Although the reception area is OK, the hotel is in otherwise horrible condition. We checked in and the first room had stained carpets, dirty bathroom, the desk looked like it was in a bar fight, no desk chair, needed paint. The second room was about the same except it had a desk chair that was disgusting. Stained sheets and hair in the bathtub too. The halls are all scraped up from carts. It's a depressing place. The girl at reception was very nice and shared that they are planning a renovation, but that doesn't help current guests. We left…

Not bad, but there was some discomfort the first night with staff issues. Second night everything worked out right, so we were in for an enjoyable stay.

Four points get you four stars. It's nice but why do you have to set the AC to 50° when we get here lmao.

I travel a lot for business and this was the worse hotel I’ve stayed at since my college Motel 6 days. They also charged the company the corporate rate which was 3 times higher than their online prices which are low due to good reason. Room smelled, bathroom fixtures were rusted, carpets were stained, and chair and furniture were all ripped up and looked like they belonged in a garage sale. If you’re traveling for work, make sure they book you at a different hotel.

Absolutely incredible experience! We had to check in last minute due to a bad experience elsewhere. Jessica was fantastic! She went out of her way to accommodate us. Even got us checked in by 11:30 AM. Could not be happier. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The front desk was very nice! Hotel is clean and nice! Was thrown off a little when we went to our rooms and found plastic covering the floors of the hallls and the walls so was worried about our rooms but when we got in our rooms I was very pleased! Beds are so soft and rooms clean and nice. There is no microwave though but other than that this hotel was very good!

Stopped by to pick up a friend who was a guest there. Rooms looked big and well appointed. They have a bar downstairs with some enticing craft beers.

A little better than the Bates Motel in that there was no murder in the shower but there were shampoo, conditioner and shower gel dispensers on the wall. It's a bare bones dive, dated, dark and dingy but the bed was surprisingly comfortable and there were no eyes peeping at me through the two room paintings. If you want old, bare bones but serviceable and you get a good rate, it's ok. If you want more decent accommodations, you may want to keep looking.

Good business hotel; beds are fabulous. I'd give it 5 stars but as it is right on the freeway (the 101), there is road noise. Ok if you're a city dweller, but if you live in the mountains like me, it's a bit tough.

It's a simple business hotel right off the 101 and near the airport. The room was decently spacious and clean. Bath tub was one of those jacuzzi combos, that seemed a bit dated but otherwise the rooms were comfy and clean. I booked a flexible rate room and then a few hours before the cancellation deadline, I logged into my account and got the same room for $60 cheaper… so I highly recommend signing up for the SPG program.

Shocking to think Sheraton would associate their brand with such a seedy venue. Outrageous price for the comfort level of a European youth hostel.

The rooms were quite large and spacious. It is a functional and acceptable transit/business hotel.

Excellent guest service, very helpful in a last minute emergency due to a flooded room in my house. Everything was top notch. Will definitely stay here again if in need of a place to stay for the night.

The hotel was very good and the room was clean.

Old weathered building. My neighbors were very loud at 6 am front desk did nothing. Paid for breakfast tickets, they gave them to me late and did not adjust price for the days I missed Had to check out 3 Days early because of how uncomidating this place was.

Compared to other four points by Sheraton it is a bit run down and not in a great location. Good for staying the night before a flight.

If I could give this place negative stars I would have. First, they gave me the wrong room than what I reserved, then the changed me to a room that the heater didn’t work, changed me to another room (again wrong sized room for the people I had in the room), changed rooms again… again no heat again. Changed rooms a fifth time, again no heat! This place is garbage. Told the front desk that I wanted to talk to the manager, they never called me. Finally, my wife bought a couple candy bars, a bag a chips and a can of soda. She paid cash for it and got a receipt. Received my final bill and they charged it to my room also! I’ve called Sheraton corporate and filed a complaint. Told them there was no way in hell I was paying for this terrible experience. They tried to offer me rewards points. Told them that was insulting and I may never stay at a Sheraton ever again.

Got this huge pent house room… and the breakfast was better than the regular hotels. The hotel looked worn but the rooms where fine.

Perfect for a whirlwind trip of meeting friends, attending weekend meetings. Friendly staff, good paid breakfast, nice room. Plenty of free parking, reasonable rates. Will for room away from freeway next time.

