Great rooms, lots of space for a family. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s also located in great location.

Very clean, big rooms. Good location; Close to the attractions. The front desk employees and manager on duty were very friendly. My only complaint is that there are only blinds on the bedroom windows… no curtains. The parking lot is well lit, so, in turn, the bedroom was, too.

Good place. No housekeeping in Vilas but the villas are 1 bedroom fully furnished apt style with W/D. Very clean and comfortable.

I am blown away by the overall reviews of this "resort". The rooms have been updated and are big. That is the only positive thing about this place. The surrounding area is run down motels, some of which are boarded up. If you have kids, you will not be comfortable with them being outside the room without an adult. It is gated, but the gate is always open. I would guess that the pool area was being used by people staying at the motels across the street. So anytime we had planned on going to the pool is spent going to a water park.

Very spacious, comfortable and well-equipped suites. Perfectly suited for families (amenities and location-wise). I mean they had items we had never seen in a hotel before like an in-unit washer and dryer or a drink blender. This all contributed to a us feeling just like at home. Difference was that this home was just across the street from a big attraction park and just 15-20 minutes away from Disney World…

Stayed with 4kids and 2adults and it was great. Very clean, well kept, nice pool and hot tub with kids splash zone. Fun Spot right across the street from us. Had a great time.

Awesome place to stay very secure has a parking gate and two doors to get into your room lol right in the heart of Old Town don't need a car for anything just use your feet lol everything is literally in walking distance! The pools amazing and our room had a doc right outside onto a lake and at night deers would basically walk in your backyard :-)

The staff here were extremely nice. It’s right across the street from old town and just a few miles from Disney. Great location! I would recommend this place to anyone.

Stayed here while we were visiting Disney, great staff very helpful, there was a lot for boxes in the lobby which was weird but the Saturday was great.

The only really good thing about this place is the pool. The furniture is old and dirty. The pull out bed from the couch was a very thin mattress. It was stained and very lumpy. The bathtub was very slippery with no rails at all. When we questioned these things we were told things were on order…

Location is great. Right next door to Old Town. Pool hot tub… Close to Disney and Celebration.

Near Old Town, close to many restaurants and attractions. We were in Orlando for a race at WDW, and travel to Epcot was very easy (about 15 minutes).

Nice place. Kind of a strange layout. Like the first floor much better than the second. People at check in were very nice and helpful. Would stay again as it was convenient to the Gaylord and Almost walking distance. First floor had almost a full kitchen.

Great place. Great price. Only down side was the walls/buildings were super thin. Having guests above us sucked. Oh and being so close to the fair thing over there that has loud music and people screaming on rides until 2am!

Where it's located doesn't look nice at all. The photos online makes the place look better. The room had everything you need.

Everything is so nice, very clean, very safe, convenient location. Great for a couple or some friends on a road trip. Has a pool and light breakfast on the weekends.

A great resort for the price! Very clean. Having a kitchenette made it easy to prepare a couple of meals. If you are looking for daily housekeeping, this is not the resort for you. It follows the "Home Away From Home" model, and you are expected to empty your own trash and wash your own towels. My unit had a washer and dryer, which helped. Iron and hairdryer were also in perfect working order. I would stay here again.

Very nice place. Not much with windows or views, though. Plus, they run time shares, so be prepared for daily phone calls.

Great place! Very clean. Front desk very organized. Pool is nice. Rooms were awesome. Was pleasantly surprised when we got to the room.

It was a cheap time share. So I got an affordable place near Disney world. The staff was pleasant. It had a nice exterior. The appliances were cheap and the washer dryer did not work but made a loud noise every 8 minutes until turned off the circuit breaker.

I've vacationed in this area many times and driven by this nice looking resort so I decided to make reservations and stay here on my upcoming trip. Since I am wheelchair bound I ALWAYS call the resort directly ahead of making reservations online for a wheelchair accessible room. To my surprise… NO accessible rooms with roll in showers. The front desk woman told me that people in wheelchairs get 1st floor rooms but that was the only accessibility that she could offer me… What a shame.

Perfect place for a vacation, right next to an amusement park. The pool is lots of fun and all the guests are really nice.

We have visited here many times with the family. The kids love it and there is plenty to keep everyone happy. The staff was exceptional and helped us during our stays many times. I cannot say enough about barefoot suits except for we have already booked our next stay!

When I stayed there was an alligator in a lake at the back.

It is the most wonderful in all of Kissimmee, comfortable rooms and excellent attention!

This hotel has condominium style room, the upstairs hotel room is different from the one on the downstairs. The upstairs hotel room has a jacuzzi, king size bed overlooking the Old Town scenery and or have another scenery. It has a closet, washer and dryer, while sitting on sofabed you can see Flat screen TV, sink area with microwave. There is a huge walk in shower, toilet double sinks, and jacuzzi in the bathroom setup like a master suite. The upstairs looks like a quaint bungalow. Home sweet home! The downstairs hotel room has a queen size bed, to the right, then the bathroom has a tub/shower combination, with standing sink, toilet, mini etagere for towels, washcloths and soap bars. You walk a little further there is a leaf table for two, a full size refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and coffeemaker with marble countertops, overlooking the Eat in kitchen are two white barstools with Flat screen TV behind it. Also, a queen size sofabed, loveseat, and there is a patio with a screen door can view the lake, a small pier and in hindsight and you will see the swimming pool. Very comfortable when socializing with family and friends. Come see for yourself for R &R.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and well equipped. A great place to settle in for a week of vacation with the family. And the front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Everything is great @ resort. I love room. Only things I didn't like was there was no sheets in the room for the couch bed.

BEWARE:The hotel was great we loved it. But they never returned my $100 deposit when they said they did. Don't do time share at this hotel they gave me $100 check to do so. And in return kept my $100 deposit because I didn't buy any timeshares. Beware!

I just checked out 3/10/16 this hotel in my book is a 5 star and I most definitely will be coming back. I have nothing to complain about at all! My favorite was the jacuzzi tub! Staff very friendly and helpful! Close to everything, and theme parks. Two thumbs up to this place.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Our suite was spacious with a full kitchen, screened in porch and comfy living room. Bed slept nice, however I did get bit by spider. Bring toilet paper and your own cookware if you plan on cooking because that's not provided. Also ask for extra towels right away because there maybe none available. Nonetheless, it was very clean and nice and in a great location of the Disney experience. We were there for a time share presentation. The property has yet to be renovated as they claimed.

Room was better than expected. Setting of resort is a bit sketchy. Pool and playground area leave much to be desired.

When we arrived they couldn't find my paperwork. My key cards would not work in the door for over an hour. No ice. Minimal parking. Pool was not as advertised. The beds were terrible and they failed to tell me about the resort fee when the took my card for the $100 hold in case of damages! Worse place I have ever stayed.

We had a great time at the Barefoot'n in the Keys! The staff was very helpful and we got to check in early! The 1 bedroom was nice and well spaced out. Lots of space and hooks to hang towels in the bathroom. We had two kids (10 and 9) that slept in the living room and they liked it. The pool was small, but the kids still loved it. For entertainment, we walked to old town Kissimmee and that was a lot of fun. There are two fun parks (MyOldTownUSA and Fun Spot) right there and it is very affordable for kids. Nice thing is that adults don't have to pay to watch their kids ride the rides. We had a better time at the Fun Spot for the little older kids. The GoKarts were a hit. We would definitely stay again.

Great experience. We stayed in a one bedroom suite and it was very comfortable, huge bathroom with whirlpool tub, private screened porch and comfy beds. The pool was nice and the staff was incredibly friendly.
