The hotel was great! Complimentary hot breakfast, nice clean rooms, and awesome modern design in the lobby. Service was very friendly and the food was pretty good too. Only stayed for one night but wouldn't mind staying again!

Love the location and amenities. The hotel rooms are quite run down (stayed here 5 years ago, as well) and they smell weird. We actually had to ask for a room change as the first one we checked into smelled heavily of BO. Gross! The second room smelled a bit funny, but not too bothersome. Service is hit or miss at the front desk. The guy who checked us in needed more personality. The second guy, Cedric (I think…), When I asked for a late check out the next morning, was a lot of personable. Overall, I like the all-suite rooms. Good hotel, but rooms need a facelift.

Have really enjoyed staying here! They have a free snack bar in the evenings as well as free breakfast. The entire hotel is kept in pristine condition — All day long I see employees painting, cleaning windows, etc. The beds are insanely comfortable as well! Love my room and how it overlooks the mountains and room service food is delicious. Only things I didn’t like were the $4 soda that came with dinner was maybe 4oz, so a few sips, and wish there was a fan in the bedroom. Lol! I know, first world problems! LOL! They were great! Will definitely be back!

The hotel was in a very convenient location. The service was friendly and professional. Breakfast, parking, and Wi-Fi are included, which is a plus. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. I would definitely stay here again.

As an Embassy rewards member the staff was horrible to my friend and I. My friend is diabetic and brought food with her into the hotel bar area. Juan came up to me and said no outside food. I went and informed my friend after she came back from buying a drink at the bar. The bartender asked if she was a guest as she ordered her drink. Then he kept her. 50 cents change. Does he ask everyone if they are a guest? I don't think so! You don't have to be a guest to order drinks at the bar! We stayed seated because we didn't want to leave her drink and then Christina approached us about no outside food. She wasn't polite from the start. Immediately she said no outside food and when my friend said I just bought a drink and don't want to leave it Christina said then well you can't have food and I am telling my manager. My friend said can I take my drink somewhere else with my food? Christina turned around and left to fetch her manager. We explained to the manager who was very nice and understanding. He is the reason there is one star.

Great place. Easy on/off the 10 freeway. Amazing breakfast!

It's a nice place. Event areas are spacious and accommodating. Parking is good and the drinks are good.

One of the best experiences I have had! Nice, well-appointed rooms, full included cook-to-order breakfast, manager evening reception with snacks/drinks, full bar! Wonderful staff! Very convenient for Ontario Airport and Citizen's Bank Arena.

Very clean hotel. The managers reception is great for free drinks and hors d'oeuvres. The breakfast in the morning is fantastic but make sure you keep an eye on your stuff my nieces purse was stolen and found 10 miles away in a dumpster. The key fob helped locate it.

When as the night desk person for not towels for 6 people in a room he only gave me 3. Asked for more pols towels and we had to wait for a while. The was NO blanket for the couch bed and when we asked they insisted that it was in the closet which it wasn't. The only thing in the closet was 2 pillows. When they brought up blankets it was another sheet.

Very attentive. Excellent place for small conferences. We'll worth considering for business meetings.

I love staying here. The Manager's Happy Hour is the bomb, breakfast is good, and the front desk was very helpful. I can not wait to stay here again.

My father and I have stayed at this hotel for the Grand National Roadster show the past two years and we have loved it every time. Im not someone who often writes online reviews, but one interaction truly turned my experience into one I wanted to share. Ms. Corliss Brown, the wonderful woman working the front desk, put the biggest smile on my face and made me feel like I was staying at a friend's home rather than a hotel. Not only is the hotel absolutely beautiful, the rooms extremely comfortable, the service fantastic, but the staff are the ones who bring it all together. There are free drinks from 5-730pm and the food is great even for someone with a very restricted diet. Not only will I be coming back, but I will be recommending anyone coming to the area to stay here as well.

The lobby and breakfast area have a very nice aesthetic and is clean. They even have a bar and restaurant on the ground level which is convenient. The complimentary breakfast is indeed if there better ones I've experience in my travels with made to order omelets with other various hot items. The staff was very friendly and engaged the guests. The room was spacious and to be expected. However, the shower was in need of repair and looked like it had been worked in multiple times which have the bathroom a junky feel. The pool area was also messy with leftover drinks from the night before, wet paper all over, and always out of towels (which took over an hour to replace once requested). Those are some minor flaws that can be improved upon so don't let it deter your stay here. I would stay here again.

Great rooms and very friendly staff. It is worth mentioning the breakfast service with tortillas made in the act with the ingredients you want. Good free Wi-Fi connection. I spent three days with the family and I would return safe. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. They have a snack (drinks included) in the evenings free for guests. To improve, they have a jacuzzi (the entrance door works with the room key 1 time in 10) with a strong smell of chlorine and very hot water; And not in all the rooms they have bedding and pillows for the sofa bed they have, and you will have to ask for it at the front desk to get it kindly.

