The rooms suck. The folder looks like dirt, ugly. And they don't have much parking for cars.
Clean staff kality.

Not very nice, poor attention, in my room the cable did not work, in the 3 days we were nobody cared to fix the problem, the last day they did not have towels. Expensive.

I have actually stayed in Presidio Inn nice cozy clean bring back memories my as little boy take me over to the baseball game play softball.

Friendly staff. Great location, free parking is first come first serve. Glad to see rooms are being remodeled.

Clean and comfy, small bathroom, minimal amenities for the price, and the front desk was pleasant but not very good at communication. Not bad just not great.

Based just on the hotel rooms I would have probably only given it 2 stars as they are a bit run down and don't have A/C or heat. However I stay here anyways because the managers are great, service is really friendly, check in and out is quick, and they will work with you in certain circumstances (like one time I lost my ID). They are honest and prices are really reasonable, I've never had them try to keep even part of a deposit, they completely leave you alone, which I like. The rooms are run down but always really clean, the location is great, easy to walk to food, stores, etc… and they offer free parking.

Pictures can fool a person the place is not what it looks like and parking is first come basis the place has no Air condition in rooms so room we're kinda hot had to leave door open for a few hours I would not recommend this place unless there's nothing available had to park my car in the street and pay for meter in morning hopes this helps.

My friends do not stay at this hotel, poor quality, the photos do not show the reality, after staying there my wife had to go to the hospital due to innumerable bites of bed bugs.

Rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was rather chinsy and the advertised "balconies in every room" is simply the walkway.

Idk. But all you need to know is NEVER stay here. I am. Shook. Horrified. Disgusted. Terrified. When I get home. All my clothes will be immediately washed to ensure of no bed bugs then I will shower and then I will meditate and pray that these haunting memories will go away of the terrifying noises that came from the room next to us. Also, I remember this Hispanic man standing outside this other room beside us, there was no # on the door. Just a regular door knob, and the windows was covered with construction plastic. He stood at his door watching us leave. When I looked back up, he was gone. It just was not normal.

My mom booked a room at this hotel in San Fransisco, it was for a medical appointment but when the appointment was postponed and the room was non refundable she decided to just go and take the boys. They had an awesome time til this morning when my son fell down 10 stairs the management in this damn place proceeded to kick them out of their room over an hour early and trying to make this accident my kids fault. They are def lucky mama bear was not there, and Vincent seems to be okay, but I am outraged. Having my mom file a police report before leaving the city. Mama bear isn't done with these people. Shame on them! BEWARE OF THE STAIRS at this joke of an establishment.

Cute room very comfy and clean the beds are perfect I will definitely be back.

Excellent location, close to the bay, to the bridge of Golden, you can rent a bike and reach the bridge in it, you can also get there by bus, it includes the breakfast is good, kept clean the rooms,

Unfortunately no kettle in the room, otherwise OK.

If I could give it no stars that would be too many! In my opinion these people are deceitful, arrogant, obnoxious especially the manger Daniel! and WILL rip you off as they did my family. Rooms are filty the walls are paper thin just not a nice place.

Do not stay there ** bed bugs** my husband and I got bitten all over our bodies. The rooms are disgusting. They charge for cancellation so we had no choice but to stay and we regret it. The carpets are stained, one spot looked like blood. In overall disgusting and the curtains looked like they had bullet holes, the window was broken, the elevator seemed like it was from a horror movie and it was going to breakdown at any moment. The parking was first come first serve and it only has like 5 parking spaces. Will never ever stay there again.

Not ideal, room was as described. Fan in bathroom was screeching so loud we opted to use the bathroom with the light off. Would not stay again. But cheap for a quick stay.

Great Thai restaurant across the street! Close to great museums in SF. Hard to park in lot, small complimentary breakfast. Room was good!

