Extended stay America has a great and friendly staff. Katie at the front desk was very helpful with finding things to do in the city, while I was there. I would definitely stay there again. As well as the rooms are nice.

All around good service here. The owner Jesse was great and extremely helpful… I thought it was especially convenient that they provided kitchen amenities and such upon request. The only negative feedback I have is in regards to housekeeping personnel. Or room was NEVER serviced, not once in the nearly three weeks we stayed. They were loud every morning, watching us up, cursing laughing, being unprofessional to put it lightly… When we finally had to go down to the lobby to request fresh linens ourselves, we were met with bad attitudes and arrogance…

This place is amazing for the price. Super friendly staff makes a big difference. You can tell they actually care about the place and their guests, unlike other economy hotels in the area. Keep up the great work! We're looking forward to staying there again :)

Several of our utilities did not work in the room after I paid 109 dollars to stay at there hotel. Such as plugs did not work properly like they should have, safety latch on the door is broken on the door, there were dirty clothes such as boxers and pants, so room was not cleaned properly, police were at property for a good 2 — 3 hours so it was a off easy stay for me and my family. A first aid kit was not properly stocked for me to get a band aid for my friend. I asked very nicely for a discount and or be compensated for my room not being up to par and not bring what I paid for. When I asked for such things the management was very rude and was a straight prick after he was hours late to do his job. I will never stay with extended stay ever again and I definitely won't be stay at this location off of 4444 leetsdale Dr Glendale co.

This is a workers' hotel, so expect lots of construction workers and other tradesmen staying here. No worries, at least they're not up partying all night. Hotel is in a terrific location, right next to Super Target. There is a medical & recreational marijuana dispensary right next door, open until midnight. You may want to request a room on the other end of the building if you feel uncomfortable with this. Value is good.

They are so friendly and nice. This is somewhere I would recommend highly! Katie, Scott and everyone were awesome!

Friendly, professional staff—particularly Katie who works at the front desk. Good customer service. Comfortable and clean rooms. In a good location with access to a great deal of amenities. As a business owner who travels a lot, it is important for me to have a “go-to” hotel or extended stay each time I’m on work assignment in a particular city/state. This is home away from home for me and my crew whenever we’re in Denver.

Very helpful and friendly staff and service. I had a bunch of questions when on the phone with the booking agent and she was very patient and helpful. The front desk attendant was also patient and friendly. I accidentally de-magnetized my room key twice, and she was very nice about it. The only complaint I would have is the rooms need an update. The bedding and carpet and feel of the room definitely feels well worn. The location in Denver is great, but the exact location of the motel feels slightly sketchy, maybe because it's behind a Target store and seems industrial. If you're in Denver for a week or month for work, it is a good spot. I saw a lot of work trucks and vans in the parking lot with out of state plates.

The manager and staff go out of their way to make you feel at home. If you need any help they are there for you. The rooms and property is very clean and well kept. Housekeeping and maintenance are on top of things. I would recommend this property to anyone. Come and stay.

The suite had small kitchen, spacious. Good location. Walking distance to a lot. Walls are paper thin. Ask for kitchen things at front office. I would stay there again.

Zero stars for the worst hotel experience of my life. The room had no smoke alarm, a used washcloth in the bathroom, buttons missing from the telephone, insufficient blankets, flat pillows, no hangers, filthy kitchen burners, just 1 roll of toilet paper, and the glass plate was missing from the revolving microwave. All the surfaces were dusty and covered with hair. The 'Grab & Go Breakfast' was coffee and granola bars and the hallways were filled with trash. Our room keys stopped working after 2 nights and we had to visit the office to get them fixed.

Worst hotel ever. For starters, they say they offer things, when in reality they do not. Free Wi-Fi? It’s not free. It’s so slow it’s unusable. What if I pay for the upgraded internet package? Still not worth it. At 2 Mbps download, even basic things on the internet are unusable. Did you leave conditioner at home? Well too bad because this hotel doesn’t have any! You want to grab a skillet to cook with? You probably won’t get one because they’re always already in use (apparently they only keep like 5)? What about the free grab-n-go breakfast? Yeah well sorry to dissapoint but the breakfast is just a Nature Valley granola bar and coffee, not even what they advertise on the pamphlet (muffins). What happens when you have to defacate but they tell you that they don’t have toilet paper? Well I’m not sure. I’m currently stuck here on the toilet writing this review because I’m in that situation RIGHT NOW! I guess I’ll just end up using a towel… it’ll show them right for such crappy service.

Requires a $50 deposit if paying cash. Pet policy is unclear — website says pets welcome but when our friendly dog was discovered by the housekeeper (despite the do not disturb sign on the door) our dog growled. We were then informed, "no dogs allowed, " and we would have to check-out. Got our $50 deposit back though.