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights let me check in early loved our stay. Beds very comfortable. Room was clean. Other reviews complained about noise. Didn’t get any and I was on the street side. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to family and friends. Enjoyed my stay thoroughly.

The worst night ever. Poor service and unkind staff. No hot water and malfunctioning thermoset. Nobody pick up phone. Front desk staff blamed maintenance. No team work. Noisy and busy street next to hotel. Better find another hotel!

Very pleasant stay. "Green" program lets you reject maid service for food voucher. Enough for two candy bars at front desk.

Ceiling shows signs of water damage. Water took 10 minutes to get hot. Sink leaks. Was clean though and comfy bed. You get what you pay for and it was overall ok for the price. But being a Sheraton brand I expected it to be in better repair.

Really nice place. Clean. Rooms are as I imagined for a Sheraton and just like the pictures on the website. Just be mindful, it's still next to airport so you will get "next to the airport" kinda people hanging around outside and sorta business-type kinda feel. Inside hotel is great! Would stay here again for short trips.

The room is nice but needed to clean better. Dust on edges on carpet splattered all over the place when placed luggage. I tried to lay towel for my dog bowls for food. Dust is horrible flying everywhere and I had to move the food away from it The headboard, pictures frames is full of dust. The restaurant is small 35 people seating the restaurant is nice but slow in service. One server/bartender handling at least 6 customers should improve. Great tables with USB plugs and plugs for devices.

This hotel stated over the phone, that they had fully compliant ADA rooms. We arrived and looked at the room. The hotel room was NOT ADA compliant! I called and complained and told them about our stay. The general manager of the hotel never called me back, and the executive management wrote an email never addressing my concerns. The breakfast was returned 3 times. There was no cream for coffee, table setting, the list goes on. I will never stay at this hotel again and I will never recommend that anyone stay here. Additionally I did file a complaint to a government agency to have the hotel investigate about ADA Compliancy.

Right next to the freeway, though windows are thick and rooms are relatively quiet. We booked a king bed and they put us in a room with a queen. Difficult night's sleep with a child in a queen size bed. Breakfast for purchase available until 10 am.

Location near the airport was good. The room was nice and I loved the toiletries! Downside was some street noise and also a power outage (which isn't their fault, but nonetheless detracted from my experience).

We had to change rooms because the couch was broken. They didn't clean our room very well prior to check in. They didn't vacuum and trash was left in our room on the table. They did not leave soap in our bathroom. The floors are covered in stains. Lights not working in our second room. How is this acceptable to Sheraton? I've stayed at Travelodges in better shape. Oh, and the graffiti. Oh, and no toilet paper. Stay at a motel 6 over this train wreck.

Not a bad stay. We had a room on the fourth floor with a view out over the highway, but there wasn't nearly as much noise as I would have expected. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant and bar downstairs wasn't very well staffed for a Friday night, so service there was a little slow. I would stay here again!

After a 10 hour flight, and enduring the joys of US Immigration, we were desperate for our bed. We were picked up by the Shuttle, and were pleased with the reception, which was very clean and bright. The room itself was superb, except, and bear in mind how tired we were found the room was very noisy from heavy traffic a mere 20 yards away. We got very little sleep! It was continuous.
Our evening meal and breakfast was excellent, food and service outstanding!
I would recommend this hotel but insist on a room away from the highway!

Carpets are worn and dirty, heavy traffic noise. Expensive. Service was good.

They are always helpful and courteous when we are in the neighborhood. It is an oasis in a wasteland. It is next to a shell gas station that nicer than the one we usually go to.

The manager, Lisa, was very flexible with fixing our room accommodations when we arrived. William was such a wonderful help with coordinating our last day plans for the perfect city tour with Nelson of Bay City Cab, who was also AWESOME! Eduardo was SUPER kind, helpful, and accommodating of all our requests for meals and extremely service oriented! We were able to return early to the hotel after check out and relax before catching our airport shuttle for our evening flight. The entire staff was incredibly service oriented. Great stay and lots of helpful hints and extra effort! Thank you all!

Nice employee Hotel.

Nice for a quick business trip. Wouldn't be great for longer stays or families with kids. Food is pretty good and room was clean and adequate. Fitness room was hot but view was good and equipment new and clean. Prices were good and uber was very useful given the location. I would stay here again for another business trip.

This hotel is atrocious! I have traveled to many places, stay in many hotels, this is one of the worst! The front office under construction, workers were very rude, lack of respect for people. Front desk staff acted as if I want to check in to disturb them.

