This place is amazing and the staff is great… after relocating to Florida stayed here everyone was so helpful.

Rooms smell like roach spray. Stuck me in a room with dirty carpets and tried to blame me and charge me $150 cleaning fee. Asked for GMs phone number and she wouldn’t give it to me nor the corporate number. I was only there for 8 hours and used the bed and shower.

We booked this place as last minute. Our original place was a Hilton, we cancelled there and can here. Very clean, great customer service, excellent location, very pleased. We will be back again. Staying 3 more days and will be back.

This hotel needs to be condemned. It was the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. They have bed bugs and cockroaches. But the bed bugs ate us alive! Then everything they "claim" to have was all false advertisement. They lie to get you there to stay. The " king sized" bed they say you get was actually a full sized. Then the "workout room" is not a workout room. It was a cardio room only. The were extremely rude as well. It's way over priced considering how horrible the whole place is. Needless to say I will NEVER stay there again and will tell everyone I know how horrible it is to stay clear of this place!

Excellent location, price, and facilities. Staff members are all very nice. Rooms rooms have an actual decent sized desk which makes it excellent for someone working on the road.

We stayed at this establishment as a last minute reservation. We booked a two bedroom for two nights. The pricing was fair. The two bedroom we rented smelled fresh and was clean. The bathroom was also very clean. I was impressed that the showers had NO mold, as most hotels have residual. The place was very quite, but didn't seem to have many guests. We didn't have an opportunity to use the pool, however it appeared to look very clean, along with some nice seating areas. The front guest service personel were very pleasant, greeting us as we entered and exited the place. It is an older facility, and could use some upgrading, but overall a very pleasant experience! I would recommend this place, and probably stay again.

I stayed there with my 2 small children and it was a nice relaxing stay. The building could use some upgrades but it is kept clean. Rooms were extra big and well stocked with dishes. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The pool and hot tub were great.

I stayed here for 8 days and it was very comfortable. The staff was some of the nicest people I have ever dealt with. I don't understand some of the negative reviews but you can pretty much read between the lines on them. Keep up the good work.

My husband, sister in law, and myself stayed for 3 nights here. Room was clean and reasonable price. Front desk people were friendly and helpful. We would come back and highly recommend. We stayed at a fancy motel in Orlando for a lot more money and had wished we stayed another night here. Thanks.

Big and clean rooms, friendly service, great whirlpool and always a coffee to go ready.
I would not expect more for the price.

Mc Donald's is a 5-10 minutes walk — depends on the traffic lights. … We'd enjoyed our time here.

This hotel was horrible everything about it. The staff. The rooms. The elevator was broke and hallways was hot and had a mildew smell. This place needs to be shut down. The hotel is very old inside and out. Its ragedy hotel for such a expensive price. Its not worth the money. I had a very bad experience. And me and my family was treated horrible. Was not welcoming at all. My first and last visit.

Because of a recent fire the elevators are down and we had to carry all of our stuff up 3 floors it doesn't look like the hotel is anywhere near full to capacity but they said they couldn't give us a better room so outside in the hall is a mega fan trying to remove the moisture from the carpets and we have a dehumidifier that runs constantly in our room the room is very nice aside from that there is no breakfast just coffee.

Check in was great, rooms are very big and spacious but beds TV and furniture is out dated other than a remodel needed it's a great place to stay.

Incredible price for a 2 bedroom suite. Friendly staff, great service, clean suite. Beautiful scenery. Pool and jacuzzi. Definitely will stay there again and recommend it highly.

It was a good place to stay with friendly staff, but the hotel lost water the morning we left.

The office desk lady kyana was so helpful and nice I came from driving 16 hrs with my sick mother and she helped me bring our bags in from outside and put us in a great room. Awesome customer service!

Absolutely the WORST hotel experience I've EVER had! We booked a room for a week at $109 a night, the room was perfect size, however… The place is completely falling apart. There was water damage in our room, mold on the walls, frig that didn't work, uncomfortable beds, a dehumidifier that sounded like it was ready to explode (this made sleeping very difficult), you have to pretty much beg for clean towels, and the GM TIM is the rudest person I've ever met! He had NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, and made our stay extremely uncomfortable! They say this hotel is kid friendly but is far from! Tim told me he would NEVER book a stay for us again because I had 3 children with me… And at check out said there were 3 hand towels And a bath mat missing And charged us an extra $25! In which I do not have nor would I want to take their old, stained beat up nasty linens. He made an already difficult situation 100 times worse! This man has NO BUSINESS being in the hotel industry, PERIOD! I would LOVE TO TALK TO HIS BOSS AND LET HIM KNOW ALL THE DETAILS! I feel awful for the other workers there… The housekeeping ladies, and front desk ladies were very kind and somewhat made up for the Complete and total disrespect of their BOSS. I WOULD HIGHLY recommend finding another hotel… The good price is NOT WORTH it by any means! … It pains me to say that because the other employees are good hard working people! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED GUEST!

I had a great experience at Allure Suite s. Quiet room, spacious for the price point and house keeping/front staff is Professional. I have allergies and the G. M. Worked with me. Overall, nice staff for a comfortable night sleep. Matt.

Staff was courteous, rooms clean, still felt a little like a knights inn. Wi-Fi was barely existent. I had a video conference and it was so slow and choppy I had to reschedule. TV are the old tube TV's. At least they were color. But $79. A night during season is affordable. I think they took a little bit of a hit with all the Irma RedCross workers…

Older outdated rooms. Hotel used to be an office building I guess? Kicthen and large living space in each room. Huge bathroom. Stay was ok but just not the greatest hotel. Limited housekeeping as week. Check out at 12pm.

