Nice place, lots of fun for myself and family.

Honestly the resort isn't anything special; I actually had a problem everyday with my room but the staff at the facility are amazing.

Amazing service room was on point definitely satisfied.

It is a great location, and suites are great. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The check in process was horrible, our room wasn't ready til 630 pm supposedly because of cleaning. Then our room was disgusting, cigarettes butts and other trash on the floor, the tile floor was so sticky like pop was spilled and left to dry.
The sheets smelled like cigarettes, and house keeping won't come in due to covid, so they dropped off sheets so we could remake our bed, minus a blanket which I guarantee hasn't been washed in months at best. Who approves a room to give out that hasn't been cleaned?
Then the no pressure sales pitch was super high pressure. I would not recommend this place.
The pool looks good, although most facilities are closed right now.

Cant call, on phone for 1 hour going back and forth with owner services and Some other Wyndham property in Daytona, This always happens… Waste of time… Terrible customer service.

It has lovely facilities, great pools and the rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. We would definitely come back again.

I’ve been a Wyndham owner since 2004 and PalmAire is our home Resort. It is a nice resort and we enjoy going there every Thanksgiving for the family dinner. The staff is always nice and accommodating.

We just had the worst experience here over the weekend! We have been members for over 10 years and were completely disrespected and charged for a meeting we attended. Fighting the charges now. Nobody helped us and we were told many lies. I will never go back to this place. I will definitely never go to another meeting ever again! Dont let them con you! They are crooks! Horrible place! Stay away!

Had a great time at this place. It was a timeshare. Which a friend invited me had spent the day there it was wonderful the view was amazing. The set up was like an apartment, master bedroom was huge with its own bathroom the the next bedroom was just as big it had 3 beds in there full and queen size. This was a very big 2 bedroom Apartment. It also had a kitchen living room and a balcony View great place to hang out for a little getaway.

Awesome resort for couples or family. 4th time here and will be back. Close to Walmart, restaurants, beach. Free beach shuttle if needed. Clean, friendly.

Everything was wonderful here! The staff did a excellent job of making sure you had everything you needed. And I loved that they provided recycling bags in the rooms!

If you're a owner don't go hear it is a waste of points! Some units do not have Jacuzzi and washer machine and dryers.
rooms set up is not the standard king and 2 full beds for. 2 bedroom suite. We book the same last year 2 bedroom and it was nice Jacuzzi, washer and dryer. King size bed 2 full size bed bigger dinner table etc.
I was suppose to have room to accommodate 8 but now it's 4! WHAT? We booked the same thing now we get no Jacuzzi, No Washer and Dryer. 1 king! 1 queen! huh! big disappointment! you book a room thinking you get one thing and you get something different! they overbook at this place so if you're late you might not get a room! sad!

Very family oriented. We enjoyed our stay. It was our first time staying here and it was the best! We had a mix up with the reservation and they really were patient and committed to doing their very best to untangle the situation. We will be back!

Fortunately I have been blessed to stay at the Wyndham palm Aire three times. They never disappoint. I always have spacious accommodations luxuriously appointed great views and plenty of activities if I choose. I availed myself of some of the public lounge areas and what I call my personal pool. The Wyndham Palm Aire was a great choice for me. My thanks to Adius, my concierge, Rhonda, and the rest of the front desk staff. They were all very warm friendly and highly professional.

Irresistible pitch. But the contract we signed gave us 10 days to back out and we did. You can get these time shares, on the secondary market without going so insanely, deeply in debt. The part about so many of their customers renewing was very compelling. But upon further consideration, I'm afraid those people are only renewing because they are still paying off their debt. Also, these are some of the most talented sales people in the world. Also the 0% interest only applies to however much you charge on the card they give you. Not the whole balance.

My family and I love this place. We have been four times so far and every time is just as memorable as the one before. The rooms are so nice, and the resort activities are so enjoyable. The pools are great! They truly have everything for every age group here. I love it!

Great vacation spot for extended family gatering. Super kid friendly. Every building has its own swimming pool. There’s a cool slide, too, and a kiddy pool. I haven’t met a more accommodating staff. We needed a lock replaced on the sliding glass door and the batteries needed to be replaced on our safe. Staff came up and replaced each within fifteen minutes of our call. Then, staff followed up to see if our requested repairs were made to our satisfaction and asked if there was anything else we needed. We rented five units for our family and each was great.