The shuttle operated is not trustworthy. On 20 jan my son lost his I phone in the shuttle. We r demo assure. But not got. Please try to trevel on ur own risk.

2 bus a hour to from airport. Takes close to 1 hour to get to downtown. Bart cost 18 dollars round trip + tip to shuttle driver and the time wasted might. Rethink about the reason you are booking this hotel. There is laundry for 1.75 on site. Fridge in room, everything seems new. Overall everything I expect and more.

Please Be careful When you pay. They charged me 713USD for 2 nights with single room 1 person. They charged cancelled rooms and other person's rate to me… Their Rate was only 120USD at that time. Just side of Free way, Very noisy. I complained for solving this problems, But they did not show any solution. Just Keep quiet. Very BAD!

Beautiful lobby and room and great staff that were so kind and helpful. We loved this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay here. The room was nice, clean, and the staff was courteous. There were quite a few families with small children on our floor, so there was noise from time to time, but nothing disruptive (we were there with children as well). I have no complaints and would stay here again.

Friendly staffs, comfortable room+nice couch, clean carpet, clean room, big personal ref but no microwave, nice study table with comfy chair+2 extra chair. If you don't want the freeway noise request rooms facing east but still you can't avoid the airplane noise.

If this is all that's available then I guess stay here. Otherwise, go somewhere else where the rooms are updated and you don't have the hum of cars from the interstate. Whole place smells old.

Great place for an overnight by the airport. Big, clean room and good food. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I stayed here for the weekend and got upgraded during check-in. The room was big and comfortable. Everything worked and they offer complimentary Wi-Fi and two bottles of water. The elevator is very slow it's way faster to take stairs. The bistro which is also the breakfast area needs to be taken care. Not by the design but organization wise. One night I tried to order the pizza and they told me they were out so I had a Burger instead. The Burger was good and can't complain. The breakfast crew needs to speed up. On my first breakfast the waiter asked my if I want coffee, I told him yes but be never came back. I got my good ordered with the waitress and got the food, but no coffee. I asked her if she could bring me coffee and finally got it. Second time they were not able to clean two small tables. When I came down there was nobody sitting in the breakfast area. If you have heavy luggage it don't want to carry it up the stairs at the front entrance. Drive down and back up the ramp on the backside of the hotel. There is a door directly to the lobby and check-in desk. It might be locked at night and you would need a room key to get in. Then park up front, check-in and drive around to unload. Btw. They charge 12 $ per night for parking, but not as much as other places.

The facilities and amenities were lacking in comparison to other Sheraton locations. Much of the staff also seemed inexperienced.

I stay at Sheratons mostly for vacations. I was a bit disappointed when I stayed this last time in South San Francisco for work. The exercise room was down for repairs for my entire stay as well as some other maintenance activities going on that did not make it as good of an experience for me for this stay. The room was clean but the hallway was a bit musty. Just not the best look.

I came here cuz I was too sick to fly out the previous day. I expected more because it's the Sheraton but it was ok. So I called the shuttle line and was kinda yelled at that it comes every 35 min. I waited almost an hour. I got picked up by the shuttle from the airport. The guy was not helpful at all. He ignored me really. I got to the hotel and he wouldn't help me with my bags and I tipped him hoping he'd help cuz it's pretty heavy. Then I come to the front desk and she issues me a room and I asked about the shuttle nicely and she just said to come down at 930. So I got to my room and it wasn't bad. I got a free water and everything worked. The down comforter was nice and the room overall was nice. The pillows were kinds hard to sleep on. They felt like the bear stuffing I use to make dolls which aren't the best to sleep on. The bathroom was clean except for the towels that were stained. They weren't dirty so that's not bad. But you know. Bleach works well on white towels. Overall, it's not bad for just sleeping and going. If you want a vacation in a hotel, this shouldn't be it.

Modern hotel very and I mean very close to the Bayshore Freeway, small bar and restaurant with limited opening hours. Somewhere to sleep if you have an early flight from SFO.

Fast service, booked a 300 dollar loft room for less than 120 including parking, slow night during spring break, deals can be had :-). Parking is usually free as per their yelp ad, but for this good of a price for this kind of room 10 bucks is nothing. Stay here at the four points and their bistro is good as well. Breakfast is served quickly and tasty.
