Air conditioning doesn’t keep the room cool. Some of the flooring needs replaced. Parking is tight and they charge for parking. Beds are stiff/hard. Hot water isn’t consistent, it fluctuates between hot/warm. Door locks don’t work effectively. I wouldn’t pay over $85 for this room. Don’t forget about the airport nearby. I think this is a fair review.

It was bad. They did not let me to park my truck saying it's not allowed but next second I see truck parked right the parking lot. So what's that ? they didn't like my face or did they like the face of other drivers better? Idk. Poor quality electronics doesn't work in their rooms. AC doesn't work. Unprofessional personnel rude and careless(Night shift). I just had to stay there, if not, I would never.

Solely a place of airport convenience. Came back to a dead battery in my car after 6 days. Asked just about everyone that worked there if they could help jump me and all I received was "no, we do not offer that service" ... needing to get home to my pregnant wife, no one could find it in their heart to help me. 5 stars to the gas station down the way that could help me. I'll never be staying at the travelodge or helping anyone that works for them.

Clean bed and that was it. Doors don't seal off enough, so it's a little louder. Location is in the flight track and on the 101 Freeway. The bathroom is small, there were only two towels of any kind (4 sleeping places! )

Well, I wish I could say at least one nice thing about this motel but I can't. My boyfriend and I stayed here and as soon as we got in the room, we wanted to leave. The shower looked like it belonged in San Quinton Prison, since it was painted with wall paint that was flaking off. We refused to get in it since we thought we would get athletes foot or scabies from it. The ac unit didn't work and was covered in paint. There was a paint covered recliner with a broken handle also in the room. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. We only didn't leave because it was so late at night. As soon as we woke up at 7 or 8 am, we immediately called and booked a room at the Embassy Suites, who had a room ready for us at 12 and no early check in fee!

This is best to stay for night if you are catching any flight next day morning and want to take rest and not to spend more money this is the option. As the hotel is spread across wide and if you don’t have car you need to walk a lot to reach your room. This has only two floors and don’t have lift. It’s decent stay fit the money you are spending. One good thing is that they have airport shuttles.

Very nice clean checked me in, let me know where to eat, and what time the shuttle was. The room is pretty quiet so close to the airport and freeway, not bad at all. Couch is way too old and soiled but not a big problem at all. The bed and room are clean and the lighting is good. Can't beat the price of $102 super convenient and I hope right next door.

Good location next to the airport. They have a free shuttle bus to the airport, which is very convenient. The reception was very efficient for both checking in and checking out. There is an IHOP inside the motel and a gas station attached to it. My room was large with 2 queen beds and a chair. The bathroom was small and the shower was hard to operate, but comfortable. The room smelled funny, but after some minutes I got used to it.

We used the airport parking here. Can't speak to the lodging, but the parking is great. Shuttles were timely (run every 30) and all of the staff were courteous and helpful. Probably not the most secure lot, so I would make sure to empty your car of valuables.

BEWARE! I made prepaid reservation almost 2 months in advance and called before our arrival to make sure the reservation was good since our flight did not arrive until around midnight. When we arrived (adult and child), exhausted from traveling and totally looking to get some sleep for a few hours, we were told that they had NO ROOMS! The night manager apologized A LOT, was highly embarrassed and told us it was the owners policy to overbook. He said he'd find us another place to stay and that they would TOTALLY refund the cost of the new hotel (A LIE). After calling many hotels, he found a room a block away at the Holiday Inn at twice the price. At this point it was about 2AM and we were beyond tired, but had to walk to the other hotel. The next day, I did as the night mgr told me and came back with my receipt from the Holiday Inn only to be told that the only thing they would do is reverse the charge for the room they could not give me, but would not pay for the extra cost of the other hotel and they could have cared less about our inconvenience. NEVER EVER STAY HERE! While I knew for the cost that it would not be the nicest place, it was also more run down and sketchy than I had anticipated. I think the people who own this place and run it are just out to make as much as they can and could care less about guests. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE so you don't run into same problems! Had to give at least 1 star to post, but would give none if I could.

Pros: close to airport, IHOP next door, room rate $30-$40 less than anywhere else nearby. Bed was good. Cons: needs updating, alarm clock didn't work and when we tried to call the front desk for a wake up call, the phone also didn't work. Light out in the bathroom. 4 cup coffee maker, but coffee packet supplied was only enough for 1 cup unless you like brown tinted hot water. Bed was good, but there were no real pillows, just 4 throw size pillows? The price & convenience made it worth it, but I was glad we were only there 1 night!