The food area staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our largest complaint was about housekeeping. We checked in on Wednesday and noticed popcorn strewn through the halls on the 7th floor as well as garbage on the floor around the receptacle that was located by the ice and vending machines. On Friday morning when it was still there, we informed the front desk. It was finally cleaned later that day. The housekeeping staff obviously rolled their carts over the popcorn and passed spilled trash yet nobody cleaned it. In addition, an employee at some point would pick up dishes that guests left outside their rooms whom also could have notified the appropriate personnel. We didn't request service to our room on Thursday but did on Friday. They did not do a very good job. We had hoped they'd sweep the bathroom floor but didn't. After having spent over three months at various Hilton properties throughout the year, we had sufficient points to use on this stay. We feel our points were wasted in that the property was not as expected. At other properties we've witnessed staff sweeping, mopping and overall tidying throughout the day. Needless to say we were disappointed in the attention to detail of the staff at this location.

Well furnished and functional room. The room was bit dusty and a few dirty drinking glasses. New Hotel only about 6 year old with a high functioning lobby including dinning area and bar. Good central location close close to the airport and Interstate 10. Overall worth the price. I booked this room through a 3rd party booking site but I was informed that they offer discounted rates for certain local business so my advice would be to call and check rates before booking 3rd party.

Highly recommend this hotel. Very clean. Breakfast was great. Perfect place to hold business meeting. The hotel manager even hosts nightly reception in the bar area with free refreshments.

Facility is new and very clean. The bar, restaurant, lobby area are all very spacious. Elevators are quick, rooms are spacious. I worries about noise from the freeway and airport but didn't hear anything. Parking lot is on the small side but I found a space each night. Close to many reataurants and Ontario Mills Mall. I would stay there again.

What a great hotel. Beautiful building. Great, friendly staff. Amenities are spot on. So quiet even though it was a packed weekend and right by the airport. Wish I could stay here everytime I travel.

I go here quite a few times a year. Usually there's some kind of tournament going on in the area so there are usually tons of families on the weekend. Become a Hilton honors member so you receive points toward your stay. (My last two stays were free because of points) less than a mile from the airport. Beautiful views of the mountains.

Amazing customer service! Great made to order omelets. Drinks for 2 hours in the evenings. Very close to the airport with shuttle service.

We had a wonderful experience employees were very polite and respectful. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed the buffet we will definitely be returning.

We had a very pleasant stay. The rooms were very nice and clean. The breakfast was great! The indoor pool was good too.

I usually don't go online and do reviews, but I felt this was a must. I took my 2 girls there just for a day of fun on the pool and shopping. Instead, I got rude employees that didn't want to be bothered apparently. They are racist and choose who they want to serve. As a former manager of a Hilton, I was appalled. Warning: this is not the hotel for you if you are any other race than Caucasian. I will never return to this location again. Terrible. The GM of this hotel really needs have his or her team members take a couple of classes on hospitality and customer service.

VERY friendly and helpful guest. I stayed overnight with my kids and after checking in, I asked them off I could change my room so my kids can see the planes and trains come and go. Long story short, they were VERY eager to help is get the best view. Thank you so much for making our stay PERFECT!

When ever I travel to Ontario I stay at this place. Location is very convenient and I like the suites. Service is always good. Breakfast is included in the price and surprisingly quite good. Coffee can be little better. There is an evening reception on weekdays with beer, wine and light snacks.

Great place, great staff clean rooms. The front desk manager Nevil is the best he is truly a great asset to your company.

My flight was delayed and I was frazzled. I had stayed here before and knew they would help me. Everyone was amazing. Front desk to the shuttle drivers. The room was exceptional. Everything exceeded my expectations.

This was the second seminar I've attended at this location. Both times the room was hot and overcrowded. They use round tables, which makes it difficult to see to the front of the room. I don't t think I will be attending another event here. However, the grounds of the hotel are very nice and there is a BBQ grill available near the pool for hotel guests to use. I do want to stay here to check out what else the venue has to offer. I just wouldn't recommend the venue for large events.

Infiltrated with bugs! Very poor maintenance work! The hotel is in a great location if you want to be close to the airport. Exterior looks fine. Lobby looked great. Decorating nice as well. However, during the three night stay, we experienced bugs on the bed, walking on the counter top in the bath, walking across the pillows when we were in bed, and bugs in the drawers. Painting had been done in the bathroom and paint was slopped on the ceiling, the tiles in the bath, the baseboards in the bath, and on the door hardware. The sliding door was scratched badly and the door casing gouged and without paint in areas. Light fixture installed crooked as well. Overall, really unprofessional maintenance. We stay in a BW when traveling with our small dog. We have stayed in a number of BW without issue but this location was the exception. I would not recommend this location at this time.

Great service by the staff, however if you need Wi-Fi, don't come here as it is not strong OR consistent. Bathroom was disgusting, and the clocks were not set reflecting standard time. Service does not make up for these issues, so I checked out 3 days early and found another hotel.

Our family loves staying here, and it's the only place we stay when we're in the L. A. Area. For what you pay for a small room at other hotels, you can get a suite for the same price. The rooms have always been clean, very spacious. The suites have a front room with a pullout/hide-a-bed couch, kitchenette, king size bed, tiled bathroom with a Jacuzzi. This place is well worth the price. They even include a complimentary alcoholic drink per adult per day, and serve a complimentary breakfast. They are pet friendly, too! They are near food, though they seem to be in a dead zone for pizza delivery — it took us a while, but we did find one eventually. It's also waking distance to Ontario Mills mall. Highly recommend this place!
