I would highly recommend The Don CeSar to anyone looking for a romantic getaway or a luxurious escape. The hotel’s beautiful surroundings, fantastic amenities, and great hotel bar make it the perfect place to relax, unwind, and create memories to last a lifetime.

I work rideshare as a second job, basically picking people up from their hotel which is another form of helping their staff. I had an Uber ride there and when I drove up to pick up the couple, who were part of the wedding there, one of their valet staff ran up to my window and immediately started screaming at me in my face to move for no reason… highly embarrassing and unprofessional and it was right in front of the whole wedding! I will be letting my rideshares know how they treat regular people, shows you their true colors. As I pulled away I stopped for 2 seconds just to see if I can see a name of the person or their person icon to know where they would be located and he proceeded to run up to my car and again start yelling! When I say yelling I mean screaming in my face! Is this how you do business and treat others? As I haven't stayed or eaten there I can't attest to their quality but to treat others like this is very disrespectful and immature. So this 1-star review is for their staff only, particularly their valet staff.

Everything is great! Customer service and food is outstanding.

Awesome. All of the amenities are accessibles, nice stores give always and the restaurant is so amazing food and ambiance so romantic.

Everyone (staff) was very accommodating. Rooms were top notch and updated, which is a surprise for an iconic almost 100 year old building!

Would not recommend and will never return. Very expensive with a very small narrow bathroom with 24” door. Martiana restaurant redecorated very modern with no sound proofing. So loud could not have conversation.

Excellent! The staff is super friendly and the resort is beautiful! Family friendly, but also a excellent couples getaway. The pools are beautiful and the beach is steps away from the resort… best groomed beach of the area!. Can't say enough about this resort… the restaurants, bars, everything is top shelf… you will love it!

Beautiful and luxurious atmosphere! We absolutely loved our spa day at The Don CeSar. It was exactly what we needed. Pampered from head to toe. We already made plans on coming back soon.

Had a great dinner at the Mariana restaurant last night celebrating a special occasion. The food was tremendous the chef definitely has a great flair. The service was five star. Highly recommend…

We have been here many times. It’s family friendly and has awesome pools and Beach. Young children are welcomed. Enjoy this St Pete treasure.

Ambiance and decor was beautiful. Service was very subpar starting with check in when they couldn’t find our reservation & made sure to assume blame on the guest.
Amenities (Jet skis, paddle boards etc. ) are not available till 9:30a and noon!
Bars are slow to serve and not friendly at all. Princeton was their only saving grace in the ice cream/ coffee shop. Very professional and accommodating. Wish we could’ve seen his smile the next morning before heading out to the beach. And now…. Being removed from the cabana area before finishing my review 🙄 Absolutely not 5 star service, disappointed.

We had the best stay here! Hotel so clean, rooms modern, food fantastic and staff so friendly. Cabana Boy Paul and Bartender Joe were the best I have ever had and I have traveled alot. They made us feel like VIP! we will be back for sure!

The hotel is beautiful. Really impressive building with clean, nice rooms and a great location. Pools, there are 2, and beach are very relaxing. The staff was very friendly and all meals/drinks I had were top notch. Try the Fish Tacos at the Pool Bar — would definitely stay again. Plenty of Beach to sit, walk or play volleyball. Each day at sunset you can clearly hear the Gong.

We enjoyed toasting mimosas at the Rowe Bar. The food was delicious as well as the Cookie Sundae! The atmosphere was very inviting and romantic.

From the time I walk in and I am greeted by Greg at the front desk the service is impeccable. The private beach is a must in St Pete’s and the bars and Restaurants are delicious. The Maritana is a must and the knowledge of wine and food by the staff makes it a superb evening. Strongly recommend at least a weekend.

Over crowded and not sufficiently staffed. Only one restaurant open which was not clearly advised on their website. Thought it would be vintage but just looked old and bathroom was tiny. Large amount of construction and entrance not clearly marked on the outside and no signs indicating how to reach check in desk once you made it inside.

The service was awful, the food was awful, and everything is overpriced. They closed one of the pools for a private event on Sat. And nobody could get lawn chairs. The music in the lobby is so loud it gives you a headache. We were here 4 years ago and had a wonderful time. After this trip, we will not be back.