When we arrived At 1:30 in the morning three adults two toddlers after making a reservation online and paying in full for two adjoining rooms only to find they had a reservation but no room they had overbooked so they gave us a room with one bed and a pull out. He never did they come with Towels or toilet paper. They charged my daughters credit card for the full amount of the two joining rooms that we never saw and even though we were told they were going to Cobb our first night stay for our huge inconvenience they now say we have to pay! Very poor customer service very disappointed! We were there because my mother was placed on hospice, we were already in a very stressful situation and the management did nothing to help that but only to make it worse! They did offer to switch us but at that time we already had our luggage our children everybody it would’ve been too much I don’t think that I would ever stay at one of their facilities again. Lack of compassion and incompetence.

I go every summer with the family and it's always lovely and lively. The staff is awesome and the guests are always nice as well. It's like we all have some kind of mutual understanding where we all tolerate and help each other if needed. The kids all get along and it never any awkward introductions. The bar makes great drinks, and the kids are free to flip and flop all over the resort, as long as they behave.

The property is quite nice with plenty for families to do. Multiple pools (including a water slide, which the kids thoroughly enjoyed), mini golf, an arcade, and more. There's a bar, as well, so you can grab a drink and relax poolside. As with other Wyndham resorts, the rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The square footage in the bathroom and master bedroom wasn't particularly well used, with a sprawling, empty bathroom and a mildly cramped bedroom, but it was still a great place to spend a few days near the beach.

The Royal building was scary when we first walked in. The doors are nasty dirty, the lobby has couches falling apart and look 20 years old. The 2 bedroom we got does not have a washer and dryer as described but yet the studio our kids are in has a set. I have a view of door mats that are thrown on the roof outside our patio. The bed is probably the best thing about the room as it is pretty comfy. I forgot to mention that to check in took 33 minutes although because they were out of 1 bedrooms, they did upgrade us to a 2 bedroom at no cost. Overall on day 1 at this resort, I am not impressed. We shall see how the next 6 days go.

Great resort. Newly remodeled very spacious units. Upgraded kitchen with everything you would need to cook. I made homemade spaghetti. They have large king sized beds that are very comfortable with blackout shades on the Windows so you can sleep in. New flat screen tv's in living and bedroom. They provide a great cable selection as well as a DVD player.

I Will NEVER stay in a Wyndham again. This was my first and last stay. First of all, it was prom night and the Wyndham opened its doors to the prom. Kids running around fighting, yelling, crying, and throwing trash around. Now if that wasn’t bad enough, we got locked out on the balcony. We locked the front door, walked out onto the balcony, shut the door behind us and it locked! Thankfully we had our phone on us and called the front desk. Oh yeah, it takes them forever to answer the front desk phone (there was more than one phone call). Anyway, security showed up and couldn’t get the door open, they called the police to come help. The police were finally able to break in and come open the balcony door for us. We had a full kitchen, No silverware, No plates, No anything. WTH? How do you have a full kitchen and nothing in it? Went down for breakfast the next morning. First of all, the place was trashed from the night before. They had only just begun cleaning at 7 AM even though the party had been over several hours before. Now, it only gets better. OMG! I had a serving of eggs, 2 pieces of bacon, 2 pieces of watermelon, and 3 pieces of pineapple. My husband had the same. $41.17! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I have never stayed in a hotel that had a kitchen and supplied nothing. Nor have I ever stayed in a hotel that charged me $41.00 for breakfast! Back to the Marriott for me.

The checked in with her one bedroom Deluxe and with our VIP we got upgraded to a two bedroom! Rooms are big and spacious and clean and we love it. Will be back.

Enjoyed OUR stay here! Our room was spacious with balcony. The property is going through some renovations that didn't interfere with our stay. The staff was helpful when we required assistance. The next time 5 stars if the ducks are less.

Wyndham Palm Aire is one of our favorite places to visit. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The resort is very well kept, and it's convenient to shopping, golfing, and casinos. Great for a quick get away.

Was attending a timeshare presentation. The rooms are beautiful. The locations were okay. It wasn't a good fit for me, though. Bring a calculator and know about how much you spend on hotels every year. They kept throwing in the cost of my business-class airline tickets which I'd still have to pay for m.

Do not purchase timeshares from these people. People at this company or this location do not care about customer service or have any customer service skills. They sell times shares under false pretenses and then want to shove you out the door not ruin the rest of the sales. I lost my cool and began cursing at the lady on the phone and BRIAN the manager at this location called security because I was getting loud. Of course they don’t want to ruin sales. No one there was a help at all to any of our issues. My signature was forged on the documentation that had a cancellation statement then everyone was in shock and didn’t even know what else to say other than oh so customer care has it resolved. This place is a joke.

