Reviews of Grand Hyatt San Francisco Union Square 4*
Very nice hotel, very friendly staff. They make me feel welcome. Breakfast buffet is extraordinary.
Where do I start, I was so pleased with the meeting location and space and wanted to say thank you. The hospitality in this hotel has been nothing short of “Service Excellence” The banquet staff was extremely attentive to every detail and very professional. Mac Vincent did helped us a lot with this amazing event, Kudos to you young man.
Cozy place to stay and it’s close to everything. Friendly staff super clean facility.
100% recommended Such a beautiful hotel. Everyone that works there are amazing. Hotel is super clean, restaurant delicious. Can’t wait to go back.
Great location! Great gym, just avoid early am!
Great service and clean!
Great location and friendly staff! loved it there! 🎈🌹🌺🎉⚡️🩰
It's so clean, breakfast are great, service is too and they are pret friendly. Also walking distance to and from airport. Highly recommend.
Loved my stay there. Great service and amazing view.
Took my wife there for her birthday weekend. The room was amazing and the view was on point. Went to the Up One bar where we met Jaime the mixologist. This man thru down with his skills. He kept upping himself with every drink he made us. Valet was worth it. Even got my brother to stay the night out there. Hope he enjoyed the hotel as much as my wife and I did. We are for sure coming back to the Hyatt for future stays in the city. I was bummed out that there was no room service but other than that, they get a thumbs up from us.
Worst experience ever! First point: I payed by bed and breakfast (regular rate plus usd 75, 00 per night by the breakfast), they didn’t have the breakfast and still charged me! The second point: I wasn’t advice that will be a shared room or connected room as they said to me at the reception! Should by a nice experience by the union square view but i’m having a terrible experience at all! I do not recommend the hotel for anyone!
Great room, good service!
Lovely room, great views, friendly staff, and centrally located.
The best hotel in Sanfrancisco.
Beautiful Hotel very clean and spacious! Friendly Staff all around the hotel!
Will most definitely stay here again.!
Nice and clean and close to everything shopping Chinatown.
Very good experience. It’s located in a central location in Union Square. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff was so service oriented. I would highly recommend and I would definitely stay again.
Great place, Conveniently located, comfy beds, very friendly staff, new, very clean.
The view of Union Square at night is absolutely breathtaking.
Cozy atmosphere & friendly staff.
Excellent service! Room with bay view! Very clean room!
Get a room with a view of Union Square.
100% worth it.
Great location and ease of getting around the amenities of SF.
Good attention. Great location, nice and comfortable rooms.
Great location. Accessable to the union square.
Great service from front desk doorman & all employees! Beautiful rooms. Great toiletries.
Very comfortable beds.
Hotel, is so close to everything! Love staying here.
Their incredible service, they are always there for you trying to help you to make your stay unforgettable.
Great experience. Food was awesome.
Tiny footprint, horrible food, Pepsi, way way way overpriced… Airbnb would have been way better that said Staff were excellent!
Location is nice. View from my room is beautiful. The staff are accomodating especially to Anh who is assigned in grand lounge. She volunteered to wrap a food for my husband.
Amazing location and staff! — с Adrianne Hillman.
The most amazing view downtown, we had a great experience. Next time in town, we’ll definitely come back to this hotel.
Awesome customer service and the rooms are gorgeous.
Yes, the location is great, easy access to shops, restaurants and transportation. The hotel is amazing and the staff, even better, very friendly!
This hotel and staff is AMAZING! We are beyond thrilled to host our Women ON Point events here!
Great location, very prompt and courteous staff. Neat n clean rooms.
The venerable Grand Hyatt of San Francisco is always a pleasurable experience. The rooms are quiet and come with excellent amenities and super comfortable bedding. The Grand Club on the 32nd floor serves a delicious breakfast and has a wonderful view of the city. The staff are excellent at what they do and will make sure you have a fantastic stay in the city. The location is excellent for shopping or getting anywhere in the city in short order. There are garages less than a block away that offer $30 a night parking if you need it, otherwise valet is $65.
Situated on union square this hotel is ideally located for the retail & commercial centre of San Francisco.
Rooms are clean & well appointed. We booked a city view room which had a panoramic view of the downtown area.
Staff at the hotel were courteous & attentive. Check in & check out was quick & easy.
The only downside & not a fault of the hotel were the large numbers of vagrants in the surrounding area were intimidating. Unfortunately, this is appears to be a common feature of many urban cities in the world.
