Excellent service. Clean, quiet rooms. Best motel I ever stayed in.

The room was beautiful, especially for the price. I booked this place by accident, not realizing how far it was from the 99 fwy, but I think it was well worth the detour. The staff was very friendly. The room included shampoo, soap, and lotion for toiletries. There was a microwave and mini fridge. There was a nice TV, although I was too beat to watch it. There's a gated pool in the middle of the parking lot. It included breakfast. Nothing fancy, but there was a waffle maker, which I always like. Dogs are allowed with an additional $10 fee.

When arriving at 3 in the morning after a 18 hour day of work the room feels great no matter how hard or how soft the bed maybe.

Good prices, great service, clean rooms. Rooms have also been updated along with the property.

Nice inn right next to an amazing bar. This is definitely the place to be for wakehouse!

I am not impressed easily but this place really surprised me. Very clean, very nice staff, very comfortable bed, very spacious rooms. Wi-Fi slow but I used my phone for a hot spot and I was good for the night. I didn't use it but the pool area was exceptional. This place seemingly in the middle of nowhere could rival most Best Westerns easily. This was the best nights sleep of this trip. Continental breakfast was basic, but that is what they advertise so no complaints here. I would recommend this place highly and I will stay here again.

The staff at Edgewater is great, very helpful and friendly. The rooms are nice and kept very clean. We stay with them most every year.

The room was very clean, they supply everything you need it close to any type of store u might need, great place.

We were going to stay at the Edgewater on February 22nd and 23rd 2018. But the rooms smelled really bad like dog pee really bad you could smell it as soon as you opened the doors. The staff was very unprofessional. They showed us two other rooms and both smelled really bad. We were told by the staff to go look for another place to stay. We traveled from Los Angeles. I would not refer no one there. We stayed at the Best Western in Selma excellent rooms and service.

The Edgewater Inn is located right off of Manning Ave about 7 miles east of the 99 frwy and at the entrance of the town names Reedly. I was here for a two night stay while visiting family. I stayed on a bottom floor room that had 2 queen size beds, a large flat screen tv, alarm clock, a desk to work on, a small 3 drawer chest to use to place your clothes in if you wish, a small refregarator, a Mr coffee maker with coffee for two, a clean bathroom and tub shower. The room was very clean and decorated in up to date modern furniture, drapes, bedspreads, nice pillows and very clean towels and toiletries. I would recommend a stay here just ask for a room on the 2nd floor. I had a person above me that was tap dancing early in the morning and the walls are thin so you can hear tour nieghbors talking if it's quite.

Love the room, better experiences than other hotels nearby. I'll definitely be comong here again soon.

A nice local place to go and fee like you're away from home, but actually still able to rush home in case of an emergency.

The room was very clean Reception friendly. Breakfast little varies, but considered the price more than acceptable, with fruit and muffins.

Very roomy and restroom is nice. The proximity of this location to the river is very convenient. The only downside is the spring mattress.

Wonderful little gem to stay at, near Yosemite, Kings Canyon and Sequoia national parks. We stayed overnight. The rooms were clean and quiet, checkin was quick and easy. The breakfast was the usual affair of self serve items from 5 to 9 am. Getting here while following Google maps was like playing Pacman for us (lots of lefts and rights). Would definitely stay again.

It seemed at first, but then you find ants everywhere, dirty sheets including blankets … with blood stains even after he went to claim they have come with poison ants … heaps of dead ants instead of lives and when they Redid the room I think they've gone through nn talking vacuum cleaner and much less rag … the dead ants they made company for two days stay … poor breakfast and there was no place to sit … x me nn deserves score who's really poor.

The accom room, location and facilities worked well for our one night stay over on our road trip. The room was incredibly spacious, with King bed and was as listed. Big flat screen with cable incl HBO. 24h front desk was helpfuk for our after 8pm arrival. B/fast was included and is modest and not replenished swiftly if you come after other guests. It was available from 5am-10am. Would recommend to anyone else — not much else in area to do but is a good spot to stay the night on the road.

Its located at 1977manning are, Reedley, Ca. Rooms are really big very clean. Front desk very helpful.

Clean and low rates. It's been remodeled on the inside recently so they got a bunch of new stuff and tvs it's real nice.

I like the location it was close to town. Rooms were very clean. And all of the staff were very nice.

After reading the prior reviews, we were highly disappointed in our accommodations. I don't know when the rooms were last upgraded — but it certainly seemed like it had been a LONG time ago. The beds were very uncomfortable; and the "pillows" contained chopped up rubber and were quite uncomfortable as well. We opted not to partake of the continental breakfast. Nothing about the place was appetizing or appealing.

The nicest 2 star (Priceline rating) hotel I have been in. Internet was 0.5 Mbps but I find that is standard unfortunately with all hotels. I wish a hotel would charge $5 for 24 hrs of 50 Mbps Internet. They also have a waffle maker for breakfast. Not perfect but 5 stars because it far exceeded my expectations.

We had a great experience while staying 5 nights at the Edgewater Inn in Reedley. The room was very clean. Everyone who worked there was great. Internet, swimming pool, breakfast. It was a great experience.

Nice hotel but they need to expand it that way more customers will come in.

Excellent place. Stayed here Oct 13, 2013. Two rooms. Place is really clean and properly maintained. Large screen TV, clean bathrooms, new carpets and paint. The price is very reasonable for the goods and an excellent service you get. Away from the city traffic, walking distance to the river. Good hide-out. Five star. Really good vibe. Strongly recommended.

I booked a motel room here through AAA while using their vacation planning service. I chose this motel because it was very reasonably priced, and it was the closest thing I could get to Sequoia National Park. The room itself was clean, although two of the lamps didn't work the first night because they needed new bulbs. However, the maids promptly changed them the next day because they were working when we returned the following evening. Also, when we turned the lights out to go to sleep, someone had written with invisible fluorescent ink on the wall above the bed that someone loves someone else, pretty low class. The complimentary breakfasts were minimal, consisting of Little Debby style danishes and muffins with coffee and orange juice. That was all I really expected for the price we were paying, however. The thing that would keep me from coming back, however, is the Wi-Fi, or the lack thereof. I was told by AAA that the motel would have free Wi-Fi. I called the motel myself the day before we left and verified this fact. And, in fact, the first night we did have Wi-Fi. However, when we came back from the park the second night there was no Wi-Fi signal available, so I called the office and asked them why the Wi-Fi wasn't working, and the night-time manager said she had no idea, but that it was working because she'd had "several other people log on tonight.
