Driving away from hotel Zoe as I type this. The hotel is adorable and at such a convenient location. Staff was super kind and went above and beyond. The place smelled great. The bar downstairs is yummy and Juan is so fun there. There is a convenient grocery store across the street. I feel like San Fran had a very unfair bad reputation. This place was fun, felt safe and has a great sense of community. Will come back.

We decided to come to San Francisco to beat the heat at home and to try to see the fireworks show. When we arrived at our hotel @hotelzoefw, there was an issue with our reservations (booking. Com didn't follow all the way thru). The gentleman at the desk, Jose, manually entered our reservation. Because they didn't have a room with 2 beds like we had reserved, he gave us two adjoining rooms with king sized beds. A bit later, the night manager, Mary, had to make adjustments to the way we were charged for the room and ended up saving us some money in the process. When I mentioned to her that we were looking for dessert after the fireworks, but everything was closed, she had two boxed up blondies sent to our room. We had dinner at the restaurant here and it was fabulous. We plan on having breakfast here too. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that asked. Mainly because the customer service has been above expectation. 5STARS 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

So the concierge at the Mamadou welcome a man of extreme kindness, good advice, and above all very very helpful.
He deserves 5 stars and would be very very good director. Location at the top by account be at the rdc not good at all because very noisy!

It was in walking distance to most all of the attractions. Very very clean. Friendly staff.

Absolutely no service. And I’m still trying to get a copy of the account for our recent stay. I have no idea what I’ve been charged for. I’ve rang numerous times, emailed and now resorting to messenger. What is wrong with the staff? You have the correct email address so why am I still waiting?

I’ve never seen a property that is not understanding of a client having to cancel for extenuating situations. No solution. Not customer service oriented. It seems having been in customer service for 25 years there is a solution to everything. The Ritz-Carlton is excellent. The Ayers Hotels are excellent. This one Hotel Zoe is all about how much money they can make! NOT HAPPY DO NOT SPEND THIS KIND OF MONEY! And not get the precious customer you expect from a prime property.

Small rooms, overpriced for what you get, staff is not helpful and lots of hidden fees. Would recommend finding somewhere else!

What a wonderful hotel would definitely recommend to anyone. In the best location only a few minutes walk to Fishermans wharf and Pier39. Hotel staff are all really friendly and very helpful. Brilliant idea that you can hire bikes free from the hotel allows you to get some much more out of your holiday and make lots of unforgettable memories. The hotel grounds and rooms are beautiful and clean with plenty of facilities to use. Well done Hotel Zoe ⚾️⛴

Lovely hotel near Fisherman’s Wharf. Very hip, nice touches like a glass of rosé from the hotel bar included. Fun, very nice rooms, well furnished, clean. A big TV playing movies filmed in San Fran plays in the sexy courtyard with lots of cozy places to sit, blankets for wrapping up, and fireplaces. Really nice place.

This hotel is highly priced and only a couple of days after checkout we received an additional uninformed charge of 29$ per day — 116$/four days. When talking to Zoe’s customer service about the charge, we were met by a very rude agent with no understanding of how to treat customers. For future travelers considering Hotel Zoe, we’ll like to emphasize that you should be aware of hidden fees that are not included in your upfront hotel booking cost from the travel company.

We were changed to this hotel by our travel agent and couldn't of been happier. We stayed here from 20 May for a week. The service from the staff was excellent. I couldn't fault the concierge, Aiyaz Ali. I was having trouble booking in on-line and Aiyaz couldn't have been more helpful. All was sorted in the end. The staff in the restaurant where we had breakfast, were lovely. We also had dinner in there some nights. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

We made reservations 2 months in advance for a room with 2 queen size beds as we are a family of four. Upon our arrival we were told they did not have any rooms with 2 queen size beds only a king which would not accommodate our needs. Eventually they put us in a suite with a king and a fold out couch for the first night. We had to move to another room for the second night. We were told the room we stayed in the first night was not available the second. After leaving the keys and our belongings in the original room as instructed we left for the day feeling like we had no accommodations because they never told us when or how we would know our other room was ready. Once we returned to the hotel it was like checking in all over again there were not keys waiting for us as implied, our belongings had not been moved from the first room that supposedly was booked for that night and it was past check in time. Unfortunately, given the time of year seeking other accommodations was not an option. One would expect for the price point and advertising of the hotel they would be able to honor a reservation, however our experience leaves one with the impression they overbook knowing guests have no other choice.

Very pricey for the room. Bed not comfortable. Room too dry and stuffy. Rowdy crowds outside window middle of the night, and security never intervened. We'll never stay there again.

When first arrived we went to the bar. The bartender asked what was the occasion? We replied my 65th birthday. When we returned to our room there were cupcakes and a handwritten card from the bartender wishing me a happy birthday. This is great place to stay all the staff is friendly and helpful.
