The front desk clerk/receptionist was really nice and accommodating even thoigh we had no reservations.

Old but clean basic rooms. Staff is very friendly and front desk quick to address any personal needs. (my forgottens) Decent breakfast. Large but @ half the buildings are closed on property. (Fri, Sat, Sun, ) farmer's market near by. Wholesale club too. By airport, heard one plane during my stay. (Thu Fri Sat)

Not the best QI could be better. The door is so loose that you hear all the noise from outside.

We stayed in a suite. The room was spacious and clean. Slept good on the king size bed. The breakfast was delicious. The customer service reps were pleasant. Good atmosphere. Close to the airport, but didn't hear any aircraft, so that was good. Overall good place to stay. Would stay again.

I appreciate you responding to my review of your facilities, However an upgrade to an inside suite cannot be a fair trade in my opinion, First I needed a smoking room, if I were to return I would be bring my pet dog with me. Both of which is what I paid for when I stayed the first time. I was planning on staying 2 nights and because of the way the place was, I left the next day, which really ruined my first vacation in over 4 years. However I will not say anything about your staff working there, they were very polite to me. Another item which I did not address in my first review is the facilities for swimming, which there was none, however I did not see it as a feature when I booked the room in the first place, It was 99 degrees while there and the room temps were very uncomfortable to say the least with the outdated air conditioning that was available. Believe it or not, the worst part most likely the terrible internet you provide. I would be ashamed to even say I offered Wi-Fi with what you provided there.

Fridge not defrosted burn marks on the sheets, door does close properly, internet is a joke, dial up service is faster than what you get here. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Next to the airport not quiet at all but clean nice hotel.

The gentleman in the customer service was the best explain everything he even told us about breakfast in the morning excellent.

I just want to say not all quality in is equal or same. This was my worst experience with quality inn I ever stayed. The beds were old and house keeping didn't do good of a job of making the beds. One bed had clipped nail on it and also had hair nasty. The room was damped and old. They are in a really bad need of update. It feels like motel 6 is a better value for your money then quality inn. Do not stay here!

We're so comfy in bed and our room is so pretty so great to. Now the breakfast is better than I hope this is the place for a great price. Always will stay here.

Most courteous staff ever they worked with me when I had nothing to work with almost homeless ended up there and they were overwhelmingly courteous and kind to my situation.

We were charged $30 for a “missing phone” after we stayed at this hotel. There is no reason on earth we would ever steal a cord hotel phone? Management would not remove the charge or allow dispute because “you signed the statement when you checked in”

Definitely the friendliest choice hotel I stayed at in my last 50 or so stays. 5 stars for customer service.

Not the best area but not the worst. Room is reasonably accommodating.

I found fleas in my room. Pretty much an automatic one star.

Basic, clean, TV had to be fixed, good economy for less expensive outside access room.

We stayed in one of Suites very nice accomadations and clean. Only draw back on the second floor you had to walk, all the way to one end to go up and walking all the way to one end to go down stares to walk to the middle of the building to get out. Breakfast was good but had to go another building. Very easy access to hotel. Friendly staff.

Clean, comfortable accommodations in a well maintained older property. Friendly staff, decent standard type "full" breakfast. Nothing to really dislike and liked the first floor, direct entry layout. Priced right.

Do not stay here. Rooms are moldy smelling and hotel has not been updated. Many hotels around tje area. I only stayed here because of previous ratings.

I have stayed at this hotel several times during the last few months. Each previous stay was very pleasant. However, this stay the General Manager, Deborah Hawkins was extremely rude and abrasive regarding a simple request I made upon checking into the hotel. Additionally, there were ants all over my room and had them crawling on me while I was working at the desk. When I was checking out I noticed a housekeeping staff right outside my room and I brought her into the room and showed her several ants crawling on the counter top just to make sure she was aware of the situation. As a result of Ms. Hawkins arrogance, abrasive attitude and the presence of ants I will not be staying at this hotel anymore.

