Business models should be revamped every 5 years… as should the Business itself… in other words CLEAN and REVAMP your hotel… Every surface should be cleaned or thrown out… This place has been here since 08 and should have been revamped at least twice… the money center is a restaurant space where their idea of breakfast is a crock pot of oatmeal and a pitcher of watered down Orange juice… my suggestion for clean towels and sheets is bring your own… this includes the TV remotes which had to be delivered and had no backs to cover the battery compartments… I've been in far better two star hotels this is barely holding onto one star… I could go on but why.

If your a guy needing a place to sleep and thats it then it's fine. But bring your own blanket cause all you get is a sheet. If your with anyone don't go here. The only thing that I found that was good was that the staff was nice.

Super nice staff, very helpful. The Inn is somewhat dated, but clean enough and I was very comfortable. Breakfast could use some effort, but filled the advertisement. Honestly, I was very impressed with the staffs efforts to accommodate me during the stay. Price was reasonable. Ill go back.

My husband and I enjoyed are stay. Very clean and nice staff, NO complaints here. We will be staying again soon. Beds and pillows clean and comfy.

Stayed at this hotel prior to going on an international trip. No airport shuttle as promised on all of the booking pages as well as the voicemail for the hotel. No towels in the room, no towels available at the front desk in the evening or the morning. They offered me a discount but said I would need to contact Expedia to receive that discount. (I did and Expedia let me know I had already received a discount, which did not show on my credit card statement. ) One of the most basic and disappointing breakfast layouts I've ever seen in a hotel. The only reason I am giving it two stars is because the staff were clearly trying to do what they could and the rooms were relatively clean and spacious. I would suggest finding somewhere else to stay.

Absolutely Horrible! This is honestly the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, not even exaggerating. The ac was broken, asked for a different room they denied it, sent someone to "fix it" but all they did was disconnect it from the power and connect it back again. That obviously did not solve anything. Their staff all had attitude and gave horrible customer service. There was hair in the shower. No toilet paper. Toilet wasn't working. No towels. The room was literally empty. The bed was so uncomfortable. The walls were dirty. The trash cans in the room had trash In them. It was really noisy so we couldn't sleep. Do not stay here!

Disgusting room, horrible breakfast and poor service. Holes and stains were in the bed sheets, nothing stocked, duct tape hiking remote together, urine smell in the elevators. I can’t believe I didn’t look at reviews before I booked! The photos looked so nice but nothing like the hotel! Spend 30 more dollars to stay at country inn and suites with clean nice rooms and nice staff!

This place is not worth the price! The wallpaper in the room was peeling off the wall. The sheets have holes and stains. The walls are filthy like they’ve never been wiped down. The shower head is rusted and stained. Our bathroom came with no towels and there was questionable hair on the face towel that was provided next to the sink. The beds also came with a very flimsy sheet, no comforter and there was one cheap pillow on each bed! This hotel is very outdated and not well taken care of.

The only bad thing is that the TV doesn't work but from there on out all right.

This place is wonderful! I don't know about all these picky bad reviews are all about? But we love this place. You can tell it's an older hotel. But it's clean, comfy beds, wood floors, friendly staff. We were UPGRADED to a suit on the hotel- Just because. We will definitely be coming back!

Worst room ever, I was so disgusted by the room that I couldn't even sleep. Everything was gross and dirty. I felt filthy once I entered the room. Found a broken fingernail in closet, food and hair on counters, stains on toilet seat, walls, drapes furniture. Doors and floors were sticky. Plus the room became a hazard when my kids opened closet and ironing board fell down, plus lamp shade fell off, not to mention the unstable location of the cable box was on top of TV could have fallen. There was no desk or table to eat, no chairs to sit, couch was stained and smelled, One bed had a white comforter second bed didn't, only 2 pillows. I checked out early morning and didn't want to stay a second night. Never again. Looks good from the outside but poorly maintained and in serious need of a renovation inside. Very sad place Not family friendly.

