Very nice room. A bit over fragranced from the room cleanser. Almost unbearable. I don't understand why these Indians use this chemical but it's often way too much.

It is clean, decent, has everything we need. Nice calm vibe, less expensive than the other motels in the area.

Simple but good motel. Unfortunately, our room had some problem with the toilet, which led to significant noises at night. However, the toilet itself was fully functional. The room and especially the beds were good. Refrigerator, microwave, hairdryer as well as iron and ironing board were also in the room. Breakfast is exclusively sweet, waffles for baking, mini muffins/ cinnamon snails & doughnuts, toast (without butter / margarine) and jam, as well as various breakfast cereals. The only exception to sweetening: hard-boiled eggs. And with that much more choice than in other hotels. Very friendly service.

Would definitely come back here again. Great price for what you get. Clean rooms and bed are really comfortable.

ONLY BAD THING IS THEIR LIQUID SOAP (although the idea of liquid soap and shampoo dispensers is GREAT! ) The soap /shampoo they are USING is DISGUSTING! The people are GREAT! Room was GREAT! Housekeeping was GREAT! Price was great EXCEPT we stayed one extra night and that rate was much more than we paid on EXPEDIA. We'll stay here again. Centrally located to just about everything!

I was surprised and pleased with the value here. The room had every amenity. The furniture included a desk, sofa and table and another small table. Breakfast is included. Such a deal.

Accommodation was great, also the location. Room very spacious, clean and updated. Was good to have a red refrigerator, microwave & humidifier in room. No funky smell. Great job keep it up Americas Best.

Staff was friendly & accommodating. Room was renovated & very nice. The pool is small & in the shade so it can be cold. Other guests were quiet. We enjoyed our stay, though, very much!

Location is good. Most of all, if man wants to eat well. The breakfast is ok even if it says "Delux breakfast". The intelligence is shown in a paper behind a glass pane with Braille.

Great location, really neat and updated rooms, amazing breakfast, and great customer service, and a family friendly environment. I really recommend it.

Motel in Fort Myers with good value for money.

Ok I admit it I was surprised. I travel all week every week and have never stayed at one of these motels. No frills but was clean and that is a biggie for me. Front desk was nice. A crack head asked me for change as I was getting into my room and there is a massage parlor 30 seconds walk away so there's that. But really not a bad place to stay. I travel all week for work and stay in hotels about 150 nights a year and I can say that I have been in worse Hilton hotels than this place. Highly recommend, at least room 109…

Not great but not bad. Maids do not speak English. But are nice. Good location. Plenty of things within walking distance.

Travelling from out of state, unfamiliar with the area, and running out of day to find a decent reasonably priced room, I was thankful to find this hotel on-line. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and the location was ideal — pretty centrally located with many good restaurants within walking distance. I didn't use the pool, but it also looked clean and well kept. The free breakfast included waffles, numerous pastries, doughnuts, cereal, yogurt, fruit, hard boiled eggs, etc. Plenty to choose from but more in the line of a continental breakfast than a hearty one. It was sufficient for me. The rooms are well appointed, but not "fancy". The "Best Value" tag is appropriate since it appears management has tried to provide convenience and cleanliness at a reasonable price. I believe that they are living up to their name and I would definitely stay again when back in the area.

Typical 2 storey motel, very clean, a bit dated but unfortunately strongly overpriced (Feb 2018). The staff were very helpful and friendly. Air conditioning too noisy and if you turn it off at night you can hear the air conditioning from the neighbouring room. Breakfast is free of charge, but with the good (homemade) waffles and the orange juice tastier rather underground. For a night "to transit" it goes…

Horrible stay. I highly do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Upon first arrival and check in, the front desk was very unorganized and unprofessional. Very rude also. When entering room, the smell of must and smoke was overwhelming, in our non smoking room by the way. After requesting for housekeeping continuously for 4 days, they never cleaned our room because we were told they could not read English on the housekeeping sign, therefore they did not clean our room. We had to go to the front desk to request our own towels and clean bed linens. Very bad experience and will never stay again.

