Horrible cleaning staff. One room we had, they made the beds, that was it. There are still dirty towels on the floor, garbage was full. That room also had 5 people, we kept asking for 5 wash cloths, once they did not bring any, the rest they sent 2. Our room had no wash cloths the first day. Broken coffee maker, mini golf course was a joke, not worth a penny to play. The front desk was rude every time to us. The only good things about this place is the heated pool was nice, could have been cleaned better though, and shopping and restaurants were close by. The restaurants in the hotel were good. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, absolute horrible experience!

The room was very clean. It had a coffee maker with coffee and condiments, a mini fridge and a smaller but decent flat screen tv. The main lobby had a bunch of things to offer as well. A few restaurants, a gift shop, an ice cream parlor. There were two pools that were very nice and they had lounge areas around both. They also included a dog park area. I believe there was a laundry facility as well but we did not need to use it. It was all and all a great 2 night trip.

Just spent a night (as I was going to stay at WDW the next days) 4/2018. I was in the tower section and the rooms were big, and the best part is I had a room looking at the Disney side… AND you can see the fireworks (bonus). Booked another night when I go back this August. I would recommend staying here… I may stay more then just one night?

Their pictures online were deceiving. Sure, it was my fault for not looking more into it, but we were in a rush to book a hotel room for the night. For security reasons, I have always been the type of person to NOT like being in a room with the door to the room outside, facing the parking lot. That's exactly where our room ended up being. When we pulled in to the property, we noticed a row of buildings behind the tall RAMADA tower that was next to the road — THE ONE THAT WAS PICTURED ONLINE. When we got the front desk to check-in, they stated all the rooms in the tower were booked, plus they were a more expensive rate. We had no choice but to take the room. Once in the room, we couldn't get any natural light without the window to the parking lot being wide open, so people could see inside our room! The room also wasn't quiet at all — we could heard everything going on outside and in the next room. The only saving grace was that the place was relatively clean, but it was pretty run-down and definitely outdated.

This place is aweful. The first day called housekeeping and maintenance neither returned my phone call the whole week. Toilet didn’t flush correct mold on ceilings in bathroom looks like was tried to cover up with paint. Floor was never swept and mopped and tub wasn’t cleaned. My daughters and I cleaned before using anything. Half the way home my daughter realized she left a bag so she called they kept sending her from voicemail to voicemail and no one returning her phone call. So I tried calling the lady said she would call back in ten minutes and still yet to here from them. Lady very rude on phone. I have reported incident to Better Business Bureau. And will be filing a report by phone to local police station for the “lost” merchandise that one employee has already said they had in lost and found but this lady says that it’s not. Do not stay here.

Where do I begin? We checked around 5pm. Quick and easy process. Walked into the room and it smelled musty. Got worse when I turned on the AC. Room is clearly outdated. The tub was dirty, I cleaned it myself with the white wash clothes. The ice bucket was disgusting. Coffee pot didn't work. Went to the front desk 3xs and never got extra towels or blanket till right before the housekeeping closed at midnight! Since when does housekeeping close and front desk doesn't have access to provide towels and blankets? Everyday they housekeeping left our window curtain open which was clearly closed when we left. The bothered me because for the security of my belongings. Tablets and laptops were clear to be seen when they did it. Beds were made daily. Went to the front the second night to get something, but the front desk was watching MTV Jersey shore. Not exactly professional or appropriate for a hotel lobby. The friends went to get something from the restaurant that displayed they closed at 11 however at 1045 they had shut down. It took a manager to come to reopen so she could purchase ice cream. Went on the 3rd day to the front door then to heat up my food since there's no microwave in the room. 7am and they walked away with a sign on display like they'd be back shortly. Well 20 min later no one came and I left. If you're looking for a place to sleep, it'll work. But it's not a place a I'll go back to.

In relation quality-price is acceptable. It is a hotel with old facilities but working properly. It is very close to the parks with a Walmart that you can get to by walking. In addition to a great amount of parking for which you should not worry about where to leave your vehicle. In addition to agency rent cars directly.