Great Stay Over All. I would come back & stay there again. I appreciate the Large Suit like rooms that were absolutely clean. Staff were all friendly too.

The right colored paint and nice laminate flooring almost disguised how bad this place is. The electrical plate covers were broken if not missing. The lamp shades were not secured and the lamp had no light bulb not burned out but completely missing. The walls had multiple patches with poorly done drywall repairs. Fortunately I only had to stay the one night and it was cheap. Definitely not the 3 star it was advertised as.

Not impressed at all. Very dissatisfied with the room, there is no small fridge in the room, nor was there a microwave. Front desk female associate needs a customer service class and a better attitude when dealing with guest needs. The gentleman that appeared to be a "manager" was kind but not able to do anything other than a basic response. Wi-Fi only strong per signage" there is absolutely nothing grand about this hotel. It does have a bed and a TV so I guess I can't complain too much.

The lobby is as good as it gets. Past the lobby the elevator is super sketchy. They say it is non smoking place but it smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. Tried to look passed it, made out way into the room and it is not at all like the pictures. Although large and spacious the light fixtures didn't work. The walls were mixed in paint color because they have painted just over the areas someone tagged on. The A. C unit has a large crack like someone had a wild party. There was no towels in the room and the remotes didn't have batteries. The TV requires you to press 2 buttons in a weird order in order for it to turn on, only to realize the volume doesn't work. It looks like paintings have been stolen from the walls. I never sat on the bed. We ran out as soon as we could. We booked another hotel and my kids and I took a hot shower to try and sanitize ourselves from this horrible hotel.

The rooms are very very nice spacious & very comfortable. Great pillows & a fitness room. Of course, a pool and warm comfortable jacuzzi. If you are looking to stay for more than one night you might be a little disappointed because they do not have a microwave. Nevertheless it has a fit of a posh ambiance and makes you feel very well at home. I enjoyed my stay.

Nice clean rooms! Nice location and building. Only thing is towels not in rooms. Have to ask the lobby for them.

This is definitely not a 3 star hotel. The room was very dirty several broken electrical outlet plates, had to ask for towels. All the outside of the doors have black scuffed up marks on them. The “breakfast “ left a bit to be desired. Do not recommend this inn.

Stayed here last night. Pictures made it look like it was a beautiful place for the price. Upon arrival, the lobby was beautiful and clean, but that's where it stopped. The doors don't close all the way. The light fixtures are broken or non-existent. The drapes were either falling off or wouldn't close entirely. There is no iron or ironing board so don't expect one because they'll lie and say "Let me see if I can find one" and you won't hear back from them. The phones don't work. The remotes don't operate anything functionally. The hair dryer isn't mounted so feel free to remove if necessary. The box spring and frame didn't fit together at all which lead to the box spring breaking. But if after all this, you still feel the need to test the waters yourself, good luck.

I love this place. So many great experiences. The art deco rooms are a breath of fresh air. The bartender makes some good appetizers. Cool people stay there… Don't smoke in the rooms… They will send you packing… Which is a good rule even though I got kicked out… I still love the place and promise no smoking in house. Lol.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. No airport shuttle as advertised. Very dirty room. TV did not work. Internet did not work. Hair balls in shower. 1/4 roll of TP in bathroom. Fire alarm went off at 11:30 p. M. Somehow got locked out of my own bathroom in my room in the morning. Stay away from this place!

The hotel really isn't that bad for the money. You kinda get what you pay for here. We had a king suite it is very bare in the room a big in space that's missing something did not have a warm feeling. The bedroom was better some things missing from the wall but other than that it was clean. They missed the Marrk here this would be a golden opportunity to turn it into something wonderful,

When me and my boyfriend checked in it was good until we went to the room. The sheets and pillows were dirty and had hair all over them. There were no towels or toilet paper in the bathroom. The furniture was all unmatched and the air conditioner didn't work. The fire alarm kept going off couldn't sleep the bed sucked. The room next to us was smoking weed it stunck bad. Everyone that was checking in or out complained about everything. We didn't say anything because we needed to sleep. I'm surprised they are still in business. They also say refundable $75 no it's not never received it. All the employees are dressed unprofessional.

