A wonderful place. So friendly and homely. Sit around with people at the community table and make new friends. Free wine in the evenings with snacks and a great breakfast in the morning. This place is a must see if you like experiencing Inn life the way it use to be.

This lodge is a classic mountain atmosphere operated by a wonderful team of people. Breakfast is not your usual fare. It is all home cooked, great recipes and from my experience the best breakfast in Frisco. The happy hour reception features live music, wine and cheese and occasional surprises. The Frisco Lodge is your best choice for value and a warm, comfortable stay in the Mountains. It’s the Best!

Frisco Lodge has a welcoming atmosphere and a down to earth feel. The evening reception has good food, good drinks and great conversations. Plenty of games and movies too. Looking forward to our weekend trip here.

Great breakfasts and happy hour with soups, snacks, wine & cheese, comfortable clean room and fabulous hang out space. Our host Susan and her exceptional staff made us feel welcome from minute one. The courtyard has a fireplace, hot tub, flowers gardens and mini train. Located in the adorable Town of Frisco, there is nearby hiking, biking, skiing and boating. Our getaway was just befor Christmas. The Frisco lodge and town were magical with holiday decor. During our stay we overheard many people passing by say they loved the Frisco Lodge. We did and think you will too!

Very cute little inn with outstanding service. They offer complimentary happy hour snacks and wine, and breakfast. Located in the middle of Main street with lots of shopping, restaurants and bars within walking distance.

My wife and I stayed here last week of July for two days the staff was great. The staff went out of there way to help you if you needed anything the rooms were very clean their breakfast in the morning was excellent in the evening they would have wine for you and appetizers and you can socialize with the other guess and staff. Was a very pleasant evening. You felt that you were back in time because the building was built in 1885. I would definitely go back.

The Frisco Lodge is located right in the middle of downtown and is in within easy walking distance to lots of restaurants and some breweries. The staff is very nice and friendly and treated us really great. Our room was very nice and clean and we really enjoyed the happy hour and breakfast was good as well. Overall this was a great place to stay!

We were able to get a room 20min before we checked in online, very convenient. Place is right on main Street, in the middle ofnit all. Room was very classic, cozy. The staff was very courteous and worked hard to make us comfortable. Would absolutely recommend it to anyone and would love to go back!

Breakfast was a highlight. Location makes it the best place in town. Walked over to a bar for nice drinks and stumbled home. Perfect.

Stayed here for the first time during the BBQ fest. Room was outstanding only out done by the service of the staff. Top knotch!

Cozy room but had everything we needed and nothing more. Lots of character. Awesome happy hour appetizers, good space to hang out and sit outside of the rooms, very friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again. A little pricey but considering you get an awesome happy hour and breakfast it's a really good deal.

Excellent location and congenial hosts made this the perfect place for my quick stay. The food is amazing and the happy hour is more like a light supper. Don’t be afraid to stay in Euro style rooms with shared bathrooms. They were clean and everyone was respectful. Also, nice and quiet in the evening except for the occasional beautiful music from piano downstairs.

Acupuncture for dry eyes! Absolutely! Kathy has helped me get control of my VERY dry eyes! I moved to Colorado in 1999 and have had issues ever since. I have had my eyes plugged and cauterized. I use Restasis, have a humidifier by my bed every night, and use hot moist packs on my eyes daily. I use Bion tears and take special Fish Oil and special vitamins. I've tried it all! I visited Kathy last fall… she has been treating me ever since. She taught me "palming" and has introduced some Chinese herbs. For the first time ever… when I visited my eye doctor, my dry eyes were clear! Thank you.

Very nice BnB/ hotel. They have both so take ur pick. Staff is super nice and location is great. 2 blocks from bus route. Free breakfast was a real cooked breakfast and was very good. Bed was comfy and best water pressure I have had in a hotel for as long as I can remember. I might book there again for the water pressure alone lol. Historic building with good people who care.

When we booked I didn't know it was a bed and breakfast. My first time and it was great. There is breakfast and happy hour (with food) every night. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I will be booking here again when I come back.

What an amazing and adorable B&B. I couldn’t have been happier with the price, room and food. They have a conplementary happy hour with wine and snacks. The rooms are clean and super cute. The breakfast is top notch. Not to mention the amazing and pleasant staff. If you don’t like a communal bathroom make sure to ask for a room with it’s own — but the communal one is very clean. I will be coming back here for sure and recommended it to all my friends and family.

I can't say enough about this place. I have always wanted to stay in a Bed & Breakfast and I just loved it here! The staff are so nice and being around them is like being around family. Hope to come back one day. Thank you for your kind hospitality!

We were in town visiting family, and rather than book the normal hotel we decided to try somewhere different. It was so cozy, and the staff was very friendly. I am so happy we changed thing up, and this will be our new normal. We cannot wait to visit family again soon.