I would consider staying here again should I visit SFO in the future.
Stayed one night for an event in the city. We had blocked 5 rooms all on the same floor with a discounted Hyatt member price of $195/night. Rooms accommodated our family if 4 with 2 queen beds and an average size bathroom. Although the rooms are somewhat small, the modern comfortable beds and other hotel amenities made up for it. Great location off of Union Square puts you in the heart of shopping and restaurants. We had our makeup done at Sephora, which was located just a couple of blocks away. Would definitely stay here again!
Room was modern and very comfy.
Staff were excellent
Bar was smart with yummy bar food.
Only downside is the hotel had adjoining doors to the rooms which have poor sound insulation. Woken up night one by rent a mouth school yard mom and equally appalling child who were very loud and keep up their trash behavior despite us calling out nicely to ask them to pipe down. Staff were very apologetic and moved us to another room.
… But for the noise issues wouldn't otherwise fault the hotel. The paper thin adjoining room doors are a major negative I might have expected staying in a hostel in my youth… But in an upmarket hotel.
Great place if you can find a price that works for you. Do your research though to make sure you know what you have to pay for. When I stayed they gave guests bottles of water whenever requested. Rooms don't smell like smoke and are decently clean. For some reason though they do not have bed bug covers on their mattresses and box springs if you are someone who cares about those things.
We stayed at this hotel for three nights, and it's incredibly convenient and well maintained. The beds are quite comfortable, though I found the pillows to be too fluffy for my taste, I was able to order a foam pillow up to the room as well as a tea kettle and s curling iron and it was brought up right away at no extra charge. We stayed on the 25th floor and had a wonderful City view over Union Square. The hotel is located right by several bus lines and a few blocks away from the Bart. It was very quiet, and I was pleased with the amenities! Every member of the staff I encountered was cordial and helpful.
Was only visiting a guest so did not have a chance to experience any of the service/hospitality. Location is great as the hotel is near Union Square and quite a few shopping and eating options, all within walking distance. Chinatown and the SF MOMA were two places we easily walked to from there. The hotel itself is very clean and the rooms have a chic and modern vibe to them. Higher floors have a good view of the city.
From check in to check out the Grand Hyatt exceeded all my expectations for a large chain hotel. The staff are very courteous and extremely knowledgeable about everything San Francisco has to offer and are only too willing to give you some great inside tips to make your experience all the more enjoyable. The accommodations and amenities are first class. Lastly you cannot find a better place to stay with so many things to see and do right on your doorstep. It has taken me over 20 years to revisit this wonderful city and I am definitely coming back sooner rather than later. Highly recommended.
Very nice personell. Good service!
A very stylish hotel in the heart of San Francisco downtown. Few steps from the Union Square, Dragon Gate in Chinatown, Market Street and many other famous places and landmarks of this beautiful city. The bar has great selection of alcoholic beverages and the restaurant is amazing. If I will back to San Francisco I will book it again. Enjoy great views and excellent service during your staying.
Excellent location in the heart of the City. Clean rooms and great restaurant in Hotel.
Absolutely beautiful decor inside and out. The hotel accommodated our caterers every need to ensure the night was perfect. The staff was very pleasant and helpful without seeming as if they were hovering. I stopped by the bar on the way out and the drinks were strong and we'll made as they should be. 5/5
Great hotel in a convenient location, just behind Union Square, close to the most beautiful shops in the center but also to the commercial chains of Market Street. Splendid view over a part of the bay and the skyscrapers of the center from the gym to the 35th floor. Spacious and modern rooms.
Very well located, in the heart of everything, only the drafts are depling, damage.
4 starts hotel. Low level for Hayat.
I stayed in a club level room, which is very comfortable and clean with a beautiful view. The staff has all been very friendly, particularly in the club lounge. The food in the club lounge is great — the afternoon appetizers were enough for a meal. Room service was fast and tasty. I don't know if Google will disclose this themselves so for full transparency: though this review is entirely my own opinion I am being nominally compensated for posting it via the Google Opinion Rewards app.
I had drinks with a peer at the Hyatt. The place is impressive; the lobby is inviting and excellent presented. The bar has awesome service and a great selection. Tall ceilings mean that conversations can be heard at your table with little trouble.
