Room is adequate. It is clean but a lot of the fit and finish of the room is heavily worn. Missing drawers, stained carpets, stained chairs, and scratched/damaged trim. Wi-Fi speeds are ok, slightly better than a regular motel but seem to be more prone to dropping connectivity. Room lighting is not that good, there are many dark spots in the room even with all available lights on. Room seems to be fairly well isolated as far as sound goes. Curtains do not block all the light from the window and let a lot of light in when drawn shut. Front desk is not staffed 24/7. Staff have been courteous and friendly and check in was smooth and fairly quick.

Nice room if you are not cooking. No pots no utensils. Wasted money since still had to go out to eat. If you are working this is not the place. AND lots of slamming doors and shouting at night. No one at front desk at night. Had to rent another hotel for our last night to have a peaceful night!

Mama raised me to love Jesus, but Lord forgive me as I say that this place is absolute garbage. Our front door frame was cracked to the point where the whole thing would flex enough that I felt it would crack the rest of the way, allowing easy access to anyone who wanted to see what was in our rooms. They don't give you extra towels or wash cloths, there were multiple bugs in the room, the staff was pretty nice though so that's a plus. Whole place didn't quite smell like weed as it was more of a dirty laundry kind of smell.

Trashy place. Trash in the hallways that seemingly never gets cleaned up, trash in the parking lot that employees walk past without bothering to pick up, cigarette butts all over the place.

Well so far, so good. Hope security is helpful in not getting our stuff stolen, I'm doing the best I can to secure my things, Love it here best Motel_Hotel_Studio in Colorado Springs! Thank you! Been staying motels for 5 long years know, so I would know, InTown Suites is nice.

A big, clean motel with a friendly staff located in a fairly quiet part of town, although there isn't much in the area other than other motels. After you stay for a month, you get tax exempt status and the taxes you paid during the first month get credited back to your account. A laundry room, a small workout room with a treadmill, stairclimber, and a Universal-style weight machine. A small smoking area, although people seem to smoke wherever they want. Not 420 friendly. If you are a cyclist, they are right next door to Criterium Bike Shop. The bus runs right out front every hour. Overall, a good place to stay.

Across the board except for 1 thing this is the place u want to stay. Maybe not just for one night. But fora week a month. Yes this it. Excellent people work here. The only issue is there internet is very weak. Really bad on weekends. Outside of that this is a great choice here in Colorado springs to stay.

The customer service here is amazing! My dad stayed here and we had a couple different issues with our booking through a third party agency. Bill was awesome and helped us through the whole thing making the process quick and easy. Will absolutely recommend in the future. Thanks Bill!

They have locked premises, fully furnished rooms, gym and laundry. On site security that responds with a simple phone call to major noise disturbances. Friendly staff. Non smoking property.

Staff stole from my room. Smells like vomit. Like many hotels run by scumbags they seem to make it all nonsmoking so if you empty out your car ashtray in your trash they can accuse you of smoking to try to fine you.

They are wonderful staff and helped my grandma find her room. They kept stuff she left in the room for me to come pick up.

I had the displeasure of having to visit this establishment yesterday. Oh my! It was awful! I thank the good Lord that I don't have to stay there. As soon as you walk in the door, there is the most God-awful smell. It literally smells like everyone is paying by the hour. This place has got to be a hookers paradise… I will not come back…

Great place if you're staying for an extended period of time. From my personal experience, the suites have a kitchenette with a dual electric stovetop and full sized refrigerator. The beds are comfortable and the place is well kept.

This is the worst "hotel" I've ever had the displeasure of living in. If you value your health or the health of your children DON'T GO HERE! It's dirty, cramped, and constantly smells of weed/cigarette smoke. Not to mention the exceedingly strange people that you can encounter here. I lived here for a few months before getting fed up with the overall experiences I had there. Please, for your own sake go LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.

Been Staying there going on 3 months now! And it's a nice place to stay!

Most of the staff are nice! Except for this heavy set front desk clerk that wares glasses! She's a know it all! At least she thinks she is! But the one thing she is good at it's being rude! Just like the security she's rude to! We forgot our key one evening! So we called the number it said call, & the security woman proceeded to tell me that if it happened again there would be a $10 charge next time! And she's a very rude person as well! But other than those two people, everyone else is quite nice.

Older building. Not many amenities. There is a laundry room on site. Pretty quiet and affordable.