The motel is located near San Francisco Airport and is a good starting point for a trip to the south. Not ideally located for a visit to San Francisco by public transport, as it is very far outside the city. The rooms themselves are quite old, but quite clean. Especially the bathroom would have to be renovated. Facilities include a coffee machine and a TV. A small fridge, on the other hand, is in vain. All in all for one night as a stopover in order, I would refrain from a longer stay.

Bottom of the barrel Motel, would be a fair evaluation. It is an old building, but needs a lot of work. And it is cold outside and warm inside, so that earns 1 star and it's the cheapest place around so that earned the other star. If money is not so much not an issue then I would look elsewhere. So if you don't mind breathing a little bit of mold, and you can only look out one window instead of two, then this is your place!

I usually book here spontaneously when I need a cheap room in the area. It's definitely not the best place, but I guess you get what you pay for. The rooms look clean, but don't feel clean. There's no home vibe unlike other establishments. The walls were super thin and I could hear people while I was attempting to sleep. They used to have a free "continental" breakfast, but it doesn't matter cuz all items were probably bought from a convenience store. I've had other rooms on past nights that were in better condition, but overall, don't expect luxury. This location is mediocre at best. I stay here for the price and that's it.

We choose this hotel due to the Van service to the Airport, and from Airport there is a Train that takes us to the heart of San Francisco that was our main objective. The room is quite fine, but the carpet on the floor were so filthy, we couldn't walk undressed. The bath was small, but not that bad. The main problem we felt was a mirror that combined with an open space in curtain, could show what was in the Bed. So we thought it better to put id down while we stayed there. What I most liked here is the IHOP restaurant that were open 24/7, allowing us to take best advantage of our trip to the city, and still allow us to have a nice meal back in the Hotel.

The place is good to stay on your way to the airport or if you come to San Francisco very late at night. The lobby is nice but you can not sleep in the lobby. The rooms are old and they smell like … like the rug is been there for at least 20 years! Bathrooms are old, towels are like sanding paper, the bed looks nice and clean, the hair dryer works nice, the TV couldnt focus the images so no TV, you have many restaurants walking distance and we are close to the airport! This room served it's purpose, one night stay! That's it. No pictures.

Rooms old and musty, chair to stained you could not use it, plaster coming off wall, carpet wet nasty, tub to old to use only thing you can do is shower. Let me first say that I am all about inexpensive hotels. I would much rather spend money on my vacation experience than an expensive hotel. That being said, this is one of the worst "cheap" hotel I've stayed at. The room was pretty gross, lots of dust, mold and bugs. (Not bed bugs! … or so I saw). The room and grounds are very dated, the grout on the tub was deteriorating from mold, there was no water pressure in the shower, the bed was not comfortable, and there isn't even a complimentary breakfast. There is however, an attached IHOP, which reviewing would be it's own separate page. On a positive note, it is inexpensive, its very close to the airport, near the highway to shoot right up to SF, and there is a pretty nice pool. Be aware before you book, it is an option of your on a budget. But do yourself a favor, spend an extra 30 on the Holiday Inn.

The conditions and accommodations here are basically the same at a rundown motel that charges hourly and has constant prostituting going on. This Travelodge is owned by Wyndham Hotels, which amazes me that the mother company has yet to do anything about this. I have been coming to this hotel unfortunately due to the fact that my company puts me here so I have to put up with this. The showers have no pressure so hygiene is piss poor condition. Walls look like they've been painted with little to no effort. Curtains so old that it's pointless to try and close them only to have light shine right through the holes created by moths. Don't bother coming before 3 p. M. This place is completely backwards when it comes to room availability. They are located next to an airport and won't allow people to get their rooms because they have a check in time. Their excuse is that they were sold out the night before. Which makes absolutely no sense. This hotel is never sold out ever. So if you arrive at SFO around 5 a. M. Your best bet is to go to another hotel around here, because at least they will accommodate you and have a room ready for you.

We arrived at midnight on August 26, 2017. The person at the counter didn't even look up or say hi when we came in. He then told us the reservation was cancelled. And blamed it on a 3rd party, despite us booking 2 months in advance and receiving another confirmation email just a few hours before we arrived. He didn't bother to try to find a solution and said they were — 2 rooms over booked and then stopped talking to us. He didn't even apologize either. Quite amazing!

