Great service and centrally located! Love Dirty Habit restaurant for happy hour! I go there for the martinis!

It's right at the center of downtown great location. Modern & super clean. We had free breakfast at Dirty Habit which was awesome! My only regret was the fee is non-refundable we were forced to show up on an inclement weather. The $55 parking per day is a surprise but we checked nearby hotels they even charge higher! overall it was a great experience I'm giving it 4 hearts♡♡♡♡.

So I highly recommend never staying here. I would never try to harm any business and have never written any bad reviews about business’ or people for that matter. BUT I feel like I should share some facts about my first 2 days of a 7 day stay at Hotel Zelos San Francisco. Check in and my TV does not work. They said they would fix it the next day, but they still haven’t fixed it. Wake up second day to a lot of noise on floor above me, sounded like weights being dropped for about 45 minutes, I thought this was probably a noisy guest. Later I came home and was getting ready for dinner, and more noise above, like someone running on a treadmill or a washing machine running. I stopped at the front desk on my way out to dinner, and they said, “oh yea, the gym is above your room. ” I spoke to them about how this logistically didn’t make sense, and they said, “we’ll figure something out. ” I then come back at 9:30, and the elevator line is extremely long to 1 of the 2 elevators. Other elevator is roped off for a party, and party guests only. I wait for 15 minutes then ride the elevator to my floor. THEN, the party is on my floor, I mean all out frat party in the hall with loud music, people leaning against my door, booze spilt on my threshold. I’m a fan of a party, but please. DO NOT STAY at Hotel Zelos San Francisco.

Sorry I fell over in your lobby last night. I wasn't that drunk… been way worse but my hips gave out and I just stacked it hard. Very embarassing. Sorry y'all had to see that. Great hotel!

My very favorite thing about Hotel Zelos is the location! You can literally walk in any direction and experience magic in downtown San Francisco. It is centrally located and easy. I love the extra of having a bicycle to explore, and the swanky Dirty Habit space for dining, cocktails and even outdoor patio happy hour with friends when it is sunny enough. My room was the perfect staycation and I loved my stay!

Prime location. Great location. Large room. Boujie look. Is definitely stay here again.

The whole experience at Hotel Zelos was excellent from checking to check out. Every one I interacted with was cordial and helpful. The hotel and room itself was pretty cool too. 11/10 would definitely stay here again.

Visited from out of town. Nice clean location. Centrally located to lots of fun places to visit and eat. Staff very helpful and safe environment. We will visit again!

Service was professional and attentive, rooms were spacious and clean. My room was above the level which the bar was situated, could see the bustling activity without being affected by the noise. Fantastic location, with a TJ supermarket near as well as within walking distance to Union Square.

Beautiful hotel. The amenities are amazing. Love staying here. It's Central to all the fun things to do. Ubering places is not expensive by any means.

A very nice room for the two of us in downtown San Francisco. The check-in process has much to be desired especially since this was a planned stay and room was not ready for an hour.

Visually attractive. Large, well furnished, clean and quiet room (9th floor). Comfortable bed with good quality bedding. No room service apart from breakfast, no convenience store to take items to room (Trader Joe's next door). Leaking faucet in bathroom, TV very slow to activate. So close to be a really good hotel but not quite there.

Hotel Zelos was well equipped for business traveling. The rooms didn't feature coffee pots, which was disappointing, but it was made fresh in the lobby every morning. The on-site gym was small but extremely functional and there was a bar on the fifth floor for a quick drink. The service was incredible!

Great value, stayed for work and definitely will come back. Restaurant was great. I loved the apps. Huge portions. Nice rooms, pretty clean.

Good location.

The room is very nice, but there were just a few things that made it so I couldn't give full stars. The valet queue backed up to the point where it interfered with traffic (come to find out they only had two people working). The room keys didn't work and the AC barely cooled the room. One of my pet peeves, and it is not limited to this hotel, is the use of the barn style sliding doors for the bathroom. However, the room was comfortable and we'll appointed, the shower is awesome, and the staff is very friendly. I would give this hotel another go.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Zelos. I was set up with this hotel for business, and I was treated extremely well. The service was great, and the room was beautiful. 10/10 very comfortable stay.