A historical site that is set upon the beach and beautiful gulf shore. Friendly people and staff help you to enjoy some relaxing time! Come for a drink or some delicious food. It's a place you want to experience at least once this lifetime.

I loved everything about The Don Cesar. The Maritana Grille was amazing for dinner. The Sea Porch Restaurant had a delightful Sunday morning brunch and delicious daily breakfasts and lunches. The lounges and service on the beach was also very good. Employees were very knowledgeable and helpful at all times. The extras including chocolate covered strawberries and champagne at happy hour made our 40th wedding anniversary a very special and memorable event. We will be back soon.

Loved everything about this place! It is absolutely beautiful and the beach chairs, umbrella, sunscreen and paddle boarding included were an awesome bonus!

It’s a very pretty, historic, even iconic resort. Very poor service on the beach though, and their cabanas are no cabanas at all. They’re just umbrellas! Pricey food & drink and valet to pay for such a lackluster overall experience. Disappointing.

This place is meh. Definitely not worth the money. You have to pay an additional $20 on top of what you already paid for parking each night. There was construction outside our window every morning. We couldn’t even open our curtains because there were construction workers literally right outside our window looking in, so we just sat in a dark room — couldn’t even enjoy the view of the gulf. Carpet in the hotel room is like it was from a grimy motel with stains all over it. I stayed at a hotel in Charleston, paid half the price and it was 1000x better than this place. I’m sure the hotels down the road are just the same, if not better, and half the price.

Great historic hotel right on beautiful St. Pete beach. You can walk miles in either direct right on the Gulf. The beach is always clean with activities for the whole family. It’s a must do at least once if you visit the area. The rooms are smaller and older but it has tons of character.

A wonderful icon of the Skyline! History galore and a story around every corner. Great shopping on the lower level, great bar on the main floor and spectacular decor. However, tucked neatly behind the building is the gem, double pool with out door bar, with servers. Ahhh, nearly an island get away, all this is beach side.

This review is based solely on the advertised Sunday “champagne brunch. ” We were very disappointed in the Sunday brunch. It was advertised as a “champagne brunch” although we find out after being seated that champagne was not included (but could be purchased for an additional $16 for bottomless mimosas. ) The food at the brunch was good for the most part but for $29, was really lacking in selection and presentation. For such a beautiful and upscale hotel, it was disappointing to find a “champagne brunch” featuring mostly basic breakfast items, only a small salad area, no carving station and an overall lack of elegance befitting the Don CeSar. There was also very little information about the brunch on your website, and no menu of the offerings that would be available.

Beautiful, historic hotel with a great beach for the whole family to enjoy. One of my favorite beaches to visit and the beach bed & chairs for rent really kick it up a notch. Staff is very friendly and helpful although the servers on the beach took an hour to take our order (once they realized we were there they came back more frequently). Restaurants and shops are very nice and it's a central location if you're wanting to explore the area. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

Always a wonderful time at the Don! Great place to get away for a little Stay-cation. Servers at the pool bar are pleasant and the food is good. We got a couple of their specialty island drinks and a couple of the fish tacos, definitely the right kind of vibe for a beach weekend. Can’t wait for our next trip out there!

Just walked through the hotel because I've always wondered what it looked like inside. My wife and I had a few drinks at the lobby bar and had a great experience. Bartender was very knowledgeable and personable and offered some sweet and spicy nut mix to enjoy while we took in the atmosphere of a spacious old time hotel. Would love to be able to stay a night or two here.

My wife and I were very much looking forward to staying here for our honeymoon, as this hotel has such a storied and historic reputation. "The Pink Palace" is an iconic landmark not only locals like ourselves are familiar with, but people all across the country, and indeed, from around the world, as well. It shows by the number of people from different places around the globe you can meet while you stay there, too. But its not just the grandiose architecture that captivates the mind: The Don CeSar has a reputation for luxury, opulence, satisfaction, and customer service. Perhaps therein lies the problem: you build up your expectations so high for this hotel that in your mind, it becomes infallible. The reality for us, however, was quite different. After having booked our reservation six months in advance for a room with a balcony view of the Gulf, we arrived to discover — with great disappointment — that the room we booked was unavailable! It was apparently overbooked by three people? Or something like that. Due to renovations, which I guess the hotel didn't foresee six months ago (? ), two floors were closed down, and the balcony room we booked wouldn't be available until the next day. I don't care how they attempt to explain it, it is unacceptable and should never happen. There is no reason you should book a room that long in advance only to find out it is unavailable because of routine maintenance upon your arrival.