Great hotel on the heart off union square. Extremely clean hotel and rooms. Outstanding hospitality service. Overall one of the best places to stay while in San Francisco.
Good location. Very average service and rooms.
Spencer helped us out as soon as we arrived. Very respectful and patient. He offered a couple perks when we told him we were there for our 25th anniversary. Bay view room was clean. Ideal location in the city. Very close to the designer stores and Chinatown.
Very good hotel. Staff at the reception very friendly. Received an upgrade. The room was wonderful. Lobby very big with a little Starbuck.
Great promotions in the afternoon. Once popcorn machines are installed and distributed to the hotel guests. Some other time, freshly made lemonade was distributed. Hotel is very central. Shopping list and mall No 10 on foot. Union Square right in front of the hotel. Departure Cabel cars can also be reached in about 10 minutes. Alamo Car Rental 5 minutes. Highly recommended, but slightly more expensive.
Great location and lovely hotel. Convenient to assess to main attractions like union square, market street, cable car, Chinatown. Room has great view over the Bay and make sure you get a room at 20 something floors to get a beautiful view. Go to 36 floors to see a better view of the costume and Bay. Room is clean except no daily water is provided. The level 2 lounge is great with reasonable price and choices of wine. The Starbucks is just right opposite of you are a Starbucks drinker.
Pretty standard upscale hotel in the heart of San Francisco's business district. Rooms are nicely spacious for the area. It's about what you'd expect of a Hyatt. The fitness center is compact, but not really what I'd call small. The location is handy for all the offices and convention hotels nearby. It's not quite as good for tourists, but BART is nearby.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Liked it. Very comfy rooms. The bathroom is equipped with the biggest sink I have ever seen. If you have a small child they can take a bath in it. You can stream Netflix etc to your TV. Close to Chinatown. McDonald's is next door for breakfast. Free bottled water from reception.
Nice hotel, with a great morning view. Make sure you not getting a room next to cleaners door, cause they start walking back and forth at around 7am and it becomes really noisy. Mine was 2312 and it was not great. Other than that, good hotel!
Really nice stay! I had a beautiful view of the bay. The room was nice and the bed exceptional. I was at a meeting in the top floor and the scenery and view of the bay was superb. We were lucky and it was clear, and you could see Angel Island, Berkeley, and Alcatraz.
An excellent hotel located in the heart of downtown San Francisco. Within walking distance to the BART and Muni — and a mere matter of steps from Union Square. Rooms are spacious with sweeping views of the city or bay. The rooms are quiet at night and service is of the highest quality. A highly recommend stay.
Excellent rooms and service. Very well located.
Excellent location just next to Union Square! Beautiful views of the Bay and downtown. 20 mins walking distance to Ferry Building. Really nice people, very good service. Have a lot of amenities provided and even some more that you can borrow including a yoga mat and hair straightener!
Clean and modern hotel. Has rooms with a great view. Rooms are noisy though, you can hear the neighbors!
My wife and I were very satisfied with Grand Hyatt. Room service was excellent and the check in staff was very nice. I informed them about my wife and I just getting married and they sent up complimentary beverages and fruit. I'm definitely staying here again when I'm back in San Francisco.
The rooms are beautiful and clean and the staff has been super helpful. They also offer free bottled water that they'll bring up to your room. Would definitely stay here again.
Good location and good hotel. The biggest problem they have with the restaurant for breakfast… is incredibly small… or share table or you have to wait a lot Q, a great failure q should correct!
Excellent location for both business and pleasure. Within walking distance of the Financial District, Moscone Center, Chinatown, North Beach, Fisherman's Wharf, Union Square — you name it. A variety of restaurant options are in the area and should be checked out including One Up within the Grand Hyatt itself. The room was clean the Fitness area was fine if a bit cramped but the staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. If you choose this Grand Hyatt for your next stay in San Francisco you won't be disappointed.
Absolutely awesome! What started out as a potential disaster turned out perfectly. My wife and two kids always do something special for New Years. This year was a symphony with the San Francisco symphony. Got to the hotel right at 4pm on New Year's eve. The room wasn't ready due to the prior guest not checking out till 4pm. This wasn't looking good. We still needed to get dressed, have dinner and over to the symphony by 8pm. Joe (front manager) and Kimberly (front desk) went above and beyond to help us out. Joe picked up the tab for dinner at the hotel while we waited. After dinner (5:30pm) the room still wasn't ready. Joe came and found us. He comped the first night of our hotel charge. What an awesome gesture to right a wrong. Long story short… room was ready by 6:30… We got ready and made it to the show with 15 minutes to spare! The evening was perfect. Thanks Joe & Kimberly for your awesome customer service! We'll definitely be back on our next trip to San Francisco!