Good cheap hotel, just that you have to rent a microwave.

The room was very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Super recommended.

If you are not looking to splurge on a pricier hotel room, but are still looking for a great location close to many restaurants, all Disney parks, friendly staff, very clean room, comfy beds at a fair rate, then this is a great choice. I have to admit, I had my doubts after reading some of the reviews (mainly because I'm very picky about where we stay), but I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised. We were in room 116, not a tower room (didnt expect to be in tower) due to the lower rate we paid. This room is super spacious, 2 queen beds, great AC, small sitting area, mini fridge, roomy dressing area and it was clean, tidy and fresh smelling. The only negative remark would be that the mini tiles in the tub/shower are dated and could use replacing. We go very often to Disney and I'm keeping this property as my definite back-up property whenever we don't stay in a Disney Resort hotel. Thanks Ramada for a great stay!

Well Ubicaco Hotel quite close to Disney. But having said that, comment that if you don't have a car, saying it's close is nonsense.
In Orlando or you move by car or do not move because the distances are exaggerated large, and although it seems that on the map is near and by car are 5minutos, to walk you have to take a lap of 2h. I don't recommend public transport either. Rubber is the best option.
The room was very spacious and clean with large beds, although for my taste it lacked a bit of light to the room.
It has an amazing pool and the whole hotel is very big.
Friendly and attentive service.
Also highlight the good information service of the Disney and Universal parks they have at the reception. They offer shuttles to the free parks.
Good value for money.

This hotel is very close to Disney and was much cheaper than most surrounding hotels. It also has security at the front of the parking lot, so you can't get in unless you belong there. That being said, I understand that this is a budget hotel so I shouldn't have high expectations. The employees seem like they hate their job and guests are inconveniencing them. Only Robin in the dining hall seemed to like people and she deserves a raise. The rooms were not that sound-proof, I could hear doors slam and people talking in the hallway, and I could hear the neighbor's TV. I had ear plugs so it didn't bother me so much, but my husband could not get a good night's sleep. We were trying to do Disney on a budget, but we may just spend the few extra dollars for a better place next time.

My car was keyed in the parking lot of the Ramada Inn Kissimmee. Hotel staff "We are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle. We have no surveillance to protect the vehicles in the parking lot. Have a great day" Thanks Ramada. Your customer service is excellent! Where was security when all this was happening? I guess I'll take my now damaged car and assume all costs for something that happened on your property. Needless to say, this was my last stay!

Terrible attention from the staff. Very rude. White. I'm not coming back.

I didn't expect much out of this hotel but I was pleasantly surprised. Our room was right outside of the pool, which was great for the kids. The service was friendly and helpful. The shuttle only ran from like 930-noon to Disney, so that was disappointing. But other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

The hotel has an excellent location, close to several interesting shops such as the Walmart, Disney stores. Very dirty hallways.

Staff was extremely unpleasant to deal with. Continued to try and charge our card before we even got to the hotel to check in. Charge extra for microwaves per night. No breakfast for free like a continental. Rooms are extremity small and limited space. They give the definition of MINI fridge a whole new meaning. Was not happy, stayed 1 night cancelled the rest because of their staff not knowing how to do customer service at all. They charge RESORT fees and yet the place is not great. highly not recommend.

Once again we returned to our 'Home' Inn where we spent out Anniversary. Waiting there was a nice little welcome package and the room was wonderful as always! From the Front Desk to Housekeeping, everyone was pleasant and made our stay one to remember. This is a great place to stay and celebrate special events!

This was our first visit to Orlando, Florida and Disney World. We stayed in one of the Tower Suites at the front of the property. The upgraded room was well worth the money. Our room was on the forth floor near the elevators, we never heard hall traffic, doors slamming or roadway traffic. My wife liked having immediate access to the balcony just outside of our room. The suite was clean and cooled when we arrived. The breakfast buffet was fresh and promptly maintained. The omelet and waffle bar was fresh and prepared to order while you waited. I looked forward to breakfast downstairs each morning. The fenced property and on site security provided piece of mind while we rested in our suite. This location and room would be our first choice for any future travels to Orlando. I highly recommend the Ramada Kissimmee Gateway for your travels to the Orlando area.

