second day. Both the hotel and the contracted service was excellent. Timely and efficient in resolution. Would recommend Quality Inn for a fabulous stay. As well, I highly recommend the out sourced Housekeeping company they use. I'm extremely particular about the cleanliness of where I stay. I usually clean the restroom before use at hotels. Am happy to say I did not have to do so here. Very pleased.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Recently stayed for 5 nights and was very happy with the friendliness of the staff and at how attentive housekeeping was during our stay. They gave us a cheaper rate than what was posted online at check-in, and the value of the room for what we paid was more than we expected. We stayed in a king suite, and it was immaculate. Brand new furniture, including a faux leather couch (as opposed to the boring plaid or awful patterns you may find in other "suites"), new tables, and the room includes updated microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. I don't know how all of the rooms are set up, but ours had a walk in shower only (no tub), which was very spacious. Bathroom was very clean and the sinks are washbowl-style, which was different, but still very functional. A very modern feel. The lobby was always super clean, and they have an outdoor pool and a separate outdoor patio area on another side of the building. Breakfast was a typical offering: make your own waffles; assorted pastries, muffins, and breads; fruit; yogurt; hardboiled eggs; cereals and oatmeal; and hot pork sausage and eggs. Nothing super fancy, but it was always well stocked (and clean! ) at the various times we came through. The sitting area is very modern looking and pretty, and there are calla lilies on the tables. The hotel is still under some renovations, though, and the side door near our room did not require a room key to enter.

Facility is very well maintained and elegant boasts modern trendy design and flooring big spacious rooms with comfy beds and pullout couch in king suite staff was a little slow but she did mention she was new so I understood overall a great choice.

No pool, it is closed by the health department. The inside of the hotel is under construction. Staff was not helpful.

Very relaxing, clean, big bathroom, had to keep curtain closed room faced the parking lot and spacious rooms with a sofabed. Free Wi-Fi was slow. Free buffet breakfast and breakfast area very clean, consisted of Create your own Belgian Waffle, white and wheat bread, there was a toaster and microwave and toaster, English muffin, danishes, varities of oatmeal, 3 choices of cereal, yogurt, smart balance margarine, hard boiled eggs in the cold area and in the hot area: egg omelet and pork sausage. Hot caffeine and decaffeinated coffee with half n half creamers and hot cocoa. There is a water cooler in the breakfast area. There is no complimentary late checkouts. There is a $10.00 fee for late checkouts. The gym consists of 3 machines and you can watch cable TV while working out. There is a lift not an elevator for 2nd floor hotel guests. Yes, plenty of parking. They have a pool but did not use it.

This place was one if not the WORSE place I have ever stayed at. My boyfriend and I checked in late this morning around 1:00A. M. Got to our room the A. C. Was so loud and the curtains was so thin the light was literally in our room from outside. I had a horrible headache when I went to the front desk she gave me a sarcastic apology, when I just couldn't take it anymore I went back to the front desk she change our room to one that was even worse. We didn't even wait to check out at 11, got to the front the girl charge my boyfriend an additional $2.00 because we left one of our key in the room. Then when I asked why was he being charged that she stated that it was told to us at check-in when no information like that was mentioned to us. She continued to argue with me basically stated I was lying. I worked at resorts and I currently work for a time share company, we only got the room cause we didn't want to make the drive to Orlando that late. I wish we had drove home cause their customer service is HORRIBLE! Like their concerns is getting pay, not making sure the guests have or get a good experience or decent hour of sleep!

Front desk clerk was not helpful, didn't care about my concerns. I was charged a $55.50 early check in fee. Pool was closed and had been for months, but nothing on the website about it being closed. I was told by the front desk that if I wanted to go to the pool, I had to go down to the Days Inn down the road and use theirs. Hotel is being renovated and my family and I was placed on the un-renovated side in a nasty, dingy little room. Fighting to get my early check-in fee refunded since all I could do was sit in the room.

Not for the business traveler. Wifi does not work. They keep saying do you want me to reset. Not enough signal to work. Broke chair in room. They play dumb. And act as the customer is lying. They do not honor their rates posted.

Ghetto to the extreme roaches and drug dealers hanging in the back included says pool pool is closed no vending ac hardly worked felt like I was gonna be robbed everytime I went to my car! says Wi-Fi no Wi-Fi says laundry dryers are out of order the elevator was enclosed wheel chair lift I couldnt belive my eyes. Will never go to fort myers or any choice hotel again thanks for a ruined trip. Pay the extra 10 to 30 dollars more and stay across the street trust me its worth it.

This is the first time we stay here and a great value for our money. Recently renovated hotel with beautiful bathroom, fridge and microwave and breakfast included. On top of this the availability was instantly. I don't give it a five because we have not seeing other amenities.

One star is being generous for this hotel. I write this as I lay on a mattress on the floor trying to get my 16 month old toddler to sleep because we reserved a crib but apparently the manager gave them all away so I was told when I got here that they didn't have anything. We couldn't find any other hotel in the area with a crib so we had no choice but to stay anyway. The "elevator" is just a crummy lift and when I went to give my child a bath there was virtually no hot water. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Buyer beware. We stayed in one of the renovated rooms so the room itself was not disgusting. It's a place to sleep but I would not go here again. I was not expecting a 5 star hotel but this place is a joke. The elevator was broken and the pool was put out of service by the health department. Our credit card was charged multiple times. Wi-Fi only works in breakfast area. Desk staff was pretty much useless with any issues.
