Very nice relaxing place to spend the day I would come back friendly staff and caring.

It was a beautiful experience.

They must not have housekeepers, we stayed 3days and our room never got cleaned 1time.

We stayed here last weekend and had a 60th Birthday party for my brother. The staff here was very accommodating. The woman who checked us in (can't remember her name but it started with an E) was very friendly and helped us out with whatever we needed. Max was also very accommodating to us. We had a little party outside by the pool which worked out great since it was such a warm day. Thanks again for a great stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was clean comfortable staff verree nice. When I checked in iwas unaware that there was a $75 deposit. I had just made a deposit into my acct nut it was after 8. So the front desk attendant was very nice, I told him I would bring it to him the next day. And he said great. And off I went to my perfect room.

Came here as a group, hotel staff at front desk was very helpful despite having a high volume of visitors. Rooms are quite bland, but have the necessary amenities. Quite affordable as well. Would recommend.

Nice breakfast with lots of variety. Very noisy in the rooms even during the night, hard to sleep with all the trucks and cars passing your room window. At 6 pm checkin, the guy was so rude he didn't want to be there, not helpful at all. I think this is why I ended up in the room on the road! On a plus side the night staff and the guy that checked me out were outstanding very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious a little outdated but very clean.

Easy access from the freeway. Good location for both SJC and OAK Airport's. Clean comfortable rooms. Helpful staff. Yummy breakfast too. Enjoy!

We have had a great stay here atLa Quinta in freemont everyone at the desk has been super kind and great to work with very pleasant and caring we are here for two more days and we are loving it.

The staff here were super helpful. It was a guy and girl here at the front desk and you could tell they knew what they were doing. What more can you ask for.

Pleasant place to stay in Fremont. They have a good pool as well. Complimentary breakfast is decent as well.

Great room, decent prices. Staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. Would recommend and will be visiting ahain soon.

Room sound proofing could be improved … Otherwise service and staff are reasonable to set room price in the area.

I booked a 2 nite stay from 2/28/18 — 3/2/18 at this hotel with my son. I waited 30 minutes before driving to the hotel and when I arrived to check in I had to wait another 45 minutes b/c they still needed to finish cleaning the room. Now if I book a room and they take my credit card info and charge me my room should be ready. My son and I were getting away from the stress from our house and all I wanted was a stress free couple of days and that’s not what I got. Then finally we were able to check in and bring our bags to our room. We still needed to get dinner so waiting the additional 45 minutes didn’t help. The next day I took my son to his class and had been gone all day so housekeeping could clean our room and give up more towels so we could relax that nite. After a long day we arrived back at the hotel to find housekeeping hadn’t been to our room and I had to clean the room and call for more towels, call for the garbage to be taken out. Once again no relaxation so I called the front rest and spoke to Melissa the manager who told me that their staff was sick. I don’t mean to be mean however if I book a room for 2 nites and you take my money and charge me another $75 deposit I expect my room to be clean when I’m gone not make me have to do it and spend my time calling people for things that should have been replaced when I was gone along day.

Writing this at 1:54am as I lay in bed awake. The noise from the highway could keep anyone seriously awake. The bed and pillows are really not comfy. As a frequent traveler, I never really expect to bring shampoo. This la Quinta only gave me one bar of soap. One bar for the sink and shower. I will pay the extra dough for a better hotel next time. Lesson learned. In terms on cleanliness, I would give it a 2.5/5. Not the best and not the worst.

Front desk, rooms, breakfast. All good. Nothing to complain. I was in a room facing 880, but unlike other reviews I had zero issues with noise. Really spacious rooms. Was there with my large dog for 2 weeks while repairs were done at my apartment. They don’t have weight restrictions on dogs, and no extra fee. Absolutely worth the money.

Very average. And I like the LQ brand but not this particular Hotel. I had to complain about the fact that I had no heat in the room and the heater was blowing cold air. I called the front desk twice. Nobody bothered to come up and fix it and nobody bothered to call me back. I don't like stuff like that therefore this place gets a thumbs down.

