I got more value than I paid for. Facility is clean and rooms are extraordinarily clean. Plumbing was a bit sketchy at the faucet, but I had great access to the area and all my needs were met. I'd stay here again no questions asked.

Just another marginal 2 star motel … unfortunately not on a good street. Breakfast was very basic. I stayed there 2 nights. I had semi-good hopes based on the pictures and being a HOJO but it is need of a remodel especially the outside and parking lot. Carpet felt dirty. FYI this is reminiscent of a truck stop motel right next to the freeway with constant hum of the cars that bothered me and there were 20-30 semi's parked along the street at night. I would not stay there again and would not recommend for families, if you are willing to pay 20-30 more a night you will find way better places to stay.

Ok budget place, convient location, clean comphy room, fair price.

You get what you paid its definitely not a 5 star but if you look king for a place to sleep than this is the place it was quiet at night rooms were clean only thing for me were some lights were out, outlets were not working but other than that we rested well and it felt safe unlike next door rhodeinn this one was better breakfast was decent We actually like it because it was close to everything We wanted to do w/ in 10-15min drive and also enjoyed the pool we are definitely coming back if we had too.

The Q service They offer you is excellent. The staff are friendly and make you feel at home.

I am very impressed. For being a two star hotel the quality and amenities are four star. Beds were amazing. Rooms have a fridge, microwave, large bathroom, giant soft glow vanity mirror, cable, free Wi-Fi and breakfast. The staff here is also just authentic and professional. Treat them with respect and they will take care of you as if you are family. They gave my wife and I recommendation and info for things to do and had answers to everything we asked. They are locals through and through. I'm never going to another place when I'm in San Diego.

This was a nice place to stay for the weekend. It has an easy on and off the freeway access. The staff was friendly towards my family and accommodating. This place seems to me, to be a favorite of truckers. You'll probably notice them lined up across street. They have a pool and the hot tub was a nice way to enjoy the evening. Breakfast accommodating.

After a long night we were very tired n needed a room fot stay. I think about 10 other hotels or motels turned us away they let us check in n front service was so helpful n rooms very clean 5stars.

It was nice to see the pool and hit tub had handicap access, with a chair to lower you into it. Rooms clean hair dryer broken be sure to check receipt for safe deposit, I was charged but put $ back on card, I had no safe in my room.

Great place to stay. The rooms are very clean and very nice and their jacuzzi and pool are clean the whole place is very nice. I would highly recommend going to them if you're looking into a hotel.

It's clean and comfortable and quiet, literally 10 seconds from interstate 5, and 1 minute from area restaurants and gas stations.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and good sized but the hallways are sloppy and with cobwebs.

Romantic getaway in San Diego was a success everything is really close by the hotel and the staff is really friendly and helpful we had an amazing room I loved it and will be returning back again. I recommend this place if your visiting San Diego.

The location is alright, about a half an hour drive away from San Diego. The price is pretty good too, less than $100 a night. The service was great, really friendly, despite it being a small hotel. It looks kind of sketchy from the outside, but it has great amenities, including a pool and breakfast being included. Rooms were pretty clean too, soap and shampoo were provided. Would recommend if you're going to the SD area.

Friendly staff. Room had a microwave, coffee maker, iron, small refrigerator, desk, hair dryer, 32" flat screen TV, Free Wi-Fi, plenty of towels, & Free parking. The pool & hot tub were kinda small. Free breakfast in the morning — hard boiled eggs, toast, waffles, cereal, coffee, orange & apple juice, & pastries. Cleanliness was about 95% good. It's close to the USS Midway & Convention Center. I would definitely stay here again.

I've stayed in other hotels before but this is by far the worst one. Where to start? The floors, there was him on it, and it looked like laminate flooring was just installed. The finishing touches we're missing. The threshold between the room. And bathroom was missing. There was a half inch gap between the two spaces. There were no electrical outlets near the nightstands. The chest drawer was outdated and scratched. It look like something that was left out on the curb.

Took me in at short notice. The people were nice and polite. They even gave me directions and alternative transportation options to get to my social event. Rooms were clean and organized. Customer service was on top of anything I might have needed. Had a pleasant time sleeping here. Place is also close to many shops and markets.

Booked a room for two. Price was pretty competitive in comparison with other hotels in the area, bed was alright, easy access to the freeway, and clean well maintained room. Although they provide free continental breakfast, I think I'd still prefer to get breakfast elsewhere as they don't feel as appealing to me. A little concern about leaving valuable behind as the door locks appear to be easily bypassed by sliding a card into the door seam. This isn't an issue if someone is inside and locks the deadbolt, but do note the risk (they have adequate cctv, and I've simply stored valuables inside the car instead). Overall, satisfied with what's offered on their very competitive pricing.

Cheap price, clean and comfy. Can't complain.

For $90 a night. It was meh. I was just happy they had a pool. But it wasn't bad. The continental breakfast had waffles.

09/26 — 09/27 2013 We pulled in around 2:30 AM. They were friendly. Never got up in time for breakfast, but I'm sure it was great. Asked for extra towels, gave us two more. We got it for $51.00 per night before taxes. The place was clean, cute, quite. No roaches. Parking was tight. Pool closed at 10 PM so we didn't get to use it. We were very happy and would stay here again, as well as recommend it to everyone.

Friendly concierge, Free Wifi Plenty of parking let me check in early. Nice to actually get a Military Discount. Don't reserve online, I actually saved 250.00 by calling directly. Great place! Will definitely stay again and recommend.

We stayed there for 5 days. First night everything looked good and clean we were happy until the morning. Woke up and a 2 inch long cockroach was in the bathroom light, asked the front desk to have room cleaned and roach removed we left for the day came back at night and it was still there. Got the front desk to remove it right then. Next Wi-Fi didnt work in our room, it worked in the front office but nowhere else and they didnt seem to care. 2nd day there they were spraying all around the doors in the morning so hopefully no more roaches, until the next morning woke up to find one on the floor. I removed it myself and told the front desk, they didnt care. On the plus side the morning breakfast and papers were good, parking was wonderfull because it is really secure and safe. Stay here if you need a cheap secure room and you dont care about cockroaches or Wi-Fi.

I had roaches! And judging from other reviews, this place has had a roach problem for several years. Inexcusable that it's still not fixed. Disgusting.
