Decent two bed rooms. Great customer service!

I stayed there last night, heres my experience… The clerk was friendly yes… The room I stayed in was nasty. There was writing on the wall, paint on wall was chipped everywhere, towels were old, but washed. Bed was like sleeping on a rock. Room smelld really old. We paid $55 yes it wasn't alot, but come on they could do better. Maybe clean out the tweekers clean up your motel, and raise your prices. IT got me through the night yes. Thankful for that. And yes your car is safe. But the rooms were old, smelled, and just over all not clean. Yes did see roaches (2 of them) in the room I stayed in. Room 12 Carpet is nasty m very old. But its a cheap price. But still if your dealing with the public, you want satisfied customers right?

This place is what u pay for… never any free rooms. They go on a day by day basis people pay ahead for their rooms but r made to leave daily at checkout and swarm back in at check in. It's infested with loud dirty tenants they don't offer any accommodations. It's infested with bed bugs and roaches. They tried to pretty up the rooms and had a horrible bathroom remodel done to all rooms as well. Save ur money pay a little more and go somewhere else where it's peaceful. Sad Sanger has no good quality cheap hotel/motel.

I enjoyed my stay staff was nice and respectable of my privacy and friendly in the mornings also had a great parking the whole time I looked out my window and could watch my car.

The room was filthy and crawling with cockroaches! When I told management about the problems they said no discounts and told us to check out if we wanted to. Do not stay here!

I stayed there about a 2months ago. I wrote a review. I guess they took it off. It was the most horrible experience of my life. Bed bugs, roaches, nasty dirty place to stay. I think your better off saving your money stay at park or somewhere at least u won't get bitten up. It's horrible disgusting motel I've been in. Take your disaffect spray.

This motel is the only one in our town and need to keep there rooims safe and clran.

I give Town House Motel 5☆ most definitely. Iv had to spend some months at this motel and have nothing but good to say about our stay. The management is what made us feel so comfortable. Not only are they the nicest people but they were very sensitive to our situation. It's so hard when your used to your own home and to have to covert to motel, it can be so stressful on the family. But our stay here at the town house was peaceful, clean, and real close to home. I recommend this motel to all friends and family. And I totally thank the manager's Jason and Semi for doing a wonderful job. ♡Totally a 5☆ motel. ♡ ~ Gloria & family ~

Great little motel! Remodeled inside. Comfortable bed, cold ac, fridge, microwave, hairdryer, all the amenities you'll need. Very friendly stuff. Great place to stay before heading into redwoods!

Stayed two nights while attending an archery tournament. Clean room and the bed was firm and comfortable. Easy parking and close to everything. Staff was friendly and helpful. Next year, I'll probably stay there as well as the nightly rate was reasonable.

Clean and reasonable rates. Very close to restaurant and shopping. Easy access and protected parking lot.

I had a comfortable stay. The rooms have been remodeled. Their pretty clean. I had to stay there longer then I expected and I have no complaints. The owners are really nice and made me feel very welcome. Now the Rose motel has nothing on the Town House. If your passing through and you need a place to stay, this is the place. A safe and comfortable sleep is at the Town House Motel. Or all night on free Wi-Fi lol!

Business owner are very rude. They discriminate. They moved my bf from room 1 to a different room while I was at work because they said he looked trashy. If you don't look like you have a lot of money dont plan I'm not having a good room there. They say their room 1-6 (the nice rooms) are reserved for online booking. Which is untrue. I had called and reserved that same room after they told me that before. The other room have roaches and mice And look like tweaker rooms. If I could rate it a zero I would. Lady cAlled me trash because I wore my work clothes inside her office. Which every uncalled for and rude. I'm just a hard working looking women for a place to sleep for a week. I have video of her saying that an plan on post it on there Facebook page.

Rooms are clean, decent, and comfortable. Not as comfortable as home obviously, but it's doable. The AC works well; it is automatic so it goes off when the room has reached the desired temperature. There are no bed bugs (we checked), and the owners are polite. The rooms do have an unpleasant odor though, I suggest bringing a bottle of febreeze or something. Trains. Not as bad and as loud as I thought it would be — city ppl are used to loud noises overnight; also, I'm a heavy sleeper. Overall, had a great experience.

That day I went to oxpedarme.

Was there a year ago. Very dirty. Very uncomfortable, very scary. It felt like the Bates Motel. It is worth driving to Fresno and getting a room in a nice hotel for 30 dollars more.

I will never stay there again, they are extremely rude. I was checked in late one night, 11:30 p. M. The next morning I went to pay for another night, I had to come back 30 minutes later. I did, he then said the truckers needed a place to stay, plus they pay more. I was speechless, he wouldn't allow me to pay for a week, $250, but he allowed the truckers to. I wonder how much they paid! He was rude to my mom as well, she went to the office 4 times the first night we had to stay there. We were avoiding the Rose Motel, if your from Sanger, you know the Rose, UGH! But believe it or not, the Rose motel is 10 times better than the Townhouse, the manager is very nice and will help you however he can. I am assuming that's why he has the business he does. Let's change that, the Rose Motel in Sanger, CA gets 4 stars compared to the Townhouse's 1/2 of a star.
