Nice lobby, friendly desk staff. Rooms are adequate but very dated. Pool area was out of towels two days in a row and no staff ever came to restock. Hot tub is more like a warm kiddie pool with no jets. Location is convenient. Price on Expedia was great considering the cons I mentioned.

Got a cheap rate through hotwire. The room was clean and perfectly fine. It's a budget hotel so it's good, but not exactly fancy. The free breakfast was alright. For $30 a night and a shuttle to Disney, I'd definitely come back. They also have a rather large pool.

I was worry before I came base on those bad reviews that I saw. However, for my seven nights stay, everything was working fine and went on smooth. Room is much much cleaner than I expected, breakfast is very satisfying, and staffs are friendly and helpful. All in all, this hotel has greatest value for this price. I would definitely recommend this hotel to those people who has limited budget for their trip.

Budget friendly hotel. Rooms were fairly clean though the common grounds could be maintained more cleaner. Building seems dated and needs to be scrubbed and painted. Breakfast is okay and provides familiar fare; mostly crowded if you arrive after 8. Swimming pool bottom needs to be cleaned and seemed very dirty. Stay here if cost is a big factor and not too picky with clean surroundings.

Okay! So I have not even gotten in my room which yes I get the check in time. Stuff at desk was very not very nice. She was really short in her voice. However, the bus for the parks is a joke. Once a day bus service and your better off taking your car. Just a heads up. Not worth the money. Okay so we are at the end of our stay, I would like to share what I know. Hair throughout the room. Total gross, and was very displeased with cleaning team. When checking in they had already given the double beds away. Mind you I paid for them and I checked in within the time allowed, ended up with a single bed. Loud at all hours of the night. Bathroom had black mold through out. Not trash bags put in the bathroom trash. The wall in the bathroom has water damage. I will not be staying here again. Stuff did not care and was like oh well. Do not stay here! I would suggest to stay away from this hotel till they fix the stuff going on and make it safe, and clean and mold free. Also the buses only run once a day. So you are very mislead about how they pull you in. Keep in mind that you can stay in a nicer place for 10 dollars more.

We had an awesome time here. The rooms were a little older and we had multiple issues with our room keys but everything else was great. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and were quick to fix any issues. The breakfast included hot foods and a good variety. It's close to everything and includes a free shuttle to the parks. Also the pool is HEATED which was great for swimming during the rain which it did on and off through our trip. They even offered to give us a discount since we had to stay an extra night for a friend in the hospital!

The room was clean and beds were comfortable, what you would expect for the price, however we have stayed at Hilton's for the SAME price and had better continental breakfast. Don't be fooled by their online images. If you are expecting good food go elsewhere. Other than that it was just "ok"

The hotel is very nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful, it is very clean and the breakfast is very close to the parks in Disney.

Decent hotels for the cost. Great location near I4, rooms are suitably clean. The bed is comfortable-ish, not fantastic but not awful. Worst problem we have is that the walls are pretty thin you can hear people walking outside or upstairs, but that is common for older hotels in the area. The pool, is large and we'll maintained, very clean. It's "heated" but for the size it doesn't so a great job, but it is not freezing. All in all, for the price paid it's still a good value. We will likely stay here again if in the area.

I checked in and when I got to the room there was a loud whistling noise coming from the bathroom. I went back to the check in counter and a very rude older front desk man stated that he cannot change the room because the house keeping left for the day. I told him I cannot sleep in that noisy room and he rudely stated that he will send maintenance. When the maintenance person came he took between 30 to 45 minutes to fixed the toilet tank. He had to leave to get parts and come back. I asked again to change room and that rude disgusting man said he have no more room. The hotel is out dated, very old, and dirty. I guess they do not know what is the true meaning of resort. Don't waste your time and money staying here. Better hotel just across the street. Run run run.

Our stay at the Baymont Inn was very pleasant. Upon check-in we were asked if we would like a room that had a view of the Disney fireworks… Yes please! Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower was hot with good pressure. The room came with a microwave and fridge which was great for storing food. The pool was clean and deep! The breakfast had good variety. The eggs and sausage were tasty! The staff was very kind! We would stay here again. Great deal especially for the price!

Good hotel. Good services. Varied options for breakfast. The only downside is that the waiting rows for breakfast many times get very long and with the amount of people there at the time of breakfast there are few tables. The rest of the services is very good.