One star for crown molding and cleanliness. One more for comforts like cable, blow dryer fridge & microwave and another for excellent shower… strong and hot. Old building somewhat updated. You can hear others if loud. No frills. Affordable.

This hotel is a good value for the money, rooms are clean and updated. Property is clean and maintained well. Staff are competent. However, they have a couple of absurd and very counter customer service policies. They require a $100 deposit for a $50 room… so, have $150-70 available for one nights stay. That deposit is more than Hilton and other major brands. In addition, check out is at 11. Every time I stay, at 11 sharp, they beat on the door. They aren't ready to clean it, they just want you out. It's very annoying. Despite its great attributes, I will avoid going forward.

They require a $100 deposit for each child and argue or providing more than 2 towels. When I had an issue with the phone in the room, someone came to the room to unplug the phone from the wall. Stay Away!

Clean and basic room. Love tile floors in hotels because I feel it gets cleaned better! Huge king room, updated. Updated touch key locks. Dehumidifier in our room was great to keep it from being muggy, but we did wake up to it beeping from being full one morning. Skipped breakfast at the hotel as it was super basic and went to WaWa instead.

This hotel charges a $50 deposit to people of color. I walked in at 10:30 PM after a 3 hour drive and was treated like a second-class citizen. First, the lady assumed that my credit card was a debit card. Second, she told me that they needed to hold $50 deposit in case of incidentals. I have no problems paying for a deposit but I know for a fact that if the room is $65 for the night, a $50 Deposit is beyond unreasonable given the lack of opportunities for incidentals. And I travel for a living and have never been treated or been humiliated in this fashion before. The hotel manager came out and immediately raised his voice at me to tell me that they always charge this deposit. Having stayed here before I have never been asked for money upfront and I have never been made to feel like I'm a lesser than.

Clean large rooms, small but fine breakfasts. Happy again.

We booked (and pre-paid for) a room on Expedia. No notice of even POSSIBLE deposits through the whole process. When we arrived, there was suddenly a $100 deposit for the room. The clerk was very rude and argumentative, when they finally showed up to do the check in (we waited over 15 minutes with no one in the lobby). And it took a further 15 minutes to get them to call a manager. Who was then also rude and argued with us. I can't even tell you what the rooms looked like, as we have cancelled the stay and I will be disputing the charges if not refunded in 48 hours. With this kind of treatment I find it hard to believe all the 4 and 5 star reviews.

Everything was clean. Nothing fancy but acceptable for the price. Walking outside all the way around front for the breakfast was tedious. They did clean our room even though we had a do not disturb sign out. Made us uncomfortable but nothing out of place. I would use again.

Arrived to our reserved room at 12.30am notice a strong sigarrete smell, did not go to lobby because was so tired that I thought to mention in the morning we should have been advised/ asked about we where being placed in a smoking room (reservation made a month ago). At the lobby we told the laidy about the situation just for her FYI she immediately cut me off to tell me I should not have gone to sleep upon my arrival and inform the attendant that I did not wanted that room. I told her she was missing the point and all I wanted is to be advised upon arrival, then again she cut me off and talked to me in a condescending way. Finally walked off on her because I knew this was not going anywhere.

After 8.00 p. M. Someone tried to enter our room by using a card. Fortunately we were in the room and properly locked, not on the trip or having a shower… In the morning we informed a lady in the office and she said it's normal! Cause they do some reconstruction in other rooms… Not normal for me… Stars for clean room and breakfast. We won't return.

Beware of bed bugs. My family and I went on vacation for my mom's birthday and stayed at this inn. Staying there was just fine, until my sister, my brother-in-law, and I (who were staying in the same room) came home. My brother in law started to notice bug bites all over his body a couple days after he got home. Then my sister started to get them too. Yesterday I woke up with dozens of bites that had appeared on my arms, legs, and neck. We live in two different states and none of us had any symptoms or bites until after going to this hotel. I called the reception to inform them so they would know to check the room for the next customer; they said "you already checked out, there's nothing we can do, you did not get them here! There's nothing we can do. " Bed bug bites can take up to 10 days to show up. I repeated that information to the receptionist but they refused to acknowledge that they could have been infested or do anything to assure me that they would look into it. Be warned.

