We were excited to take my son for his first time here. Everything was going great until one of the pool guys was passing through & told my son not to jump. He hadn’t jumped in, he was sitting on the ledge & slid into the pool. When I told him he didn’t jump in, he said I saw him jump in. When I contested it again, he called another employee, came back, pointed me out & said something. I told both of them, in a calm way to begin, that he didn’t actually jump. The 1st guy said Well we have cameras we can review. I said Ok please look at them. They both said if we didn’t stop we could leave. I said We aren’t doing anything wrong. They stood there watching us & only left because my friend stepped in to say something. When we decided to leave, I asked the employee if they could look at the camera to see that other people were actually jumping into the pool to which he quickly jumped on his radio & said She’s at it again, I need a manager now! The 2nd employee from before was nearby so I tried to ask him as well, he hd the same reaction, jumped on his radio & said She’s starting stuff down here in the hallway. When I went upstairs to talk to a manager, he was as defensive as the other guys. He didn’t even take the time to try to hear me out. He said Either squash it now or leave. To which I responded We’re getting ready to leave but I wanted to ask about the fairness of the situation. He said Drop it or leave. When we left, I let the staff at the counter know what hd happened. She was very sweet, but didn’t seemed surprised unfortunately. For it supposedly being a family establishment, their family values sure were low. Definitely will not be coming back.
