Nice place nice rooms it's my first time being here.

Great staff. The room was clean. Be aware that the double rooms only have full size beds not queen.

The location in Estes Park. Breakfast very American. Outdoor pool with sun.

I couldn't believe how nice the place was. We were traveling through Estes Park on a motorcycle trip and picked the most inexpensive place in town to stay. I was expecting someplace rundown, but it was very nice and very clean. The young lady behind the desk was very friendly and helpful.

You can see the mountains from the window! This is a cute, modest little place. They took the time to make sure that each room is decorated adorably. The staff were very nice and even upgraded us to a king room and let us check in early. There was a real attention to detail with the spa shampoo, conditioner and soaps and the impeccable cleanliness of the room. I almost knocked a star off because the light bulb in one of the lamps was burned out and there's no way (that we could find) to get any help after 9pm since they go home, but really for the price, the cleanliness, the kindness of the staff and the location it's an amazing find. It's perfect for someone on a budget who wants a clean room with quick access to The Rocky Mountain National Park, the tram up the mountain and all of the shops.

Parents and Family members stayed here while visiting for our wedding, some plans fell through on our end for the wedding party and they were incredibly accommodating. Thank you! My family enjoyed the stay and the rooms were comfortable.

Room was clean however we had to get soap and shampoo from the desk, it was not in the room. The door did not shut unless you slammed it (sorry neighbors! ). Housekeeping barged in at 8am to clean without knocking first. And no free smores as advertised. So will not stay here again. Not with all the other options available.

This is probably the cheapest lodge you can ever stay at. In any other place they will not be able to make more than 50 bucks for their beat room. The rooms are ugly cardboard boxes with a stinking carpet. With washbasin in the living area. The bathroom I should so small and when you take a shower, the water is all over the place even around the commode. Wi-Fi is pathetic you can hardly connect to it from most rooms. I complained and we tried a few rooms… nupe! So, if you plan to stay here please be reminded of all these so you don’t stay here longer than just a sleepover. The people at the reception can not help you with anything more than collect your money. If I’m staying in Estes Park next time… I’d rather pay extra and stay else where.

Awesome Motel very friendly staff rooms are newly renovated they have flat screen TVs they have mini fridges and microwaves convenient to shopping and dining the Estes Park free shuttle stops right in front of the motel.

Clean, quiet and moderately priced. The hot tub was nice and it's super close to town. Free hot coffee in the front to top it off.

Older hotel. Renovated rooms. Very comfortable. Decent pool and hot tub.

Clean rooms and very quiet place to stay. It is a little ways away from the main strip in town. Only a 5 minute car ride though.

Great place to stay. It's just down the road from the middle of Estes Park. Room was clean and staff was friendly.

Nice location and reasonable price. The rooms were clean, slightly and tastefully decorated. Indoor pool is a bonus. I was enjoying my evening after visiting Trail ridge road. And the best part was its little far from the crowd which is great. You are visiting a mountain area so need to have that serene evening.

It was a great place! Really awesome for the families to spend their vacation here. New renovated facilities and amenities. Beautiful and approachable employees. Highly recommended!

The rooms, (while having smaller beds than I expected) were completely beautiful and the staff was very helpful. The spa facilities were amazing as well and I would highly reccomend this establishment.

Right off 34. So the location is great. Couple mins out of the center of estes. Check in was quick, easy. The room was super cute and clean. Great price for what I get.

Great location, great rooms. The courtyard out front is supplied with yard games and provided hours of fun for the family.

Newly renovated. Rooms looked great. The bathroom was pretty small. They do have a pool and hot tub. Convenient location.

Small but comfortable little place. Quick drive from downtown and restaurants. Really hot water, fridge and microwave. Complimentary tea and coffee in the room. Kind of bare bones but you won't be there much except to sleep. Beds were comfy and the housekeeping service was outstanding. Would recommend.

We stayed for 2 nights and it was ok. For the price in estes we weren't expecting perfection but it's not totally renovated. They did do updates but it's is all cosmetic really. There's still paneling all over, the crack under the door was so big were could see people's shadows as they walked by. The bathroom was tiny. But it's wasn't awful. The location was good and they obviously tried. Don't think I'd book here again though.

Not the best place, not "newly" renovated with poor paint jobs and beds made sloppy. The pool has paint rusted and chipping off and cut myh hand, they say it's heated but it's not. The spa was difficult to find. There is no breakfast here, only coffee. Come here and hear motorcycles outside until 9pm. Other than all the cons, this place was fairly clean. I recommend spending your money to stay at a different location. The management here was poor and unorganized.

A very nice family hotel! It was away from the noise of downtown. The rooms looked newly redone. Everything was clean and had soft beds.

Great staff. Clean rooms quiet clean large bath rooms instant hot water. Heat worked well. For the price a super deal. Close to safway. Older reviews and complaints scared me at first but from those comments and my experience there are no complaints. At all.

The woman at the front desk named Kaleigh was absolutely wonderful! So chipper and happy! She defiantly made my stay worth my while. At first I was a little leary on coming to this hotel after reading the reviews but it was perfect. It was very decently priced and the staff were amazing. The hotel was also located Smack dab in the middle of everything. It was very quiet. Our room was super clean and the service provided to my family was outstanding!. I told the woman about us having a baby and she made sure we had a room that would fit our needs; she was able to fit us in right away and got us more towels as requested within minutes! Thats what I call good service. So I'm not exactly sure why people were so rude on here. The pics posted were nothing at all even close to what my room looked like. It was super clean and nice. The hotel is a little bit older don't get me wrong but very well kept. If your expecting a 5 star hotel than you can go pay $275 a night. The hotel and the price you pay are more than what is normally expected. They definitely go above and beyond here expecially for the price :) )

Wifi not working at all Dirty towels, dirty bathtub. Bad plugs House is in fairly bad shape. Beds are pretty bad. It's not worth 129$/night. More like 50 is more reasonable.

PAY A FEW DOLLARS MORE AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE… YOU'LL THANK ME! I stayed here with my husband and this place was AWFUL! I want you to keep in mind that I've been to Estes Park quite a few times. I've stayed at a few places (Mostly the YMCA and have loved every single stay while I was here. ) I thought we'd try something less expensive this time so we could play more and just relax. I COMPLETELY REGRET IT! I would rather pay more and be comfortable and not worry about my things getting stolen than this… here we go… When we arrived the sheets still had someone else's hair on them; the bathroom had hair and dirt; the cooling system is a hybrid of a window unit shoved into a wall with box fan to force air around (but really you're better with the windows open because the place has a smell of funky old mold and dog pee) ; there was a microwave left unplugged on it's side in the middle of the room (why? who knows? ) ; they claim to have HBO — they don't; and the tv's are old as hell and have a terrible picture anyway; the beds are hard as rocks; if you ask for new towels or linens the manager acts like you're asking for the sacred relic of Christ; the floors are dirty and sticky (and they are carpet) ; and if you're unlucky enough to stay more than one night… they don't clean your room or bring new linens — why? because new guests are coming and they don't have any time to get to you. So, if you have wet towels or sex sheets gfys. never ever everrrrrr again.

Could best be described as "quaint". Room smelled a bit musty, but was clean and comfortable. The owners are friendly and accommodating. They left their dinner to bring a microwave to my room so I could prepare mine. Thanks!

CAUTION: this place was a dive. The bathroom was hardly useable. Sink was clogged. The toilet was old/never cleaned. The shower jumped between hot and cold on its own. The shower was also dirty. It was affordable though…
