Comfortable place to stay and pool area is beautiful. Quick process for check in and out. Breakfast there is not bad but. Close to a little shopping center that is convenient if u need anything. Quiet place not too loud. Would come back.

Nice hotel currently being renovated. Very nice pool/garden area in back. The hotel is on a busy street in a heavy business district. Good area for having lots of things you might need close by. Less than great area because of traffic and occasional noise. The breakfast room was being remodeled so breakfast was served in two bedrooms. They offered only continental breakfast items instead of the usual hot items like bacon, scrambled eggs, waffles or pancakes. What they did have was fine though. The ladies working breakfast were very nice. I would stay here again if we were in the area. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice and accommodating. We could tell they are really trying to improve the place.

Rooms were very updated and clean. They had a microwave and fridge which was great for traveling with kids. The pool was really neat too — in back of the 2nd level at roof-top height which the kids loved. Free parking, beautiful exterior — would definitely stay again!

We had an OK stay at this Best Western. I guess for where it's located the price was good, but we have stayed at better hotels for less money. We did not have any issues other than the smart aleck kid who checked us in. The room was fine, it was just a weekend trip and we weren't spending a lot of time in the room anyway. The breakfast staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was fine, so overall it wasn't a bad experience.

Really disappointed for the price: almost no water pressure, terrible breakfast.

Helpful and friendly staff, good sized rooms, comfortable bed, good Wi-Fi and well maintained; only reason why I said 4 stars is the variety and quality of the breakfast was average at best.

Decent hotel. No major complaints. Breakfast area under renovation so they relocated to another room. Nice pool, but too cold to enjoy it during my stay.

Very clean, nice rooms with microwaves, fridge, iron iron board, complimentary shampoo/Cond and beautiful continental breakfast. Beds are there BEST so comfortable. Swimming pool, and all the comfort at home feeling. Restaraunts, grocery store within walking distance. Bring ur own water if ur not use to the different taste.

The typical traveler expectation is “no surprises”. Based on overall reviews, we had planned to make this hotel our base for a week. The accommodations compare, in my opinion, to an “old” Motel 6. The “temporary“ breakfast setup is in an empty room with seating in different hotel room. The only thing hot to consume is coffee; didnt even have a microwave to heat packaged pastries. Had to return to our room to heat our food and eat sitting on the bed. For a branded hotel this is one of the poorest thought out breakfast set-ups I’ve seen in a very long time. Got some bottled juice (they don’t have a dispenser) and when I asked about ice for the cup I was told I would have to go to an ice machine somewhere in the hotel complex. The AC unit failed on our first morning and had to have a maintenance person come to trouble-shoot and reset the unit. It is reasonable to expect better overall. The room is clean and so far the staff has been fairly accommodating.

Rooms were nicely decorated, quiet and clean. They do serve continential breakfast which was an added bonus.

Best Western Woodland Hills Inn has all the amenities. Room is clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable. Their rooms are also reasonably priced. We are very happy to have found this place.

Best Western has been an excellent value and very comfortable experience since our first stay on our honeymoon in 1971. Very consistent and high quality and affordable.

A good value for the area, and many restaurants and coffee places are in walking distance. Hotel staff was great, as I have come to experience at virtually all Best Western properties. Outside of hotel and lobby were in good shape, room cleanliness was average at best. Rooms and hallways need some touching up, but in general cleanliness was satisfactory.

That's a great place to stay. I was kind of surprised by how clean and how nice the room look and it looks really upgraded I'm not sure if it's upgraded or not but it looks like that. The towels were clean the TV remote was covered after they cleaned it for germs I believe everything was clean and nice. I was there for a business trip and I will definitely stay there again. Also the check-in was really fast the person over the counter was really nice and explained about breakfast served from 6:30 to 9:30 and when I went there the next morning it was small breakfast but you have everything you need. Recommending this place.

I've been to better BW. I requested a king size bed. Although clean, the room seemed small. I gave it a 3 star instead of 2, because it's walking distance to a lot of shops and eateries. And during breakfast hrs (6:30am — 9:30 am) an employee Annette was always friendly and engaging.

