Cute little blast from the past. Our room was comfortable and clean. A great place to rest your head after exploring the mountains all day!

Just really enjoyed the room and beautiful area of location.

Good location on main street with quick access to the downtown district or if you are heading north toward the Million Dollar Highway. Microwave, cable, fridge and stove. Bed wasn't great and the furniture looked like it was picked up at a garage sale then had crazy paint applied. Wall AC unit never shut off regardless of temperature setting. Shower did have good hot water though. If you want inexpensive this will do. My next visit to Durango I will spend a bit more.

Even though the bed was uncomfortable due to hard metal in the mattress I do still adore this place due to the fact I have such a phobia of staying in Motels. It's a very quaint little place with an awesome courtyard and the rooms are cozy and clean! I would stay here again just for the peace of mind! Also Dog friendly just make sure you take your dog around back! Also no smoking unless it's on the courtyard … which I think is great!

Clean, nice and close to everything. Enjoyed walking next door for a cup of coffee and the trolley service.

The owner was super sweet and made my family and I feel right at home. She surprised us with a suite that happened to be available since she knew we were a family of four. We enjoyed the stay and motel's landscaping and overall lay out. I hope to visit again soon! Thank you so much.

Hotel is kept in vlean and good shape. Mom and pop owners friendly. Enjoyed recliner chairs in room, touch of Home. I would stay here again.

This is a wonderful motel to stay in when traveling through Durango. The owner are very welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are clean and well maintained It is noticeable that this is an older motel, but the rooms have been well kept up. I would highly recommend this hotel if your are staying in Durango.

For what it is, it is great. Obviously, people staying here are looking for a budget friendly place to stay. This is a small locally owned family business. They did call and text to verify I was coming. I was driving and didn't get the call because I was in a dead zone. But I did call back later, saying I was coming. They said the offices close's between 7pm and 8pm. I was not going to get there in time, so they literally left the door open for me. They told me what room would be unlocked. We showed up and it was opened and I took care if the payment the next moring. I was impressed by the little full kitchen included in the room. It had pots, pans, silverware, cups, sugar, salt, a toaster. It was nice because we forgot cups and spoons.

The Siesta Motel is an amazing place! Very clean, comfortable rooms, and a staff that goes above and beyond the call! They suggested we take in the narrow gauge train and a local dinner and show. Can't wait to go back!

We stayed at Siesta Hotel 6 years ago and came back for a weekend and things really changed in a negative way. First of all, the price is the same whether there is a kitchenette or not, which really does not make sense. And also how hard would it be to get a 10% or 15% discount for a returning customer, but the management is greedy there and does not want to give a discount. Second of all, we did not get a kitchenette and all it had a little fridge, which was nice and a coffee make. But it would be really nice if there would be a microwave there to make life easier by warming up the left overs and feeding the kids in the morning. Third of all, the mattresses are so worn out and both people cannot sleep together on their sides without rolling on top of each other. Very uncomfortable beds. We had two queen sizes in the room and both were awful, restless goodnight sleep. Fourth of all, the staff there acts like they do not want to be bothered, everytime our family went to ask a question, which was only two time, the managers acted like it was such a burden to get distracted from what they were doing in the back to give us 2 to 3 minutes of their time. Now you decide, where you want to stay at Siesta.
