Room 201 smelled like chemicals masking cigarette smoke, awful, asked for new room, got it. Please use cleaning products that aren't as strong in scent or fool us with citrus scents or, better yet, choose "green"products. Staff were great. Fitness room is real. Pool was decent, outdoors. Rooms were clean and comfortable. breakfast was the best i've ever had at any hotel!

Room was clean. Walls and ceiling were thin, could hear people walking down the hallway with luggage at 6 AM. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were thin and insufficient. Breakfast was a good selection.

Bedroom has a kitchenette which is perfect for business customers. They provide plenty of dishware. Also like the fact that they have free breakfast included in your stay! Overall great location and great place.

This unassuming location near the airport has been recently renovated. The entry wasn't anything special, kind of hidden on the side of the building. The room was clean and orderly, the beds and pillows reasonably comfortable. Breakfast was also good with a variety of hot items including breakfast tacos. The airport shuttle was ready to go right on time, and while the van has seen better days it got me there just fine. Only issues I had were the alarm clock in the room had obviously seen better days with the front panel missing, and the alarm never went off when set. The desk USB charger was broken due to someone abusing one of the ports. The room also didn't have an extra AC power outlet near a bed for a CPAP, so I had to improvise with a plug across the room. Other than that, it was quiet and comfortable for an overnight stay.

The room is great. It would be nice if there were an on-site restaurant. There was a small gym with a treadmill, an exercise bike, and an elliptical machine. A simple pull-up bar would have been a useful addition.

This place is fine. Comfortable enough, has amenities. Unfortunately I work late and like to sleep in when I'm on the road. The staff is very loud, they woke me every morning. Not just the house keeping but the handymen to. They would have conversations through the halls and yell to eachother. I had a do not disturb sign do they never came in or knocked, but the conversations outside my door were loud enough. Too bad it would have gotten 2 or 3 more stars if I could sleep. And thats the point of a hotel.

It was an extremely pleasant stay. The staff was an absolute 10. The room was perfect! The only issue I had was the confusing layout of the rooms, along with the lack of signage.

This hotel offers free hot breakfast and airport shuttle (til 11 pm). It has an outdoor pool and a hot tub. Small exercise room. ALL the staff are nice and pleasant. On my first night, the people upstairs was pacing the floor at 1 am… The front desk was kind enough to call them for me and they stopped pacing and apologized. The room is clean. Not much of a fan of the bathroom vanity as my makeup stuff keeps falling off the space between the vanity and the wall. Shower water pressure in this Country Inn & Suites is much better than the one I stayed in Atlanta. Flat screen TV with free HBO. No usb plug on the night stand, but theres an outlet on the wall behind it. There is also usb plug on top of the study table. Four pillows were ok. A little flat for side-sleepers. Cheesy setup for coffee maker & cups (it was placed on top of an end table). My room had a mini fridge and a microwave. One-person chair. I like the full size mirrors and well-lit vanity. 6 minutes walk to the nearest light rail.

Location is fine but the property is not properly laid out, too cold in the rioms.

Free breakfast. Nothing fancy about the rooms. Staff was friendly. They have a shuttle service to SJC. They 'll pick you up from the air port but their drop offs are just once an hour. Also there are vending machines for water but make sure to take coins or cash as they didn't take cards.

This hotel is not far from the airport. It provides shuttle service however I take a rental car. Breakfast is included but no dinner. However there are plenty places to eat not far from the hotel. Rooms are large, equipped with all necessary things. There is no bottled water in the room if you need some you have to go to the lobby. Stuff is friendly and helpful. Good choice for those who came to San Jose for a short stay.

Close to airport and easy to get to. Free cookies for guests. Also near local japantown, so there are decent eats nearby. Easy access to US 101, so quick commute to companies near San Jose. Free breakfast buffet was passable. Hotel has a hot tub and swimming pool which seemed clean.

Some good, some not so good. Nothing horrific. Decent, clean, friendly staff, okay breakfast. However, some simple things were just not as good as they could be. Vending machines that accept only vs having a place to buy some quick snacks that could even be charged to the room. Wi-Fi was not great, especially on mobile. The biggest flaw for me personally: lighting in the room was very dim. I typically work late into the night at hotels, this dim lighting made it very uncomfortable and tiresome on my eyes. Yes there is a desk light, but without effective lighting for the rest of the room, there's not enough background lighting for extended work. I know that's nit picky. Ultimately, I'd likely choose the hotel for leisure as it was quite affordable, but I'll try to avoid it for business trips.

Lot of construction/remodeling going on. Neighborhood is ok. Hotel layout is very confusing. Staff was nice, but failed to email me a receipt when I asked for it. Had to call again to get it. It was quiet and the room. Was clean. Free breakfast was decent.

Stayed the night here when we went to Haunt at California Great America. Clean room, fridge and Microwave in room, Full hot breakfast included. They were remodeling but no noise. Free shuttle to San Jose airport!

Comfortable. Lighting was inconvenient or automatic and too bright. Bed right next to AC so a little hard to find an even temp.

Close to Airport. Quick to pick us up when we landed. Great breakfast.

The bathrooms were tidy and clean, and the twin beds had clean white sheets with enough room for 4 people total. I slept comphy and lived my night wonderfully.

This place was under renovation. When you first walk in the staff was nice for the most part. They could not find our reservation at first cause my mom put it under my name. We got to our room, it was a really nice room! The vending and ice was across from us. However the venting was like empty! We got water and then it was out. All the level two vending had was diet coke. The 3rd floor vending only took change. At one point the level two ice ran out. Had to go down to the first floor to get vending which was not convenient. I asked the front desk for change and at one point he made a sarcastic remark. The breakfast was really good, probably the best part! It was nice, but probably will be better once they finish all the work they were doing. It is kind of in a slum looking neighborhood.

Stayed here overnight to attend an event at Shoreline. The room was spacious, sheets are clean, and the water is hot. Wi-Fi was included and fast enough for streaming music on mobile. All in all, good place to pregame and rest for events without paying an arm and a leg.

Room was okay, lots of construction which seems nice in the future, but for the moment puts a damper on things. Didn't find out if the pool was open since so much construction was going around it looked close. Overall a decent place to spend the night if you have decent standards.

Clean, comfortable, and modern rooms. Service is friendly and location is good. Full hot continental breakfast is served, though it's nothing gourmet. There's quality gym and pool facilities as well. Overall would recommend — — a good value and a great place to stay.

The complimentary breakfast is include Rice, Soy sauce and Tofu with chopsticks. Good hospitality for me.

The hotel was nice but having a room facing the street on a Saturday night was awful! Heard loud music and people yelling from a party across the street all night long.
