Bad service, ruined my families vacation, don't go here people choose somewhere else better.

Booked a room in Feb/2018 for two queen beds. Got the room and the toilet seat was too small for the toilet and it smelled like curry throughout the whole motel. They have the worst customer service. Front desk needs to learn manners and how to treat their customers if they are in this type of business. Ended up canceling room with an understanding of a cancellation fee. Still have not received my refund and the old man at the front desk calls my personal cell telling me to contact my husband for a refund since he already refund our card even though it's the same card. Don't go there unless you want to deal with the worst customer service. It doesn't even deserve one star!

Run down. Shot out bed bugs roaches. The manager is rude "bob" he would rather rent to hooker then people in ontario. Turns people away daily. But has room called the quickys for whores to come fuck there tricks. Put all the clean white towels sheets and bedspreads in those room and the other rooms get all the dings stained shit. He don't supply the maid with no kind of cleaning good. Laundry soap not even bleach she's bye it out her pocket. He knows there bed bugs and that against the law to rent those room the health dept. Would close it down. You can sue them for that. There's mold all up in there kids are getting sick. Be very careful. He treats his employer the maid with slave labor she works 7 days a week never gets a day off. And she pays for her room out of pocket no discount … and let's her take on all the blame for the disgusting shape they have that place. She dose what she can with what they give her she cleans all the rooms and dose all the washing of the hole motel. With know help. That two is against the law. While he sits back and laughs cause he still makes his money he don't care he ain't from this country. They hate Americans. And shows it too. Please help call the city and get this place closed or clean up. It a straight embarrement. And inhuman to rent those room out like that sit on the and within 15 minutes you'll see or have a bed bug on you. No joke the only joke here is on us the proud residents of ontario. Drugs. Whoreing. And unstable living.

I am sick and tired of this place. We are gathering the needed paperwork to have this place cited by the city. They allow people to live on the premises, drug addicts and the sort. I've had to call the police numerous times because they wander to our home and frighten my family, my children. They break into our cars and I am constantly seeing a drug deal happen in their rooms. The owners are shameful people who should be evicted by the city and this horrible monstrosity of a motel demolished. As we speak petitions are being signed and lawyers are being consulted. DO NOT give these people your patronage.

The location of the hotel is great because it is close to stores, the rooms are nice and clean, the owner is very nice.

Bed bugs. I witnessed them crawling all over the bed and pillows. Took pictures and went down to confront the guy at the night window, he didn't apologize or anything just took back the key and remote and left… it was midnight, and I ended up sleeping in my car. Don't waste your money on this place.

This place was HORRIBLE I do not recommend for anyone to go there. The place looked nice when we found it on Expedia but when we got there we noticed the bed was as hard as a rock the pillows were flat and hard and after looking in the pillowcase we noticed they were sofa cushions not pillows. We could not use the phone in the room to call the front desk I tried picking it up to see if it was working and the phone was silent no dial tone so I had to use my personal cellphone to call the front desk. After using my own cellphone to call the front desk the hotel room phone rang but when I picked it up no one answered and the phone was still silent. There was no cleaning service at all, so the towels that were in the room when we got there were the only towels we had to use. The bathroom door wouldn't close completely to allow for privacy and we couldn't open the curtain to the room without having no privacy. The closet was tiny and there were stains on the ceiling and bed sheet. When we tried to get in the pool we noticed the gate had a lock and couldn't get in. The closet door was peeling and the bathroom window had to screen on it.

This place was covered in fluids if you know what I mean. Beds were gross the bathroom looked better than the entire room and it still had mold.

The location is quiet and across the street from a diner, the rooms are for the most part nice and clean, the air conditioner blows nice cold air, comes with a newer flat screen television and not one of those old a** relic televisions, has a pool, not far from Ontario airport on Euclid ave.

First they should demolish that peace of {derogation} peace of sh&^ hotel and the owner for being a liar, I requested for a non-smoking room, but instead got a smoking room because he thought I was a smoker… those are his words to me. Then when I got my peace of sh%^ room, The sheets and the pillows had burn marks, the walls were dirty and had holes in them. The bathroom was nasty, For all this he charged me $70 bucks and had to pay for my ice and the ice bucket didn't have a plastic bag cover. This is a place that sees you as a thief, smoker and mother f%^& and not as a customer. So if you want to be treated like crap, please come to the THE GREAT 'OL AMERICAN INN.

This the worst motel I have ever been to, I didn't book it myself, my requires me to travel and this fit the company's budget, had I known, I would paid out of my own pocket and would of felt safer, I had to drag all y belongings into the room even my phone charger, it was infested with drug users and dealers, the place should be "red tagged" and shut down.
