Scam artists, they committed credit card fraud by over charging my credit card over $400.00 for one night stay for false accusations. Room was constantly ignored by housekeeping. Had to go to front desk for towels. There's more look on best Western site. Oh yes manager runs an hides when someone complains.

So this may very well be the worst stay ever. Crazy thing is I bought two rooms one with double queen beds and one with a king bed suite. The queen though had ants and dog food under the beds. So we had to go down and talk to staff about getting a new room. But instead said they have it sprayed and cleaned while we were at the hospital. Well after coming back later that day no one had cleaned the room and the door was left open. Nothing was missing thank goodness. But ants were still all over the room so we go down at 8pm only to be told we can be moved but can’t get keys to the new room until we are moved out and have all of our stuff in front of the old room. My mother is 60 and is on a oxygen machine so to tell her that is ridiculous. How dare a hotel force a woman to set all her stuff in the hallway and then come and get a key and only then you can move. It also took over a hour to check in because the young man was to busy on his phone. Just a very poor place to stay.

Very friendly but best part is the shuttle starts at 4am for those early morning flights.

This a stay was a great value, pleasant a very comfortable. We here at SCS Express depend on Best Western as a home away from for our tractor trailer drivers. There's nothing better than a welcoming face when you are tired and weary from the road.

Location wonderful. Rooms were great. Shower was horrible though. No hot water. Not much water pressure Service wonderful. Great breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay at this facility. I am healing from surgery and they were able to accommodate my request of being on the first floor without question or delay. Pleasant staff and accommodations.

If the Best Western in Germany offered such a bad Breakfast, they would no longer exist. Plastic Cutlery and Plastic Plates don't work at all. The Room was fine. But under Breakfast, I imagine something else like Americans.

This hotel sucks. Old fashioned and dusty. I swear the stuff here is twice my age. Small rooms don’t make anything better either. And just to add on top, internet connection sucks here. Worst Wi-Fi I’ve ever had.

Very accommodating, despite being booked. Switched rooms when asked and fulfilled a couple requests. Good continental breakfast as well.

The rooms were quite ok except for the mattresses which were too soft. The coffee for breakfast can be forgotten.

Very cheap price accessible to the main street of Daniels Parkway. Free parking for the customer. Very good customer attention. Excellent Location.

Thank God we only had to spend one night here. Have to change the room a total of 2 times. In the 3rd was, then nothing more objectionable (we thought). When I tried to use the toilet it was the next problem, the water did not expire. We were so ready to change before that I didn't say anything. In general it was not very clean either. Hotel staff was very rude. Breakfast was quite ok.

Quick stay. Early flight. Rough experience. The staff gave a key to my room to another guest in the middle of the night. My door was opened twice. The front desk then called demanding to know my name and why I was in the room. Needed sleep did not get much. Bad experience.

Excellent service when entering good breakfast, this in turn is varied.

Nice clean hotel, front desk staff was great. The hotel rooms were clean but in need of an upgrade. We had the presidential suite it was big but only on sink in the bathroom. Nice clean lobby and the breakfast was good.

Picked up at the airport by an exceptional driver, checked in by a competent staff who without asking moved us to a different floor without pets. Room was clean and quiet. The exhaust fan didn't work and there was no sitting chair, both of which were overlooked after having AN INCREDIBLE BREAKFAST… pancakes, waffles, omelets, cuties… oh my, a feast… if there were more stars to give I would.

Reception staff pleasant and efficient. Room was clean and well appointed. Free hot breakfast was excellent. Shuttle service to and from airport was appreciated. Would recommend this BW.

Great location. Easy to get around. The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. Room very clean as well as bathroom. When in area again will stay here. Ample parking.

Checked in Christmas Eve. Great customer service. Mike went above and beyond to take care of my family. Greatly appreciated. Rooms were clean. Breakfast well stocked. Would have given five stars, but washing machines, hot tub wasn't working. Would stay again.

This is where we prefer to stay when in Fort Myers. Right off the highway, right next door to a great restaurant (Origami! ), within walking distance to a local sports bar, Dunkin Donuts, and a short ride to Germain Arena for hockey! Price is hard to beat and the rooms are clean.

My and I stayed from 12-2-17 until now. First night we got there the front office called our room saying our bathroom floor is leaking in to the bathroom down blow us. They wanted us to changed rooms at the middle of the night. While our kids was sleeping. I told them that we can change rooms in the morning. Next morning the front office said that they had the wrong room and we could stay in the room. OkAy thank you. Middle of the week one night we were sleeping people was trying to come in our room. Then it happen again. The housekeeping was rude. Yesterday we came back to the hotel. We had a note saying we had to leave. On 12-15-17 at 11:00 a. M. I asked them why. They didn't told us why. They have pit bulls there that r means with other people. This is wrost hotel ever. Best of luck of people who want to stay there.

Really enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly, the beds were super comfy, the room and hotel was clean. The breakfast was good. Would stay again.

