Very nice and friendly staff.

We called a little before an hour before our 3:00pm check-in time. Upon our arrival at 4:00pm our rooms were still not available (because they were not yet clean. ) We also asked for our three rooms to be together when we booked and again during the phone call which also was not done. The woman, Emilliar, who did not have on any kind of name tag and was dressed in just regular clothes was very rude and seemed aggravated and couldn’t help solve any problems, not for just us but also other patrons of the hotel as well. We sat waiting for so long that we missed our chance to go to Disneyland on our arranged date of Saturday which we came in from out of state for a 3 year old girl’s birthday and her very 1st time to Disneyland. We had to make arrangements to go to Disneyland tomorrow, Sunday which will require us to stay another added night here in California. Once we were finally able to enter all 3 rooms (206, 207 & 208) they all had a musty, mildew, smokey smell to them to top it all off and did I mention the ants in the bathroom #206…

It is nice and close to the convention center and also close to a very good restaurant that we (5 women) liked also. We will be staying again I am sure.

Room is VERY NICE and extremely clean.

The room was spacious and bed comfortable, close to shops for anything you need. Great location.

There “free” internet is the worst internet I’ve ever experienced, fortunately I don’t have a ton of work due, I see why the offered a discounted rate.

I stayed there for 2 weeks for work. I travel a lot for work. The place is clean and the staff where great! It's the best hotel I have stayed at for the price. If you are in Ontario California and need a place to stay I would highly recommend this place!

The hotel was overall clean. The only reason they got a 4 star was the mirror in my room was not fully cleaned, as in, after I shower you can see words written on the mirror that’s located towards the top end of the mirror. I called them twice to let them know about this and was never cleaned. Otherwise, it’s a good spot to stay if you’re in Ontario for a couple nights.

Hey now this place was pretty good. We stayed on the 3rd level and it's was pretty clean. The rooms were large and clean minus the carpets. They definitely needed a shampooing. Pool was small but refreshing. Jacuzzi was nice. Breakfast was plentful with waffles, biscuits and gravy, eggs and crosants, coffee, orange juice. Good parking even with a trailer. Rooms had mini fridge and microwave.

Every time I travel I get really nervous about where we are staying and the potential for ending up in a dirty or unsafe hotel, so I do as much research as I can before hand. We stayed here in June 2018 for a trip to Universal Studios. It was only about a 45 minute drive to Universal from the hotel, but was well worth it as where we used to stay, even though closer, was not in a good area, way over priced, and not as clean as this hotel. Comfort Suites Ontario met our expectations and the staff was very friendly. They were also able to accommodate a request I had for traveling with my autistic son, and actually had a really good suggestion when he wandered off at one point. (Can't believe I never thought of it before, but a front desk member who was on top of her game suggested that I give them a photo of my son to share with staff so that if anyone were to see him wandering they would know exactly who to alert — — he is 14 and almost 6ft, so most people see him and assume he is just another teen doing his own thing. ) I definitely recommend this place and would stay here again if ever back in the area!

Very nice hotel. The rooms were very spacious and also very clean. They have an outdoor pool and a little indoor gym. They also offer a Continental breakfast with waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits, and a lot more. Overall, it it's a very nice hotel and it is located right next to the airport, so I would definitely stay again.

Stayed here this week Great breakfast, nice rooms, clean jacuzzi, and pool. Conveniently located near restaurants and airport. Staff is courteous and respectful. Overall a great experience.

I loved this place! Amazing service and the jacuzzi/pool were the best. I definitely will be returning back to this location.

The only problem is that the safety bar in the shower was on the front wall, on the right side of the shower plumbing. It should be in the middle on the side wall of the shower easily accessible if you start to slip. The tub floor strips were worn off. I asked for a mat for the tub floor and they brought one to me. Food was great! Customer Service great! They do need more single tables to sit to eat as I was by myself on this trip. Would I return? YEP!

Clean room and attentive staff. They have a free Uber service to the airport. Hot breakfast was good.

Stay here every time we come down from Ventura for the NHRA races. Great staff and great rooms. Several restaurants nearby and very close to the racetrack. If you need to be in the Ontario area give it a try.

We stayed in a handicap room and it was wonderful! The staff was very accommodating and found us a shower stool and the room was very spacious! We will definitely stay here again.

BUG IN BATHROOM! Stayed for one night this past week and sad to say that I did not have too pleasant of a stay. I saw a bug crawling around the bathroom, which resembled a “pincher” bug, at best! (dare I say what it resembled, at the very worst?! ) Also, bathtub drain was plugged with drain stopper and filled with some water. I had to reach into the water and unplug the drain! Ew! I had really high hopes for this place given the previous reviews, but will not be returning : (

Greatest experience! Staff was exceptionally accommodating to my needs during my stay. Joshua provided the best customer service the morning I had to catch an early flight and I was so grateful! I will definitely be returning again.

