Review of Beach House Suites by the Don CeSar 3*

My family just returned from a five day vacation at the Don Cesar Beach Suites. We LOVED everything about the accommodations. We have been visiting the beach annually for over 25 years — and have stayed at several different hotels/resorts — The Beach Suites blows them all away. The suite was perfect for our family of four (me, husband, two teen-aged boys). Lots of conveniences — I loved that there was a washer/dryer in the unit (they even supplied detergent & dryer sheets), n…ew water bottles every day, plush robes, mini fridge & dishwasher, big screen TVs in the bedroom and living area, balcony overlooking the pool, large table for meals or games… The staff was always courteous and quick to respond to any questions we had. The complimentary shuttle service was fantastic — quick and friendly. (Patrick seemed to always be working when we needed a lift — and he was excellent! ) The gym and yoga room at the Don Cesar hotel was top notch — we used it every day. They offer complimentary classes, fresh fruit and a variety of modern equipment — everything was clean and in working order. We enjoyed the pool at the Beach Suites — always were able to find chairs and it wasn't overly crowded. I realize it's off season — so it might be different during spring break. We ate at the Rowe restaurant a few times and the food and service were good. Also, The Don is walking distance to many other dining options, which were fun to visit. I can't say enough good things about The Beach Suites. We were sad we couldn't stay longer — but look forward to going back!