We ate at the Seahorse Cafe. 1st the valet parking is $26.00 + tip. The menu in the cafe has been reduced to only a few items that are cooked. It is mainly bar food such as fish dip, salads & a few cooked dishes. We used to really enjoy the previous menu but the new menu doesn’t represent a dinner menu. We were extremely disappointed but had already valet parked. When we found a few things we could eat & had hot tea & coffee the bill came out to be over $150.00. To add insult to injury the food was below average. This is very sad because we really enjoyed the Cafe before. There are so many great restaurants on the beach that it is crazy to spend this kind of money on bad food & limited choices especially when there isn’t a view of the beach. The cafe appears to have become a trap for vacationers more than a restaurant option for beach residents. We will never go back.

Really cool place! This place is one big Castle. Located right on St Pete Beach. Amazing views and sunsets. This hotel has a ton of history. Really neat looking at it throughout the hallways and old pictures. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Rowe bar has great views as well with the deck and upper deck fire pits by the couches. Downfall was the FOOD! Just seems blah, not a lot of variety or effort going in the kitchen. This place should be booming with high end kitchen talent. Just seems like another corporate hotel food gain. Nothing to go brag about. Other than that a pleasant place to visit and go to.

A dream hotel right on the hotel's private beach in Tampa Bay. Even the sight of the pink castle-like hotel will make you speak the language when you see it for the first time. A small combo of live music is played by the pool at lunchtime while being served in its place.
On the beach only for hotel guests exclusive sun beds with sun protection are situated. Also here is served.
In the hotel there are several souvenir shops with high-quality, but also expensive gifts. I bought a huge bath towel with the hotel emblem and am always happy when I spread it on holiday. A beautiful memory.
The rooms are often outdated for the price and could offer more, but this absolutely unique location compensates for everything.

A little dated — rooms are small but you can't overlook the wonderful hospitality. The hotel is quite stately. You feel like you have finally arrived in life! The fitness center is better than many hotels and there is even a separate yoga room. A private beach complete with umbrella, chair, cabana and airbed rentals make this hotel well worth a try.

We were there for our son's wedding. The food was superb. The servers at our table were great. Constantly checking on us to see if we needed anything. The ambiance was wonderful. Low lighting, lit candles. Romantic atmosphere. Just hard getting a handicap parking spot. The door we went to enter the building had a button to open the door. It didn't work. No staff around to bring that to the facility's attention. The handicapped bathroom I used was clean & large enough for me, my husband & my wheelchair. My husband & I are both big too.

The Hotel is Lovely and Plush! The staff goes out of their way to please you. The restaurants within the hotel serve delicious food and beverages. Outstanding employees: maid service is cheerful, baggage porter trustworthy, maintenance on top of their game, waitresses and waiters make sure your happy and pleased, front desk personnel friendly and answer everything on your request. Highly Enjoyed this Location! P. S The King Mattress is to 'die for', where could I buy one?

Renovations are fantastic! The new owners have done a great job of sprucing the place up and empowering staff to do whatever it takes to accommodate their guests! Chrissy is a server and bartender and she makes you feel special and that she is concerned about your experience. She is also super friendly and nice. Go and enjoy some local flavor!

Met a friend for lunch at the Rowe Bar. The only available parking (weekday in March) was at the hotel, which had a sign indicating for parking "Guests $20.00" and "Visitors $25.00" but also indicated a complementary two free hours. We had a nice lunch, quickly looked at the beach and grounds and got back to our cars in 2 hours, 12 minutes whereupon we could not leave the parking lot until we paid $26.25! The sign is VERY misleading. The price appeared to be a day rate and when I called the hotel afterwards I was informed that eating there does not make me a guest and everyone has to pay that flat fee. She was chuckling when she said this (not very professional). Never again! Terrible hospitality!

I visited the ice cream parlour inside. There was a large variety of flavors to choose from. The prices weren't much different from any other Mom n' Pop ice cream shop, and were actually a little lower in some orders. The only complaint I had was the parking. Unless you're a guest at this hotel, there weren't many options for quick parking (that I could see) without having to pay a chunk of change. It'd be nice to have a few 10min max parking spots so that you can get your ice cream without the fear of your car getting ticketed or towed.