Best long term stay option in the area. Look no further. I loved Michelle at the front desk. William the GM was also fantastic. The room was big. Everything worked. The people in the building are okay. I did not see anything illegal going on. I didn't see any drugs or people getting beat up. I think some of those reviews are nonsense and just meant to discredit the place because they do not give you a refund if you leave early. If you get a room facing the back you get to see the Peaks. There is a stream running along the back of the building. There's also a trail that runs for 80 miles behind the building. It's a lovely place. There are restaurants Galore everywhere. There's a million things to do around there. It's safe it's clean. Yes you have to bring your own coffee yes you have to bring your own little things. Aside from that there's nowhere better to go for a long-term stay in Colorado Springs. My thanks again to Michelle and Bill for making my stay memorable.

The best thing is the staff bill really is a great Pearson he really makes you feel welcome thanks bill and staff.

Pros Place is very affordable, beds are comfortable enough to get a good nights sleep, water pressure is great, room was clean and nothing was broken and everything was in working condition. Not once did I have to worry about people or worry about being robbed or theft. Pretty safe place. And not very noisy. Cons No pets allowed (unless its a service dog) Kitchen faucet spout is too small and water goes everywhere when washing dishes, This will be my second time staying here, the rates are great for the budget minded person, definitely worth staying. Not to mention it is close to attractions, dining, and shopping.

This place is dirty. Rooms smell of smoke and urine. Staff is rude and unhelpful. I don't recommend this place at all. They refused to refund my money for a night for I couldn't take the filth any longer. They said my reservation was up on 17th when I clearly had my reservation on my phone showing I was paid up until the 18th. Very rude and unacceptable business Behavior.

Can I give a 0/5 review? BEWARE. Spent a little over a week here, first morning woke up with bug bites all over! Assume bedbugs but couldn't find any evidence. Manager and maintenance came up and checked and didn't find anything either. (But here I am leaving with over 40 bites) Room smelt weird, obviously there were animals in the room before who pissed on the carpet. Other peoples clothes were left in the dresser. Full kitchen but nothing provided, not even a coffee maker! Don't leave your room unattended because the weekly room service likes to snoop through your stuff. I don't mind residents because it is an extended stay but most of them are drug dealers (hardcore). Maitenence man sells meth and beat up one of his "clients" in the parking lot. You see a bunch of tweaked out people all over the place all hours of the night. Did not feel safe and hotel had a bad vibe. It's one of the cheapest places here in the springs and you are getting what you pay for!

Beautiful view on Colorado springs Colorado. Comfortable. No frills, but not really loud either.

Nice size rooms, wish they had an oven though. Full size fridge. Backside of hotel has amazing view of the mountains. Would stay again.

Nightmare! Drugs, drunks and transients are acceptable here! Dirty rooms and manager that doesn't care about what a guest thinks or who he takes in. His comment was "expect what you pay for but $90 a night, I guess equals below standards!

One of the worst hotel visits I've ever had. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Room was dirty, mattress was stained, and carpet stained. Pillow smelled of urine. Towels didn't seem to be washed properly and when I complained I was told there was nothing the mgmt could do. And they new about the stains but were waiting for a face lift of the property. Will never stay in a In town suites again and you should reconsider if you're planning on staying here. Left 2 messages with corporate office. Got no return call.

The day we arrived in Colorado Springs, we called the hotel and they said our room was clean and they would allow us to check in early which was great. We checked in and carried our belongings into the room where we immediately were greeted with a smell that was deplorable. It wreaked of cigarette smoke and feet. More accurately, my wife described it as a "bum's n*tsack. " We left the room to go out and do our activities and couldn't even make a complaint as the office was already closed. Their hours were posted as 10am to 8pm. I don't believe they kept those hours at all while we were there. We then went to a local store and bought a can of Lysol and to make it tolerable, my wife sprayed the entire room. We were up the next morning before office hours (of course) and when we returned later it was horrible again. This time, the office was open and I went up and complained. The staff was friendly about it and did move us to a different room but, didn't offer a discount for the inconvenience and even had a staff member come to our room to "verify" we had a legitimate complaint, which he did smell the same thing we did. Very disappointed at how they handled this situation and they acted like it was no big deal that some people don't follow the rules. I will not be doing business with this company again.

They did not keep our room reservation when we attempted to book online. Fortunately we did get a room though. The room was sufficiently clean, and furnished. There was an actual full sized fridge and even some electric burners, which was nice. The walls were very thin though and it seemed as though I could here people from at least 2 rooms down. There are likely better options for staying overnight nearby, but this place is fine in a pinch.