I used to live in Woodland Hills for years and have some of my family in the Valley whom we visit; there comes a time when you want to make the most of leaving the comfort of one's home. To find a hotel that combines professional aesthetic with resort style on Ventura Boulevard that does not gouge your wallet, is not that hard, if you come to the Best Western. When we come there I can conduct business there, as well as relax with family, seamlessly. There is excellent food-faire within walking distance. Zanos, just south of the hotel, has excellent pizza BTW. The entire staff is pleasant to interact with and are quite helpful. The pool area is an oasis.

Best, best western I've ever stayed in. Staff is awesome, the rooms are modern and comfy and the location is just outstanding. Clean grounds, not a lot of onsite parking but there's an overflow parking a stones throw away from one of the buildings. If I ever find myself staying in the northern valley this hotel is going to be my first choice. I couldn't think of anything negative to say if I tried.

Beautiful rooms! Clean and the bed was soo comfy and the people that work there are so nice! They go above and beyond for there customer! Will stay here every time we come to California!

My experience is so excellent. I consider it my 2nd home. All the people that work there have been so forthcoming and helpful that I literately consider several of them family members. In particular Jose O. Who is mostly there when I arrive in the afternoon every other week. He is such a good guy I am always bugging him for information or anything. He is such a fun guy I always go to Best Western whenever possible.

Very clean and comfortable with helpful staff. Only stayed one night and cigarette odor in non-smoking room was resolved at check-out by an understanding employee. Overall, we recommend this Best Western and would go back again.

Unfortunately I was unable to stay at this property and had to cancel my booking due to personal family matters. But I would like to discuss Best Western Woodland Hills Inn's professionalism, care and impeccable customer service. Of course cancelling a stay at the last minute often comes with a cancellation fee. I asked to have that fee waived or reduced but honestly I was not expecting much considering the cancellation was my fault and not theirs. The front desk services were quick to respond to my email and cancellation request. They immediately cancelled the booking at no cost. I couldn't be more appreciative. This situation speaks volumes on their behalf and I look forward to booking with them in the future. Again, thank you front desk services at Best Western Woodland Hills Inn.

This is a great little hotel in this area! The rooms are nice and the complimentary breakfast is outstanding. The pool area is very pretty too. The thing to watch out for is they charge a hotel tax for EACH night which sends the nightly prices much higher than what your are quoted. There is also a incidentals charge and there are no incidentals! Also that charge does not come off your bill when you check out but supposedly several days later. A great place to stay just beware of the hidden costs!

Amazing staff, beautiful rooms, and good breakfast.

I stayed here with my boyfriend and loved the room we had. My requests I made were met. The pool is a great size and the Jacuzzi was fun. I will come back here when it's hotter so we can really enjoy the pool. The hotel is quiet and everyone is pleasant. Check in and out was quick and easy. We are from out of town but I would not have minded having a few days to just enjoy the hotel and the surrounding shops and food places.

Definitely worth the 5 Star rating! Clean, well appointed rooms, our private patio was in close proximity to the pool. Continental Breakfast was available and everything was fresh and tasty. The staff are friendly and helpful, they made us feel very welcome. Within walking distance of several nice restaurants, and conveniently located for our trip to Topanga Days… We loved staying here, and would recommend this location very highly! We'll be back!

It was a nice place to be, room was clean and was walking distance to some good restaurants. I didn't have a car, so I'm not sure how parking was, but I did note that parking is hard to find in the whole area.

Very new interior, citrus smell, free breakfast was pretty good, free parking. We stayed on the first floor and it was kind of loud with cars parking right outside, but it wasn't that bad. Service was great.

Service is everything. The hotel was upgraded and spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms and bathrooms very inviting. The best part was Arvuk M, who was the manager the evening we needed to check in. It was a last minute booking for my daughter and he went above and beyond to help take care of us. Extremely professional, but also a man who obviously cares about his guests. I travel extensively for work, and will be sure to put this one on the list. Great experience.