I was visiting my relatives & I was surprised with the room, it had a refrigerator & a nice comfortable couch inside I was surprised it was in a room that had more then expected… if it had a microwave it be better but either than that no complaints great & helpful staff I'd recommend going here.

We are very pleased with the place. We will for sure stay here again when we are in town. Only 4 star because our room was a little dusty.

We always have a good stay here. Rooms at every clean. Beds are comfortable. Restrooms are real clean. Breakfast is always good. PLENTY of food. And we enjoy the staff.

The beds were comfy. The hot tub was great! The rooms were clean and smelled good. The breakfast was actually good. I will definitely be staying again.

My family and I stayed at this hotel and during our stay we lost our documents and asked that our credit cards to expressed to our room. However we had to fly out and the manager called and threatened to deliver our mails to the cops and press charges against us. She claimed that it was "her" property and she did not want us on "her" property. If you are black do not go to this hotel they will put you in the room in the farthest back and charge you higher prices than everybody, send up the fee daily and talk down to your kids if they ask for a cookie or ask to use the computer. Stay away from this place. M warning you. I have everything recorded.

Definitely not bad. Nothing really to complain about but nothing really to praise in particular. The breakfast is pretty small but at least the staff was friendly.

This place is nice. One of the nicest Comforts I've been to and I've been to a lot. Would definitely go back.

For an affordable hotel this place shows all the amenities of the bigger names while keeping the budget low. Friendly staff and clean. Recommend it if you're in the area.

I need to start by saying that Joshua who was working the front desk the night we checked in was absolutely amazing! My family and I were in town to attend my father's funeral. When Joshua found out about my father's passing he did everything in his power to make our stay wonderful. Joshua is a super star and I hope comfort inn realizes what a gem they have in him. Aside from Joshua, the room was very nice. The beds and pillows were super comfy and the breakfast was on of the best I've had at a hotel. The waffle iron was a huge hit with my kids! All in all, we had an incredible time here and will definitely return and recommend thks place to everyone we know. Especially as long as Joshua is there.

Clean rooms, friendly greetings at the front desk all the time and pretty good breakfast every morning. Can't ask for anything more for my 5 night stay for some training I was there for nearby. Recommend this for business trips or even pleasure.

Very clean, free great breakfast and very friendly and helpful employees… we got to experience great hospitality and help from Erica at the front desk. She's a great asset.

Nice place. Buffet breakfast good but Marriott has fresh eggs not far away.

We had a great stay at the Comfort Suites Ontario employees were great we were able to check in early with no problem everybody was so friendly rooms were clean.

I love being able to do my clothes at any time of the night as I am a night owl and I work swing shift. The antonym of these were great parking is wonderful but the beer didn't taste too good.

Nice room, friendly staff, breakfast in the morning wasn't stellar but it's free so why would anyone complain? Overall great experience. Would return.

This is a great place to stay if you need something somewhat cheap for a night or two. The employees were all very friendly and accommodating, even at 4 in the morning when we checked in. The rooms are pretty spacious and it was nice having a mini fridge. I thought the room/ bathroom could have been a little cleaner, but the water pressure was fantastic. All in all, I don't know if this would be my first choice for a place to stay, but it was the most reasonably priced for what we were getting.

My wife and I are both very satisfied with our experience at Comfort Suites Ontario Convention Center. The staff was very courteous and helpful, especially during the check-in process. The amenities included in our room were exactly what we needed and the room itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We have absolutely no complaints about our stay and we've already decided that we'll book there on our next trip to California.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They made an excellent suggestion for a local restaurant dinner.
Our room was a good size and really comfortable. My husband made the reservation for me and I told him, in the future this is the only place I want to stay the night before I leave Ontario to return home. The airport is 2 minutes away.

Nice hotel. If you need to sleep on Sunday during the day ask for a room far away from the Church. They have a band and are very loud.

People were friendly, our king suite was great, clean & fresh smelling, complimentary breakfast was better than we have had at other hotels & this one is right around the corner from us. Their sausage gravy was great! We'll be back on our little get a ways.

The gym seriously has 3 dumbbells. There is some weird stains on the curtains that looks like blood. The room smells. The air conditioner doesn't work all the time. The hot tub looked dirty. The breakfast wasn't good.

Very nice hotel, the handicap ammineties were great except that the pull out couch extends right into the middle of the walk way.

