Stay at this location frequently when in town for work. Always friendly staff, fast check in and clean, quiet rooms. The breakfast is always awesome. Several restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Panda Inn is right next door and is a must stop. Very pleased with everything and will definitely be staying again when in town.

First off. Staff was excellent and pleasant. The downfall of this place is location and building. It is an old motel and that is apparent as soon as you pull in the lot. Rooms open directly to the outside. No closets just a wall rack. Does include the newer Marriot smart TV. No fitness room. No market with drink and snacks. Location is by a noisy freeway.

This is one of my favorite hint secrets. But, I enjoy it every time we go. The staff is wonderful they greet you as you walk in with a smile and ready to do the job and make sure you get in you room quickly and all with a kindness to their customer. Rooms are always clean walking the hallway smells fresh the outside O never noticed no trash when I pull up. Even, able to grab a cup of coffee anytime that just can help the day along with that pick me up. AC works well, always enough towels in my room and I just love the animal character they have waiting on your bed when you walk into your room. Love it, love it!

Panda Inn Restaurants is the best place to bring your family and friends for dinner, lunch, or any occasion. Best price and good food. If they don't have iit in the list then ask if they cook it for you. We always appreciated if we go eat in Panda Inn, good service too. Thank you Panda Inn.

The service was very good and the rooms were comfortable, with the exception of the hard mattress. The breakfast was also good. Request a high room so you will have a door that faces an internal hallway. The two lower floors have externally facing doors like motel.

The staff was great and this review is not for them but for a Marriott this was by far the worst one yet. The room was small but nice. The worst thing there was that the building was like a motel 6 style for the first and second floors. So our doors were facing out toward the street. It wouldn't have been so bad but our door was facing the freeway! So even though you had dual pane windows you still heard everything. And the bed was really uncomfortable to be honest. I waited a while for this review just to calm down a little from it, but it just really sucked.

Check-in and check-out went smooth and easy. I like to make my own waffles and keep my ice packs against the coils in the back of the fridge.

I've stayed here several times for business in the past year. I always find the place clean and comfortable. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. It is close to the airport and cost effective.

Good clean rooms. Decent breakfast. Some rooms have an exterior entrance. The lobby locks down later at night and requires key card access.

I stay here any time I come to the area for work. They have a nice complimentary breakfast in the morning! Clean rooms, comfortable beds. And now you can sign into Netflix from your TV with no extra charge!

Stayed here several times now. Really nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are nice, location is convenient. Breakfast has always been great. Panda Inn right next door, make sure you check it out. Overall it's been excellent and will definitely stay here again.

I stayed on the third floor in a room with a double bed. All clean breakfast at 6:00 in the morning all good. Clean soap and Shampo shower, Wi-Fi included something slow, refrigerator, microslings and smart TV.

I liked this hotel a lot! The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The property everywhere is clean. Rooms are clean, smell good (which is important to me). We stayed for 2 nights and I liked how they cleaned our room in-between. The complementary breakfast was wonderful! A lot of choices for every taste. The hotel also has heated pool which looks very clean and inviting. The only thing I didn't like about this hotel — is the smell of marijuana at various parts in the evening. Nobody bothered us or something like that but with kids having astma that was still a little concerning. But with cleanness everywhere and very pleasant staff overall the stay was just wonderful!

Room was very clean. Staff was polite, And responded to additional requests, such as extra towels and blankets immediately. My family enjoyed the variety at the included breakfast.

Everything was fine except for, at least 9n the freeway side was very noisy. Our room was only 100 ft from the freeway and felt like we were laying in our bed next to the freeway. I am hard sleeper so I can sleep through anything but my wife on the other hand had difficult time with the noise.

We enjoyed our stay during the Halloween weekend festival. We enjoyed the location, value, and parking choices. Selena helped checked us in early, she was very prompt and had the best personality. I did say I would bring her French Macarons, but she wasn't there the rest of our stay. Thanks for providing our stay at the third floor, we love the interior setting, just like a hotel. Ease of driving off the freeway was convenient to the festival (45 minutes Friday & 25 Saturday) and to Target & chikfila two miles away. Although our stay was almost five stars, the inconvenience of the elevator that needed maintenance is a project they could improve on. Loved the breakfast and our stay! Thanks!

Great location right by Ontario Airport and mall. Good prices, and less than fancy hotel accordingly. Rooms are fine, doors open to outdoors instead of indoor hallways. Friendly staff very welcoming.