The resort is a little dated, but the rooms were very clean, well kept, and organized. The service was awesome! Hot breakfast in the morning which includes eggs, sausage, and potatoes plus more. It's not too expensive either. I'd go back.

Read the reviews online, but booked regardless. Found the room more than adequate and clean. Staff of the hotel very friendly and helpful. Pool was good size. Figure that those who've made complaints about this hotel. Expected to pay for a Ritz room on a shoe lace budget. Gene.

Broken seemed to be the them here. Old room (not a big deal). Toilet leaked. Door lock wouldn't open for us. Elevator wouldn't close or would stop on the wrong floor. No drinking water in the hotel. Ice machine broken. Terrible cheap breakfast, was that even real egg?

The Baymont has been my home away from home. Most of the front desk staff is friendly. One man is really rude. Anyway the rooms are nice and clean, the housekeepers are to die for,, they do their jobs so tip them well. The laundry area is nice and clean. The grounds are well kept. The lobby is always nice and quiet. The gym is very nice. They got it going on. They need a park for children. Thats what they lacking other than that. They staff makes this place awesome.

Great location. Just 2 minutes off the Disney property. Right off the main strip and within 5 minutes of Target and lots of other stores and restaurants. Looks like it used to be a very nice hotel, nice little Courtyard in front of the pool by the rooms. Nice Lobby that used to have a bar until they did not renew their liquor license. Hot breakfast of your typical toast, waffles, cereal, egg Patty, sausages and cubed potatoes. However, the line does get a little long and the plates are ridiculously tiny. Hint, bring a tray from your room in order to take your food back to your table for your family. Rooms are clean, however there are minor dings and holes in the walls from screws and or general use that have not been repaired. Towels are rough. Quality of the hotel is reflected in the price. All that said, we would still stay here again considering the awesome price I found through a travel website.

Hotel in celebration City, Osceola County, very close to Disney parks in Orlando. It has a quite large lobby that serves as a room (with TV and armchairs quite comfortable), as well as having the dining room where breakfast is served. It also has a swimming pool and two bedroom buildings. The rooms are small but comfortable, offering in the same space nearby beds, kitchenette and bathrooms. It takes advantage of the inner space within them. Good Internet connection. It is a modest but comfortable hotel to stay the days while you are in Orlando visiting the parks.

Good breakfast, close to the Disney parks, comfortable rooms, good service and very attentive all. They have service to buy tickets to parks and consultations about the places to visit.

I am basing my star rating and review on the price we paid. For a cheaper hotel near Disney we love the Baymont Inn and sweets. The rooms are clean and comfortable. You get breakfast with the price, which you do not always get. My only complaint with the buffet was they use to have fresh fruit like apples, bananas or orange but no longer have. Staff has always been helpful and friendly. Sure there may be some age related issues, but for what you pay it is a great value.

Good place, close to everything! … but insects can be found inside the rooms and the facilities need maintenance. Breakfast is good but invariant.

The room was okay, but could definitely have been updated. The breakfast food was edible, but I wouldn't go much further than that. There was a dirty towel on the floor when we got to our room. The lobby is very nice, but don't let that fool you. You probably won't beat the price in this area, but you get what you pay for.

I just returned from a stay at the Belmont Inn & Suites in Celebration, Fl. I would like to compliment the entire on their caring and helpful service. Every member of the staff was very courteous. One thing that I feel is extremely important for a hotel to have are clean rooms and very comfortable beds. The Belmont absolutely filled that requirement.

A cheap half-haired hotel to be in Orlando. If you're not demanding happens… Not good housekeeping or breakfast.

The rooms are nice, spacious, well-distributed. I like that the toilet and tub is separate to the laundry and the kitchenette is enough for our use.
I think the elevators need to be fixed… to something more modern.

If you are looking for an inexpensive hotel which is close to the Disney parks and the touristy Kissimmee shops, I would consider this location. If you are looking for any frills at all, keep away. On the plus side, the room was kept clean each day. On the negative side, the decor looks like it was left in 1982. My in-room desk did not have anywhere to plug in; the nightstands did, but only after I unplugged the alarm clock. I found my first floor location to be quiet in it of itself, but this quiet was offset by the rumbling window unit AC & the ambient noise of the late-arriving crowd. In fairness, I was really on a budget for this last-minute trip, and I suppose I got what I paid for. I would recommend looking elsewhere if your budget so allows.