Rooms are very nice, area is pleasant as well, with close proximity to several restaurants. However, there were a number of small issues — the main light was burnt out, bathroom lock partially broken, and front desk said there was no available maintenance. Lady at the front was also very busy. Walls also seem to be thin. Altogether a pleasant enough place close to the ontario airport for an overnight stay.

Location is nice and easy to find. Room was decently clean… Found items like a sock under the sofa. They were very nice about everything else!

Stayed for only two nights but loved it here. The bed was beyond comfortable, and the breakfasts were delicious! I wish I can come back soon.

Rooms were clean and updated for the most part… Restroom was clean and nice. Customer service was amazing friendly and fast. The price was a steal for a Friday night ($85) that's after tax. Had a guest on the sofa bed and they said that the sofa bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast was even decent. If you don't like that right next to hotel is a restaurant and also a jack n the box… I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Probably the nicest comfort suites I've stayed at! Great room and free cookies! Only downside was having a random person walk into my room at 6am.

The place was near Highway 10 and there was enough space in the parking lot. The room was comfortable and clean. I would have liked that they serve breakfast daily until 11.

The room was spacious, clean, bathroom was clean and well stocked. The bed was soft and extremely comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to a friend/family.

I only stayed at the hotel for one night. The bed was very comfortable and they have big screen TV in the room so that I can watch a brand new episode of South Park live. Mr. Leo explained everything to me when he checked me in, hence I ordered take out from a nearby restaurant according to his instructions. There is a microwave oven in the room but I didn't use. Wifi is functional and there are a few hot plates available for breakfast. The only downside was that it appears that the couple staying at the room next to me were having coitus at 11:00 PM. Very noisy!

Although staff can sometimes act as if they're doing you a favor, overall the place is worth the stay. Management has always been helpful.

Wonderful Staff and accommodations!

I am absolutely appalled at the front desk employees at this hotel and I will never stay here again We checked in after a long day of traveling at 8 pm. In our party were our two young sons, myself, my husband and my mother. We had reserved two rooms months ago using expedia. When we told the front desk employee we had two rooms, she looked up my name and told us we only had one. We showed her the paperwork with the confirmation numbers and again stated we had two rooms. She disagreed and said there was only one and of course, there were no other rooms for the night. She told us Expedia must have made some mistake. This woman did not look at our paperwork, nor did she do any type of investigating into the situation. We spend a very uncomfortable night in a room meant for two people that had to accommodate five. In the morning, we called expedia and explained the situation. They communicated with the hotel and lo and behold, we did have two rooms. They were both booked under my name, but the second was also under my mother's name. The hotel is now saying that we messed up the check in and we are still responsible for the payment of the room we didn't stay in. The front desk employee, when asked, lied through her teeth and said she asked if it was booked under a different name. If she had taken two seconds to look at the paperwork, she would have seen the two rooms. Now we are fighting the charge. So much for the customer's always right. The place should be ashamed.

Asked for a cash deposit and I provided, they failed to return it in the morning and failed to mail it as the manager promised. I'm a member of comfort suits and you receive the worst review from me.

Outstanding comfort suites. Way above average in all areas. Very comfortable and modern, decent location, decent parking, and quiet rooms.

The room is great. Beds are comfortable and lots of pillows. I don't understand why there's no flatware and plates for in room dining. But yet there's a wet bar and no bottle opener. For a "green" hotel, the maids took our linens that we hung back up to reuse. Didn't replace the washcloths, shampoo, coffee packet, and cups. Still have two more nights to go.

Place was way better then expected. Pam at the front desk was very friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and very inviting. I do wish there was a slightly more sound proofing. But I will be coming back.

We stayed for 4 days and this hotel made my vacation better. Clean all around. Loved the pool and jacuzzi area. Rooms spacious, great views too! The parking areas feel safe. Professional, courteous and friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast covered all basic food groups, and certain items were changed daily. Coffee/tea station open 24-7. Restaurants within walking distance are Jack in the Box, Starbucks. Two gas stations close by. In and Out 3 minutes away driving. If I go back to SoCal, i'll definitely be staying here again. Overall great hotel, and great value, what more could you ask for.

I am a young professional and I have stayed in numerous hotels from the Hampton Inn to the Waldorf Astoria and have never had such a nightmare of an experience. The manager, Joan, is a complete witch! She kicked my friend out of the hotel because she believes having two people stay in a suite that sleeps 4 when you make the reservation under one person's name is unacceptable, not even for an extra fee. Customer service is king in the hospitality industry and you should not pay to be treated poorly. Not recommended.