Roach Infested! This was the most horrible hotel experience in my life. I checked in Saturday afternoon with my family. The TV was broken and they never came to fix it. We left for dinner and came back to the room. I turned the lights on and roaches scattered everywhere. The mattress was stained with only God knows what. I complained and was told since there was no management on duty they could not refund me. They refused to give me another room. The pool area is disgusting, there was a dirty screen floating in the pool. Don't stay here!

One star because you cannot put zero stars. Room not ready, after 1 hour in lobby and employees checking 3 rooms, finally got into "upgraded suite". Door looked open and previously kicked in, once inside it was very, very disgusting, stains everywhere, sheets couch, it had a hole in sink the size of a silver dolar, hole in pillow cases, sheets you can see through and only one towel in the room. I guess the 3.5 stars on Expedia was paid for as well as the 3 & 4 star reviews, definitely not the same hotel they are talking about. Employees very nice and understanding, evidently not first customer with same experience.

Unfortunately, this hotel has seen better days. The rooms are worn. The breakfast doesn't deserve the name. On the bright side, the people are friendly and they're doing their best with what they have.

Loved staying here. It was a peaceful relaxing home feeling. Can't wait to go back. Staff was great with there customer service skills!

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. They were available for anything you would need. Landscaping and decor need improvements. For what I needed it served me. It was very quiet and relaxing. The longest I have ever slept. If you are looking for an economical place to stay it works out fine. Honestly their best attribute is the beautiful staff.

This hotel is a joke. They need to take the grand off and call it Ontario mold and disgusting breakfast with a horrible new manager and suites… Waste of counter space… Mold in the bathrooms air condition didn't work. They. Very remote didn't work had to go down to get your towels… And the breakfast by far was the worst I have seen… The oatmeal was hard and had no taste. They had a little bottle of Orange and milk sitting in ice as well as the yogurt. Please don't promote breakfast if you serving food worse than jail house food. Not to mention this manager had no customer service skills, had no knowledge of how to handle her customer's. Just rude and eyelashes longer than her nose. And that big girl at the front fake as hell all she was worried about was trying to catch a man at the end of her shift. If you put in a new staff and clean the mold out you may have a better hotel… But nothing is grand about it… when ask for towels, remote or anything else we needed in the room the big girl at the front days took hours to get anything done. The maintenance man went into our room without informing us. The couch was dirty and smelled like the mold in the bathrooms. The long lashed manager did not want to give me my money back nor did she apologize for her hotel being a total mess. No security locks on doors or windows. The managers main concern was smoking a ciggerette and laughing outside. Vending matching was over priced.

Once you leave the lobby and start looking around you can see this hotel is not well care for. The room are decorated nice, but not very clean. When I got to my room I noticed their was NO towels. Called for towel, and received them approx. Midnight In getting ready for bed I noticed the mattress cover and bed skirt look to have vomit on them. Called for someone to come change all bedding including bed skirt, and they came and only changed the sheets. Smh. Carpet in hallway appear bleached over. This place reminded me of a boarding house. It also appeared to lack housekeeper and any other service you would find in a hotel. Oh yea… It appears the people at the front desk also do the housekeeping. I really didn't know what to think about this hotel/motel, but I won't be staying there again. Oh yea, management is rude and very unprofessional. This place goes on the SUCK WALL.

The worst hotel stay I have had. When I was younger and broke I stayed in some bad spots but I expected for the price. This place for the amount of money I spent was terrible. The first room we had water all over the floors. The second room was missing lights to the restroom. We let the front desk know and she said we have no other rooms we will fix in the morning. We stayed there two nights and it never got fixed. My son slipped and hurt his arm trying to go to the restroom when he found out the floors are uneven and the bathroom leaked too. The sofas were covered in stains and you can see where there used to be decorations but somebody stole them. I left 5 messages for a manager to call me back and still no call back. This place is terrible do not go here.