I have to go say that I am a little surprised on this place. Based upon the location and some of the reviews that were left prior to me visiting, I did come here with the anticipation of a horrible room. I was surprised when I got to my room that it actually seemed pretty clean. The bathroom, although small, was pretty clean and trustworthy. The beds were made up nicely and the fridge and microwave that were present were clean as well. The rooms do seem dated and I will vouch for the "half" pillows. That is probably the worst is those half pillows. Otherwise the breakfast was OK for a place of this magnitude and I did not have any real bad issues with the staff that I had interaction with.

I'm still here, had to change rooms at 3am due to loud neighbors and I'm not talking about music either. Call the front desk twice and it went to voicemail, so we walked around to the office and had to ring the bell a few times before the guy that looked like he was sleeping came out. He was respectful though and changed our room with no hesitation we had a king but had to go to a double because that's all he had left. The breakfast was very good. Overall good experience, even though we had a
early morning unwelcomed wake up call. I would stay again.

For the price, you get what you pay for. Had a heat lamp in the bathroom that was mysteriously on when we got there and had made the room warm. Strong cooling unit brought the temp to comfortable and the lamp turned out.

Nice place got there late and it was not a problem.

Nice rooms for the price you pay. I do really enjoy staying here. My only issue is the room I stayed in most recently's A/C wasn't working properly.

The accommodations were average, it was more of a motel, than hotel. The shower was not as clean as I'd like. But it was saved by the complementary breakfast, they have a great omelette and waffle maker.

The sheets on the bed… Looks like camping ground… It's sucks… And tacky!

Besides the rooms being disgustingly dirty at check in, I called to have a cot brought to the room, we were told the hotel doesn't have any, so we made a bed on the floor for 2 people. Breakfast was in a closet area, the snack and gift shop consisted of candy, thawed hamburgers, and ice cream, the freezer was either off or broken, in any case, they food was not thrown away. We will never ever stay at a Quality Inn again, we are now Hampton Inn customers.

I purchased this room from a discount website. The I arrived at the hotel and was given no option but to take a smoking room with no other options because they stated it was the last room left. I tried spraying the whole room with Febreeze to make it through the night but that didn't work either. I sneezed all night and was forced to open the door to the balcony which proceeded to let bugs into my room. Also, when checking in the woman at the front desk was nice to me but I did witness her picking up the phone telling someone to hold and she placed the headset on the counter, however the person on the line kept talking and she didn't even bother to pick up the phone while me and 2 other people were witnessing her do this and deliberately ignore the person customer talking on the phone. That ensured that there was no point in me calling the front desk because she would just ignore me. I had to basically slammed the door to my room shut because of the messed up door frame and the bathroom was quite disgusting. I checked out at 6am the next day because of such a poor experience I would have rather slept in my car.

Room 293 is haunted. I stayed with four people in this room, and three of us felt a ghost mess with us. I was half asleep and I felt something pick up my leg. The other two people felt patting at the bottom of there bed. If you're not a fan of supernatural things I suggest not staying here.

We were there for the Labor Day holiday. Jessica at the front desk is the best. Our car broke down and she was able to assist me by printing out a discount voucher. Always fresh coffee in the lobby. The rooms were nice and clean. The maid left us extra towels since we sail and need to take more than one shower a day. The free buffet was good, make your own waffles, eggs, sausage, bagels, toasts, cereal, fresh fruit coffee and juice. She told me about the benefit of joining the Choice Privileges in which I did. We plan to go back soon. Hoping by next year they will build a new pool since this one has been closed for two years, to old to repair. Again Jessica is a professional and you will be happy when you meet her.

Hello, Dear guest be very careful when staying at this hotel. I statyed here a few days ago and there was dead and alive BED BUGS on the bed in room 235. Yes, I had to call and complain and they gave me anothyer room, gbut I don't plabn on stayin there anymore. I've been staying therer for quite a while. The problem I really could not beleive was that I called the manager a few days later to fine out if they knew about the BUG PROBLEM. The manager had no idea the problem even existed. She didn't even see a report regarding the problem. That means they did not report it to the manager, which very well mean they just left it alone. Which could mean someone stayed in that room the next day or so without having any exterminator. That is GROSS! Please be aware.

I had to cancel my reservation 48 hours before due to an illness and they refused to help me I was charged the full $170. I will NEVER book there again! Terrible service.