Great for the money. Clean rooms if a little shabby. Rooms are large with a fridge, microwave, and bar sink. Coffee makers and coffee/tea sets were provided. The breakfast included eggs, sausage, various breads and cereals plus drinks. Location is perfect for WDW and local shopping. Desk personnel was very quick and friendly. It does have a guest laundry and a pool neither of which I used. No room service but a McDonald's and a Denny's within a short walk.

Stayed for 3 nights quiet no complaints from me about loud noise. Good location around chain stores and restaurants. Not sure about other rooms in my room I didn't see bugs or roaches to prevent myself from seeing anything I threw my garbage that had food in it outside in the garbage can picked up crumbs off the floor. Did not utilize closets or drawers kept my suitcases off the floor and kept them closed. The room was OK just some rust on the tub and toilet. That was the only flaw in the room. The elevators need to be updated but they work. Was told food from the breakfast buffet is not allowed in the rooms but depending on the day there is no table available to eat at when it's full. Area where the trees are need to be trimmed. Like I said before not sure about other rooms but it's obvious carpet haven't been steam cleaned in a long time.

This Hotel gets a two star mainly because of the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom had mold and spider webs around the vents, mold around the bathtub. Elevators are scary you don't know if you are going to make it up or down (and they are hot). The upside was the proximity to Disney. Only a few miles away. Also they had a nice lobby area with complimentary breakfast.

Hotel was okay. Room itself was okay, but our actual hotel door would only unlock with our card 50% of the time. The reader would flash green, but the handle wouldn't do anything. It's proximity to everything was awesome. Good location.

Stayed for a weekend. Great locationnot far from all the Disney parks. Staff was super nice. The outside area of the hotel at first glance is very worrisome. Trash and just generally unkempt. However upon entering the room was pleasantly surprised. Room was perfect for what we needed and made the hotel worth the price.

The hotel was not so easy to find with directions to Black Lake road. Hotel was nice. But the room had no working fan in bathroom so mold was all over bathroom walls. When I called to complain it was not working I was told it was just cosmetic and they did not really have them in the rooms.

A solid 3 Star Hotel the staff hospitality make it 4 Stars. It's home away from home. Great location Denny's is a two minute walk.

I travel every month for work and pleasure. This trip, my mother, sister and I were going to Disney world. We come down once a year for 7 days or more at a time. We are here for 10days and decided to try this hotel because we found a great value on the room and it will save us money so we can spend it on other activities. The location is great and when pulling up to the hotel, I was surprised on how professional and clean the lobby and staff are. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast bar is fantastic! They have bagels, muffins, cereal, eggs, sausage, potatoes, toast, fruit… anything you could ask for. So far off to a great start! When getting to the room, the first thing we noticed was how outdated the room was. Not that big of a problem until we started fully trying to funtion everything in the room. Cleanliness is also a huge problem. The bathroom is rusted and so dirty that I couldn't even scrap the grit off of the tub. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable, spider webs on the lamps and the housekeeping doesn't try to hard. This isn't even the worse part! The first couple days we were seeing little bugs around the room and thought, it's Florida. Throughout our stay we have experienced multiple ROACHES! Ugh, it just disgusts me! They did offer to switch our room but I'm sure if they are in one room, they're in all! I feel very uncomfortable sleeping here and the feeling won't go away because every morning when I use the bathroom I see a new roach.

Let's start off with the employee's here have no customer service skills, very rude, and inconsiderate. We drove up from Miami (running from irma's aftermath) to enjoy our time and A/C. We get to the hotel after 10am and ask for what time the check in was. The response from the front desk was to snappy and rude. So we left to spend our day at Animal Kingdom till we could get our room. We came back to Baymont to check in and waited in a 35 min line (not a problem we knew it would happen since people from South Florida are coming up to find relaxation after the storm), we get our room key and make our way with our luggage to the 6th floor to our room. What we found surprised me. The room door open as if someone is inside, then as we walked in the beds were undone and super messy, there is a chocolate cake and it was smeared throughout the room and the bathroom… was DISGUSTING! So we go down to speak to the front desk calmly but upset to then have him be disrespectful and rude. If you are looking for a family oriented and fun place to enjoy your stay while you attend the parks than THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU! This will be the last time I spend my money with Wyndham.