I experienced a life changing medical issue more than a year ago, after trying to treat my lower back & shoulder pain. After my recovery, I researched non-traditional ways to treat my existing pain, trying to avoid suggested surgery. I came across many recommendations of acupuncture. This is when I found Kathy. Firstly, let me say she is so compassionate in the way she goes about her treatment. My first appointment included an unusual amount of time asking questions about my past injuries & pain experiences. I have never experienced this much detail, when receiving treatment in the past from multiple doctors. Kathy in my opinion is the BEST that Summit County has to offer. Not only did she treat my back issues, but most recently she is treating me for ongoing painful unexplained headaches that have lasted for more than a month. I am happy to share, I have not had one headache, since revisiting her for this new issue. She always finds the time to squeeze me into her busy schedule, more than I can say for most professionals that have treated me in the past. Thank you Kathy!

Had a great stay in Frisco lodge. Very friendly staff, even helping us with personal guidance to our roadtrip. We stayed in the main building, with a small but very cozy and comfortable room. The breakfast is amazing. We only stayed one night, but could have stayed longer!

Went in for a room but they were booked. The managers on staff at the time were very nice and recommended other inns nearby.

My boys ended up staying here on short notice after a camping trip gone wrong! Cory (whom my boys fell in love) ended up washing all their clothes and making my son a pb and nutella sandwich. After finding out my seven year old "baby" cut his finger, bled all over his jeans and then threw up from motion sickness on the way to the hospital, I felt pretty helpless not being there. I wan to thank this man ans his BIG. He took care of my family when I couldn't. Our family will be back because of his amazing service!

Its on the strip located next to anything and everything. The staff were super friendly, the breakfast was really good, and the room was adequate. Overall, the place has great character. Say hi to the super friendly, Maxwell, the greeter golden retriever. We will be back again.

Kathy has provided acupuncture treatment for my postherpetic neuralgia pain following a major case of shingles. I experienced relief even after the very first session with marked improvement each time I have received treatment. Kathy is a very caring professional. I highly recommend her for your acupuncture treatment.

Very romantic little spot. The grounds are very well manicured and appealing to the eye. The staff are very very nice and accommodating. They have a beautiful tasty breakfast bar and in the afternoon they​ serve a complimentary glass of wine with crackers and cheese. The rooms are uniquely decorated and clean. I guess the only complaint would be that the walls must be a little thin (or were a little loud) might not be a great choice for a honeymoon hotel!

The staff here were amazing! Very friendly and helpful. The room was excellent and the beds we're very comfortable. The breakfast served was delicious and they even have a happy hour every day in the evening with free glasses of wine and appetizers. I would definitely stay here again!

The Frisco Lodge is an amazing historic gem with modern conveniences. The staff there knows what true hospitality is. They are continuing to improve what is already a great "home away from home". There is so much to do in the area make sure you stay a week to get in all the shops and attractions. They are striving to be 100% organic and offer an amazing breakfast and afternoon reception. I would highly recommend this 1885 gem to anyone going to Frisco or Breckenridge.

The staff was very friendly and we felt very welcomed. The decor is beautiful. The food was homemade and very tasty. This costs more than some of the other hotels around, but you get a lot more perks.

For the past two years, I have been experiencing daily headaches, accompanied by randomly occurring migraines. I have been prescribed everything under the sun by doctors looking to give me a pill to fix the symptom, but not ever considering the cause. Since seeing Kathy for the past three months, I have not had a SINGLE headache! Acupuncture, of course, has a lot to do with it, but Kathy has also helped me with techniques to deal with stress and with the underlying causes of my headaches. She is patient, wise, and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend her!

Rooms have been remodeled but it didn't look quite complete. Location is nice, very hospitable staff.

Lovely hotel with a great location! Nice to get away from the chain hotels. Very clean, updated with new beds, furniture, welcoming owners. New hot tub. Best stay on our trip. If you can get a spot, choose this over Breckenridge hotels. You still get a great stay in a lovely town. No A/C or screens on windows, but we stayed and weather was ok so unaffected by it.

Horrible stay, smallest room I've ever been in and NO air conditioning… they stuck us in the third floor smallest room, No elevator and was never told there was no elevator or air condonditioning… checked out Tuesday, got a second charge on my card for minibar with no itemized list,,,, just charged my card… for $42.00… sorry but the 4 candies, a half pringels can of chips, two waters, two pops did NOT add up to $42.00… Highway robbery, Room was so freakin small, I had to move the effing fan from on top of my suitcase to floor when I needed in suitcase, then had to move the fan again just to open the bathroom door… no space in bathroom for toiletries… had to go back and forth from bed to bathroom just to do any kind of makeup… Horrible, Horrible, Horrible Guess they don't depend on repeat customers spoke to guy at desk today, and he couldn't even give me his name,,, really, I work in the customer service field and the first thing any of my customers get IS my name… Such a sorry state at Hotel Frisco… Doesn't even deserve the one STAR.