Booked a room here and couldn't make our trip! Called to cancel the room and was told it was cancelled and all was good. Saw a charge on my statement a few days later that the room was not cancelled and called the hotel directly. Talked to the manager and was told not to worry and that it would be refunded. 4 days later still had not been refunded and was told that it was not going to be refunded after all! Will definitely not keep this place in mind for future stays in Colorado Springs!

I typically only spend enough time at a hotel to shower and sleep. As such, this a great spot for doing exactly that. The place overall is lackluster at best. There are letters mowing from signs, taped together carpet, and stains on the counter tops. It is, however, the most affordable option available for a reason. If you're just looking for a place to shower and crash, this is great. If you're looking for someplace that offers turn down service and makes your bed for you every night, I'd recommend the Academy Hotel north of here just off I25. It's amazing!

I have been to extended stay hotels, so I wasn't worried about it being outdated and the week stay was very cheap. They did have large rooms. They only clean once a week (that was ok), they had posted online free breakfast (conventionally stopped right before we was to arrive, which is something I always look for in hotels or I would not have booked in first place), did not have a trashcan, dishes, or coffee maker, and our a/c didn't work half the time. Asked for a couple extra towels and a blanket first and second nights and they did not have any till days later. Asked for toilet paper, they said they only give one roll per stay. So didn't come prepared with everything we needed to stay here. When calling the front desk most of the time no one answers, including normal business hours. The other extended stay hotels I have been to cleaned everyday (has blankets, towels, and tp as needed), fully loaded kitchen (dishes, coffee maker, and trashcans), breakfast, pool, outside seating, someone always available. This had none of that. You get what you pay for, definitely. Won't be going back.

We are two nights in to a seven night stay. So far it isn't bad, it is what should be expected for a $350/week stay. No frills, no pots, pans, utensils, plates or cups. We brought it all. They provided TP, a small bar if soap and a small bottle of hotel shampoo. It is in a great location and the hotel staff are helpful and friendly.

If you like trailer park atmosphere it's the place for you. Unfriendly staff that gets personal with you, if you lock yourself out of your room after hours, (older bland hair staff is weird & unstable) anything to not do her job by acting bitchy, sure you know those people. It's a wast of your hard earned money.

Location was easy to find, and room is very nice for the price we payed. Weren't sure what kitchen utensils and appliances were provided. There's a fridge with freezer, stove, and microwave. No oven or coffee maker and no utensils. The hotel staff is nice and the room is clean. Overall it's great for over a week stay!

The rooms were decently clean, however, pretty small. I felt super uncomfortable in my 2 week stay here due to the other people staying acted super shady. Strict no pet policy yet we heard dogs barking at odd hours nightly.

I had my clothes taken out of the washer and ended missing articles of clothing. I said something to them and it was just brushed off like no deal and wasn't very satisfied with majority of the staff just seemed very lazy and not helpful. I would recommend paying more money to stay somewhere else. Also didn't like they offer kitchen with no supplies and the towels they give you one set that you keep and have to wash yourself. That's weird! Not a good company!

Horrible stay we came here from ny looking for a 2 bed room and they in turn gave us a 1 allowing 4 people, and my 5 month old son. The next day the manager comes up and kicks us out and proceeds to tell me "I'm not giving you back your f****** money! " Wow! Great management guys!

It was great price but needs better up keep.

Not very clean and some of the employees seem put out by being asked to work. But the room itself was cool a sliding door to give us some privacy from the kids. No cooking utensils so be sure to bring your own and no oven : (

We are new to Colorado… here for work. We stayed at The Value Place before finding this place. (Value Place Sucks BTW) This place is great! It an older building, but they are working to update all the rooms. Its clean, quiet and the staff are very friendly and helpful! The manager Bill… is a very nice guy! I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere to stay in the area!

The staff has older females that are very rude and dangerous. They crawl thru the ceilings at night thru roof access panels on the third floor. The put chemical on your sleep area and door if the older white ladies and fat lady do not like you. They act like they are checking room late at night but they are really doing crazy stuff to certain guest that are not in the community social gossip circle. They older staff will try to see you naked and spread chemical other than cleaning ones they are allowed. Room are nasty smelly and molded. The utensils are dirty and the room rank from odor of old carpet. The younger staff of females are very nice not bitter and malicious in actions. Why are they this way who knows. This is the Bates Motel. Do not stay unless you have no other choice.

Now that's it run by Intown Suites this place is garbage. Woodspring Suites is heaven compared to this.