This place is great! The location is fantastic, you can walk to almost anything u might need while on a trip to SF. There are multiple restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and convenience store locations within walking distance. And the coast/Bay Area is within walking distance also. There are several bus/ferries/trains that can take you almost everywhere you would want to go in the city including to/from the airport. And u can walk across the street to the Marriott and get into a couple excellent bars to grab a warm-up drink at either street level, or with fantastic views looking over the entire city and bay at the top of the tower.

Very nice hotel especially for that price in San Francisco. However I would caution you about the cost of overnight parking $50. However it is very centrally located on market near at least to Bart stations. The staff in the lobby were very nice and helpful. It's right in the heart of all the fun shopping. I would definitely stay here again.

The service was good, the room was clean and comfortable. The only bar thing was the valet was a bit of a male when you first arrive. There is no sign indicating what to do. My husband had to go insides and all for the valet. Other than that the experience was great.

This is one of those older buildings with a coat of paint slapped on, made to look like a modern hotel. The 5th floor bar and restaurant was alright. Water pressure in the shower was very low, air conditioning in the room was rattly, the doors were super loud and the walls were thin. Elevator takes a very long time to get to your floor. This place being situated right off Market Street makes for some sketchy people walking around right outside your front door. I'm used to it, but if you're a first time SF visitor, stay away from Market Street in the evenings. You're better off pretty much anywhere else in SF.

The location was great, even if it was a bit hard to find. The valet parking worked out great, since it was secure and relatively inexpensive. The room was pretty good, but there didn't seem to be much exhaust for the bathroom. After 3 people took a shower, the entire room was muggy.

Great hotel in a perfect location. The staff is warm and super responsive to any concern. They immediately saw that I'm after a long flight and let me check in room a few hours before. The hotel bar is nice and friendly.

Great hotel. Located right off Market Street and next door to a Trader Joe's. We got to see music on the corner, life im the streets. It was within walking distance to everything! The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. Spacious and the staff was really nice. The fridge was a little loud and the electronic lock made some weird noises at night, but overall it was a good stay.

When to Hotel Zelos for birthday dinner celebration. The atmosphere was elegant chic. There menu had several small plates, we ordered several and the black trumpet mushroom dish was truly delicious! There other small plates were ok. I ordered the crispy pork belly, which did not disappoint… Loved it! My husband preferred the scallops… They were cooked perfectly but they could've been more generous with the serving size. Overall good food and ambience, and bit pricey.

The hotel was nice but not worthy of 4 or 5 stars. Me and my wife came out to spend a night together in SF. The room was very small for my liking. We were woken up to the sounds of someone on the floor above us taking a shower which was quite loud at 5 AM. The menu selection at the restaurant were not vegetarian friendly. Nice hotel for one person traveling on business but not so much for enjoyment.

The location was ideal. Near the financial district, shopping and central to attractions. Rooms were beautiful and spacious. The decor and lounge areas were high end. Staff at front desk were helpful with directions and friendly. They stored our baggage so that we could get a last glance of the city. We would love to stay there again.

Nice place for a stay. In a Very busy financial district. The accommodations are simple, yet nice. Wine glasses and bottle openers in the room. We didn't have any views but the hotel is right next to a Trader Joe's.

Loved our room, simple but chic hotel. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of all the good shopping, and easy to get around on foot from there. Trader Joe's next door! A star for pleasant, my only tip would be to make sure you are clear about the extra fees for the room when you book.

Haven't stayed in the hotel, but the bar is outstanding and hip: The Dirty Habit. **Stayed at the hotel this weekend for my wife's birthday. The room was nice and modern as well as clean and we'll kept. The staff is outstanding. They sent up a bottle of champagne and chocolate because I mentioned it was my wife's birthday. Nice touch. My only real complaint is that there was only a lone USB plug in the table lamp. Shouldn't a place that considers itself hip, be a little more tech savvy? Still cool though. It's in a great location.

Excellent rooms and the overall atmosphere in the hotel is great. The big let down are the private parties in the outdoor inner patio. The noise is very audible because the windows are not isolated with double glass. Although during the one night I was there, the party lasted until 11pm. The noise was loud which is not expected for a hotel in this price range. I was jetlagged and am an overall light sleeper, so my experience in this hotel was mediocre at best. If you want to stay here, ask for a room at the street side, they have double glassed windows.

