Great price room ok manager was very helpful.

This hotel was by far the most DISGUSTING motel we've ever stayed at! We wanted to stay in Fountain close to family that we were in town to visit, The Ute had the best reviews. When we checked in (room 27, upstairs to the left, 2nd from the end, next to a room someone is obviously living in! ) while checking in the employee said if we didn't like the room, come back to change rooms, well we were in a hurry, we mistakenly just opened the door and popped in very quickly, yes it looked old, and run down, but we figured all the rooms would look the same! So we left, we came back at about 12:30 am, very exhausted from our fight and visiting with family, when we got to our room and actually walked in, we realized how udderly disgusting the room was! I don't even know where to begin, there were huge nasty stains on the carpet, 2 pillow cases were almost brown (supposed to be white! ) One pillow case didn't fit the pillow so it hung out about 3 inches and was literally brown! Srsins on the sheets! The bathroom was beyond dirty! The tub was so filthy we refused to step into it! I tried to find another place close to move to, however now being in the area, we knew how far away another motel would be (anything better, that is! ) And the Ute was full so we had no choice but so stay there. We sleep in the cleanest bed with our clothes on for a few hours then left! We Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!

Very friendly staff very attentive to needs. Not fancy but very clean inside and out Comfortable and most of the time pretty quiet and close to convenient stores restaurants and gas stations!

Clean, hospitable, accommodating! A little expensive but the owners did discount when they could.

The manager is really nice. His wife cleans every morning and the place is always clean I would recomend it to other people to stay here.

It is what it is. Cheep rooms. There are cameras all over the parking lot so I felt my car was safe. If you need a place to stay that is super cheep but most likely not to give you bed bugs the UTE is good enough. It was nice having a 7-11 gas station across the street.

Pleasant place with lots of rules; probably because of proximity to military and highway transients but pleasant family owners and only good choice at that end of Fountain.

HORRIBLE! Went to their website that said $55 a night. We call to make a reservation for 2 nights and the desk clerk says it will be $350! We tell them what their website says and they "lower" the price of a two night stay from $350 to $275. This place isn't worth your time!

This place is very reasonable price. Quite as the owners don't allow noise and trash. We called one night needing a room because the heat went out in the place we lived. It was around midnight and the owner went and plugged in a heater as well as the other heater in the room, to make sure we would arrive to a cozy room. I really liked the customer service. Just wished they allowed pets.

Due to a serious car accident and some unforeseen consequences I stayed, actually lived, at the Ute Motel in Fountain, CO from December 2014 till April of 2016. I never would have guessed that I would be there as long as I was, but ended up giving me a keen perspective on the life of a motel. I found the Ute Motel on the internet while staying in Denver and thought it looked like my type of place so I made arrangements to stay for two weeks. I found the motel is easily located off I-25, but tucked away in a space with well manicured landscaping and a spotless parking lot. From the very first day that I walked into my room, actually limped (due to a broken ankle from the accident) I was blessed by a large room with high ceilings and a spacious bathroom. The queen sized bed was clean and comfortable. In the early days of my stay Mr. Lee and his family, who own and singularly run the place, took such good care of me. All of my requests were fulfilled in a timely manner. Over the course of the time I spent at the Ute Motel I had the opportunity to see the owners work harder than I have ever seen motel management do. Daily they were cleaning and upgrading this motel to meet their own exacting standards. As I got better I began to find out what a convenient spot the motel was in. Not having a car I found the Fountain bus system less than a block away which took me to all the necessary stores and sights in town.

I have been here for two weeks now with my two kids while apartment hunting and I absolutely love it. The rooms are very clean and well kept, everything works! The staff is friendly and available 24 hours a day. The location is great. Right off the freeway and close to parks and attractions.

Love this hotel great enviorment, owners are very nice aswell best hotel in fountain for a good price, second time staying here and iv always enjoyed my stays my fiancé and kids dont like staying any other place but the ute motel.

This place might not look like much but the staff here are incredible. It snowed one day, they cleaned off EVERYONES windshields. If I'm ever near here in Colorado so staying here again. Xd.

Got a room their with the wife for the night while visting some friends in the springs, listed online $50 a night show up its $65 a night (Wenesday) room number 20 had only hot water I. The shower no cold water what so ever, of course I did t find this out until a 1 hour before check out, which made it Impossbile to shower without getting burned who wants to take a 100 degree shower with it 90 and sunny outside (we tired to turn the knob every way show fast no cold water at all) with no cold water Dee the rude House keeper stood at the door waiting for my wife and to load our car and noticed my keys, wallet and wife's cigarettes and then tried to assume that she smoked in the room when there security cameras will show a good 4 hours of smoking outside not in the room (plus you know what happens when people assume), Dee's Was unprofessional and rude, I'd rather sleep in my car at Walmart than stay at this place.

I made a reservation on a Friday for 1 week n when I called on monday to verify reservation Lee said he doesnt have any rooms for me n my family. What kind of service is that. Not recomended reservation means nothing to them. Offer money up front n u will get the room.

My husband and I stayed at Ute Motel for two weeks while apartment hunting. The room we had was very nice and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and are available anytime, night or day. Overall we had a very safe, comfortable stay, and I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Small, low priced, super clean, and super staff (the owner! ) spotless fridge, microwave, clean bathroom and towels. Quiet, too! recomended, and will definitely stay again.