This place was disgusting. We stayed for 4 nights and killed multiple roaches each day we stayed there. Not to mention the room smelled strange as well. The pool had dead frogs in them! It looked like it hadn't been cleaned before we got in. There is only ONE shuttle to Universal at 1130am, and takes an hr to get to the place because of its many stops. AND the return time is 630pm! That's it. No other times. I didn't mind the taxis we had to take to get around but I thought that at least the shuttles would be of some use. At least the breakfast was alright, but even that was questionable.

The front ones were pretty bad classes. They did not give good information, and when I got the card from the room I was given another person's room. I waited 15 minutes to get the card at first to give me the wrong room. Wrong bad the young man's service and the supervisor.

I stayed at this hotel from August 4th-8th, 2017 and I have only good things to say about this hotel. When I went to my room it was cool, clean, it smelled good. Everything in the room was in perfect shape and clean (fridge, microwave, coffee maker and iron). The best thing during my stay was the breakfast, they had little omelets, home fries, sausages, muffins, cold & hot cereal, bagels, bread, fruit, coffee and juices. I loved it. I traveled from Iowa.

We stayed in a room with two large beds. Very clean and with fridge and microwave oven. A large swimming pool and ample parking. We recommend it without a doubt.

Regular Room Cleaning Service. Nice place, huge lobby with super comfortable armchairs.

I recommend this hotel, the room very spacious and clean. It's worth the price one pays.
Breakfast is early from 7 to 9:30, it is very varied and self-service.
It is 15/20 minutes from Disney parks and a little more time for Universal.
It is close to service stations, Target, Dollar Tree, Ross dress For Less, and fast food venues such as Mc Donalds, Taco Bell, Wendys, etc.

M Taste the hotel, I recommend if you just go to sleep and have breakfast. It's very quiet, comfortable clean. Very good breakfast. I only recommend maintenance and little paint and renovate the lifts, but I will definitely stay here again.

Hard to get a better accommodation at the rates that they offer (under 50 per night). Complimentary breakfast, shuttle service and good sized rooms with microwave and refrigerator. Staff is courteous. What can get better? Well you are getting more than you are paying here but the difference between a 3.5 star and this hotel is evident. Bathrooms can do with some upgrades specially the showers. Best feature is the location, under 10 mins from animal kingdom and under 20 for magic Kingdom.

A simple hotel room for my family to stay. We like the area, since it's relatively close to the theme parks. There are many dining options nearby. A courteous staff and comfortable beds. The complimentary breakfast is a plus.

Excellent breakfast elevators do not have A/C and they are very hot, but above all it was an excellent hotel.

The overall stay was a pleasure, clean room, excellent provisions and amenities etc. The only 'critique' for improvemenst would be the breakfast line organisation and the only ice machine available was broken. Aside from those two points, the staff were very pleasant and helpful, a late checkout was offered without even requesting and above all we had an excellent night sleep. We will certainly recommend and be staying with Beymont Inn & suites for our future overnight stays in Orlando during our Disney world visits.

Overall, the place lacks dazzle due to worn down areas. However, I wouldn't hesitate to stay again because of the overall value. Anastasia at the check-in was so nice. Even though I didn't ask, she got me checked in a bit early and gave me a great room (1525) that was clean, quiet, cool, and comfortable. The bedding and bath towels were very nice. The bed was firm but not hard. The room had a mini-kitchenette of an extra sink, regular 4-cup Mr. Coffee maker, 3 CF fridge, and microwave. Coffee was provided but no creamer/sugar packets. I had two double beds (maybe queen-I was alone so not a concern). The pillows were small and medium softness. The AC unit worked well without being terribly noisy. This facility has all outside access rooms, I believe. The pool looked inviting, but I didn't try it. I was able to access free Wi-Fi on my phone. I did not see a data port. This hotel is a 5-10 min easy drive to the Walt Disney World parks. It is a block behind the main highway 192. There's a restaurant and a famous fast-food place across the street. I think there was a small market across the highway. The motel has a mini shop as well as snack and drink machines. With a car, you have access to other eateries and shopping areas within 3 miles or so. They provide a complimentary breakfast, but I left before it opened at 7AM. There is a resort fee of $7-$8 which was clearly indicated on my reservation and far less than most charge. Parking is free.