1st day here and already can't stand the negative attitude and the remote for this room does not work and has already accused me of having a pet. However I did see a couple that got evicted without giving their money back. Regret this already…

It was a nice hotel inlet gave u a small bottle of shampoo when I called the front desk I asked if I could get extention till 12pm and would be paying for another night I was very offended by the day front clerk female who left me know she was doing me a great favor on extending me thirty min but only said thisafter my daughter called a second time I feel like it should of been them that knew I was doing them a great service by choosing their hotel however when I spoke to general manager he was very kind and apologetic however I'm sure the idea I am trying to get across will be left with excusses and defensive reasoning thank you crestwood for making me feel less than others.

I stayed here Dec 2012/Jan 2013. Rude manager. I tried contacting district manager but she never returned my phone call. Horrible. The only thing good about this place is the price.

Do not stay here. I do not care how much more (or less) the other extended stays in the city are. GO THERE instead. The manager here is extremely nice which makes it hard to say I hate this place. The rooms are beat up and shabby and every room just smells. Housekeeping will come but be warned, if you are in your room they will do as little as possible. Also be warned that people are permanent residences here, so if you have a loud neighbor, they aren't going away. I had to switch rooms because the first time the people above me would scream and fight and yell all night long. I was here for work, for a month. I cannot be dealing with that. I was moved on the opposite side of the hall and get this, the family above me is even worse. It did not matter how many times I complained to the front desk and begged them to talk to the people above us just to at least stop the noise after 11pm, nothing went unchanged. And the kitchen SUCKS. The pans they provide for you are the absolute worse pans on the planted. The stove is fine, heats up quickly, but these pans. They have no non-stick agents in them whatsoever, so literally everything you cook in them sticks and is ruined. Soup sticks to them, not quite sure how that's possible, but it happened. The microwave is fine and its a full size fridge. But if you are staying here for a while, I would highly suggest buying a pan at the store to be able to cook. Also, there is no dishwasher, so be warned you need to buy a sponge.

Great value, clean, comfortable. Had a nice view also. Enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.

We stayed here for a little over a month while were looking for a house. We just got stationed here, and I have to say that the staff did little to make our already stressful month any better. The rooms were pretty dirty, I actually scrubbed the black bath tub myself with cleaner. My housekeeping day was skipped. I had to go downstairs and ask for fresh linens to change my own bedsheets. When I approached the man who was the "assistant manager, " if I could use a vacuum cleaner, his reply was "There are other people staying here besides you. I'll get to your room if I have time. " I can't believe he seriously said that to me. I asked a tall blonde who worked front desk during the day if we could have an extra pillow since they only had 1 in the room per person. She LITERALLY rolled her eyes at me, sighed, and STOMPED down the hallway like a 3 year old, huffing and puffing the whole time. It was the most embarrassing thing I have ever seen a grown woman do. Every time I came in contact with her she either rolled her eyes or gave me such dirty looks. At one point she cut me off and left in the middle of a conversation so she could go smoke a cigarette. The rate was good, and it was a place to stay. However, you definitely get what you pay for. When I called the corporate office to complain, they didn't really seem to care either. I wasn't even going to write a review, but they keep spamming my e-mail account now. Like I would actually stay there again.

The room was not very clean. The bathtub did not drain, and had it been cleaned, housekeeping would have noticed that. Some of the kitchen cabinet doors are broken. The doors that aren't broken, don't stay closed, and you can see where someone has attached velcro as a "fix". The only dresser is broken, there is not a night stand next to one of the beds, and the floor lamp next to that same bed is broken. The entire building is dirty. The carpeting is disgusting and stained throughout the entire building. When you come off of the elevator on the third floor, there is a glass table that I am sure hasn't been clean/dusted for about a year. Online, it says you can have up to two pets, yet when you check in, you are told you can only have one. The evening desk clerk is wonderful, but the morning one. Not so much. Don't expect any eye contact from her, or a smile at all. The TVs in the rooms are so old that Good Will probably wouldn't even take them. Cheaper than the extended stay down the street, but really not worth what you are paying. Not even close. We travel a lot throughout the year, and I would have to say this is one of the dirtiest places I have ever seen.

A very nice motel in a very quiet, secure location! Great deal on the room rate from Hotwire! The manager, Bill Adkins, allowed us to extend out week stay by an extra day at the same cheap daily rate we got from Hotwire. Rooms were clean with fully stocked kitchen. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and we would surely stay again. Had a couple small glitches, but the manager got right on it and made things right. Impressive.