This hotel used to be really cool boutique hotel. In the few years that I have stayed there it has continuously gone down hill. Dirty carpets, stain on furniture, graffiti scratched on elevator doors. If Anthony Melchiorri was there from hotel impossible he would tear it a new one. It is sad because it has such potential. And I used to enjoy it there. Blake.

The family room was very spacious and comfortable. Very clean and quiet, in addition to the eso staff friendly. The only thing I did not like was the breakfast, which is just cereal what they offer, but from there on, everything perfect.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Booked through Hotwire. The hotel could not find the reservation, the clerk refused to call and assist. The customer service is horrible. The "cafe" is nonexistent, the bar is nonexistent, no towels in the rooms, the cleaners are rude and act like they are doing you a service, the breakfast was horrible (had better breakfasts at Motel 6). Hotel smelled like Weed. Hallways not cleaned for 2-3 days. Rooms not cleaned for 2-3 days. Hot tub looks like someone died in it (surrounded by caution tape). Front desk staff are untrained and unprofessional. Do not waste your money staying at this hotel!

The front desk agent by the name of Garrette was very helpful, he was polite and eager to take charge and make sure my experience was pleasant. His smile and over all appearance were also very refreshing. His energy made my rough night a lot better. Your hotel needs more people with his attitude and charisma! I will without a doubt stay here on another occasion solely because of this young man.

There are parts that make the place appear real nice, such as the wood floors in the rooms and the outside of the building is nice. The are things that need repair, even simple things like the TV remotes, and the only working ice machine is on the 1st floor. Breakfast was kind of plain, and you get your towels from the front desk. Not already in your room. Kind of weird. Overall, I have been in worse, and at the price, we may be back for an overnighter.

The great inn has rooms pretty good, but I don't think they should be charged for pets.

The rooms we were assigned had damages in every part of the room. From missing door knobs, punctured sink basin, scum residue on shower heads, and missing toilet paper holders. We quickly cancelled the remaining reservation and booked at the Double Tree hotel after our first night here. Wish I could give a zero star review. *See photos.

This was rated as a 3 1/2 star hotel by Expedia but I do not feel it came close to others with the same rating (Holiday Inn Express, La Quinta, Fairfield Inn). In short, the rooms were clean and the staff friendly but the hotel took every cost-saving shortcut they could reasonably get away with. The pictures online are deceptive. The decor is modern but odd. Some of the walls have wallpaper that are random pictures — like zoomed in blown-up water drops on the tip of leaves of grass. BED: Comfortable but the fitted bed sheet covered the very top of mattress but left the sides of mattress exposed. No blanket/quilt, just top sheet. BATHROOM:The towels were small, thin, and ragged. The Shampoo+Conditioner was very watery. The toilet and sink were nice but the cabinets were plywood, old and faded. No mini-fridge though pipes were still in place. No microwave. No ceiling lights, desk lamp missing bulb. No "please do not disturb" sign Ice machine worked well but was missing pieces. Some elevator button lights did not work. BREAKFAST: Complimentary Continental Breakfast was sad. Choice of 3 cold cereals, mostly-defrosted danish (handwritten note saying "Please take only 2"), yogurt, very weak coffee, and on one day oatmeal. The plastic gallon jug of milk was placed in an empty open-cooler that did not seem turned on. Pitchers of ice water and OJ in same "cooler. " Plenty of other details were obviously skipped but hopefully these examples provide sufficient detail.