Nice clean place to stay. Beds a little smaller than I like. No complaints.

There is a certain woman with hair churco that attends so big shame.

Love this place but there prices HAVE gone way up so now we don't stay there anymore cant afford it.

Im on 4th floor — fans everywhere blowing, water damage and walls a mess, and people shouting all night — horrible.

Rooms clean but out dated. Staff ok, building suffered what appears to be a major flooding, wallpaper and carpets in at least 4 floors were being dried. Not a very good experience. Breakfast is just okay.

Very nice hotel, clean comfortable room aside from noisy people going in and out of elevator and their rooms I did manage to get some rest. Staying there again this weekend but asking for room not so close to the elevator noise. Didn't go downstairs to try their breakfast perhaps try it this time around. Price was a bit more than my budget allowed but needed somewhere to rest for the weekend.

I don't know if I came on a bad day but the staff I encountered were very rude. I'm traveling for work and my company booked my hotel. There was some mix up and my room was not paid for. She gave me a room key but told me I wouldn't have access tomorrow if the room was not paid. I said that was fine and she felt the need to repeat herself. I'll be looking for a new hotel.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Good location if you're here in business. However, I've never been in a hotel with thinner walls. We could hear the phone call that the person in the room nextdoor was having.

The overall stay was pleasing. Clean room good service is to be had to whoever stays at La Quinta. Breakfast was decent and the workers were keen on what needed refilling whether it may be coffee or sausages.

Very clean rooms. Very comfortable beds. And a great breakfast all at a reasonable price. Will stay here again.

My room smell same like "humidity carpet". Hotel had nice view on the reception. But the building look a little old, not too bad.

When I booked this hotel I was told that, I will get two suite rooms with kitchen. They were only able to get one suite and two rooms with king beds (all in different area of the floor). There was NO kitchen in any rooms and only TWO rooms had a refrigerator. I was very disappointed with our stay.

The whole staff at this hotel was awesome. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Tom will at Gosolarpros on business this weekend.

Great motel! complimentary breakfast was very good for a motel. Inside store, the pool and jacuzzi were clean Great polite staff 10 out of 10 would definitely come back.

Staff was extremely helpful very professional and very kind. Rooms were immaculately clean and very spacious. All amenities were beyond what I would have expected. I will definitely look at reserving another room for further traveling. Highly recommend.

Great location next to freeways clean rooms and friendly staff.

Very nice hotel only thing that it has is that. We got robbed from three company trucks and the hotel didnt respond to it they said there not responsible for stolen items. The next day couple more construction/trucks got robbed as well and the hotel people didnt respond as well after we had told them one night before. So if your thinking of stayn here take your stuff out of your cars if not they will be robbed.

Compared to the other business hotels nearby, an okay place to stay at. Ensure you carry your own toiletry items as much is not provided. Only soap and shampoo. Bathroom wasn't cleaned very well. However a comfortable stay.

It is an older building but well maintained and clean. Despite being next to a freeway it was quiet and not crowded with ample parking spaces. Breakfast could be better. Private, safe and allows ready access to area businesses and a wide variety of restaurants.

Good service. Room is cleaned well every day. Breakfast in the mornings. Workout room, vending machines, small mart.

The lobby was very welcoming. I enjoyed the amenities that were available and the location was in close proximity to several attractions. Highly recommended.

The hotel seemed nice and clean but I found am open condom under the mattress in my room. At breakfast they ran out of coffeeand cream cheese and did not get replaced during my time there. I will look elsewhere next time.

Pretty good for a La Quinta hotel. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Pretty much just carbs (bread, bagels, waffles, cereal, etc). Rooms are decent, service at the counter was slow, had to wait a while to get checked in and out.

Only complaint is the toilet seat woukdnt stay up on it own So I aimed the best I could. Other than that it was fine. The bed doesn't face the TV which is odd but whatever.

Nice property, room was very nice and well laid out. Bed was harder than we would like, but room was quiet. Complimentary breakfast was OK, but another hot item besides waffles would have been appreciated.