If your a dirty person that doesnt care about clean towels, sheets, or floors, then this is the place for you. If I could give this place a zero I would. My father in law had been living in a room for the last three months. Not once has the house keeping come in to clean. He bought two extra nights for my husband and I well we left this morning and the room was left the same way my father in law left it. We pulled the sheets off cause they were filthy, put the towels together for housekeeping cause there needs to be new ones, the floor is DISGUSTING, and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I'm glad my father in law got out of here to move to the other extended stay off Quebec. Its WAY better.

I really. Like my stay over here if I had to come back to Denver I would definitely stay at extended stay America, that place was great and I don't have nothing bad to say. Thanks to the manager Trevor for being so helpful my room was very clean n housekeeping was awsome!

Hi my name is Serena! And I think this place was one of the most peaceful place I stayed in. The price where deasent and the house keeping was nice and help full always had clean sheets and towels and I can say I would come again. So thank use all for making my stay in Denver a good stay. Good location. Facilities lacked: bathroom was rough & dirty, overall dingy atmosphere.

I never write bad reviews about places, but this hotel was absolutely by far the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life! If I could put no stars, I would! My house had burned down and we desperately needed somewhere to stay, I put in the notes that I really needed the place to be in proper order because everything was falling apart in my life as it was, and that I was also still trying to recover from surgery that happened shortly before the fire. We get there, and their bathroom was filthy, but I decided to get over it. However, when I went to take a shower, there were dried snot rockets on the wall, dried bloody boogers, and a TON of hair still clinging to the shower wall. I asked for a new room, (since they had no one to clean it and the clerk said it wasn't her job), and an upgrade to a king bed but they refused. They put us in a different room, and in this room, neither the heater nor air conditioner worked whatsoever. On their website, they claim to have a free breakfast. This only consisted of muffins and granola bars, and they didn't even have the muffins! I spoke with the manager twice to try to get some form of compensation for all this, and each time he told me he just had to get it figured out, and that he would call me right back. Hours went by each time and he never did. Twice.

The staff was pretty friendly they are dog and pet friendly but the back gate opens right to a dispensary the staff of the dispensary Park all in the parking lot patrons to The Dispensary are in and out of the parking lot at all times and housekeeping seems to not care very much about what they do during our stay there was busted glass that stayed on the sidewalk for a week straight until we went to the desk to request a broom and dustpan to clean it up.

Was aight aside getting double charged (which was reverted a week later) people getting arrested outside my rooms, homeless people asking me to let them in my room/the laundry room, the convenient yet inconvenient location and the inability to just step out and have a smoke. But hey the rooms were nice.

We are staying here because our apartment flooded. They graciously extended our stay for another day as needed at the same rate. Only reason I'm giving them four stars is that the refrigerator didn't work for the first day and a half we were there and it was delayed on being fixed. Otherwise this is a great place to stay whether you're here for a weekend a week or just need to place outside of your apartment when it has maintenance issues.

Gets the job done for a quick stay but not the most comfortable. The beds are pretty hard with stiff sheets. The internet is horrible unless you pay for their Wi-Fi. The fridge can't be opened even half way because kitchenette is stuffed into the room. I wouldn't want to stay here for an extended period of time.

Not a bad place. But housekeeping not on the ball. I've been there 2 weeks and went to front desk. To get room cleaned and they had not responded. My phone didn't work first night in room. And requested it fixed still not done after 2 weeks. Maintence not cleaning property needed swept. And picked up just not being done. Sorry I've been to so Many but this one is not up to snuff.

This place is horrible! It is so bad we went and got another hotel and left early. The toilet was filthy, bathroom cupboard door was missing, carpet was stained and the TV didn't work. We had booked a room with two beds but the room only had one bed and a sleeper sofa. Never again.

I've stayed in other Extended Stay America hotels and found them very adequate. This one needed a lot of maintenance, and the office staff needs serious education in customer service. I've been at worse, but I would not stay here again.

Had some trouble with room not being cleaned but the lady at the front desk made it all better by refunding me and giving a free stay. Highly recommended. Nice room free Wi-Fi quick and speedy quest services. Pet friendly.

Do not stay with extended stay! They over charged me a night that I did not stay. First Terry said she'd return it never got a return so called her back and she acted like she didn't talk to me thank gosh after that I recorded everyone's conversation cause I talked to Anna who is above Terry and she just gave me the run around! Kept saying I'll see why Terry hasn't put it in yet but you will get your money back. Never got a call back after a month passed I called the front desk myself two days after talking to Anna. I told front desk call Anna she knows what's going on. Psht then front desk said Anna said it didn't ring a bell haha so after that Ana will not answer her phone she actually picked it up and hung on me 4 times! Wow I showed my bank the recordings n they said they'd reimburse it no doubt about that. Now my bank is calling corrupt while I am too. I'm not letting this go and I'll be uploading all these videos to anything I can possible. I've never been so disrespected in my life! Horrible horrible workers!