It doesn’t get better than this on Florida’s Gulf Coast. A historic hotel with real character run by a professional team in a 21st century “the customer comes first” way. Love this place!

This has got to be one of the coolest hotels I've stayed at, just the architectural appeal alone was worth the stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful, check in and check out was as smooth as can be. The pools and beach access are awesome and centrally located. The rooms are well appointed and clean. Will be staying here from now on when I visit St. Pete.

The Don CeSar reminded me of The Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, Colorado. The elegance, attention to detail, quality of staff, and the "wow" factor of such a historic hotel. It was picturesque and beautiful. The beach has rental options for queen bed cabanas ($100 daily for guests, $200 for non-guests), which are quite nice. Overall highly recommended.

Interesting, historical hotel on the beach. The pool area offered a nice activity area for foosball, table tennis and the like. Great sunsets. Good foyer bar for connecting with folks. The Rowe was a picturesque outdoor lounge. The rooms were small but clean. The bathroom was very tight, and they were stingy with their towels. The decor was pleasing. We were here for a conference. The banquet food was better than most hotel/conference facilities. The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. I did not use their spa facilities so I cannot comment on that. Overall, it was a pleasant visit.

Classy florida hotel — our room was clean and had a great Florida beach feel to it. EXCELLENT customer service. Staff was very polite attentive and professional. It was a pleasure staying at this hotel. They had some renovations going on in rooms across the hall from us but were pretty good about keeping noise level down and no work equipment in the hallways so it did not affect our experience. Great ice cream and coffee shop downstairs. Wish we had more time to enjoy other hotel amenities but had lots of activities outside the hotel planned and it was chilly so didn't get to the pool or hot tub. Maybe next time!

We got the email with description of a gulf view balcony with gulf view! We arrived at 4:45 and were told that it wasn't ready. Weird as check in is at 4:00. Went into other room to call housekeeping. Then came back and said it was under maintenance. Then they tried to put us in a queen, gulf view which the windows opened six inches. I don't think so. Checked back out immediately. So thoroughly disappointed with the service. I bet they gave our room away to someone else. Very Nice response from the hotel. So disappointed with the Sunday Brunch buffet (29.00). No imagination, nothing special and (I am still laughing at this) the carving station consisted of fried chicken and waffles. Seriously? The food we had was good, not great, and we didn't leave hungry. The bottomless Mimosas (16.00) were the deal of the day, maybe to make you forget about the buffet. This was on our Mom's 'Bucket List' and it was a Special Birthday. We will probably find a better brunch buffet for our next adventure.

I went to a wedding/reception at this hotel. Ceremony was on the beach and they did a great job of setting up the seating and having staff directing guests along the way. The reception was on the roof-top ballroom with a nice view from the balcony. The bartender and servers did an excellent job and the food was very tasty. I would definitely recommend them to someone looking for an event venue.

I’ve always heard such wonderful things about the Don Cesar, so naturally I was excited for my best friend to have her wedding there. Unfortunately the reality was far different from what we were promised. Customer service is 90% of what makes or breaks an experience at a hotel or resort — the Don’s service was truly the most disappointing I’ve ever experienced. Most of the staff (waiters, valet, receptionist, and bell hops) were unpleasant or downright rude. I was constantly judged for not having the nicest car, for using valet coupons (provided by the wedding planner for all of the wedding party! ) even though I tipped every valet person well. There is a lack of communication between the staff that causes stress to their guests. The wedding planner tells you one thing, reception or valet says another. It forced me to become the middle man and forced me to go back and forth between multiple parties to find an answer. It caused unnecessary stress that could’ve been prevented with a quick notice between the staff. Now imagine being a bride and having to deal with that stress ten-fold, in many different levels… that’s what my friend experienced. Constant miscommunication between the wedding planners, where they would mix up the vendors names and not follow up or not even send a schedule a week before the wedding! This is just a small glimpse of what she experienced. Was the wedding beautiful?