Totally Worthless. Had an early 6AM flight so we checked in because they have an "airport shuttle" and "free airport parking" We wanted to take their "airport shuttle" that purportedly runs every 15 min at 4:15AM so we'd be at Ontario by 4:30 (hour before boarding) Well, the "shuttle" doesn't run, so instead they just call you a Yellow Cab, which was 45 min late, and we nearly missed our flight. We were told we could ride the shuttle back to the hotel when we returned to get our car. Now THAT was a joke as well. They actually told us to ride the Holiday Inn shuttle instead, but it never arrived — after standing at Ontario waiting an hour, and being promised they were on the way — we were told, we must have missed them — freaking liars Had to take a taxi back to get my car. Rooms suck, they have fake hard wood floors that make the rooms echo chambers, so you hear EVERYTHING going in in the rooms next to you, and I mean EVERYTHING The lobby restroom is festooned with OUT OF ORDER signs everywhere, what a freaking joke. The clerks are as friendly as meter maids. AVOID THIS DOG! Should be called the Grand Worthless.

Very friendly staff. Could have more options for the breakfast early in a morning especially for kids. Other than that good experience. Definitely recommend to others.

To sum this place up its a luxurious crack house. The interior and exterior is very nice but when you get into your room you will see what looks like blade marks on the ottomans and cigarette burns on the couch. Not a place where you want your kids to stay. The elevator button to get into the elevator was missing. When calling the front desk no one answered the phone. (And it wasn't busy so there is no excuse). Way to many cigarette buds in the outside exterior. All in all its not a nice place to stay.

One star because I can't give a zero. Worst most disgusting Hotel experience of our lives. Bed bugs everywhere … even woke up with them in my cast on my broken leg. Walls were filthy and colored on, the floor hadn't been mopped, swept or vacuumed anywhere in hotel in a very long time, and there was mold growing in the tub. After check-in we were told that they had removed all refrigerators from the rooms and even though I told them I had to have a refrigerator for medicinal purposes they told me no. A day into our stay we asked for fresh clean towels but they told us they had none however, if we put our towels outside of the hotel room they would make sure to get them washed before the end of the day and return them. We did and never got our towels back for the rest of our stay. Despite several phone calls to the front desk only to be told that they were still out of towels… OUR towels. Horrible. Do not stay here.

One of the best, cleanest hotels around. With great service from a wonderful teammate janelle, she was very polite and helpful through out this experience we will be returning.

Very nice place. Nice, clean rooms. The machine in the exercise room worked out great. So did the breakfast. Staff was very polite and helpful. The building is secluded but easy to find. I look forward to my next stay.

I give this hotel 0 ZERO STARS The ONLY REASON IT SAYS 1 is bcuz I had to so I could post this review! This was by far the WORST hotel experience i've ever had! There were no towels, had to go get them, & only got 2 for a 4 night stay… there was a pool with dirty water, a blow dryer with no air… a jacuzzi with no water, the housekeeping never showed up. We had to look for them & ask for the trash to be thrown, the shuttle service was constantly late or never showed up… then they charged a deposit that they didn't return, charged my card an ADDITIONAL amount of for another weeks stay that I wasn't there! I was ALREADY in Denve! The Continental breakfast was; cold oatmeal & no sugar, coffee but no creamer… cereal with no milk! When we complained, they said there was nothing they could do bcuz of the low pay & budget! WOW! Just some insight everyone… this is a chain of the HOLIDAY INN!

I'm only giving this a 1 because sara guzman was so help full. arrived very late, so when we entered the room thought wow. then we opened our eyes. I have never stayed in something this nasty. Room next to us has several crow bar marks on the door. Very scary. Cabinets on counters looked like they came from a real bad yard sale. The couch was so dirty you could see from across the room. Oh towels none in the room. Yeah think when you check in they would give them to you. Nobody seems to know who owns this. Luckly sara was able to change our room. With 26.00 off to a down grade. I think that we should'nt pay 100.00 for this frist. i talked my friend into comming to this place. do not go by the pictures on web site this is fake. i'm shocked that any online site would even advertize this place. I think they need to see other rooms than the ones they want to show. will go as far as I can to make sure no one arrives expecting these nice rooms, to walk into this dump.

