Walls are a bit thin, but the service from staff have always been A+ everytime I've been here. The continental breakfast for members is really good too. Rooms themselves never disappoint, always clean and the beds are very comfortable!

Just booked a room through hotwire the price was the same for hotel choosing to room or selecting a king size bed I made an error on selecting king size bed and just pressed booked Without getting a chance to select the bed I called Sheraton and ask them if it’s possible I can please get a king size bed because I’m trying to have a weekend with my fiancé who is a retired veteran who needed to get away for a couple of days and they wanted to charge me an extra $30 per night to request a king size bed. Absolutely disappointed I’m only going because I paid for this already or else I would’ve not gone.

The hotel staff is very courteous, the rooms are clean, and the mountain view is a wonderful sight to wake up to.

Do not stay in the rooms near the elevator because there is too much noise at night. The breakfast costs a lot to almost $16 per person.

Stay was ok. Pet friendly. Clean room. Only 2 complaints… 1) room was next to elevator and it was noisy every time it went up or down and kept waking me up and made our pet nervous. 2) view was horrible. Not cool to look out the window and see what looked like trash or storage bins.

The rooms were furnished nicely, but there was an irritating lack of doorstops to hold the doors with. The carpets may also be dirty, according to my peers. The Olive Grill restaurant on the ground floor is pricey, but provides good food and service. There's a pool area, for anyone interested in a swim. Room service is always responsive, and offers amenities from shaving cream to emergency sewing kits. In summary, an adequate hotel.

The hotel was a pleasure to stay at. Comfortable and simple. A solid experience.

It was not very nice the accomodation because the person of reception took more than 15 minutes in a call with another client and in those 15 minutes he never said to me "in a moment I attend it" and then when I was already answering a white person arrived and to her if he said that in A moment I attended, also did not like because they do not have micro-wave oven or a refrigerator.

Everything was fine, the staff is always nice and helpful. Chanelle, who works the front desk is really nice. I had an issue with my room key 4 times, they have a new system. She helped me and was very apologetic for all the issues with the keys. The hotel was nice and clean.

Very expensive for what it offers.

We had about 10 rooms for a wedding party. Everyone had the same problems. Shower head broken & shooting all over. Tub slow draining. Worst part was how loud & noisy the air conditioning system is. Even while off the adjacent room sounds like a washing machine on spin cycle keeping us awake at night. Then management scheduled a business meeting next to our reserved area for breakfast & asked us, about 30 people, to keep quiet because of the meeting. Why they didn't schedule them to the conference rooms near the gym instead is beyond me. The bar area was nice & enjoyable at night. Only saving grace was the bar & breakfast. The only thing they did was comp one breakfast for the inconvenience. Seems management was also hard for employees to reach & contact as well. I had to come back for my "credit" which didn't show correctly on their invoice as well.

Good hotel. I like the beds and the rooms are nice. Love the food they serve in the lodge!

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Clean and open space. Nice decor and great service. I was only attending an event here but the presence outside of the event was nice too.

A place at a good price and very easy access very flexible with the check in. What's not. I liked is that in the price it was not included the breakfast.

Location was easy to get to. The rooms were nice. My only vice was breakfast was unavailable for non-members.

Nice, clean hotel with expected ameneties. 10 minute walk from ontario convention center and very close to a number of restaurants.

The service is nice, the rooms are a decent size not too small or large. The location is okay, but some of the rooms have a bad view out the window. The rooms have a bed that is kind of small, and the shower is pretty strong that kind of stings a bit.

This was a lunch at the grill and it was like dining in a beverly hills restsurant. So fancy without the high prices. Great food. I would recommend this place.

Good rooms. Nice location and great staff. Gary the receptionist was very nice.

Staff is very pleasant. Room is a bit noisy with the AC noise. There is also quite a bit of sound from the hallways. Other than that little to no complaints. It was pleasant staying there.

Great hotel. My wife and I needed a break to sleep during our travel home. Clean and comfortable.

It was a great experience. Me and my mates went there for a get together. Amazing service.

This is one of the better hotels near the convention center. It isn't really close though. If walking at night I'd get a Lyft or an Uber, especially for women. This hotel was a big deal twenty years ago. It isn't as big a deal now. But if going to a convention or looking for a cheap place to stay that is relatively safe and desirable, this place still fits the bill.

Checked in on weekday. Not very busy. Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Clear at the front desk was courteous and helpful with directions.

The employees Were great. They aimed to please. Rooms were clean the bed was comfortable the pillows were awesome and on the sixth floor you received a continental breakfast which included scrambled eggs bacon sausage potatoes waffles amongst the other muffins toast Etc in the evening they had a light meal which was also good rice chicken tortilla salsa salad along with some desserts.