Room size is very good, the bathroom is small but adequate. Microwave and refrigerator as well as a coffee maker (we didn't use it since we always get a box of joe) are always a plus. The breakfast is more then adequate. Over all a great value and would definitely stay here again. We are here for 5 nights with no thoughts of checking out early.

Very clean neat rooms. Breakfast was adequate. The hotel is located just off Main Street 41, but it is very quiet! Especially in all, highly recommended, if you still consider the reasonable price. We had nothing to complain about.

I looked at reviews for many hotels in the Fort Myers area, and this one had the best reviews so that's where we stayed. We weren't disappointed! Very clean rooms, the towels and wash cloths looked and smelled clean, no bugs anywhere, nice pool with a little grill in one corner of sitting area, laundry facilities ($2 to wash or dry), continental breakfast and nice staff! Very close to shopping and restaurants. If you get a chance, go to Caloosahatchee Jack's right next door. Best food we ate all week, and very reasonably priced, especially considering the portions are shareable! Very pleased with our stay! We ended up leaving a couple nights early, and we were able to check out without being charged for the rest of our nights.

Great price for nice rooms, might not look the best from the street but they have renovated the rooms.

Had a good experience there. Rooms were nice and clean.

Nice place beds were hard and cracks in ceiling in bathroom and in there were some cracks in the glue holding the trim to the wall but descent.

Hard beds, overstuffed pillows and the AC kicked on every few minutes, waking me up and not giving me any cool air. We walked in to find bugs scurrying to hide in the room and bathroom. Bright lights in ceiling, no way to dim them and no lamps in the room. Great shower! Microwave, fridge, TV, coffee maker, safe, table and chairs to eat at, and some machine in the bathroom that we think was an air purifier. If they could fix the ac, get pest control in there, and softer bed and pillows it would be perfect!

We were unfortunately only for one night there. Very clean modern good Breakfast.

I drove about 10 miles more to stay here because this motel was the only one getting good Google reviews on Cleveland st. The reviews were right. Clean and friendly staff. Got a great price from Orbitz right on my phone. I needed a quick stay. Good bar restaurant next door and movies about a mile away.

The Wi-Fi was great. The price was good. The breakfast was average. The rooms were clean, However the beds were hard. The parking lot felt a bit sketchy, but that's what locks are for.

Worth the weekly rate. Clean and affordable. Pool is clean. Breakfast is basic though. No hot breakfast. Haves stayed here several times over the years of being a local. Close to everything. Could go down the road for 150 a week but that is pretty scary with lots of illegal activity.

Horrible motel. We walked right in and right back out. Bloody syringe laying right by the front door of the room, cigarette burns in the comforter, crushed up pill on the floor, the smell was atrocious and we were forced to pay for the entire night plus taxes and fees even though we were there for less than 3 min. You are better off sleeping under a bridge.

By far the worst experience I have ever had in my life! The manager is a disgusting rude man who literally screamed in my face when I expressed discontent with the room (I've stayed here several times, and it seems to be getting worse every time). I'm a small woman and felt extremely threatened by this man so much that I almost left without my $100 deposit (that he threw at me in a disrespectful manor) Bottom line is — there's no reason to lower yourself to the point of staying in one of these nasty rooms or to support such nasty people! Until there's some staff changes and renovations I would stay far away from this place! There's plenty much nicer hotels close by (for a lower rate too! ).

Very nice place. Super clean rooms, nice décor. Everything was in order and working. I would recommend this to anyone, great value for the price. Comfortable beds, easy parking, and very quiet.

It was a great fun and sunny experience for my mom and I for the Christmas Vacation 2012, the workers where very friendly and the manager even gave us fresh coconuts right off the trees for coconut water, tasted great, this hotel is very recommended and is the closest thing you can get to a resort at that low price. Best experience we ever had at F. L. Would not even hesitate to recommend to anyone anytime.

As a walk in customer I found the staff very friendly and accomodating. The room was non smoking, excellently appointed and best of all spotlessly clean. I would recomend this hotel to everyone back in the u. K. And will have no problem coming to stay here again. Ian B England.