Dont come here… customer service is the worse. If your a business man traveling and need a good nights rest… I would not recommend this place… beware… if you are staying longer than a day, they dont tell you when checking in that you have to ask for your room to be refreshed and to get new towels as well… I would have been ok, if I was told up front that I needed to ask for service. … but when you call it in to the front desk, they make you feel unimportant. … everything always comes from the top… need to change management, or at least someone who cares about repeat customers. I should have known when I was given my first room and 2 of their lights didnt work, so they gave me another room that had hair in the shower… I should have just left… ill never stay here again.

This place is horrible, no towels the whole time. When we conplained they made us feel like we didn't matter. The smell in our room was terrible. The TV didn't work. The remote to it had tape to hold the batteries. The customer service was the worst ever. We asked for managers and they never ever got back to us. I'm surprised they have people who work here. This place is eventually going out of business. Do not stay here.

The shower was leaking, the room looked as if someone had just left it, wanted to get in the Jacuzzi, but nope it had mold. The breakfast was terrible, and our keys stopped working coming back from a terrible breakfast before checkout. This hotel used to be so nice, idk what happened, New owner maybe? But definitely we are not staying here again…

It's huge, I mean huge for the price. I stay in a two room suite (living room and kitchen area, in one room, bedroom in the other). It has hard wood floors and anyone that has new puppies can appreciate why a hotel with hard wood floors is a plus. The pet fee is a one time fee, when you are staying for a substantial amount of time this is great. OK I don't know if you have been to a hotel where the house keepers act like you are asking them to drive to your house and clean it, instead of simply asking for a towel, or god forbid you ask for that towel without the dirty one, they treat you like you are trying to mug them, most hotels I've been to recently have had that type of snotty house keepers. This place is not like that whatsoever. The house keepers are always extremely eager to help you with whatever you may need and will give you ten towels if you feel like you may need one towel for each finger. I have a job where I get off around the same time as check out and that's the same time that everyone is going to lunch so there is always traffic, point is I don't always make it for checkout time, but they don't make me feel like I'm trying to get over on them. The one and only thing that I wish they did was have butter included on the breakfast bar. Thats it. I love this place and would definitely recommend this place as a wonderful place to stay!

No towls the first night with none available. Room key didn't work the second night. Rooms are mediocre at best. Not recommended.

This Hotel is horrible from the front desk to the rooms. Not to mention several times through out our 8 day stay the front desk gave new guest a key to our room to try and get in. Thank God we locked the dead bolt… This happened to other guest as well. The pool and spa was broke the whole time. Traah was costantly being left in the elevator… the maids are rude and don't do a through job. On top of that the hotel is very dirty. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone… Go somewhere else. The front staff is very rude never greeting anyone when they come and go not to mention they are not profosional.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE Horrible staff room service was never there we asked for towels didn't bring them until I went down an said something then they said they will bring them to me it took over 24 hours to bring them charged me $500 because there was some wacky tobacco left out I am using for medical I am handy cap recently got shot in the foot I never smoked in the room I'm trying to talk to the manager an there phone line seems to be there last concern been on hold for over a hour I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN! OH YA I ALSO HAD TO GET A NEW ROOM CARD EVERY Time I went out side to smoke.

Checked in to find the room was overbooked, despite the fact that we made a reservation. It was midnight, so thankfully they found us a room. The room, however, appeared to be under construction — drawers missing 1/2 handles, only one functioning a\c unit, no pillowcases, the glass handle on the closet was broken, drawers badly worn around the edges and no cover for the quilt. Simple amenities such as a book of matches or toothpaste were nowhere to be found. When I asked for matches, the front desk guy laughed and said "we're a no smoking facility". If you're desperate for a room, as we were, you could stay here. However, for the $80 we paid, it was extremely poor value.

Hot tub broken, missing a ton of channels, not enough parking for guests (although, we came during Nocturnal Wonderland) breakfast was oatmeal and small muffins.

When we checked in no towels no tp. Asked. For some never gave us any the house j eeping had attitudes. Like they hate ther jobs.