The hotel is very well located and the rooms are very spacious with all the necessary amenities in a 4 star hotel.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good stay, would be better if they clean the bathrooms above the floor and suck the carpet and check bedding, are 4 stars.
The hotel is in the image of the city: Cosmopolitan and lively! Is in a very interesting area, close to many attractions. The rooms with views of Union Square are sublime… and then don't forget to climb to the top floor; The view at 380 ° on the bay and the city is breathtaking. For Apple fans, the Temple is right next door. For Tiffany fans you will only have a flea jump to make to let you try. The cable Cars are very close too.
When we stayed at Grand Hyatt, we always want to come back!
I would totally recommend this hotel when visiting SF! The check in process was painless and fast with excellent service. Room service was fast and delicious and the room was very well designed. The best part was the view! Great location in the heart of the city!
Nice place, clean and food was good. Don’t let them talk you into parking your car and don’t ask them were to park! They use a garage that charges $39.00 a night while you can use the public parking that’s on the same corner and for half the price. I was only parked for 14 hours. They must make a kick back from this over priced garage. When I asked why they recommended this garage, instead of the public place, they stated that they can bill your credit card. It’s not that hard to pay your ticket before you leave the garage. I saved a lot of $$$ not being lazy.
Very upscale hotel ideally placed close to the Mosconi Center ideal for those who want to get to Oracle open world.
The hotel staff is always welcoming, friendly and accommodating. I love staying at this hotel whenever I'm in San Francisco. It's in a great location with a Starbucks and CVS across to the street. The lobby has a comfortable sitting area with lots of natural light. One piece of advice: book early since the hotel is very popular. Booking 2 weeks in advance usually isn't good enough as high demand can push rates to $700 and higher!
I was here for a reception in connection with Dreamforce. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The front lobby was serene and restful, just the place for a frazzled shopper or traveler to collect their nerves. I whisked up to the 36th floor, where a symphony of exquisite food and drink awaited, accompanied by incomparable golden hour city and water views. Highly recommend for any corporate occasion.
Excellent location, good architecture, very comfortable, excellent service and services!
Stayed for the weekend while some friends visited and stayed in a double room. The room was very nice and clean. I fell in love with the bathroom, the sliding glass door was a bit weird since there was large gap in the door. I appreciated that the shades for the window were electric and the controls were next to the beds so no one had to be getting out of bed to close the shades. Hotel staff were beyond friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.
Had a nice 3 night stay in a city view suite. Great location close to many tourist areas. Got great help from the doorman catching a taxi when we were in a hurry and helpful information from the concierge.
Just had a long weekend in San Francisco at the Grand Hyatt and was delighted with our room amenities, hotel location, staff and food options. The bartenders and doormen/concierges were especially helpful and fun. The view from the top floor is SPECTACULAR. Hotel location is really great for the BART and many viewpoints. Would stay here again. Hyatt Discoverist.
Very central location, great rooms and friendly staff — highly recommended!
Good location close to food, bars, and Chinatown. Not walkable to every tourist spot in the city, but a lot of that is due to the steep hills (which make things beautiful, but tiring to walk). Service was great, they will bring you anything you need or may have forgotten and everyone I met was very welcoming. Rooms have great views with floor to ceiling windows (better views from higher floors obviously), very clean and comfortable.
The place is nice, we had dinner here. They have good selection of wines, also the old fashion I ordered was really good. The servers were really welcoming and were readily available for anything we needed. Not bad i'd say!
Grand Hyatt is the best place to stay especially if your on higher floors; best of the bay bridge, the Golden gate bridge & sorrounded with the best brand shopping stores & best restaurants to dine
in… love this place.
Great lobby bar on the second floor. Stopped for an appetizer and drinks. Very good service and wonderful atmosphere. Hotel looks awesome anazing and I wish I had stayed there!
Our room was fantastic. Two full baths, every girls dream for a hotel room. The One Up restaurant had an amazing breakfast and the Lounge was great. Our service at both places was impeccable and the lounge servers were very attentive especially Linda. Both servers were great but I didn't get the males name. Everyone at the hotel was great! Would definitely stay here again. Five star on everything.