Great place to stay. Nice quality. They called after check in to make sure everything was okay. The TV system was much better than other hotels I've stayed at. The continental breakfast was somewhat lacking, could have used some hash browns but that's nitpicking. Beds were soft, fluffly pillows, and 24 he coffee.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and especially enjoyed the free cookies at the front desk. If you happen to get a room facing north toward the I-10 you might get some of that freeway noise. Other than that it was a good place to stay.

I lived my stay. Free brealfast was delicious. There was many different options to choose from. The pool was clean and not full. There is plenty of parking and computers with internet.

Very friendly staff. Was greeted by the front desk as soon as I walked in and offered complimentary drink and snack while I waited. Rooms are very clean. One of the best hotels ive stayed at in quite some time.

It is a very cozy place. The staff is very hospitable and attentive to one's needs. The breakfast was delicious. The room was kept neat. No problem or hassle checking in or out of my reservation.

Pretty typical fare for a Fairfield. Maybe not as modern as most, though. Elevator took forever. But the room was clean, and I have no major complaints.

Service was good. Front desk Stephanie was really helpful. Love the way they respected my privacy… and Wi-Fi signals were solid… not like other fairfields I was at last month…

My family of three enjoyed our stay here very much. Elizabeth at the front desk was great and even called our room to welcome us and make sure everything was fine with the room, which it was. It would have been nice to have a fuller roll of toilet paper when we first arrived but there was an extra supplied as well. The shower pressure was great imo. The sliding door separating the shower and toilet from the rest of the room was a bit heavy to close though. There are more than enough power outlets to charge all your gadgets at the same time. The microwave and mini fridge are sufficient and there's also a small coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and full length ironing board. The free breakfast (from 6am-9am) and seating area were awesome. They had a nice little assortment available including the usual continental type foods as well as scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, sausage patties and oatmeal. You could also make your own blueberry or regular waffle with all the fixings available. It was nice and quiet over the 2 days and nights we were there. It's very close to the Ontario Mills mall, about a 8 minute drive away. There are tons of fast food and restaurants around all within a 10 minute drive. Even though this location is near the airport you don't really hear the airplanes at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Looks like it was converted from a different chain, with outside facing doors. Otherwise it was like your typical Fairfield.

The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. Couldn't hear neighbors.

This place has bed bugs I got bite up and fount them… big hug ones Lil baby ones not a good place… don't go.

Ok let me start by saying that I am a dedicated Marriott Rewards guy. I will almost always choose to stay at any Marriott property for the rewards. But I will not be going back to this one. It was clean, no housekeeping issues at the facility, but the rooms were very basic and it did not have a fitness center. Also after comparing prices to other properties in the area, specifically Hilton, it is just not a fair comparison. This facility is overpriced for its accommodations in my opinion. Also keep in mind the 1st and 2nd floors are open tot he outside without an enclosed hallway. While I felt I just prefer a hotel with enclosed hallways vs open like this one.

Feels more like a Red Roof Inn than a Marriott property. Service isn't as good as a Red Roof though. Then there's the noise. Really debated giving it one star but decided to be generous and give it two. It was close though.

I love this place they always are so energetic to receive you. Great customer service but not a bad place to stay at all. Rooms are average.

Overall the place is ok. Room is decent. However, close to highway, so can hear the noise if you're facing the freeway. Didn't pay attention when reserving. But usually I don't like to stay in hotels that have exposed lobbies/stairs, i. E. Anyone can get to your door. Would agree with the other person, am surprised that this place would be part of Marriott's family.

This Fairfield appears to have been converted from the bones of another motel chain, and it shows. The outside has been spruced up and it's got new carpet/paint/wallpaper, but everywhere the signs of age peek out and the motel-style room layout is horrible. Then there is the noise. Some rooms are — at most — 50 yards from the San Bernadino Freeway; the building shakes as trucks rumble by. There's quite a bit of jet noise as well from the airport. Finally, there are active railroad tracks a block away and several early-morning trains came whistling through. Yes, folks, we're dealing with the rare planes, trains, and automobiles trifecta here. The staff and management there is definitely Marriott quality, they are doing the best they can with the hand they have been dealt. When I got one of the rooms bordering the shoulder of the freeway they found a room on the other side of the hotel, closer to the trains and planes which at least don't come by as often.