Stayed from Thursday to Sunday morning. Room was nice, only had the mini fridge no microwave. The shuttle schedule was kind of lackluster; but the uber to the Disney parks didn't pay more than $20 for the back and forth of two days. Not bad. The bed is on one of those metal leg supports, so it was pretty noisy moving around on it. No horror stories, not a bad stay.

The tower rooms are very nice and well worth the $10 more than the standard room. Standard rooms are old and we had to change rooms due to mold in the bathroom and a horrible smell in the room. The staff moved us immediately and are all very pleasant. The shuttles to Disney are only 2 in the morning and 2 late at night. This is not convenient if you want to return to the hotel earlier than 10 pm. We took uber. Much more convenient.

Quiet, clean and very close to the parks by car.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have been here twice and both times have been wonderful. Great housekeeping, very personable ladies, when asked our requests were fulfilled promptly. We will definitely come back on our next trip to Orlando!

This is one of my favorite places to stay at while in Kissimmee. Bianca at the front desk is very personable and accommodating. All the staff are superb at their job. Paulina, from housekeeping is such a pleasant person. I highly recommend staying in the Tower. Luxury accommodations at affordable prices. My favorite room? Beautiful view of Disney fireworks.

Stayed during our Disney trip. Very close to the parks. Also neat shoppping within walking distance. Tons of places to eat. Staff at the hotel too notch. Two restaurants and a bar in the hotel. Gift shop. Two swimming pools, mini golf. Rooms nice. Definitely a fine place to stay.

The outside hallways are very dirty, with a pressurized water machine are cleaned up quickly and give a good picture to the place, the back rooms of the building do not have microwaves.

It is a very cozy place that the next one to come to Orlando I rent it direct p by or Internet because we are Orlando is a scam sells you packages telling you that you return $150 but do not warn you the requirements that ask and that makes it look bad to the hotel Ramada by that same t Ontos.

Excellent location. A giant Walmart next door. The beds the best and it is economical.

I guess you get what you pay for! We expected a $40 room to be old and dirty, but within a couple of hours, a strong smell of paint thinner or similar toxic chemicals took over our room. We thought it would go away, but it only got stronger to the point of getting nauseous and bringing on headaches. Turns out, they were resurfacing the bathtubs, which if you research involves some seriously toxic chemicals. The entire building should have been blocked off and unavailable to bookings. The manager up front said a refund was not an option (which we we're going to dispute at a higher level), but she offered us to switch to their (nicer) tower rooms for free. We inspected then before agreeing and most importantly, they had not been resurfacing the bathtubs so no chance of getting poisoned. This upgrade is the only reason we accepted our continued stay here and I didn't leave this as a 1 star review. Management should really protect the customers from toxic chemicals affecting their health.

The location is excellent, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the customer service is regular, the girls who atendien at the front desk are friendly and try to solve at all times, but their supervisor Kelly Johns is the opposite version of customer services, bad Humorada, rude to customers and collaborators, does not seek solutions, does not follow up, in short… a lousy image for the hotel.

It's a basic hotel, but clean and beds are comfortable. We stayed in the older section. There is no safe in the rooms there but there is at the reception if needed. Very convenient location for Disney parks. Basic but more than sufficient. We'll be coming back in 5-6 months time.

Good place to rest; The toilet is good; Because of the enclosed rooms, they have a slight smell of kept; But it's clean… it must be for the carpet that will take humidity from the environment.

Good rooms. Good price. The food in the restaurant is not very good.

Good hotel. Take it easy. To sleep is highly recommended. Buses for all the parks.