If I could have given it zero stars I would have. Drove up and down street for half hour before we found it, no sign visible from Lombard St. Tiny unlit sign above alley way entrance. Parking for less than ten cars, Dirty old rooms, musty smelling, no ventilation, no AC, no chain or security latch on the door. National fire code violations, outlets not working so they plugged multiple items into three-way adsptor. I could go on and on. Bottom line, stay away from this dump!

Was horrible! We come here with car, and the man ho's working in front desc send us to leave a car in the street, and say that is free until 9am in the morning. And our car was TOWED and we pay 700$! Then we book a room there was included and parking, but we didnt get it!

Small and old building. Reception and breakfast room for only two people and none place to sit down. Rooms are not clean, blankets dirty. The solution; i'll bring you some new and you can change them by yourself. I checked out directly and went to another hotel!

This place is disgusting-don't book it. I have another night to spend here and I am dreading it. Everything is so dirty and old-sheets are stained-lights do not work properly. Seems really unsafe. Rather spend more money than live in this awful place.

We didn't even stay here once we checked in. No air conditioning or even a fan. We couldn't at least open the window because they don't have screens. No smoke alarms, which is against the law! The room smelled like old wet carpet mixed with bleach. The sheets looked white and clean and the bathroom seemed sanitary. But the stains on the walls, splatters of who knows what made us leave within an hour. My husband called our booking agent to rip them apart for booking us in this hotel, we ended up going straight to the Hotel Zephyr on Fishermans Wharf which was 10000x nicer and a far better location. Spend the extra money and go elsewhere! You have been warned.

Good location, at least self catering is possible; It is but not really clean, but Loveless cleaned, rooms are quite, it is relatively noisy due to the close proximity to the road, the bathroom smells musty, the Wi-Fi is slow and poor breakfast.

Its a motel. You can stay for a short time… location is good. Nearby market… near to golden gate bridge… It was OK due to lack of security… lit bit of smell… very low light in room… even you can not work on laptop… also Wi-Fi connection is not continuous… sometimes it did not work for a day. And nobody can do about it. Even people at reception are just for payment collection… they dont care abt service.

I only gave this hotel a one star so I can write this review and save you people from this disgusting horrible Inn! DO NOT COME HERE!

Loud and dilapidated. There were mattresses piled in the small parking area. Perhaps this was an attempt to rid themselves of bed bugs. Some rooms are a mere 10 feet from BUSY highway 101. The ancient heating system looked like something Lex Luthor would use. However, the dirty floors and walls did complient the outdoor rot iron furniture placed in the room where a respectable motel would have a table and chairs. I regret not reading the other reviews before booking. In the end, I wasn't able to bear the thought of sleeping there even one might and forfeited $190. Look elsewhere.

Not renovated for 30 years and not a cent invested but high prices so desperately seek. You really must think about whether it is better to sleep on the street. Breakfast a joke sometimes butter coffee and dry toast.

Terrible hotel. There were suspicious stains on the bedding and ants in the bath tub. The other hotel occupants were loud all night. The room was warm, stuffy and smelly which might have been okay if we could open the window but it didn't have a screen on it. People were lined up waiting outside the front office to check out when I got up. One woman was actually sitting on the bench outside the office with her luggage all packed up sitting next to her. Totally not worth the price I paid for it. You would think with the amount they charged me, they could afford mattresses that were manufactured in this century. Elevator super old, smelled pretty bad. We checked out early and ate the three hundred dollars.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in, there was a significant amount of bed bugs in the seams of the bed when I pulled back the sheets to check. After one night there I showed my scratches and bites to the hotel OWNER and he raised his voice at me, accused me of lying, and said he "doesn't like my kind of people" (22 yo girl with colorful hair/piercings) … Have never been so insulted by a business owner! Additionally, he refused to refund me for the first night despite clear evidence of personal discomfort and a lot of bed bugs in the room.

This hotel is disgusting. The manager was very rude. The door was really hard to lock, the television was old and made noises. We placed chairs in front of door to feel alittle bit safer. The shower had hair in it. The parking lot was a joke. I was with a group of coworkers an I can say I will never ever go back to this place.