Very large and clean rooms. Location top. Exceptional neighborhood.
It was a good hotel with nice accommodations and comfy beds. The room was very modern. Unfortunately, there was not much table space, in the event that you would get take out and eat in the hotel (Fourth floor). But everything else was great, including complementary water, and great seating spaces in the lobby. As far as location, it was great seeing as there was lots of stops near, and great places to eat.
If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… Great location, essentially on Union Square. Vicinity to downtown dining, Chinatown. We walked from the hotel for all dining in downtown. Service was top of the line, a doorman and/or friendly concierge for any question you might have, to be expected at the price point. Clean, well lit and updated rooms and baths. Hotel is very modern and has great vibes, always a lot going on; melds perfectly with the melting pot that is San Francisco.
Parents stayed here during their honeymoon. It has since been renovated and looks very modern. We dropped by to see how it looked while on vacation. They have standing computer stations and give cold water in the lobby. Very nice and updated looking inside. The outside could use some modernization but overall it looks nice.
The hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean and everything was well kept. The views from the windows were spectacular. The only complaint I have was the windows did not have fabric curtains so you could not block out the city lights at night. Otherwise it was a very comfortable stay.
From the entrance to their bathrooms, everything was immaculate. Everything appeared to be top notch and very high attention to detail. Everything was cleaned from the floor to the ceiling and had very few imperfections. The staff was attentive and was standing by at all times to ensure customers have a positive experience and is well taken care of. The location is in a prime location at the heart of San Francisco's Union Square. It's in a location that people visiting the area or strolling the streets would not miss. The location is simply perfect and well suited for out-of-towners who are looking for a clean and beautiful place to stay. Great job Grant Hyatt San Francisco!
Breathtaking view but too expensive for the quality of the hotel.

Service was top of the line, a doorman and/or friendly concierge for any question you might have, to be expected at the price point. Clean, well lit and updated rooms and baths. Hotel is very modern and has great vibes, always a lot going on; melds perfectly with the melting pot that is San Francisco.
Hotel with good Wi-Fi and great view of San Francisco.
We found hair on the wall of our hotel room and the receptionist called a manager. Two women came in, one took a picture of the hair and a very disgruntled room service employee cleaned the restroom while we were still in the room. It was a very unprofessional and awkward experience for our family. Never going to this hotel ever again. Extremely disappointed in the service we received after a long 6 hour drive to San Francisco.
The location is solid as it puts you in the heart of the downtown core. The staff were incredibly friendly and some where very genuine. The hotel itself is fine, not sure it's a nice as other Grand Hyatt's. Some elevators weren't operating making the ones that were, very slow and full. The OneUp lounge was satisfactory but nothing too special. Unfortunately our room was very stuffy and we were unable to get the temperature adjusted comfortably. Highlights were the friendly staff and fantastic room service. If I had to choose which San Francisco Hyatt to stay at — I would pick the Regency.
Great location, lots of good retail and dining options nearby. Rooms are well furnished and spacey. Great service if you forget anything at home.
The rooms were spacious and well furnished. The hotel is right next to Union Square and plenty to do in Union Square. Also it is close to China Town and Pier 39. Took me 25 minutes to walk to Pier 39. The staff was fantastic and very friendly. I stayed at room 2907 and the view of the city and the bay was awesome. Will stay here again.
Attentive to requests, comfy beds. Feathers flew out of the quilts and got stuck up our noses. That wasn't fun. They also forgot about one requested item but were very accommodating beyond that. I'd recommend The Grand Hyatt to others.
Comfortable bed, nice bathroom amenities, brought most of my requested items. I asked for something I needed before I could leave for a meeting. I thought asking for it three hours in advance would be enough but they forgot about it and I had to call and ask again about an hour before I left. It didn't end up arriving until I had to leave. The woman at the desk who I first spoke with was quite rude but all the others were kind and helpful. Pleasant atmosphere.
Great hotel. Curve side assistance. Construction around the hotel made things a little congested. Great place if you want to shop around the stores around the near radius walking distance.
Returning for the second year. Great hotel, friendly and professional staff. Nice, clean and well maintained rooms. Great location. Make sure to ask for a room away from the construction work on union square.
There is construction, which was noisy. I liked the other.