So this is just our Second night on the property and so far everything has been wonderful! We're just a young couple taking our two little ones to Disney for the first time. I don't really understand any of the bad reviews because they don't seem very fair. And I hope people read my review that will be staying here because I was nervous after reading some reviews and I have completely disagree with them. Everyone seems so friendly! House keeping did an awesome job! And the best part is we can see the fire works from Disney in our Hotel room! I was even able to check in early! So with that being said please give this hotel a shot you don't be disappointed and thank you to the receptionist who put us in such a great room with a magical view my kiddos have been so excited!

So goes for excursions but is ideally suited … Price performance ratio is right.

My girlfriend and I recently stayed here. The rooms were pretty decent. I'm a big guy at 6'6" 305 lbs. So I appreciated the extra firm beds. I wish the pillows were more substantial. The staff was great and vertu accommodating to anything we needed. There is no available room service, but there is a restaurant. The hotel also has a buffet for breakfast. The buffet is why I'm really giving this place 3 stars. The food was all very bland, the pancakes were small hard & tasted like cardboard. And after that one meal, I was sick the rest of the day. Overall, it was a great stay. But avoid the breakfast buffet.

Excellent Hotel, sure is the best hotel I ever stayed outside Disney Resort Hotels. As good as them and only less than 5 minutes to the Walt Disney Resort. Enjoy coming back to my room, after a long day, and found it a nite clean room with comfortable Queens beds, invite me to stay, from now, there on my trips to Disney (and I been there more than 30 times). Friendly and helpful staff all day. An excellent price nobody around Disney can bid it. Thanks for make my stay there part of an excellent vacation with my son. I will be back.

The rooms look nothing like the photos they have posted. This is one of those hotels that make me want to dye my hair again when I get home in case I caught lice. There weren't any bugs in the bed that I saw, but we did have a generous supply of gnats. Fun. The tub/shower had what looked to be mold as well as hair stuck to the wall from the last guests. The room had 1 trash can and did not have a trash bag in it. The carpet felt dirty when I walked on it with bare feet. They do not let you keep your "do not disturb" sign. We had to go to the front desk each morning to ask for another one because when we would wake up, it had been removed. The sink wouldn't drain to save its life so brushing my teeth every time was pretty gross. The door to the room was stuck all the time to the point that I had to basically body slam the door to get in each time. The only decent thing was that the bed seemed clean and the shower had nice water pressure. Will never stay here again in my life this was a terrible mistake. Found it on groupon and the photos made it look really nice. But ew, No.

Easy check in and check out. Had to make a slight adjustment to our length of stay, and they were easy to work with. Rooms were large enough and mostly clean. No sign of bugs. Found a foreign hair in the hair dryer. Tub and sink are staind. Excellent for an overnighter before my flight. Wouldn't be my first choice for a vacation getaway. Overall: — staff friendliness 4 stars — location 5 stars — cleanliness 2 stars — price 5 stars.

This is not a 3 star hotel! This hotel is what is called as "flat out lying to your face" dishonest. 1. The internet sucked 2. The motel like room had poor plumbing. The wash basin sucked and water was clogged all the time. 3. The A/C was leaking. Could you believe it? 4. The refrigerator was poor and could not keep baby food items cold. 5. The staff were not courteous. 6. Break fast is not included with your deals. Remember that! Other than the fact that this is closer to Disney EPCOT area, there is honestly nothing else. This is at best a 1 star hotel. They call this a 3 star hotel, sell rooms at a lower price, so that you will be awed to get a great deal and will book this hotel ahead of others. But that's a trap people! This place sucks big time. Don't fall for it. If you are looking a 1 star quality then this is ok. Definitely not a 3 star place! I will not stay here again! Date of stay: 4/2/2016 to 4/5/2016. Writing this on: 4/4/2016 night. (That poor service) Room no: 322 Booked 2 rooms with pool view.

The is no Wi-Fi in the room. And the staff lied is about-just because and I want to S. No Wi-Fi in the room. And those asked us to check out at 11am and a. At 4 pm. Of cause s just another lie. There are no rooms at all at4 pm. Don't trust the clerk, they're lying. There's no Wi-Fi in the room, no matter how they lie to you, they're going to restart the router. They said to let us check out at 11 o ' clock 4 o ' clock for us to change rooms is actually a lie. Don't stay at this hotel.