If I could give No stars I would! I stayed at this place because everything else in the area was booked due to the gas leak in the area. So it was my only option. I was quoted a certain price and was told this was a "non smoking" hotel and if I wanted to smoke to go to the side of the building or across the street said the guy at the counter checking me in that's where he goes to smoke"! I notice my bank statement had an extra $50 charge. I called and asked what this charge was about? The manager said because there was smoking in the room? And it was a cleaning fee. Funny thing is we don't even smoke? Check your bank statements cause to me this seems like there way of getting extra money off the customers! Stay away this place is run down anyways! I will never stay here ever again! I normally don't stay at best westerns but like I said it was the only place that had a room! I now know why… this place is run by a crooked owner!

Very decent hotel. Looks nice on the exterior. Rooms are nice and clean.

Nice hotel and good location near the airport but the surrounding area was very run down. Not happy with their parking policy as I wanted to leave a car in the car park for a short while before leaving it back to the airport. They wanted me to pay an overnight charge so I told them to stick their car park where the sun don't shine.

This is by far one of my favorite hotels ever. Ever. The staff was just incredible at every turn, the room was spacious and clean and comfortable, and the tub was — awesome-in addition, I was traveling with a dog and they went out of their way to accommodate him and make him happy. The location is great if you're a tourist (I travel to Seattle for business usually so at this point I have done all the touristy stuff) and is located a couple blocks from the waterfront and pike's place. Also they make super yummy breakfasts!

However, the noise from the passing street and close by highway bothers.
The rooms could be kept cleaner, as the dust during long stays won't be wiped off. … Missing gym for late workouts.
Slow internet speed.
The offered breakfast could have some variation in the offered food as it's always, day for day the same food. Still it's a better choice compared to other hotels next by.

I started in room 200 then the 2nd time went to 202. My rooms were beautiful. I dont know if all the rooms are the same but very hip. Its across the street from dickeys bbq, the grocery store, rite aide, coff bean, starbucks, pizza etc. I didnt need a car. I would recommend this place to everyone. Staff were awesome. I didnt ever eat the breakfast so I cant comment on it. But its probably like every other continental breakfast.

The staff here are helpful and totally chill. The day we checked out they let us store out bags, come back from the beach, charge our phones and grab a shower. The rooms were clean. And the location was perfect. Can't wait to come back.

Wonderful restaurant — everything is top notch — the staff, the food, the atmosphere — I have been here a number of times and they never disappoint.

I'm going with five stars because the hotel met all of my expectations at a good price for the area. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was adequate — the usual items for a quick stop breakfast except for waffles which were a tasty extra. Parking Ok, small business center with printer a nice plus, good Wi-Fi, check in staff was friendly and efficient. The only negative that I can note is that the pool is not accessible if that matters to you. It is up two flights of difficult stairs. Funny that it has accessibility lifts to get in the pool! Would stay here again.

The worst place I've ever been. The breakfast is disgusting as are the plastic forks and the paper plates. The staff makes noise day and night so you can't go to sleep. WLAN Internet does not work. It is as expensive as a real hotel but is in fact a youth hostel with a parking lot. Stay away, don't squander your money. By the way, if you don't speak Spanish you will face communication problems there. Stay away and you"re okay.

Screw up reservations and was charged for an extra night. They knock once for room cleaning and we were in the room. Left for the day and came back to an undone room. Front dest said that knock once and do not come back but there are towels down here if you want to pick them up. TERRIBLE customer service.

Parking is cramped, smaller rooms, no proper closet, AC was very noisy and no black out curtains. Continental breakfast is over a little early in my opinion (930) as well. Comfortable bed with decent in-room amenities and good service. Overall a neutral experience.

The hotel has big rooms (2 beds + living room with small kitchen). Good location and delicious breakfast. It is high recommended.

Horrible service at night. A real jerk.

Stayed here while in la on part of our honeymoon and really liked it! was cheap and very clean. We are from ireland so not used to the heat so needed the ac on and it was a bit noisy but overall a good place to stay, a really nice steakhouse around the corner.