Baymont inn is a really good hotel my husband and kids love it the room was really nice. We will be going back soon. The area in Orlando is the best we always go to international area to see the sling shot. I really love that they give breakfast in the morning it helps when your on vacation.

I frequent this hotel and I feel it is an amazing value for the price. They have a beautiful lobby, all you can eat breakfast, heated pool and so much more. The rooms are decent and have flat screens unlike the dates hotels with tube sets. The location to disney and major highways is great. You can enjoy foreworks every night from the 6th floor. An amazing, family friendly, place to stay!

The rooms are only 10 minutes from disney and the rooms are clean and spacious. Nothing fancy, but I likes it. Breakfast included too!

I read the reviews and I was skeptical since I booked this on hot wire. When I got to the lobby it was beautiful but I had read the rooms look like they are from "1972" when I got to the elevator and outside of the rooms it looked run down. When I got into my room it looked modern. Nice bathrooms tops. Clean nice bathroom. 50" television. It's not a Hilton resort where you are going to want to spend all of your time but it is a very nice hotel for the price where you can bring the family go to the parks and have a place to sleep. So yes this is a great hotel but it is no resort. If your spending big money on parks and dining this is a nice play to lay your head. P. S they have a nice pool.

I'm just going to be perfectly honest and just going to get to the point. PROS: 1. The price wasn't bad for being a hotel near as much that's in the area. 2. They have a complimentary breakfast. (see also CONS) 3. We checked in around 3pm and the night staff on duty were very accommodating and very nice people. I liked having the offer if I wanted to face Disney to see their fireworks every night or if I wanted to face the pool side. 4. They did a decent job at going to your room every day to make beds, change out towels, and refill complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and hand soaps. (see also CONS) 5. They have a good size pool and seemed to keep in maintained. CONS: 1. The quality of the building wasn't exactly what we were expecting nor used too. For instance… the door to our room didn't necessary fit the frame which caused a gap when the door was closed. So bugs, or outside air could easily get in. Secondly, one of our walls had an indent like something was forced into the wall. Not the biggest deal just a little disappointing. Our bathroom didn't have a fan so while taking showers the door had to be cracked to leave ventilation, which kinda becomes a pain when sharing room with others. 2. THE ELEVATORS! I'm surprised these haven't failed inspection. They have three in total and all three are disgusting!

I take every review I read to debate if I am going to stay at a hotel which is why I am reviewing this hotel. I have stayed here multiple times as a quick one to two night trip to Disney for my sister and I. Yes this hotel is on Hotwire and if you get it you get a steal of a deal. If you are looking for a beautiful 4 star resort with a awesome breakfast this is not for you. Yes they have free breakfast and honestly it is not the best. It's your typical continental with cheap muffins and juice. It's nothing not edible but if you don't like it there is a McDonald's less than a one minute walk away. Also the line for the breakfast is always long co spidering this hotel books up quick. Now as for the room I have never had any issues. People expect rooms to look like model homes as if no one has stayed in it before. The rooms are clean and sanitary. Now the outside of the hotel is deceiving because it is an old building. And the elevators are a little creepy but it doesn't hurt to take the stairs every once and awhile. This hotel is perfect for if you are going to just be sleeping! Great price and friendly staff every time. Also if you get the right room you'll see Disney fireworks! Don't hesitate to book here.

I was very disappointed in this hotel. I travel often for both work and pleasure. I took my grandson and his mom to Disney world last week and got this offer from a perk website my job offers. This hotel was not only old, dirty and run down the entire place was a total facade! I also had to pay in addition to what I paid in advance and $8 a day fee on top of the price I paid. The Lobby is so deceiving and looks really nice until you go into the area where the elevators are! The area is dark old and dingy. Our door never shut completely all the way and I only felt safe because we had an additional lock. I was surprised the elevators worked and had valid certificates! The breakfast was also very disgusting and cheap! Mostly surgery foods and no options for diabetic, vegetarian or vegans. The owners make it very clear they do not care about the hotel or the customers whom come here. Their only concern is making money and deceiving one to believe the hotel is top notch by the pictures they use. Shame on them! Do not WASTE your money here!