I have had many bad experiences from acupuncture. All of the acupuncturist that I have experienced horrible treatment from were trained at SWAC. In 2013 ACAOM found multiple non-compliance of accretive standards. Interesting because a year or two later acaom used the academic coordinator to review other schools for violations I believe a practitioner is only as good as their education. Nice to see CSTCM graduates treating and providing an option to the non compliant standards taught at southwest acupuncture college.

I was looking for a hotel in Frisco as I had an emergency meeting. The staff was super friendly, and the place was very inviting. I am thinking about bringing the whole family next time.

You can feel that behind is a pro team. Highly recommended!

If you like bed bugs then this is the hotel for you. Unbelievable. Owner doesn't care about guest.

Frisco Lodge is a beautiful bed and breakfast. We had an amazing time. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean. We will definitely be going back very soon.

Very cozy and inviting. Staff has been friendly and lobby makes you feel like you're home. Room is pretty large with an empty fridge (nothing to buy, how nice! ) as well as freezer! Fan was provided and a decent sized bathroom. Room was clean and the experience was wonderful. Would stay again!

The place was nice but they take the money out of your account with no refund. So no choice but to go when you make reservations over the phone. The room was great but the stairs are not for the weak. Dangerous at the least. You can not smoke in the room which is fine but if it is on your cloths they try to say you were smoking just to get that 200 more dollars they want. I suggest if anyone goes to them to take manager to your room, take pitchers of all issues. If not they will do their best to get a upgraded on the room out of your pocket not theirs. The young lady at the desk was very rude and the hours are strict when they say hot tube 4 to 10 pm that's it. Some people want it early or latter not just their time so there was no hot tub for us they did not even try to accommodate to take the cover off just left it on like out of order.

We decided to bring our dog some time. We did that today & were informed that the hotel is not pet friendly. On the website we booked through (the link provided in the email promo my husband received), it says they are pet friendly, & when he booked the room, it said no charge for our dog. After checking in, my husband got a call that they are charging us $100 for the dog. Someone needs to take better care of the website! We would not have come here if we'd known that they are no longer pet friendly. The room we're in is extremely tiny also. It would have been too small for the 2 of us & definitely too small with the dog. I'm sure other rooms were available.

The staff makes you feel at home, the rooms are romantic and the price is reasonable.

This place probably was the worst place I have stayed at. The room was as big as a walk in closet. No AC or vents. We were supposed to open the window for fresh air but there was no screen. Hope you enjoy bugs. Not to mention the window opened to a balcony so hope you trust your neighbors not to slip in while you are sleeping. The bed felt like a sheet stuffed with hay. It must have been 20 years old. The paint was coming off the walls and the carpet was very dirty. We couldn't get the window open more than 4 inches as it was so old and out of repair. To sum this up, just sleep in the dumpster down the street. It is cheaper and probably in better repair.

I loved this hotel until they became "pet free". We have been staying at this hotel on weekends for the past 9 years because it was "pro-pet". I guess this hotel is now becoming too corporate and caters to a different "breed" and has now lost a long time customer and all the referrals we give.

Stayed here because it was within walking distance to a show I was seeing at The Barkley Ballroom. Wonderful little place in the center of this little town. Close to shops if you like that kind of stuff. Only took about 10 minutes to get there from Loveland with clear roads. The hot tub was exactly what I needed after a long day riding.

Let me start by saying when we arrived we did not have the best experience. The Manager on Duty at the time seemed not to be able to manage well at all. We checked in and the curtains in the room were damaged. He told us he would move us to another room but it would take the cleaners about 15 minutes to prepare the room. One hour later I had to go back to him and he told me he does the front desk stuff and does not tell them what to do. He needed to step it up and have us in that room. Bad first Good not. The room 303 was very nice and look like it had just been remodeled. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The staff the following days were great. Love how they have free one drink cocktail hour. The rate for us was outstanding and I love the little room on the second floor for all guest to congregate. I would highly recommend this place and if it were not for our check in issue I would have surely given it a 5 star.

I'm not sure how this hotel gets such high star rating. We just paid $159.00 for a room that was about 87 square ft. the door barely locked. The lamp was missing a light bulb. The interior door lock was all but gone. The mirror was broken, worst bed ever, the shower was hard for one person to shower in. granted I didn't ask for my money back but after reading reviews and the no refunds after 7 days policy it seemed like a futile battle that would end in more frustration. so maybe our room was the exception but it seems after he has you money he could care less about you. Happy or not. So avoid the one queen bed room at all cost! the cheap budget hotels that I've stayed in the past were like pure Luxury compared to this place. I'd give my money to some one else IMO.