For our corporate lodging rate, this place was great. I would never in a million years pay what they are asking, though. The walls and ceilings are paper thin, the appliances are hideous, every single chair is uncomfortable, and the carpet smelled of urine. I understand that guests with pets are put in designated rooms, but at LEAST clean the carpets… I happen to be both a dog owner and someone who is repulsed by animal messes indoors. My dog would rather bust his bladder than urinate inside… Come on people, train your pets. Hotel people: clean those damn carpets they are filthy. We stayed here three weeks — I love the location. The front desk people are never there. The housekeeping woman is covered with facial piercings and has a sour attitude. The front desk woman with a face like a pug is cold and didn't give me towels with my clean linens… Thanks lady.

I stayed here while on a contract. The room left a lot to be desired and all my requests / complaints seemed to fall on deaf ears. Anytime I called down to the front desk it felt like it was never addressed. The best thing I can say about this hotel is that I have definitely stayed in worse.

They double charge two weeks apart from stay and are completely rude Terry is a joke had to deal with the corporate manager who isnt scandalous. And the front desk guy hes in on it with Terry talking a mouthful. Lol wow told u two id get my money. Now I want they're jobs people likethis shouldntbe allowed to work with customers or money. Corporate manager though is legit and knew there was something not right.

Extended stay America is one of the best hotels ive stayed, not the best in the world but if u wanna have a 5* time at a cheaper price than them 100$ hotels then come here, if u work at king supers, u can get a better rate also, if u actually have an expensive apartment and cant pay it, this is cheaper and will satisfy your needs while relaxing u and feeling comfortable, yes theres cheaper ones and u might b able to smoke but this is little more so u dont have to deal with any bs, dont smoke in your room tho, smoke away from ur room unless u wanna b charged, SG.

Horrible place. Room looks nice online, as for arrival the room was dirty, no heat, no soap, no cups for water and whole bunch conspicuous activity ourside. Which lead to in ability to sleep at night because we worried about the safety of our vehicle. One of the worst places I ever stayed.

At first I was leery about staying here but the customer service made up for it all in the end. I did have to change rooms in middle of night due to a faulty heater and me freezing half to death but they were expedient and on their game on getting me moved. The location is great, food right around the corner and the cleaniness of the rooms were awesome. How ever one issue I did have is how my room got double booked…

Nothing the service was horrible I stayed there for 30 days waiting for my apartment. The room they gave me was filthy carpet gross bathroom scale 1 to 10.1 been the worst 1 is what I give the entire property. The staff seems to have no idea about anything. Management horrible do not stay here not worth your bucks.

One of the worst hotel experiences ever. No heat in the room. Just blew cool air. Had to call several times for blankets — ended up having to go get them ourselves. No trash can. No cups to get a drink of water. "Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, cooking utensils, dishes, and cutlery. " This is what the description says. Not true. No coffee maker, cooking utensils, dishes, or cutlery. They did refund our money over the heat thing but even so. Very noisy. Creak doors, stomping elephants above us. Not a good experience.

Overall very bad experience. Unattentive staff, awfull internet (even the premium), untidy room.

Check-in time was 3pm. The carpet was dirty and stained. The bathroom door handle kept jamming, and I was concerned that I would be locked in the bathroom. The towel rail fell off the wall (my husband fixed it). Water running on the floor from the fridge. Light bulb missing from the bedside light. No safety lock on the front door. A smell of smoke (non-smoking hotel). There were no dishes, pots and pans etc. When I told the front desk of all these issues, she said someone would come to take a look (never happened). We asked a few times until 8pm if we could get even a few dishes and a pot. She kept saying they were in the wash cycle. (They must have been pretty clean). Finally we were able to get two cups, a teaspoon and a knife. The next morning we spoke to another person at the front desk and she put together a package for us. The front is short-staffed and they are run off their feet, especially with everyone complaining because everything is broken. This is supposed to be a newly re-modelled hotel. We stayed at this hotel several years ago when it was called Homestead. It was in much better shape then. Where are the renovations?

The worst Extended Stay I have ever stayed at. Room was dirty, sheets were practically see through, pillows were flat as a pancake and had stains all over them, stains all over the carpet, lumpy beds, rough dirty towels. It grossed me out to stay there but I wasn't paying so had to stay. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

This hotel was horrible. They never had towels for my family to use, the front desk staff is extremely over worked and unable to provide customer service. We had a fridge full of food that was ruined by the refrigerator that leaked a ton of water onto the food. The staff was not helpful. The basic amenities were not met. I will never stay here again.

Worse joke of hotel I've ever stayed at. The beds are lumpy, smelly, not clean at all. Ended up with bug bites all over my body. The staff is a joke too. Never stay there ever again.