If you're looking for a good breakfast, or a nice room, this is not the place for you. If you don't mind a a long wait for a cold breakfast, or an unrenovated room from 1972, this place is fine. For the price it's just under O. K. The rooms are in bad need of deep cleanings, or just general renovation. Was not happy to see the quality of the rooms not match the quality of the lobby. It's clear they renovated the lobby, instead of the rooms. The kids loved the pool though, so at least that was enjoyable. Beds mostly uncomfortable, luckily we didn't spend much time there, and there are great places locally to get breakfast. Definitely would not stay here again unless they renovated the entire place.

The rooms ancient the A/C noisy not let you sleep very neglected, areas of corridors, dirty and alone, not served as the entrance door of the room. I don't recommend it. The photos on the website do not correspond to the real state of the hotel.

While the staff was amazingly friendly and prompt with responding to requests we had a few issues with the structure of the hotel itself. Our room door was not flush within the frame and let warm air and sounds drift in all throughout the night. Also, the breakfast provided was limited to a 2 hour period in which every guest of the hotel had to eat, causing a 40 minute line for the smallish breakfast offering. The elevators had several technical faults while we were there and were shut down completely for a half hour on the morning we left. The room itself was amazingly clean and beautiful and the beds were comfy. That, as well as the extreme friendliness of the staff, was enough to keep this a reasonably enjoyable experience.

The people giving it more than 1 star are wrong and saying it was decent. I stayed here for 2 weeks. This hotel was chosen for me and had already been payed for or else I would have left the same night. The lobby looked nice and modern and definitely fooled me. Walking to the elevators outside you begin to see the dirty concreate floor. The elevators were so old and run down. Numbers were rubbed off from the buttons. It looked so old and dingy. Most of the time the elevators werent working. One usually worked out of 2. The area outside the rooms looked old. The concrete floor was gross outside the door. Walking into the room you see a decent queen size bed. Had a dirty mini fridge and sink. The TV was nice though. The cabinets were old and chipping and had a dust layer. There wasnt enough lighting in the room. Only one lamp standing and 2 lamps above the night stand with one working bulb. The rooms were very old looking and not appealing. The bathroom sink and counter were outside and the toilet and bathtub were in a seperate room. The bathroom counter were fine but the tiles were dirty and chipped. The bathrooms were DISGUSTING. Im not exaggerating. The door hinges looked rotten. The bathroom tiles were chipped. Dirt packed in corners of the room. The bathtub was yellow and the silicone lining around the tub was black and peeling. The bathroom faucet was leaking all day and night. Overall gross hotel. I've stayed in 3 star hotels and 2 star that are not even baymont dirty.

I RATE THIS NEGATIVE INFINITY! Thought we'd spend a couple extra hours on the beach before going to our hotel. Got there shortly before 7pm. Checking was 4pm. Room not ready. We were asked to come back in an hour. They had given our kid's suite to someone else and gave us the kid's suite that belonged to someone else the next day. Who knows what their excuse would be for the next family. The next day (New Year's eve), after coming back from Disney World at 2 o'clock in the morning with 3 sleepy kids, our key card did not work. I called down to the service desk who kept referring back to the manager who is conveniently never working. Do not come to this hotel unless you prefer to waste your money and sleep in your car or street. They have horrible service, dirty rooms, and workers work sub-human brains!

Not a great place. Had a very low budget feel. Service at reception was terrible as they did not even answer the phone when you tried to phone. Well appointed rooms though. Breakfast could be better. $7 a day resort fees. Shuttle to the parks was great.

I went during the Christmas season. I thought that when I vat get vat to be super super full and that the quality of vat to be well under. I had a wonderful experience. The people were very gracious and noble, they were ready to help and gave us a memory well special for my wife, my son, and, of course, to my also.

Baymont is a nice overall experience. The lobby is nice. Location is fantastic and convenient to Disney. Check-in was fast and the front desk person was fine. Not overly friendly, but he got the job done. The rooms are clean and seem to be updated. The beds are comfortable and the queen beds are a nice touch. The outside of the rooms and parking area is the issue. It is in need of updating and some serious cleaning. Unloading and parking is also a small problem because there are not many spots right by the hotel rooms. We stayed along the road and the street noise was a little loud. Overall it was a pleasant stay for our weekend at Disney.