I love this small, unique hotel right in the heart of Frisco. This isn't the typical long hallway, uniform room layout hotel. Hotel Frisco has charm, and is definitely for the adults and small families that don't want to deal with the college-age crowd keeping late hours and spoiling the hot tub experience. Also, I am so thrilled that this hotel is as nice as it is AND pet friendly! The common areas and rooms are kept very clean, so you can't even tell that pets are allowed inside. Overall, I would give Hotel Frisco six stars if I could, and am excited for more trips back to Breckenridge/Keystone while staying at Hotel Frisco with the pup.

Poor service, over priced, dirty rooms! I stayed here and was treated extremely rudely and unprofessionally. You would expect more from a mom and pop type establishment. There were old dirty socks found under a table from previous renter and filthy bathroom with hair all over. Personally I would recommend the Snowshoe down the street.

I stayed here twice on separate occasions during December 2013. This is a fantastic bed and breakfast. The owner and other employees are friendly and inviting. They provide a light dinner and complimentary wine during the early evening and they provide a complete breakfast in the morning. The atmosphere is cozy and warm. The main lobby feels like a living room and there is a communal dining table for all the guests. There is a jacuzzi and a fireplace on the patio behind the main building. There are three primary room options, a cottage, the new area, and the original building. I like the original building as it has a ton of character and charm and it is convenient to all the amenities. The rooms are each unique and decorated in an antique style. The place has great location for downtown Frisco, within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, and shops.

I highly recommend Mountain Rose Acupuncture! I met with Kathy weekly for about 5 months. From day one, Kathy truly showed how much she cares about everyone that steps through her door. She would listen to me and converse with me. It was like speaking to a counselor, only better! I felt extremely comfortable. Katy would share her extensive depth of knowledge about acupuncture. She would inform me about the treatment she was giving me and how it would help my current mental or physical state. After each session, I could tell it really made a difference. I would have less anxiety and stress, felt no pain in my legs, my digestive system was working better… I began to feel more whole and complete. Kathy did tapping on me and taught me how to tap myself. It helped me to release negative energy, stress and anxiety. I could see the positive effects it had on me. During my visits, Kathy also provided information about organizations, websites, foods, drinks, teas… that I could research and try. Kathy is passionate about her work and helping others to feel better! She is deeply compassionate, caring, and hard working. If it wasn't for a move to another state, I would still be going to Kathy for my acupuncture! THANKS MTN ROSE ACUPUNCTURE! Also, thanks Kathy for still keeping in contact with me to see how I am doing! I can't tell you how much it means to me!

I have stayed here in the past and loved the convenience and wonderful service of this charming hotel in the Rockies. This past winter will be the last time I stay. The place still looks adorable, but that is a hold over from the previous owners/managers. The new manager, Roger, was rude and unhelpful from the moment I walked in the door. I should have picked up the cues, but since I always get a nice homey feeling as a repeat customer I wasn't 'shopping. ' The new staff didn't tell me what they offered, didn't give me a repeat customer deal like they used to (it was a small discount, but it's more the intention than the cost), didn't offer to show me to my room or help with luggage, and acted 'put out' and affronted that I wanted to chat with them about the place. Avoid this place now, it was once the jewel of Summit County, it suffers from new poor owners.

Our stay was perfect! The staff is awesome they definitely make you feel at home. How can you beat a hot tub with fire place a glass of wine and snacks after a long day of skiing and wake up to a hot breakfast. Before heading back up the hill. If your looking for the Ritz this is not it. If you want a down home rustic and warming atmoshere this is your place. I will be back this place rocks.

The property is quaint with a warm historic and rustic feel inside. True to this vibe, the amenities and furnishings are not all consistent with the current times, which makes for an adventurous stay. The hospitality was outstanding! The hosts were very helpful and gracious. Breakfast is a nice buffet, but not extravagant.

Excellent rooms, wonderful staff and gorgeous views. Andy went above and beyond to help make our stay comfortable and we will definitely stay here again. The hotel provides games, books and movies along with complimentary hot chocolate and coffee. They have all the menus from restaurants near by and offer help when deciding on a restaurant. Being on Main street in Frisco there are a lot of fun and unique places to walk to and every convenience is within waking distance. I want to make a trip back to Frisco just to stay here again.

The lodge itself is great, but the really misleading thing is that they advertise "lofts" in such a way that you think it is still the bed and breakfast. Actually, Frisco lodge just acts as a condo coordinator for different owners in the area. We booked the 2 bedroom loft for a group of 4. The manager, Rick, sold us the place by telling us about the awesome breakfast and soup in the afternoon. When we arrived, we were denied food because the loft doesn't get that. Just watch out.