The worst, high pressure, insulting timeshare presentation we've ever experienced by the sales manager. Even our "tour guide" was mortified.

We lost use of our time share one year because of storms that hit. It wouldn't be so bad, but we were still charged all the fees for housekeeping and maintenance. We are trying to sell our unit. Because of delays with title company, we are thrown in collections, lost this year's week and have $313.81 of collection fees assessed. Beware!

Every evening there is a family event by the pool and game room. The bar by the pool is nice with sporting events to watch while everyone swims or sunbathes. Gas grills are gleaned every morning then we all take turns using it. Walmart is across the street for any of your immediate needs. Great time are ahead here.

An ok stay, been here 2 days and both days the slide has not been open. I know it is a busy weekend but this is a selling point for this location and they did not staff properly it seems. Staff is friendly. Rooms have all the amenities but seem a little out dated. Cannot see the TV from the Jet tub due to a column in the way. Hot water takes a long time to reach the top floors seems. I would probably pick a different location by Wyndham to stay in if I stayed down here again.

This is an excellent choice for fun in the Florida sun with great accommodations, several pools, game rooms & Spas & exercise equipment & classes and gekos & ducks & Iguanas. Have fun.

Great atmosphere. The employees are very helpful. I would recommend this place for a great vacation spot.

Checked in early on a Wednesday expecting to be assigned to the building we requested, and do every year, to be told there were no openings poolside. We are staying for 5-6 weeks. We are platinum owners and Palm Aire is our home resort. So instead we are housed in the high rise. The room is smaller than we are used to, the bathroom counter leaves no room for necessities, you can’t turn on a light that isn’t attached to a noisy fan, some kitchen utensils are lacking, we were given only 1 bath and hand towel and 1 wash cloth each with no extras stored anywhere as per usual. The deck is small with only 2 chairs and a tiny table and the nite stands don’t even have a drawer. These might seem like small inconviences, but we, as owners, have had much better accommodations. We seem to go thru this every year we come here.

Been here more than once. The facilities are very nice but the towers could use a paint job. Don't judge this book by its cover or you will surely miss out.

Comfortable and clean and in a reasonable location. It's not the most modern resort ever, but it ticks almost all of the boxes. I would come again.

The Resort itself is beautiful but I'm giving 1 starbecause I don't like dishonesty. DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT! Purchase their offer of a 7 night stay and attend their presentation unless you want to be scammed. I purchased the certificate and was advised that I would be able to get the same type of accommodation that I was staying in at that property for 7nights. However, now that I'm trying to redeem the certificate I'm getting the runaround, seeing that I have to pay additional money and even being advised that The Wyndham is not even one of the options.

Pretty nice location, gated, looks like it's good, but haven't been here long — have yet to try out the pool and other amenities. The lighting in the rooms is odd, it was kinda hard to find our rooms (go into the spa and then take the elevator — if you can find one), and the kitchens seem to have been designed by interior designers rather than chefs. The suites are actually really nice and I love the private beach with the shuttle.

Checked into our room, we were told that we were "platinum" members and we're were going to have priority room selection. We have 5 children with us, apparently platinum means parking lot view in small building as far from the pool and children's activities as possible. About 2 days into our stay we started to notice bite marks on all of the children and ourselves. Went to urgent care where we were told it was bed bugs. Called hotel, they sent a maintenance man to our room who confirmed to us. We were moved to another room. Next morning a "supervisor" was sent to our new room and asked me to come to old room with him. There I was told to show him the bugs, I told him that I was no expert, nor was I an exterminator. He told me I was wrong that the bites were from mosquitoes and I was over reacting and could not even produce an egg or shell. I asked his credentials and was told that he had been in the hotel industry 5 years. He basically said that I was looking for something for free. I never once asked for any compensation for the hospital bill, or the fact that I had to move all of my stuff and kids. Do yourself a favor and stay at a hilt on or holiday Inn. Only concern at this place is having you attend there sales meeting.

Awesome Spa on property with the biggest gym I've ever seen in a resort! Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. There's a 3 mile walking and bike path on 5 lakes behind the spa building. Three Golf courses on property. Isle casino across the street.

Excellent customer service. Everyone is so friendly and fun. It made our family vacation memorable and special. Can't wait to come back!

Here on a week long family vacation. The experience has been great so far. Easy check in and got a nice clean comfortable suite on the floor of our choice. Gina, at the front desk, is super. She is the benchmark of what exceptional customer service should be!

The suites were beautiful. They felt like a home away from home. It was very quiet. Also, the decor was nice. Sadly, there was no clean service or even trash service.