The hotel was clean and nice but I was disappointed with the attentiveness of the staff. The room was not adequately stocked with towels and when we called for towels we were told someone was on their way … we ended up waiting 2 hrs and when we called again the person who answered was so rude.

The Baymont is the best hotel for the price on 192. While it is a 3 star it has a 5 star lobby, amazing pool and close to all the great attractions. The rooms are decent and service is fast and progessio al. Though the breakfast isn't the best I've had it is all you can eat and built into the price of the room unlike some of the other hotels. The Wi-Fi is lightening fast! I think the place deserves a higher rating. To sum up this review in one word: fantastic!

First thing you'll notice, the lobby is very big, with nice atmosphere and very comfortable seating. Our room was clean, the beds were very comfortable. Nice pool, close to most Disney attractions, friendly staff.

Stayed for a month house keeping was sweet but I disliked the change during her days off! I found roaches in my room every day which is disgusting. My safe was very disfunctional. There is a 7.99 resort fee there isnt even a jacussi I noticed that the pool is not always on with it filters! Their breakfast is the same everyday is not a biggie! It was resourceful but I will never plan to stay again.

I stayed here because it was assigned to me by hotwire which by the way seems to have lowered their standards also. But any way, The room was fairly clean, but not nicely clean, beds were fine, so for one night it was bearable. But the whole complex was horribly dirty! It's a dump! Elevators were dirty and run down, trash cans in the halls were filled up to their capacity and garbage was spilling out! Floors were dirty! lobby looks nice but it's deceiving, it's got dimmed light so it's not easy to see detail at night, but during the day you can see it's also dirty and poorly maintained, overall it was not pleasant to stay there, and I will never come back, if you don't mind dirty halls and surroundings, you will be fine. It was not ok for me, although it was cheap, there used to be a higher standard in budget hotels down in orlando, but that clearly has changed. If you go like I did just for one night, stay at one of the higher priced and much nicer hotels. And one more thing! Do not trust hotwire possible hotel selection! They promised a 3 star hotel! And mentioned some recognizable hotel brands before booking, and afterwards we were stuck with this one. And don't get me started on the car rental! Hotwire has also changed and I will never book through them again either. Hope this was helpful for any of you out there!

The hotel here was ridiculous. So many problems and there is barley ever any one at the front desk ever to tell about it. I was at this hotel for a week the first or the many problems I had was the buttons on the phone in the room was hardly functional. Second when the phone did decide to work only one out of the 10 or more times I called they answered. The one time they answered I asked them to send up maintenance for a problem with the a/c of course they said they would send someone up but no one ever showed up. The inside of the elevators look like they haven't been cleaned in months. Outside the elevators are even worse they just throw trash bags on top of trash bags instead of bringing them down to the dumpster there was about 7 bags full of trash outside one day. There was a leak in the shower that I was never able to mention to them because they don't ever answer the phone at guest services and oh yes don't bother trying to go down to the front desk about problems in person because there is a reason they aren't answering the phone. (NO ONE IS EVER THERE) And last but not least there was a hole behind the door where someone had previously slammed the door open and damaged it. It really a shame that they don't take better care of this hotel it looks like the owners really tried hard to make this a nice hotel and it is so close to Disney. Unfortunately the employees obviously don't care about it as much as the owner did.

Price and location excellent, great facilities, comfort, care, etc. Highly recommend!

This hotel was very friendly, and front desk receptionist, Angela, had upgraded our room to a king suite! We are FL residents and with the new remodeling, loved it! Room was very clean, and we had a awesome view for the fireworks at night… the pool was very spacious and clean, even my husband went swimming, and he hates swimming! The breakfast was hot and very plentiful! Can't wait to come back and stay!

In my personal opinion Good for the price cleanliness location parks Market and various sites of interest to take into account that it serves blunder continental.

The breakfast service could be open to broader and could make a better design for the transfer of cars from bb and to improve the cleaning in hallway and staircase.

Super recommend it, it has proximity to all the shopping malls like Premium Outlets, The Loop Mall, Marshalls, Super Target, Ross, Florida Mall, Downtown Disney Marketplace, All the Theme Parks in addition to the front of the Hotel is a store of Suvenirs very comfortable and original. The breakfast is simply excellent eats well and the care is very good and even better if you rent car there is free parking and internet in all rooms. So I super recommend it.