There is so much caulking that I wonder why the whole bathroom isn't ripped out and replaced. No spa, pool is heated, only positive. So close to the airport that it is hard to sleep through the constant flights over. Ac didn't work, at least not in a sense that it cooled the room. We had to sit with the hotel door open. Seemed like a ghetto hotel, found several whip-it cartridges on the way back from the pool. Again, worst hotel I've ever stayed.

No piranhas but a small man sat in the corner and threw firecrackers at me all night. I sleep in the nude and that's non-negotiable so obviously this set up made me uncomfortable. He reminded me of the little guy from Twin Peaks who talked backwards and had cool dance moves. The continental breakfast was delicious but you had to jump over a pit of crocodiles in order to get to it. My waffles were fantastic. The guy in the room next to me was ok. We didn't pay very much for the room and therefore did not have high expectations for our one night stay. Travelodge are an international company with a good reputation, however on this occasion they did not live up to their reputation. They did provide a clean and comfortable bed in a dated room. The cleanliness of the room did need some attention. The overriding disappointment of this stay was the dreadful service and attitude of the receptionist. She failed to greet us or any other guests present with even a hello, simply demanding ID and credit card. She did not offer any explanation for the security deposit or directions to our room. We later had an issue with our shower, and unfortunately due to the room phone being out of order we had to make our way to reception again, where we were ordered back to our room, without explanation of how our issue would be dealt with. The maintenance man solved our issue around 20 minutes later and was polite. Other customers seemed to be made to feel the same way, Travelodge needs to review it's customer service at this location.

Quite the experience. A modern art masterpiece. Upon entrance to this room, the occupant is instantly overwhelmed with the scents of urinal cake and stagnant airport air. The artist who designed the room ironically used typical tacky hotel art to adorn the barren, aged walls. I found the use of peeling wallpaper and wet spots around the ac unit to be a refreshing change of pace. Too many hotels these days use the "safe and clean" approach. This artist wasn't afraid to make the room feel like a dump. However, I thought the dead bug smashed into the bathroom ceiling was a bit much. The tub was painted to look as though it hadn't been cleaned since the Spanish Inquisition. For an added challenge, the water in the tub could not be turned on unless you yanked on the handle like you were starting a 40 year old lawn mower. I get it. The artist wants you to conserve. Powerful stuff. The beds are uncomfortable to remind you of your first world luxuries. Over all, I hated the room and would recommend you sleep in a dirty box before staying here and paying the outrageous price. But, kudos to the artist who designed the room to seem terrible. I get it, man. I freakin get you.

This is the worst hotel I have been in ever. I stayed in it just for the weekend. Never again. Found a beer bottle next to the bed, ants, dirt, and mold in the tub, had no plastic shower liner (which had blood on it as well) so flooded the bathroom, not enough outlets for all of the things they put in the room let alone my phone charger, and the damn mini fridge didn't even work. Little bugs all over and lumpy, hard pillows. Air conditioning just blows the curtains into the air. At least the sheets seemed clean. Next time I'll pay the extra $40 and sleep at the Best Western or Holiday Inn.

AVOID THIS PLACE! Found them thru Global Parking. No issues with check or their shuttle and the location to SFO is easy just a few minutes away. However the LOT is darkly lighted, and they offer limited if any SECURITY. I have read about others have their auto windows smashed with break ins while in THEIR lot and upon a recent 6 hour flight return from the East Coast arrived to find that I also was now a victim. To complicate matters it was on a raining day and the front desk offer little solace or help. I noticed a Safe Lite glass repair company Truck in the lot repairing ANOTHER break in as I was calling my insurance carrier. With some many break ins — why they do not offer better security is beyond me. Stay away from this place! 1.

Mold. Messy. Meh. Room door would not shut. Pocket door for shower was moldy as folk. Site itself was messy. Other than that meh.

Very dirty room. And even worse staff. I gave authorization myself to allow someone to pick up my deposit and they denied that person bc the employee didnt put it in the notes. There were also no towels in the room when we got there and ants. If your looking for a shitty room with shitty service then this is the place. Otherwise I would not recomend it.

Avoid this hotel. BEDBUGS! I stayed in this hotel May 11th. The room was not particularly dirty, but also not pristine. Upon waking early Monday morning I found a single bedbug on the pillow next to me. I immediately packed and left.

It is a very comfortable hotel to stay overnight. The room is comfortable and clean. It has coffee. It includes transfer from the airport.

All scratch something older and slightly, but very clean and everything works (AC, shower, lamps) — certainly not of course in US Motel.
Price value in the sense of the word.