Centrally located near aot of the big businesses in Fremont. Hotel is nice large rooms. Microwave and Fridge are good. Samsung flat panel TV easy to connect devices to. Internet is a bit slow but functional. For the price nice place to stay.

I only stay here when I have my dog with me, which is fairly often. They always put me in one of "the dog rooms" which are always kinda gross. I've never not faced I-880 either, out of probably 5 separate stays here. The TV remotes are always greasy, which is a telltale sign of a grimy hotel to me. The staff is always friendly and helpful though so I give 3 stars. Also recently I noticed prices rose rapidly. Just a year ago it used to be $120/weeknight, $100/weekend, but now it looks like $160/weeknight… So now not really the best deal. Carpets need shampooing, TV remotes need to be degreased.

Staying at la quinta this week for my juki classes. The room is quiet, the people are friendly, and even though the complimentary breakfast is not a 5 star bacon and eggs ordeal, it's still a great touch to an already comfortable stay when away from home.

The room was nice, but the heater was broken. I appreciate that they are pet friendly. The breakfast was alright but more hot foods would be nice.

It's one day after Christmas, we had a long journey all day long and arrived at the this inn that we reserved. Though we expect neat rooms and hot shower, what we get are uncleaned rooms that smells. And they says they could not fix the problem since a lot of rooms are uncleaned due to holidays. Although we kind of understand the situation, we really can't give more than one star.

I was disappointed checking in and finding out my king bed was given away and I was stuck with two twins and no longer has a fridge and microwave in my room. The room was clean but overall the hotel was noisy. I won't stay here again.

Good clean rooms. Basic breakfast in the lobby, boiled eggs, bagels, waffles, cereals and few juice selection. Close to I880, so it can be noisy.

Everything was great, nothing to complain about. Shower was complicated though.

Good staff. Worst management team. They made mess on my bill for my stay. However, no manager would stand up and deal with it. All they did was to say that their staff was new and did not get good training. And I as a customer need to pay the extra money for it. The managers only told me that they would investigate it and call me back, but it is never happened. Yes, the hotel is clean, the staff are nice, but I would never go back there and really warn people if anyone is planning to stay there as if things happened, manager there would never help you to solve issues. Worst customer service from management team.

Room was clean and spacious. Check in and check out was quick and easy and the front desk staff was very nice. Have to say they had one of the best continental breakfast's of any hotel I have stayed at in the last few years. Had lots of good choices (Bagels, muffins, hard boiled eggs, Cereal, Waffles, Yogurt, Coffee, Juices) and everything was fresh. The hotel was quiet and was easy to find. Lobby was clean and the outside of the hotel looked very welcoming. Room had everything we needed and the bed was very comfy. Only complaint is they need a few more waffle makers. With the amount of people that were downstairs for breakfast there was a long wait to use the two waffle makers they had. Would stay here again.

The little things add up. I am at the hotel per local training for 14 days, this hotel was booked for me by the school. On arrival @ 11pm on a Sunday, they said they were not authorized to charge the, school's, card on file. Have no clue they even have a card on file if they did not pre-authorize it. Locked out of my room yesterday when I got back from the training school, the lobby attended questioned me on the card charge issue and if that had bee resolved, that was over a week ago and of course it had been resolved. She re-activated my room key. I mean, what kind of ancient computer software do they use that doesn't make that clear to them. Around 1am the a lightbulb burned out in my room and smoke was coming out of it, called lobby to let them know and I was concerned the smoke would set off the smoke alarm. I was told if it went off to just take out the battery in smoke detector. I am pretty sure that would be against the law. Not to mention it stunk in my room. Had to open my door for 30min to clear the air. Also if you stay here a long time, be sure to bring soap and shampoo, maid didn't replenish mine for a couple of days. Oh forgot to mention, this hotel is right next to the 880 freeway and the laundry room is on my floor. 3rd floor beware. Don't get stuck by the laundry room or the side with with the freeway if you are a light sleeper.
