Trying to sleep, but music blarring from parking lot, and want to yell out window, but with the 10 or 20 gang members down there I choose no thanks.
Hope my car is still here in the morning!

Check in was quick, assigned to a room then the clerk upgraded the room to a suite! very clean and quiet even though it was on the street side of the hotel. Breakfast was early!
Great places to shop if you like. There are 3 different banks close by, plus a really nice donut shop (Fresh Donut) for those early mornings, and the coffee there was wonderful. All in all it's a great location, lovely hotel, we will definitely stay again next year.

Always super clean, best beds, most if all love that linen is cleaned by same company an not by other that mix in hotel, with hospital linen.

Average budget motel but they let you bring your pets which makes it good for dog owners. Small rooms and breakfast area. Indoor pool. Right off the 60 near the 215.

Good place to stay. They treated us like royalty. I appreciate that they are pet friendly as well. Breakfast isn't very good the powdered eggs were a bust. But otherwise I like this place.

Great room, very comfortable bed and clean bathroom, shower head was the best! Hot water get very hot and is very relaxing. Only thing is if your in room 201 expect too hear a bunch of noise coming from the room used by staff, it might be a boiler room or wash room so it can. Get pretty loud while your sleeping tskeing a short nap or watching TV. And the AC is a bit loud, so turn the volume up a bit, so you don't miss a work from your movie or TV show ur watching. Other then that, enjoy your relaxing time and love the opportunity too swim in the pool and eat a good breakfast when you wake up refreshed. Make sure you get some bacon, it goes really fast! If you like too have breakfast at a table, I would recommend going down too the dining area Early or near shut down time as there are not enough tables too fit a bunch of breakfast eater's. I took mine up too my room, as I couldn't get a chair and I couldn't stand and eat my food at the same time. Best of traveling too those coming and. Going too Moreno valley! I miss the area already, but I had too come back too Lancaster county PA unfortunately.

2 bed room was clean and spacious for 3 adults and one infant. Staff was very nice. Continental breakfast tasted fine.

Great rooms, continental breakfast have many good options. The bathroom door opens at an angle that doesn't make sense and gets in the way. Our ironing board wouldn't close and we had to ask for help multiple times before someone came. Overall, a good place to stay.

I'm very very disappointed in the service that this motel has provided. I got very sick off the food that there employee by the name of Christina who does not carry a valid California food handlers card while preparing food on the job site. I asked to speak with the owner to let him know about the bad service being provided by this employee and was told "no I won't call him for you". I'm quite disgusted with this whole place of business. I suggest no one eat at this motel before verifying that all food is safe to eat.

Please have your front desk staff take customer service classes! especially Terry the frond desk clerk who worked today! The hotel is nice but my experience with her was poor.

Veey nice rooms, fairly clean, good service and good location.

Simply there to meet up with someone. I was only inside for a few minutes and it looked very nice and clean.

No complaints. Very minor issues. Small/intimate location with 59 rooms. Great continental breakfast.

Breakfast was good, friendly staff. Clean rooms, comfy beds. Nice showers. Updated rooms, big TVs. Really great overall! Awesome locale, close to lots of restaurants. Had an excellent stay!

4 1/2 Stars Yes, I would stay there again. Business Decision vs Accommodation: sofa furniture for $50/avg. $180 a night — Carpet worn During the weekend of the music festival be wise and book early online if you are coming into town for regular business. The young handsome man, Keith, was very poised when potential customers, like myself came into ask for availability. He had 1 room left and it was a suite. Although, it is the Hotel Management to upcharge during a Prime weekend, try not to overdo the rates. My reasons for this comment is the suite furniture was worn. There were several tears in the sofa and needed a good steam cleaning or better yet. SELL the sofa furniture for $50 to the neighborhood residents or donate it. Please replace the sofas. Avg. $180 a night would completely justify the rate. The bathroom was very very clean, KUDOS to cleaning crew. The hotel views are to be expected — highway, but the nice breeze from the window made it GREAT sleeping. I LOVE the hotel invested in great size flat screens 55 or 60 inch — Breakfast was a Great —

Best stay at a la Quinta I've had. The room was very clean the hotel is centerly located and I young lady who checked me in was friendly professional and top notch.