Historical Luxury Beach Resort. Sold and updated a few years ago to entice a new crowd. Lost it's charm with the addition of big TV's in the Hotel Bar which in the past had a real feel of a cozy place to visit. Rooms are small but updated and that's a plus. Elevator still slow, great pool service. If only people would leave their kids home…

We've lived in this area for years, and have had occasion to visit the Don when friends were in town or for dinner or special events. But we'd never actually stayed there before. My wife and I both love the history of this beautiful property, and the architecture represents an outstanding example of a bygone age. So we thought it would be fun to spend a night there for our anniversary. The interior has been thoughtfully and elegantly renovated, and the room was phenomenal. We were most impressed by the courtesy of a very engaging staff. Every employee we met (and we met a lot of staff) was friendly, outgoing, and courteous. I asked the concierge in advance to make sure there was a particular soda in the room for my wife, and even though the hotel does not stock it, they went out and bought it and made sure it was waiting for us on our arrival. We had booked a Gulf view balcony room, and they upgraded us upon our arrival to the best available room, which turned out to be the Gulf view Penthouse suite! Now you can't expect that sort of treat every time you stay there, but we thought the management was both incredibly thoughtful and generous to do that for us. In fact, the front desk staff were clearly genuinely happy and excited to deliver the good news to us. We used room service and the Spa, and again, the staff impressed us with their skill and courtesy. The linens, the towels, the bathrooms — everything was just top notch.

This has to be my favorite hotel of all time. It sits on the beautiful white beaches of St Pete. The hotel is beautifully kept, preserving it's historic feel but still having all the mod cons you expect. It has 2 great pools and a hot tub that surround a full bar with seating for lunch. There are other restaurants and bars on site along with boutique stores and an ice cream parlor. The staff are wonderful and many of them have worked there for years and it's lovely to see familiar faces. This will always be my happy place!

The BEST! The room (we stayed in 121) was fantastic! (I will post photos later). Sure it wasn't a great view but we didn't spend any time looking out the window. The pool & beach were wonderful places to spend time, always clean and well kept. The service there was second to none. I would definitely come again.

The hotel is very nice, lots of dining options, pretty vegetarian/vegan friendly. The pool is amazing, the ocean is just right outside the pool gates. The only negative thing about the whole experience is that you have to rent chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The rental runs about $50 per day for two chairs and an umbrella. The whole staff is very friendly and accommodating. Everyone goes out of their way to help in whatever way possible.

Was my first time hospedandome at Don CeSar Hotel. The architecture and history is interesting but had an espectatiba more high of the hotel not was nothing of the other world. The room was clean but like any other hotel with beach-style decoration. To the bed and the blankets if you give 5 stars, were well comfortable. The room is small.

Absolutely loved the hotel. It has a high level of finish that I see as the only luxury style hotel in the area. We ate at the Rowe Bar amd it was fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful. The reason it drops down a star, is the crazy $40 for valet?! That is some crap right there. They say $30, then add tax, then you tip on top of that. In a big city such as atlanta, you get complimentart valet (or a couple bucks) if eating at the restaurant. They need to fix that.

The staff here is wonderful! I am always greeted with a smile and they always ask if they can do anything to make my stay better. The whole hotel experience has been great!

Seemed like a nice hotel. The wedding food was not as good as I had expected. The cocktail hour was delicious but the steak/beef at dinner was less than par. Hotel staff was very nice.

Beautiful and historic hotel on the beach. Went there only for brunch. Fabulous meal and excellent service. Sat on a sectional sofa amd read a book by the ocean for a few hours. I did not have a room. Would definitely consider staying there.

I visited the spa portion of the hotel. The hospitality was incredible. The spa was beautiful as well as the scenery. We were given access to all amenities such as the hot tub, steam room and rooftop access. Everything was amazing.

Wonderful, historic hotel. Friendly staff. A tad on the expensive side, but what do you expect for a one-of-a-kind hotel on the ocean? Stayed for several nights in an oceanfront suite. Beautifully appointed room with sitting area. Could not have asked for a more perfect room. Our stay was amazing, with an absolutely gorgeous view of the ocean/sunset. The new Rowe bar/restaurant area is exceptional. The shops are wonderful, with beautiful items. The fire pits and sitting areas are wonderful; keep up the good work. Yes, the Don CeSar is expensive, but it is worth it. Would we rather the Don go into disrepair and close? No. We love the Pink Palace and understand it is expensive to maintain such a beautiful hotel. We will return. The Don is beautiful.

