Having been born and raised in this area my whole life this reminds me of the old cottages right on the beach in the 70's. I will be back to enjoy more.

It shouldn’t take three weeks to get a $100 deposit back, that shouldn’t have been charged anyway. Ridiculous. Beware.

Great place to stay. We stayed here for a week and had no problems at all. Nice clean rooms and fridge and microwave in every room. Also a set of plates, silverware, pots and pans and other cooking supplies. Also has a toaster and two hot plates for using with pots and pans to cook stuff. The pull out coach is actually pretty comfortable. Also the hotel is a very short walk to the beach. About 2 minutes until you reach the sand and another 2 minutes until you touch the ocean. Very friendly staff! One thing that needs to be improved is the hotel rooms door knob. You get a classic metal key and sometimes you have to jiggle the door knob to open the door and sometimes it works the first time and sometimes you have to do it 3 or 4 times. Other than that great place to stay.

This is a great little mom-and-pop hotel conveniently located just a few feet from the beach. The rooms are adequate considering the size of the facility they're very basic as far as the decor goes but they're still nice and it's very affordable considering you're located just a few steps from the beach. If you're looking for a hotel that's affordable and clean on St Petersburg Beach or Treasure Island this is definitely the place to check out.

Perfect place to escape to, when you're in need of some much needed beach time! The staff in the office is extremely nice and very helpful! We'll be back!

Great spot close to the beach. Staff are great, friendly and helpful. About a 14 minute walk to John’s Pass. Beach is a minute to walk to!

From the pictures it doesn't look that great, but when we got there it was much more than we expected especially with the kitchenette (dishes, microwave/fridge included)! Stand up shower, full size bed, HUGE closet, 2 TVs and a pullout couch. It was perfect for the week especially for the price we paid. It is right in the middle of Treasure Island and the beach is RIGHT out back! I will definitely want to stay here again. If you have more than 3 people though get 2 beds because the pullout couch is dated and hurts to sleep on. Other than that it is perfect! The staff was amazing as well and always got us what we needed!

The room is perfect for our family of four, only here for one night. The beach is what we want to enjoy, but the room has a separate bedroom and two tvs! So we can all unwind after enjoying the salt, sun and gulf breezes… and the price! Super affordable for a room within steps of the beach! We will make this our new go to place here in Treasure Island!

We stayed last year and loved this! Right on the beach and public beach access! Clean and friendly and helpful staff. No party crowds just simple and relaxing vacation spot!

So far so good… only been here overnight but the place is neat and clean. It has a lot more than I expected… like kitchenette and "livingroom" area.

The staff here is amazing. Rooms are awesome. Would live here if I could!

I was impressed at first at this motel. When I first walked in the room, I dropped a small bottle of hairspray and under the couch it rolled. I knelt down and surprise! No dirt or dust! Great. Motel itself is quite old and dated. However it is kept very clean. Location is phenomenal. One thing I hate about beachfront ocean resorts is the fact that it takes forever to get to the actual beach from your room. Most such places have 15 minutes of long hallways, waiting on elevators, walking around the pool etc. Not the case here. Although not technically beachfront, it is only a 1-minute walk. Great! Bedtime is when I became unimpressed. I did not feel safe taking a moonlight beach walk like I wanted. I ventured out anyway but got the creeps and ran back. No outside lights and no one around made it a bad environment. I decided to go to bed early. The mattress is in desperate need of replacement. I got only a couple painful hours of sleep and ended up leaving early. There was another issue I won't discuss here but I assume it will be taken care of, as well as the mattress. The front desk worker was very helpful both upon check-in and after checkout in dealing with problems (thanks for the dining recommendations)

We just had our 3rd stay here for our anniversary. It's old style Florida motel with charm. Rooms were clean and the staff made us feel so welcome. Great restaurants nearby and a 1 minute walk to the beach. When you go to this area there is so much to do. Thank you to the staff for making our stay so enjoyable! Your awesome.

Perfect place to spend a night or 2. Hotel is right on the beach. Dont expect a luxury highrise. But the price is right. Staff is exceptional. Location perfect… I will go back!

Best hotel I've ever been too. I will be coming back here at least every 3 months. Front desk was amazing and just enough room to spend all day at the beach and be able to walk barefoot!

Very friendly staff & owners. Great price. So close to the beach, really nice that you don't have to cross the highway to beach access. Our room was clean & they gave us extra towels for the kids. The only bad thing I can say is the ceiling fan is connected to a separate light fixture, so if you turn the light off then the ceiling fan goes off. That was frustrating.

Nice boss at the place. To bad there is only a very big pool. They name it the ocean.

Stayed overnight. Was simple with not much there, but for the price and what we needed it was perfect. Everything was at least clean and the couch pulled out to make a second bed which was nice too. Would definitely stay at again.

This place is a dump has roaches and crack heads that live and work for them and very rasict to these people wouldent even lets us use the Landry facility cause where black but the white people can dont go here go to the motel accross the street the cabana beach house those people are very nice and even serve complimentary breakfast.

The room was clean and perfect for the price. It is a little dated but other than that very nice. Also has a perfect location to walk to he beach and little shops.

Tremendous value. Steps from the ocean… clean and incredibly friendly and helpful staff including Angela at the front desk. I have stayed at the finest hotels in the world. This is not a fancy place, but the value, location and staff are top notch.