Very friendly staff and quite clean! The only drawback to been problems with the keys, damaged doors and availability in the stay now in holidays now I have Q find another hotel PQ I can not stay longer if I want!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay so much we extended for 2 more night's. The manager was excellent. She took care of every need and went above and beyond when I needed special services. Rooms were extra clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really nice. Pool was clean and we'll kept. All common areas were attractive and comfortable. Coffee always available. Hotel near everything. Well worth the price. Would recommend to all and would stay again.

The hotel was very nice. Great location for either the airport or Florida Gulf Coast University. The staff that we dealt with were excellent. The only downside for me was that the suite is not fully divided. There is no door to close off the room in case one of you has to get up early while the other is still asleep.

The management, housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk staff are beyond 5 Star at this hotel. They bend over backwards to help with every need.

This is a very nice and clean Hotel. They have a terrific breakfast eggs bacon Canadian bacon sausage biscuits. They have waffles and all kinds of other things. One of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever seen also it's free and all you can eat.

The best western ft. Myers airport hotel was awesome the entire staff took very good care of us, we moved from a Texas to Ft. Myers Florida with our three dogs and they were nothing but great. Gave us a pet friendly room for the whole month while we looked for a home to rent and even thou our dogs are very well trained they didn't complain once about our dogs.
Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family.

Stayed here for business off and on for two yrs now. Never a problem. Very clean and every employee goes out of there way with a smile. If your in the area you won't be disappointed.

Staff were very welcoming. Rooms were comfortable and clean, although a little basic. We had a suite which has a kitchenette, but nothing in it. Breakfast was included, but again was pretty basic. Overall a comfortable stay, but expected more for the money.

I cannot speak highly enough about the staff here. I had a medical emergency while staying here and the staff ensured I was taken care of, got an ambulance and personally helped me from room to lobby and made sure my husband, who was stuck at work during all this, knew what was going on and where I was taken. They have all been very kind. To top our experience, our pets are as welcome as we are. Very happy with this place.

My wife and I came for a quilting retreat and vacation. The room is neat, the bed has a foam topper making it very comfortable. The TV is a bit small but adequate. It has a microwave but no mini fridge. Nice place to stay and close to the airport and shopping.

Nice, small, but perfect hotel. Stayed there 2 nights, was inexpensive and had exactly what we needed. Includes breakfast (eggs and waffles! ) and spacious rooms. Plenty of parking and friendly staff. The hallways look and smell clean.

Fantastic hotel. Totally blown away with how clean, modern and stylish the room was! Also, very quiet and extremely comfortable bed!

Room next to elevator. Dirty sheets, had dirt, hair and bugs in them. Wifi did not work at all. I will never stay here again. I asked to be moved but they said they were booked full. So I had to stay in my room and feel like bugs were crawling all over me all weekend. I will not ever stay at another best western.

Jan. 31 my wife & I spent nite. (no heat) asked to be moved, no room available. Feb 6 we came back asked to please have room with heat (no heat). Moved across hall and had a room that would' not lock from outside. Reported to desk, did not have anyone to fix it. All rooms were nice &clean, but considering what we paid per nite, we should not have had these problems. We stay at Best Western in Key West same week. Everything was great.

I booked a king room at this hotel last minute through Groupon and it has been a great experience! I called in the next day after purchasing the Groupon and the female representative confirmed my reservation :) I got to the hotel about an hour and a half before check in and they had it ready in about 45 minutes, because they were switching bed frames. Staying here has been great though! The room was clean and put up nicely, housekeeping walked me up to my room as they were still making the bed. She made great conversation and being a bilingual Cuban made it that much better since it reflects my background. Not that it would be any different of she were from somewhere else. Aside from the renovations that were taking place, the customer service here is impeccable! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. I also took a picture that I'll post in a few ^_^

Same as what the guy below said. Wi-Fi sucks in some rooms though. Clean and newly renovated. Late night cookies downstairs were good.

We stayed here Jan 15th 2015. Our room was absolutely SPOTLESS. Very comfortable and clean room. Hotel is quiet, the housekeeper, front desk and other staff members are very responsive. Hotel is also centrally located. I will stay here again. Stayed January 2015, traveled with family.

Clean and good customer service. The exercise equipment needs to be repaired, better yet replacing. The breakfast was very good and nice variety, for a complimentary one.

The blood on the sheets was most likely bed bugs. Its sad that they then charged you for the sheets. I will be checking my room before I even bring my bags in the door.

A+ staff, super clean with comfortable clean beds, and they best of all awesome breakfast. Highly recommend this best western hotel it you are passing through or visiting ft Myers Florida.

Booked a month ago to stay here. Got there to check in and they came OUT with that they where FULL! WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS.

Wow! So, traveling to Florida in winter would seem to be a great idea right? Rain, rain, rain. And rain. So I had to spend a lot of time, inside, working and getting in and about. Strategically located, efficiently managed, I was stunned to discover that Best Western was bringing care and quality of this level. Although I was prepared for better weather, I was impressed by the sunny attitudes and general cheeriness of the helpful staff, and the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas. The rooms are a little dated, but I think their maintenance harkens to an era that I thought to be lost, these folks care about this place, as much as they care about your stay here. And it shows. I have read a review or two that seem to counter this. I assure you, this place is solid.
