We had a terrible experience at this hotel. It started off with noise from the kitchen, which was apparently next to the room. At 5 or 5:30am and on, we could hear clinking and clanking of pots and pans. How can you sleep through that? And then woke up to take a shower to find blood on 2 towels on in the bathtub. Disgusting! And to top it off, we tried to contact the manager on 3 occassions (once when checking out, once a few days later, and once again the following week). The manager was never and and would not return my call! Are you serious? This hotel is terrible!

The hotel seems like newly renovated we can able to feel that inside the room also Seems more colourful from outside. Food options are good and staffs are so friendly. More space can be arranged for breakfast area.

Nice, new motel. Very clean and comfortable. First floor can be a little noisy at night, noise carries very from upstairs.

The rooms were clean, comfortable bed, mini fridge had a freezer, and the shower had a tub. They didnt have a pool though and the guy who checked us in was rude. He over charged us for the room and said 134 for our total when it was actually 133 and some change, we never got a receipt til the end so I had no idea. And he called me after we left for the day to go explore the city asking if we checked out. (we chexked in only an hour before we left to explore. )

Rooms are okay. But the rooms to the doors are on the outside and with it being on Mission Blvd the early morning traffic wakes me up when I am trying to sleep.

Stayed at this hotel very often and each time we have to go over the same issues. Dirty floors, dirty towels, dirty ripped sheets, have to check out two rooms before you find a clean room. Then when you complain they never fix the issues. This location was just remodeled less than a year ago and everything is already falling apart. This was my very last time spending money at this hotel. Even if someone paid me to stay at this hotel I wouldn't stay.

Decent service. No phone in room 122, makes it hard to get info and supplies from the front desk.

Very Very Noisy. The staff was unfriendly. Couple fighting at 2 AM woke the whole building up thinking it was an earthquake. Don't stay here!

My room was ok, noticed some stained everywhere which made it fèel like a cheap motel, they have hot breakfast which was nice service was good.

Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable but the hot water was rarely available.

Nice clean very receptive person at front desk. There wasn't any sugar in lobby for tea just spends sweetener couldn't use due to allergies. Nice place to stay all around. Will stay here again.

The rooms are really nice, and spacious. The beds are soft and comfy the parking could be better but the name fit!

It was clean. But between the lights being as stark and bright as possible and the floors looking like they were designed for easy cleanup rather than comfort, the room was not what I would describe as 'cozy'. For a quick overnight, it was fine. But for more than that, I would book somewhere else.

My visit was very pleasant nice quiet and clean they just recently remodeled rooms so they were nice.

Currently being completely renovated. Bright and efficient rooms, with free breakfast and Wi-Fi. Located on major thoroughfare with lots of services nearby. Located near Oakland International Airport. Moderately priced.

Excellent customer service, reasonably priced rooms, convenient location!

It's a good and cheap hotel, very clean and comfortable. The only problem is that the people who work in the office can sometimes be a little rude. I just called to make a reservation and the guy I was on the phone literally assumed we were done talking and just hung up.

Making the reservation was awful. The person on the phone was rude and hung up on me after asking about availability. Didn't even apologize when I called back and called him out. Room was recently renovated but the work was very shotty. Breakfast is in a hotel room and very tiny. No internet access the whole time I stayed. Ants in the room, dirty chair.

They did a great job with redecorating the place but need to try to maintain it daily. My room floors did not get swept or mop had hair and dust on my kids socks from walking across there new laminated floors the rooms look much better but need to work on the cleaning crew.

When I checked in, I had a reservation for two but I only received one card and had to ask for a second one. It looked lightly staffed and needed at least one more person to help out. The room was well made and clean but the floor by the door needs replacing as it was dirty and ripped. It is very nice there is a sink, microwave and refrigerator in the room. The TV is small for the room size. The location is a bit isolated from the city so a car is needed. The nearest place to eat is walkable but it is best to drive. Mass transit is available with bus stops and Bart about a mile away.

