Hi there ~ This review is specific to my Hard Rock Live experience. A concert was announced there months prior to show date. Tickets are sold *only through Ticketmaster. I had all TM emails as well as PreSale info. When tix went on sale there was nothing better then 5th row and back. My friends and I were on the site at 10:00 am and Continued to check diligently many times a day. Stub Hub as well. Weeks went by and still nothing. I called the venue numerous times to inquire about these first 5 rows and there was no one to speak to. Not until the day of the show! I then proceeded to email Hard Rock, on three separate occasions, and no one ever responded. I called the day prior ~ leaving messages in 3 departments. I finally received a call back from a woman (Dale / Gail) who informed me all tickets has been released, and that I probably wasn't online at the right time. Or that they went to the fan club (neither is the case). I have been to many (many) converts at all types of venues and I am well aware that casinos hold seats / a row for high rollers … But 5 rows? Some 4th row popped up the week prior and my Friend grabbed them. Come show night ~ we enter venue and sure enough. The first 3 rows were approx 60-70% vacant. Seriously!? Can anyone from the Hard Rock please provide a reasonable explanation for this? Of all venues ~ I would Think the Management would want the bands to have those front rows filled with smiling faces singing along. I am very disappointed in the complete lack of communication from Hard Rock. (** the first 3 rows never even appeared on Stub Hub. If those rows were EVER released … There is A 99.9% chance that they would have been on StubHub. This isn't my first "rodeo") I give 2 stars for one reason only. The staff at the venue were fantastic!
