This review is based off of customer service alone. I call hotels very often in my line of work to recover folio's for the professionals that I support. The same hotel rep answered today (literally a few minutes ago) as did yesterday. When I called to ask for the folio I was looking or yesterday he put me through to a voicemail service that gave the website info for requesting invoices. Okay, this is something I am also used to doing to get folio's. I put in all the required information and submitted to no avail. There were no error messages or anything like that, so I hit submit a couple of more times to end up on the same page again with no confirmation that it actually submitted. I decided to wait it out and if it hadn't arrived in the morning I would call back. Apparently, two calls is a burden or something, at least that is how I was made to feel. Same guy answered the phone and put me through to the voicemail again before I even had a chance to tell him that it did not work yesterday. So I pressed "0" and had myself transferred back to him. He picked up and immediately said "hold" and placed me on hold for 1 minute before just hanging up on me. I called back and re-explained my purpose for the call. Then, I rushed in not to put me back to the voicemail, then explained that the website did not work for me. He answers back in a rude tone "the Website doesn't work, heh. " So I had to re-explain that after entering the info it would not submit. Sounding annoyed that I stopped him from doing whatever it was that he was doing, he took a big sigh and asked me what the name of the person was. I told him and even offered the confirmation number if he needed. He then snarled "I didn't ask you for it. " By this time I had to bite my tongue. Just so rude, the tone and the fact that he acted bothered by my request. Never had this happen before and was shocked to have received this kind of treatment from a W hotel.