We stayed at the Grand Hyatt Hotel for three days. We came out of the car by the smiling and friendly concierge reception. When we were leaving, we can't really say hotel's weakness. Hotel location is excellent, within walking distance to Union Square, the decoration of the room is very good, there is a very relaxing hotel, in this beautiful city tour or shopping, bar, drink a glass of it I feel very good. When we came to San Francisco next time when will once again select the Grand Hyatt on Union Square.
Rooms are decent with new renovations, amenities are not good — — the gym and rooftop area leave a lot to be desired. **EDIT** I originally gave this hotel a 4 star review, however, there had been construction happening outside the hotel for the entire week I've been here and it never ends — — noisy all night and really noisy around 7am. This may not be the fault of the hotel directly, but the experience sucked. As such, I cannot recommend this hotel while the construction is going on — — call and see before staying.
So things started off bad, but got much better… the doorman was holding the door and right as we started walking through he walked away and the door slammed right on us. We waited at the front by the computers to check in for about 3 min while a few employees kept on with their conversation. We were finally greeted and given room 911, right next to the storage closet. We walked in and it stunk so bad we had to ask for a different room. We were promptly brought a new keep for room 15 something. That made up for a lot and overall I was happy. First impressions are important at hotels though and they, quite frankly, dropped the ball.
From the moment you check in to the morning you check out you'll be treated like a million dollars. Great staff that go beyond all expectations. Perfect bathroom with fluffy towels and soft water. Will stay again.
I had a fantastic stay. The accommodationsecond were wonderful, the service was impeccable, and I was given complimentary wine and charcuterie.
Grand Hyatt service all around. Room was very nice with a decent view. Missing a few extra like complementary water, but thee bed was super comfortable. Will definitely return if not just for the great location.
Room was a bit dated. Still had someone's leftovers in the fridge. Check in and out lines were huge and slow with no differentiation for Diamond members. No 24-hour room service.
A great location with an even better view of the tree lighting. Always ask for the upgrade. The ac was a little anemic, but there are so few times you actually need it in sf anyhow.
Nice clean rooms, comfortable bed, very friendly staff, amazing view in workout room, wonderful location for access to union square, fishermans wharf, and chinatown.
Very clean room with the best window shades ever. It can be controlled to go up and down and it blocks out all the light. Check in and out was very easy. Location is pretty good at Union Square. Would stay here again for events at Moscone Center.
The Grand Hyatt was clean and comfortable. For being a hotel in the city, it did a very good job of keeping our three city noises fit a good night's sleep. Room decor was pleasant and the staff was wonderful.
Beautiful, clean rooms! The hotel was amazing. The only issue I have is that despite having 6+ elevators, they sure seem to take forever when there's a bit of traffic.
Einwandfreise Hotel of the elevated middle class.
Great location. I like the rooms and view. Best bathroom sink ever. I stay here every time I am in SF now.
Interesting books offered both inside and outside rooms, the building itself is well located but that's about it. One terrible concierge service. As usual, asking a regular attendant is way better. Oh, and their breakfast? A joke: huge wait every morning (which makes it awful for time-dependable business stayings for example). Add elderly ones waiting with no seat. Outrageous!
This was by far my favorite hotel on our vacation. We had stunning views, a huge room, and all amenities were wonderful.
Nice hotel, very comfortable room, very friendly and accommodating staff. It is in a perfect location, central to most everything. We were given a room on the Union Square side. Great view of the square but the construction noise was extremely unpleasant. Ask for a room on the opposite side of the hotel.
NOT HAPPY! NOT HAPPY! Did not get the room I was promsised, DISAPPOINTED. Sorry sold out? My luggage was delivered to the wrong occupied room, MISTAKE. Hence I did not recieved my luggage. I called the Grand Hyatt bell desk to find out what happened to my luggage. The Grand Hyatt found my luggage, but a privacy issue, and I am UNCOMFORTABLE with the experience. Unauthorized credit card charges settled/ corrected at checkout. Then NEW unauthourized charge appeared days after I checked out. Double check your Credit Card. not happy! not happy!
The reception is very spectacular with a large fireplace and seating area. The rooms are huge and super comfortable with lots of plugs, mirrors, and area-specific amenities. The bed is one of the best I've ever slept (extra large) and the unbeatable location next to Union Square to visit San Francisco. Hand-from the luxury shops, the center and the financial district. They have an agreement with a parking lot right in front that lowers to half the price offered by the hotel itself by leaving the car parked during the day.