Location was amazing and convenient for shopping, swimming, jet skiing and simply relaxing. Rooms were spacious and well kept not to mention the service was top notch. Once you arrive a door is held open and there is a smile on everyone's face. Everyone there was incredibly friendly and made me feel like I was at a home away from home.

Valet service was quick and efficient, checking in was a breeze and everyone was polite. The suite was well made and clean when requested. The beach bar had a friendly bartender and the yoga classes were excellent!

This hotel is so beautiful. It is situated in a wonderful location with a sugar-white sandy beach. The interior is decorated with a gorgeous modern flair and everywhere you look there is some spectacle to behold. The facilities are clean, organized, and welcoming. The bar service was great and friendly, the staff was helpful and kind, and I love coming here even if I'm not staying. The shops downstairs are really interesting and even if you aren't planning on booking a room you should definitely visit and stop for a drink or a meal!

Our experience at the Don Cesar was fantastic. Michael and Raul, two of the hotel employees who are part of the beach staff were EXTREMELY accommodating. Customer service really makes or breaks an establishment and these two guys really went above and beyond, along with the rest of the staff. Every employee we encountered was so helpful and happy and truly seemed to love their job. Beautiful hotel with great people. Definitely swing by for breakfast at the Sea Porch and ask for Lisa — she is the BEST! She made our dining experience so fun and the food was wonderful. We will definitely be back to the Don!

This review was written by my wife. I was given a day at the spa as a Christmas gift and looked forward to the days arrival anticipating a first rate experience. I was terribly disappointed. There was no relaxing spa atmosphere. I was shuttled around rather commercially through public lobbies and waiting rooms. It was too cold to eat lunch outside so they delivered my lunch to me in the front lobby with people coming and going the whole time. Good thing I didn't order the fish it would of smelled up their entry lobby, just what spa arrivals want to smell I'm sure. When I checked out they said the bill was all taken care of and I could go. I received no receipt and when my husband checked his account it was $560 instead of the $450 including tips, he was told when purchasing. The attendants were friendly and did their jobs but the atmosphere, the ambiance and the luxurious relaxing and pampering were a big disappointment and definitely not up to par with the status that I am sure the Hotel management of the Don CeSar wants. I will not go back.

Made my reservation months in advance for an event and paid in full. A few days after your stay they charge your credit card another $10 a day for parking and $25 a day for 'resort fees'!?!? Its a nice hotel (so is a Best Western), but if they want another $35 be upfront about it. I will not stay at a loews establishment in the future just on principal of the petty admin fees.

Hello all, We went to the Don for a drink and appetizer,. The date, time was about Nov 5th, 4;30. The main restaurant wasn't open. They told us that they had a outside patio we said that we would like to sit inside. Took us to a small bar area. I can say that the Crap cakes were the best I ever tasted. The Caesar salad was good. The wine was very good but 16 dollar a glass, But it was 8 oz's not 6 oz's. We are going for dinner to night I will tell you how it was. My husband had a Bailey's cream over ice $12.50 very good. The tab was $59.00 we tip (20%) tip was $12.00, total bill 72.50. But I will say that the staff was nice. I bought a set of jewelry that was beautiful and very reasonable in the bouquet shop. The women that waited on me was wonderful. I was trying on swimming ware and she was up and beyond helpful.

My husband surprised me with a stay at the Don CeSar for our 10th wedding anniversary and it was spectacular! The room overlooked the gulf and we were able to hear the roar of the ocean with our windows cracked open. The dinner at the Sea Porch was made especially memorable by the attentive Lowes' staff. They even delighted us with a dessert that was a showpiece in and of itself. All of that and a sunset that was nostalgic of the evening that Howie proposed to me on the beach and the evening that we were married on a Florida beach.

It a beautiful hotel! There is a lot of history in it. We stay at the Don for a week for a wedding. The rooms are small with no balconies: (the food in the hotel was way over priced but there is so many options outside that it didn't matter. The staff were so nice and willing to go beyond there job for the guest. I would stay again.

The views are great from this hotel! However, the food is way overpriced and we were disappointed in the quality for the price. We went for a getaway on our anniversary and expected the fancy main restaurant to live up to high expectations. I was most disappointed that it didn't have a view of the beach, it didn't make sense with the hotel's location at all. Cleanliness of the hotel did not live up to the price either. I've stayed at Marriott Boutique hotels which would receive 5 stars over this one.