Bud bugs in the room. Cock roaches. Don't stay here unless you want some friends to take home.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This is the most disgusting hotel I've stayed at to-date. Overpriced, breakfast is nothing special at all — unlike the other review I was sorely disappointed at the breakfast (it's just the standard continental breakfast), smelly rooms, loud fans from rooms below, rude staff, ants all over the bathroom, stains in the sheets, upholstery, carpet, walls, and lamp, no duvet cover on the comforter, bathroom enclosure was broken, cracks in the wall paper, no free electrical outlets, terrible sleep because of the thin walls (you can hear the echoing of voices from the balcony below even taking softly), trucks that park across several stalls and took up 12 stalls total, and drug deals going on by tweakers in other rooms… Wow. I'm never staying here again. It's NOT a 3 star hotel, it's an old Comfort Inn they took over — it's a cheap Motel 6 quality. 1-2 stars at BEST. My room had 2 very hard Queen mattresses that made my body ache no matter the position. There was no whirlpool tub, the fridge and microwave were broken, and the room needed updating. I uploaded some pictures with what we experienced… Please, save yourself the headache and go further inland for hotels. $112/night for a 2 Queen bed and it was worth $60/night. Stay away!

The room was nice. Breakfast was great. I got a great rate. If you want to be near San Francisco, you might want something closer. Also earplugs were a necessity. Beyond that I won't complain.

Enjoyed my stay here! friendly and helpful staff :) plus I enjoyed breakfast.

120 for a room I much needed on emergency very understanding they even called A A A for me.

The rooms are decent. I enjoyed the plethora of movie channels. I loved the waffle iron option to make your own fresh waffles during the continental breakfast hours. Best of all, though, was the staff. The staff really helped us out in a jam and were super sympathetic. We had to book another room ON the 4th of July. They COULD have taken advantage of us and hiked the price, but they didn't. The great service was appreciated and really sets this place apart from other hotels I've been to. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it.

A starbucks employee named Tiara greeted me very friendly in which made me feel like hometown. I was coming from san francisco at the first day. Tiara not only served coffee, but also provided customers comfy atmosphere.

I stayed here the night before a big exam. I was super stressed, and left that morning in a rush. It was two weeks later that I realized I had left one of my valuables in the hotel room. I was sure that it would be gone, and was super impressed when I called to check if it was there and they had it! Really great customer service, I am forever grateful to the staff here.

I stay at Choice hotels over 150 times a year. Very disappointed in this one. The room was not clean. There was blood wiped on bedside table. Took 20 minutes of waiting on woman to show up to check out. Loud people in parking lot. Nowhere to eat close by and a pretty sketchy neighborhood.

I have stayed here several times. As a woman traveling alone I have enjoyed the hospitality, caring and professionalism of the Comfort Inn staff. The location is a little out of the way for me, but I have never been sorry that I have decided to stay with them. Their rates are unbeatable for the quality of the rooms, amenities, and friendliness of the staff and management. I have always left feeling rested and well-cared for. Other higher priced hotels could learn a lot from them about customer service. A really happy experience.

Clean, safe, and good value.

I researched hotels in the area for a work related stay over. I recommended another place to my supervisor but he ended up picking this one based on obviously fake reviews on Yahoo! There are lots of prostitutes in the area and that attacks "Johns" to the hotel. I had three in the rooms next to me hanging out on the walkway in front of the room looking for prostitutes. Lots of doors slamming. The linen has a scent that is just under the "I might have been washed last week" scent that may make to wish you had not eaten! My coworker found a cigarette butt, pink feathers and some other callgirl trash in the cushion of the sofa. We asked for our money back clerk said no. We asked for rooms in the back (Away from "The action"), clerk said no. Rooms are not OK, location is not OK! Anything over two stars on here was written by hotel staff.

Hotels rooms were ok, Its located in crime zone area, and it is exterior corridor. Will not stay again.