Terrible, a week-long stay and the bathroom dirty since we arrived, only put toilet paper and large enough to hold the towel on the grime. Humidity in the room, And the Wi-Fi does not reach it.

I think this hotel was great for value. Clean and friendly staff. Plenty of options for food near by. Definitely will stay here again. Thanks for a great weekend getaway.

This hotel is a ázco, the bathrooms the bath tub all bare tubes occidados, the fridges aaaaa the fridge and put everything inside when we got to Disney all damaged milk, cheese, ham, tooooodooo damn hotel. The Wi-Fi god is not k-cursed mess the poor state of the building does not allow good reception but they offer excellent Wi-Fi thing k is a lie does not work the phone in edge works more fast beds sound, the back people taking, and with BBQ, never cleaned the bathroom in 2 days k I was there for a side lights not working I was in room 272 from February 17 to k know who I am cojollo unfortunate.

Really terrible no Internet service in my room. Although it says it should have Wi-Fi, it was never connecting from my room. In addition to that my cell phone provider Internet was not even working while my stay in the room, and it works fine when going out of the hotel. I do not know what is happening. Real real messss!

If you're looking for a safe, clean, cheap and convenient hotel very near Disney property, this is the place. It's a no-frills kind of hotel. You get exactly what you need… Beds, a bathroom, a decent shower, television and they even have mini fridges in the rooms, which is great. I've always had a room near the pool which is convenient because it is close to the lobby, parking lot, on the ground floor, and you can walk to the little cafe near the lobby. I recommend buying a fountain soda if you're in for the night (or saving your cup. Free refills as long as they are open! ). I have yet to eat at the main restaurant in the hotel, but this place is near a Fridays (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED), a Sizzler, a Black Angus as well as a Dunkin Donuts, Mc Donalds, Wendys, Burger King, and plenty of places to get cheap souvenirs from what I saw. For less than $60.00 a night taxes included on a weekend within minutes from Disney this fits the bills for me. It seems like a lot of people agree with me because the majority of the people who I have encountered in the three times I have stayed here (Jan. 2016, Jun. 2015, Mar. 2015) are either large families in multiple rooms, single parents trying to stretch budgets to make family dreams come true, or people like me and my fiancee'… Quiet couples who plan to spend their entire day at the parks and need a safe clean to rest their heads. Either way the place is extremely family friendly and the staff is kind and attentive.

Great hotel, fantastic service and ideal location for attractions! We have stayed at the Ramada Gateway twice now and its a great place to stay when visiting the Disney Parks, SeaWorld or Universal Studios as the location is great and also offers a free shuttle service to the parks. The staff are friendly and keep to help with queries, tickets & problems etc. The hotel has 2 outdoor pools which are clean, towels are provided and open until 10pm, so perfect if wanting to get in the pool when you get back from a buy day at the parks. As for rooms again, large spacious, Wi-Fi, clean, Air Con, beds are large and comfortable, plus the bedding and towels are changed every day. TV are large and have plenty of channels (we had 2 in our room one in the lounge area and another facing the bed) There is also a snack bar, restaurant and Bar onsite and all the food here is fantastic, especially the burgers :-) I would highly recommend staying here. Stayed September 2015, travelled as a couple.

I would recommend this hotel. The entire staff was courtesy, attentive, and went above and beyond to provide great service. It was due to this service that after my long hours of a fruitful convention I was able to rest and retire with peace and quiet. Thank you Ramada and I will most certainly be using your hotel again.

A hotel that have what you need for good sleep, clean room and Wi-Fi. Close to Disney, across the street, ihop and other stores, recommended.

Excellent clean, comfortable and the location better.

The keys of the doors do not work, the Wi-Fi does not sive if you're not near denla reception, the bathrooms are covered without wearing them. The truth I do not recommend this place.