Carpet was stained and dirty. Elevator dirty. Shower head clogged. Shower drain sometimes worked. Closet rack not secured correctly. Request extra pillows and towels, never got them. Furniture was old and worn. Room door shook randomly, who knows why. The ice machine was broken. Breakfast! Potatoes, eggs were cold, sausage was under cooked, bacon was burnt or under cooked and smelled, tasted rancid. Milk was warm. There is a good note. The front desk staff was excellent and professional the night of check-in. I would gladly give a Five Star rating to the front line.

I stayed over Father's Day weekend and my experience wasn't great. The vale is not included with your stay but they don't mention that to. I would assume that a 4 star hotel would this basic service but then realized why they don't tell you they charge $42 for parking "wow" I requested a mini fridge it never came. They also charge for Wi-Fi access not included. The staff was not friendly and would not accommodate you in any way I could have stayed at motel 6 and get better service and amenities.

Hotel is a bit dated but still has all the amenities that I expect of a hotel. Nice big pool and modern wellness workout room. Rooms size is a bit above average. Air conditioner works very well. Extremely amicable staff.

The location was great. Very easy to find. The room was very clean. The service was okay. When I called to check out, I was placed on hold for 5 mins.

Amazing staff and service; very friendly and attentive. Rooms were simple, but very clean. Only thing that could be improved was the restaurant food and bar. Breakfast food wasn't anything special and bar was a little small and shaped awkwardly.

Not the best amenities however the location is very conveniently placed near several good food options, no issues with service and overall I had a very pleasurable experience. I wish the free Wi-Fi was just a little faster.

I stayed there for one night during my college reunion weekend. I had accidentally booked the wrong night and only realized a few days before. Initially, I was transferred to a different office (sales) to leave a voice message. I did not receive one within two days, so I called back, and this time it was promptly taken care of (phew! ). Stay was nice, hotel staff was very nice, beds were extremely comfortable and the arranged shuttle called when I wasn't in the lobby before they took off. Very considerate. Would definitely stay again given the chance.

This has to be the nicest hotel I jave eve stayed at. They did put a $75 hold on my account so bring a credit card. The food is expensive as well. This is not that kind of hotel. Overall it's very nice.

Location was very convenient to the airport. In unit air conditioner was a bit loud (no central air). In n out is within walking distance.

Excellent stay for an excellent price. Customer service was excellent. Cleanliness was nearly perfect, save a few errant stains. Parking was easy. In-room coffee was good. Can't comment on the restaurant. Staff was very kind.

We booked this hotel thinking that it is Sheraton but there is nothing Sheraton about it. . Room does not have microwave or refrigerator. . Heater was broken. . Bed sheets lack feeling of cleanliness. This hotel is no better than Motel 6, in short!

Easy to find, service was great they were very helpful, room was clean and what you'd expect out of a sheraton.

The beds are comfy but I feel everything else is dated. Breakfast is good. For diner its all about the philly cheesesteak plus fries.

Becareful there is bed bugs. I have stayed here several years but since they got a manager chase and new front desk manager chelsie the sheraton has gone down the hole. Worse hotel in Ontario. Rooms are over priced. The place is dead. Employees are treated bad by superior. Your valuables get stolen and when I asked to speak to the manager chase, he hardly spoke English and didn't know how to fix the issue. He was rude and clueless. Seemed like he didn't even want to come out of his office. Why have someone like him running a hotel when it's so obvious he does not know what he is doing. And all staff are new and clueless. I would give it no stars.

Wonderful room, wonderful service. Elevators were a little messed up.

The staff was very attentive and discrete stayed as a couple. Only wrong the finance department was out of tune since they charged us 2 times our first night and even after we checked out the account still had the amount charged for at least 4 more days it was annoying. But the front office staff kept us informed during our stay of approximately 6 — 7 days.

I love it, even though the elevator door went out on me. And people smoke in the non smoking area right in front of the sign. But it's a beautiful place.

Worth 110$not there was this noise form when I got into the room until I left it i found a women underwear under the bed just in plain site. ill rather go to the Ramada down the street cost less but seems more better! ~.

The rooms were OK. The staff was friendly. To get to the pool (where there were large, thinish, blue towels u could use) u had to go thru the lobby. THEY DON'T OFFER A COMPLEMENTARY BREAKFAST and the Breakfast buffet cost $15. We had dinner there DON'T! For three drinks, from the bar, 2 salads and one sandwich (with soup and side salad) it was over $70. The drinks were bland and the food worse! DON'T EAT THERE! Over all I'll stay somewhere else next year.

Everything was great. The staff are all very nice. The rooms are clean. The only problem I have is there are no microwave or refrigerater in the rooms.

It was all good except for a lot of annoying Chinese kids in the lobby every night.

Breakfast isn't all that great. The employees are very nice.