Checked in and the staff was great at the time. Got to my room 123 and found some bare wires by the AC otherwise the room would of been great. I went back to the front desk and was able to get another room. The next room was smaller but it was still very comfortable. I always inspect bed sheets, pillows, dressers for bed bugs and crabs just in case and there were none. However I found hair on one of my beds bed sheets. Everything was great until 3 days in when we did not get room service. I asked the front desk for trash bags because we didn't get room service and they didn't have any. Was told they would call maintenance to bring some to my room, except they never showed. Called the front desk again, still did not get the bags. Went up to the front desk and they said someone would come by. No one did. My wife went down and asked, still nothing. By the 5th time I left the bags at the front desk and just used no trash bags. Aside from this bad experience I had a good time and the room was very comfortable and pleasing to stay in. Breakfast is severely lacking in selection. Poor Wi-Fi connection to 3rd floor. Couldn't use the internet to work, since the signal kept going out because it was so weak. Would recommend aside from the bad service the one day. Would of gave 4 stars had it not been for the bad service the one day.

Hotel brings in some rather questionable guests but it is by the best bang for you buck. Clean new nice rooms, friendly staff, big shower, comfy bed. Very modern and chic.

DISSAPOINTING! I can't believe I passed up the Aloft that's up the street for this CRAP-HOLE.

We had reservations they said they had cable TV we had 4 days in a suite and we only had a box 1 day the handle in the shower was loose and fell off and never got fixed breakfast was not up to par king bed was to close on one wall the second time we come back three days later also had a res. They did not have towels, wash cloths or soap we had to ask for we were disappointed these res. Were made under Linnie Garrison we will not stay there again.

Stayed here once before, this time was horrendous. At check in, they didn't have the room that I reserved, instead they had a similar one but this one allegedly only had one broken t. V. Try both t. V. 's didn't with, the light in the bathroom was out, the a. C. Was out, the bedspread was dirty, there were holes in the furniture. After I saw a cockroach run across the floor I'd had enough. I went to the front desk and politely asked if I could have a refund, stating the above reasons. The manager very, very rudely told me "ok. You have to call *booking company * because you booked through them" with an extreme *f-off* attitude. I asked her about the $75 hold on my card, she said "it's been released, you can go". Let's to this all off, the reservation had been made to celebrate my wedding anniversary! I am just blown away that anyone claiming to provide customer service can treat customers this way. While my previous stay was fantastic, I will never, ever frequent this hotel again.

Stayed for Valentine's Day weekend and had a lovely time. However, their website needs to be updated. Pool wasn't heated and the ladies working at the front counter told us they only provide a shuttle to the airport (on the website it says it goes to the mall). We had the king suite which was lovely except there was a coffee maker and coffee, but no pot or cups. We had left for a few hours and came back to our bed made which was awesome. They have a lite breakfast provided in the bar from 6-10 every morning consisting of muffins, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal along with a few juices, milk and coffee. The location is awesome, down the street are a lot of places to go eat, it's a 2 minutes drive from the mall.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found the amenities and staff to be unsatisfactory. My room was quoted to have Wi-Fi, a fridge, and a microwave. In reality the room had a small fridge, no Wi-Fi access unless you were in the lobby, and no microwave. The staff was confused when I arrived back in the lobby to ask for towels. I had no idea that a hotel room no longer came with the basic necessity of towels. The hotel states that they have daily bar specials that include appetizers and other food/beverage items but the entire weekend that I was there the bar remained closed. I used the pool only once for fear of how dirty it was. The hot tub was a sickly green color that warned me away from using it. I had multiple other issues while staying here as well. The toilette didn't flush unless you held the lever down for a long time and although the shower head was a nice "rain" type. When they installed it they neglected to use the overhead neck so it sprayed through the shower door flooding the floor of the bathroom. Overall I was less than impressed with my stay and will not return to this hotel and strongly recommend that if you are considering this hotel to find a better option. It wouldn't be hard to find better accommodations.