I guess Alex Murphy was lucky. I agree with all of the other negative reviews. I checked into an unheated room and the staff person could not figure out why the heat was not working. It was a handicapped accessible room and did have a walk in shower and a shower chair. The next room that they gave me had heat but no shower chair and the staff person, at my suggestion. Retrieved the shower chair from the first room that I had abandoned. It would have been OK but the stopper in the bathroom sink was not working and the water had toilet paper floating in it and naturally the sink would not drain. The staff person came with her trusty screw driver but could not get it to work. Well, I decided that I would use the kitchen sink but it had not been cleaned from the last person that had been there. The facility is advertised "fully equipped kitchens" but there were no utensils, pots nor pans and I had to ask for a drinking cup. bad news — stay away.

Not only do the rooms and services have several issues, but the staff is entirely incompetent in fixing any issues you may have. After staying in the hotel for approximately three months, the weekly “full service” house cleaning was never done correctly. Several times towels were not replaced, trash was not emptied, floors and counters were not cleaned, kitchen and bathroom were not cleaned, and once they just left linens on the bed without removing old linens and making the bed. On top of this, some weeks house cleaning didn’t even show up and I was forced to complain and have them return the next day. Other issues included the fire alarm going off for around two hours at two in the morning, only one burner on the stove working, the box spring being broken, the toilet running constantly, no one ever being around the front desk at night to help get in to my room when my card key doesn’t work for the third time that week, and a front-desk hotel employee physically threatening me. After sending an extensive email about all issues to the hotel manager, Angela, as well as calling her and talking in person several times, I have been apologized to and informed things will change on more occasions than I can count. Nothing has ever improved and the only thing they offered me for my troubles was to compensate me for five nights at the hotel (over the course of three months).

I suppose this is why it's considered a 2 star hotel — First the good: Room was clean, they even verified before they let me in the room. 14 cu-ft fridge which is nice compared to the mini-fridges I've had elsewhere. Otherwise the overall appearance was fine. Now the Cons: First off, there was apparently a knife fight in my room as there were at least 1/2 dozen stabs/slices in the walls and 1 huge slice on the window screen. The towel rack in the bathroom is falling off the wall. The showerhead leaks from the pipe-thread. The Internet access is a complete joke. Their "free" Internet is roughly 500kbps up and down and if you want to upgrade to their faster service it's $4/day or $14.99/wk. That gives you about 3Mbps/1Mbps which ONLY works with 1 device. Have 2 devices you want the higher speed on, that's another $14.99 for the week. Even web browsing at their "free" speeds are almost a waste of time. I ended up having to use my phone just to get decent Internet speeds. Their "breakfast" is also a joke — coffee and pre-packaged muffins/granola bars which you're lucky if they stay on top of re-filling. I had to mention it to them as they all stood behind the counter since they don't pay the breakfast much mind. Oh and to top it all off I had stuff stolen off my trailer the first night I was here. I've had my trailer at several hotels and campgrounds all around the Denver metro area and never had a problem. I come to an area that's supposed to be a bit nicer and I get robbed.

People love to complain. I just stayed here for a week and for the price, you really cannot ask for more. The place was clean, it didn't smell like smoke, the towels were clean, the TV worked, and its in a decent area of Denver. I am quite picky about where I stay as well, and the front office was incredibly helpful — especially Eric at the front desk. They provided us with everything we needed, and fixed the smoke alarm that was beeping on us in the middle of the day. Ignore the other reviews on here, and do yourself a favor and stay here. People want to pay $40 a day at a hotel, and expect the Ritz. Be realistic, and expect less when you pay less. This is a quality hotel, and the management has really turned it around. A strong 4 stars.

Is it possible to give less than one star? I should have taken the other reviews to heart. Worst extended stay I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. Two men staying in the same room and these jokers try to charge me $20 a night for a bed, a bed that was included in my prepaid reservation. Towels had stains, smoke alarm kept beeping, phone didn't work and was missing buttons, door didn't close and worst of all there was pubic hair on the phone and more hair (not mine). In the bed. We didn't stay, made them refund. While we were leaving another woman was complaining and trying to get her refund.

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever been to. I am in town for my fathers funeral and all I want to do is take a shower and sleep. The tub has hair in it and so much soap scum that you can scratch it off with your nail. The shower curtain is supposed to be white. It has yellow stains and is literally crusty to the touch. The management is useless and the front desk rep is rude. No one is willing to remedy the situation.

I would give this place no stars if it was possible. The customer service here was horrible! Even called the corporate offices and they are just as bad! Hope you enjoy having a horrible stay because that's what you're going to get if you stay here, and no one will do anything to make the stay worth it. I ended up checking out early and staying elsewhere. Heed the warnings here! It really is worth the extra few bucks to stay somewhere cleaner, friendlier, and closer to downtown Denver.