I would like to share with everyone the experience our family had with the amazing people at this hotel… We had our family vacation booked for a week's stay in Ft. Meyers Beach. We drove from Ft. Wayne, Indiana with 4 children… one of which is just under a year old. Talk about a long trip! We arrived a day early, at almost midnight, and we needed a place for our family to sleep. Every single hotel was completely booked. There was a music festival AND it was Memorial Day weekend. Allure had a room left, but we had too many people to occupy the room. After calling several places, we became so desperate that my boyfriend decided that he would sleep in the van so we could get the room. Upon checking in, we were told that they didn't want to see anyone sleep in the van. The owners gave us a key to their personal suite so we could get some much needed rest! It brought tears to my eyes to hear that. What wonderful people! The staff was also some of the most friendly people I have ever met. The next day we were even invited back to a BBQ that they were throwing for the holiday. I can never tell the folks at Allure how incredibly thankful I am for the kindness they showed us. They went above and beyond to help a family from out of town. Not to mention that the rooms were clean and the pool was beautiful. Thank you to everyone at Allure!

Allure suites is very clean. The staff was very helpful and tried to get me the cheapest rate possible. They have weekly rates which is great. It's close to everything very nice location. The rooms were spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable.

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. If I had to complain, it would be that there is no sign out front. So it took me a minuet to find. The location was great, easy to get downtown to meetings, and also to beaches to relax. I will see you guys again.

This was the best Experience ever, the New owners are the nicest, and the rooms are very clean, great owners, me my family stayed a whole week. I would consider for everyone, the beach is close, and shopping mall is right on the corner. Great prices…

Very poor accommodation, spent a month there and there were insects ds all kinds and very poor care. Not recommended.

First before I get one of the messages saying we never found anybody with your name on our reservations this is not my full name, it was absolutely terrible the first night we got there we got into a room with water leaking from the ceiling onto my head while I slept so they moved us to another room that had bed bugs inside, the new room after that they put us in after that we found a spoon of crystal meth under the couch and they laughed at it at the front desk as if it was a joke, the workers were not very professional and took a very long time for anything to get done. On top of that they acussed me of breaking things I never touched. It was a total joke, I would never return to that hotel.

We stayed here for two winters only a month last year for thewith price and the amenities it is a pretty good deal it needs some fixing up but u essentially get a one bedroom apt with a kitchen small living room TV Wi-Fi and breakfast swimming pool hot tub laundry room workout room and it.

I stayed at Allure Suites 8-22-15 to 8-23-15. The hotel looked very elegant from the outside so I decided to stay the night there, DONT LET IT FOOL YOU… I have stayed at motels that are million times better than this place. When I walked in to my room I had no soap just shampoo, one towel, very poor hygiene … I went to sleep early and and woked to eat breakfast around 7:00 am BECAUSE THEY HAVE SIGNS PROMOTING CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST FROM 6-9 … That was a lie … I walked to the kitchen area and everything was empty… Then I walked to the front desk and waited 25 minutes and no one was there … Could not get a hold of anyone … I decided to come back an hour later … And when I did once again no breakfast I asked the guy in the front desk and he said that he DOSENT KNOW WHY THEY STILL ADVERTISE BREAKFAST because they don't serve it anymore… So FALSE ADVERTISING… There was a food machine with items like hot pockets and burritos… I purchased one of each and let me tel you they were expired or something because I have being trowing up since I ate them … I might have to go to the hospital of how sick I am right now… The room did not have cable in the bedroom or at least didn't work… The living room area TV showed they had over 100 channels another lie … Overall this was my worst stay at hotel ever and wouldn't recommend it to anyone … I will definitely contact the owners if I continue to be sick … How can these people even have a hotel lincense!

This hotel is dirty, nasty, full of rude horrible careless people, the place is disgusting top to bottom, the staff is a joke just look at their response, obviously you don't know how to run a business and with your ignorance you won't be making it very far ;) ) ) ) but if you want a nice place to find hookers and druggies you've picked the perfect hotel!

Hotel was posted on Craigslist, my seven-year-old daughter and I were just relocating back to the area. They advertise for continental breakfast that does not exist to tell you maybe next week you call for a wake up call and they tell you know we don't have that they were still trying to get the hotel together. There are tons of sketchy people at night running from their hotel to local businesses scratching their arms looking like a bunch of dope fiend. You walking down the halls and smell the marijuana being smoked it is such a nasty place it's not even funny it has the potential to be a very nice place but is not. My daughter who is seven found a total of two used hypodermic needles one under the air-conditioning vent one by the sink the place is an absolute disaster there are people sitting in the day room downstairs which looks like a general population for a jail cell with little groups of scumbags hanging out. I would not recommend that place to my worst enemy it is terrible. It is like a free for all in there I was standing at the calendar trying to talk to the receptionist and somebody walks up behind me start hitting the bell that they have because everybody who works there and stands outside smoking flirting with all of the patrons.

I have been staying here for three weeks now. The first week here I had to change rooms due to water pouring in on the bed from the roof and cockroaches crawling. When we were moved the room had a rich odor of cat pee. Then we were moved to a third room that has dead roaches and mold on the ac units. Every week I have stayed here I am receving less and less services and still being charged the same. There is NO continental breakfast (as advertised STILL! ), no toiletries, na dish soap no maid service and the pool area is being shut down every other day for lack of chemicals. Not to mention the elevator that works sometimes but never works right. Opens before it stops, drops after stopping and deasd roaches in it. Know for the staff the desk people were courteous. All in all I would not recommend this place to anybody right now. However the new owners, once we spoke to him about the issues are making an effort to fix and improve the situation.

The stay here was fantastic. The rooms were very clean and well kept up. The staff was great always greeted you with a smile. Will definitely come back here again if I am in the area!
Highly recommend staying here.
