Good place to stop by and get your room food is good rooms per very nice and comfortable.

How does this place even have a star if I could give it negative starts I would give a — 4 starts. Asked for a not smoking room, and got one for smoking. Walls were dirty, the floor was dirty, door was dirty, there were holes in the wall and the room smelled horrible. People living out in the parking lot in the back. And to top it all off our sheets has blood stains! I wouldn't never even get near this place again alot of shady people would not recommend.

The office staff is very helpfull (and not too hard on the eyes either if you know what I mean) Anyway, the rooms were clean. The place was quiet. The staff very helpfull. The only part that I don't like I'd the paying the bill. $80 a night round about. When did hotels become damn expensive!?!

Easily access from the fwy, right across from the restaurant that I like. Very nice new room with tile wooden floor. Beautiful pool.

Dont stay unless u r homeless! Day receptionist is rude asian night guy is very nice. It is for poor people. Loud banging at night and people hanging around. Felt unsafe for family but too late to cancel. I cried I felt it was so unsafe. I thought it was ok because of review rating but I was wrong.

Check in time was 2p, we got there at 230p and they didnt let us check in. They said a room wasnt ready. And the breakfast was a joke. All they had was breads. Waffles bagels and toast. But ran out of bagels before 7am. Coffee was awful and the waffles taste like pure baking soda. Checking in there crackheads behind the building and 2 cops there the next morning when we checked out. The rooms smelt like cigarettes when we were told we got a non smoking room. I dont recommend to anyone.

My bf and I spend the night there and it was a terrible experience I feel like it was pricey and not worth what we payed. As soon as we got in it dead ass smelled like cigarettes and by the bed something smelled dead like sour it was just bad. I wouldn’t recommend this place so anyone.

DONT DO IT! Unless you like cholos, drug addicts, drug dealers, and prostitutes. I think the people leaving positive reviews of this hotel do.

Management was great! The place is kept up and worth every dollar. I slept as if I were home.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast they offer was good. Of course you could tell it isn't a new building however, it was clear to me that they have construction workers remodeling rooms, someone was working on the grounds outside. It was a pleasant stay. Really peaceful and quiet. Lots of close shopping. I would stay there again.

Ontario PD shell I say aren't very polite until after the fact that they have pushed through some one who was minding there own business working on a costumers altanater problem. The fact is I don't know why some one else ran from an undercover cop car and then came back over to my costumers truck as if we had some thing to do with whatever the person ran for. Needless to say I had a bad day.

Not impressed at all. Mold all over shows and ceiling above tub/shower. Terrible Wi-Fi, tiny 28 inch tv. Worst continental breakfast ever… waffles were disgusting. Beds are very old and have deep impressions. Wake up calls only came through one morning out of 4. I'll never stay here again.

Very nice staff. Easy check in. Free breakfast from 6am to 9am. They also have laundry facilities.

Was clean and quiet. Nice pool. Saw police regularly patrolling which felt safe. Close to everything! I would totally stay here again.

Worst experience I've had… rooms look under construction… while at the continental breakfast myself and my kids were told only we could eat if my wife wanted to eat we had to pay 10 dollars… because we only pit one adult on the booking… unfriendly and very petty staff and policies… we asked for a refund and booked another room… if no stars was a option id chose it… do not book this hotel there are cheaper better ones in Ontario! $10 dollars for this breakfast is a rip off… how elsewhere! Walls are cracking and exposed…

Country Inn in Ontario CA. Is a nice respectable place to enjoy a night. Located near many restaurants and lots of shopping choices so it's never a dull moment. The breakfast they offer with the room is a delicious treat. When I come I to town my choice is always Country Inn.

Really good place to bunk down for the night. Used to work here and the clerks are always willing to work with you and help you with any questions you may have. Shout out to Jose for being so helpful with my many annoying questions! I highly suggest this place!

Bad customer service, lots of sketchy people, very busy and loud location. Will not recommend people to stay at the Country Inn. No bueno.

Pretty run down for paying 116 a night for a jacuzzi room… Which also the jets didn't work on. I wouldn't recommend wasting the extra money on it. Small and needs updating. Maybe if you're getting a room for the 59.99 they advertise.

Don't do it. Rates are jacked in Ontario. I don't understand it. This place was the most affordable. It wasn't worth it. Pay the extra money.

Filthy rooms, walls and carpet dirty and stained. Free breakfast average. Nice pillows and firm mattress.

This place has the best prices around! Way nicer rooms than the larger hotel chains and no weekend price gouging. Very impressed.

Nice hotel. Good room service. Room was clean. We had loud neighbors, so it wasn't perfect, but nice.

The place is not the steal I thought it was. The microwave didn't even work. He wiggles it and even after the light comes on it still didn't work. When you pulled back the bed you noticed they didn't even clean the sheets. Smh had to call the front desk several times. To top it off we lay down only to look up and notice mold all along the roof. It was horrible. No Wi-Fi and no cable channels it was the worst hotel experience I ever had. I've followed up with them twice and they didn't even have the courtesy to respond to my calls. It's not worth the money period. Don't get sick. Just pick another hotel. It's simple.

Nice clean room and enjoyed breakfast they give waffle and cereal and bagels and coffee nice servie clek jose the best hes funny and nice they have church services also.

Very good service and great discretion I love its sober rooms familiar to-do I the vecito followed by why Grace's work by his hospitalised.

Nice spacious room with fridge and microwave. Quiet property. Cozy layout, ample parking, good water pressure in the shower (even on the 2nd floor) and comfortable beds with plenty of pillows. The only complaints I have are the Wi-Fi did not work and they offer a coffee maker in the room but no coffee or cream/sugar! Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back again.

Extremely deplorable. While the only female staff member was a bit snappy, after a while you can see why! The staff is most defendantly overwhelmed with substandard work conditions and employers who obviously have no respect for her or any other Americans. Breakfast was a terrible horrible joke!. Can u say cheap liar? Wow pack you're own breakfast, lunch& dinner. Its a waste of time coming down for breakfast only to "Be disrespected in the most obsquire wwa. I will never stay here again and would most defiantly not recommend any person in their Right mind to stay in this aweful place. Not even on a bet would I stay. " A word to the wise check out the properties physically so you can see where your money is going ".

Very unprofessional… We made reservation online, we get here then they tell you sorry the reservation didn't go through. This hotel sucks! Do not come here…

We were in between houses moving and paying double rent so this was TOTALLY affordable for us to stay 3 nights! What was important to me had met my expectations: *Clean*, AC/heat works, water pressure and shower head are nice/tall, TV was clear and had a lot of channels (found the cartoons! ), decor wasn't bad, waffles/English muffins/cereal fresh, coffee and orange juice machine were clean and working. The elderly Asian couple were adorably accomodating with breakfast as I had my hands full with an infant and preschooler while my husband moved us. They made it memorable for my son and I because they were so sweet and doting! Sure it has it's short comings: Wi-Fi signal was too weak to connect the tablet, mini-fridge froze the drink my son put in it (so my husband resourcefully used ice in a trash bin for a couple beers) and sadly the low price has a few trashy characters around (to be expected and explains the need to check meal tickets). I'm glad we stayed there, made the best of it, and saved a few bucks. It pleased me to find a book of Buddhist sayings in the bedside table (I'm an open minded Christian mom always trying to find peace and postivity! ).