I stayed in August (4 of us) … Was in a great location for transportation to the city. Rooms were great and the staff was wonderful. Recommend the location if you want to do some shopping while part of the family needs a break in the room. Recommend uber from the airport the bart was a bit of a rough ride and not very clean and kind of shady. Price was about the same as well.

The service was wonderful. The rooms were clean and the amenities were top notch. The decor was trendy (too trendy for my dear old ma). The location is right on market street so close to most everything including caltrain.

A nice hotel! The coffee in the morning is very appreciated, the Wi-Fi is not very powerful, the hotel is close to many places.

We went to Dirty Habit to have drinks and dinner. The entrées were, as expected, super small, but tasty. The drinks were delicious. We sat outside and it was a lovely night to be on couches in the open air. There were a few options for vegans, but no protein.

The hotel is very cozy and location is really ideal for people who'd like to have some food, stores around. The check-in process is really smooth and they're super friendly. I'm there for work and travel alone, I'd reckon it'll be also great for couples and maybe small family too. The breakfast served at level 5 dirty habit is quite good but it's not inclusive in my 1 night stay. I'd given a 5 stars rating if the bed is not uneven. Everything else is good. Thumbs up!

Frankly expensive for what it is (not even breakfast! ). But hey, let's say that the building is well placed and rather beautiful (externally, because the lobby, especially, but also the rooms are any).

Great location, in the heart of downtown San Francisco, its easy to miss the main entrance but not difficult if you're actively looking for it. The restaurant on the fifth floor is well designed with a communal table and other standard tables as well as a lovely outdoor section. The food is elevated but still has a casual vibe to it. The sommelier and bartender here are quite talented with their selections. A slightly hidden place in the heart of downtown to enjoy elevated food, and divine drink no matter either cocktail, wine, or a simple whiskey by a gas fire underneath the stars across a clear sky.

When I first checked in I was given a room right across from the bar and it was super loud! When I went to change rooms the front desk guy even acknowledged no one likes those rooms they are too loud. I will say the front desk folks are nice and did get me moved. However we were here for four days and 2 of those days the elevator wasn't working and being in town for work with a lot of equipment not having an elevator was a drag.

Center of everything. Clean rooms. Great service and amenities such as complimentary morning coffee and gym access. They even accommodated us hours before the usual check-in time. Definitely would stay again.

Place with a very peculiar and calm design for the eye. There is to say they are fussy about things (the room is full of items to pay). Great location in the center. The rooms are nice and good.

We stayed at this Hotel only one night. We had a really good. They have a refined style and I would say unique. The breakfasts are super. Recommended.

Great location to visit San Francisco. Location Considering the prices of the city if you manage to get promotions is a great choice. There is no possibility to have a coffee in the room and the Wi-Fi is limited to only 3 devices.

Very warm and welcoming staff! The restaurant was very good and the bartender was extremely informative. I like the location and will visit again soon.

Hotel zelos has a nice small lobby with very helpful staff who change us to a better room for free. My only complaints is the lack of an in room refrigerator and that breakfast costs extra and it isnt very cheap.

Even if we lived for a short time, we are very satisfied with the quality and price of this hotel. Staff nice and willing to help. Facilities and restaurants here have a very high quality and excellent service. Bartender gave my wife found a magical not alcoholic drinks. I hope we stay, planned again next time if you come here or live here. Must continue to maintain such high quality!

Nice rooms, and a really awesome bar with creative cocktails. The front desk staff and door men are very friendly as well.

Food in DIRTY HABITS is really dirty. Otherwise — for New Yorkers, its an OK hotel. Trey for marriott which is right next door and much cheaper and of course a top quality hotel.

Location is great as many food options as well as shops. Hotel clean and comfortable. Front desk friendly and helpful. Exercise faculty nice.

Got a king size bed. Amazing service. Really close to the park. Really nice and clean room.

Very nice hotel, located in downtown San Francisco, friendly staff, we were on honeymoon and in the evening we were made to find in room chocolate strawberries with sparkling wine.