Great place to stay. Staff friendly and accommodating. Breakfast could be better but is sufficient. Close to malls and restaurants.

It was a nice place to stay. Very quiet even though it was right next to the freeway. Staff was friendly and the room was clean.

I stayed here recently with my family for a week and there is five of us and we had a double queen room. The room was very clean and I had a fridge and microwave as well which is standard with their rooms. Ana, Christina, and Crystal were beyond amazing and I look forward to bringing my family back. I would of like to have a little more variety for my waffle besides syrup but the bk is cool.

Beds are comfortable. But I gave it a 3 star because we have stayed at other La Quinta's that had much bigger rooms and 2 queen beds and not just a king for a lot less. I think charging $160 a night is wrong when the other La Quinta's were only $99. The staff was great. The remote for the TV was not working well and they had batteries right up. The other thing I didn't like was not having an ice machine on our floor. If we are going to pay that much then it should not be an inconvenience to get ice.

Good location near the free way. Very limited parking and the room was complete but shabby. Clean enough inside. Included breakfast was pretty weak. Had bacon and some cereal & milk. Rest was… poor.

The room was well-made and tidy. Breakfast is a little sparse, but nice. Recommended stay.

The rooms are great, Very spacious and clean. Entrance is really nice and upscale looking. As I travel for work I stay at many different hotels such as marriot, best western etc. La Quinta is by far the hotel that I like the most of all the ones I have stayed. I definitely recommend La Quinta to anybody looking for a clean, comfortable and nicely maintained place to stay while away from home.

Drug deal going on in back parking lot. Dryer doesn't dry clothing and employees do not speak to you. Juice was warm. Alerted staff two days in a row. If you stay here guard all belongings.

Pet friendly, check in very friendly. Carpets were a little gross. Sheets weren't comfortable. Several vagrants in parking lot… one looking menacing swinging a metal pole, kinda scary.

I'm a government employee who's company paid a pretty penny for my family and our dogs to stay at this establishment for a few weeks before our home was ready for us to move in. We've always stayed in LQ Hotels everywhere the Military and Govt. Job has sent us and always enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately this location in Moreno Valley has a few issues. First and foremost, I have had to personally tell the front desk staff numerous times that there was a homeless woman attempting to get into the cars in the back parking lot and that there are people trying to get into the back of the hotel without room keys. The first time our room was cleaned we came back to our door being left open after been gone for a few hours, luckily none of our items were taken and our dogs were still in the room. There isn't anywhere for dogs to utilize the restroom. There aren't even doggy bags or a specific place to dispose of your dog's waste. The parking lot is always full and most of the cars are other local business's over flow or people from the area who are hanging out with their friends in the parking lot. As a paying hotel guest I would suggest parking passes or something like that to ensure there is adequate parking for patrons. I spoke to the staff who informed me there are 59 spaces and 59 rooms. My family came with two cars as many families do, this is a huge issue and we were told to park two stores over which I didn't feel comfortable doing but had no other option.

Great location. Great breakfast selection. Nice and friendly staff. Very accessible to restaurants, shopping centers, etc. Room was clean and decent.

The hotel still had reservations available even though the site said they were booked so please make sure to call the front desk. This is our preferred chain and we stay often enough to be part of the top tier so we do value their brand. However, this hotel wss unable to accommodate for this visit because we only had cash to pay. This was an emergency stay due to car breaking down in dangerous heat with our pets. Despite being unable to process our stay, they were super kind enough to let us stay in the lobby until we were able to make other arrangements. That kindness may have actually saved our lives and our pets given the temp at the time was well over 105 in most of the area. Thank you. The hotel space is lovely and clean. The other guests looked very satisfied. The staff was very courteous and helpful to us. Would recommend and would visit again if the opportunity shows up!

Horrible customer service! Our insurance company sent us there while our home was being repaired… We were out of town for an event and did not show up at the hotel for a night, but didn't worry since the insurance company prepaid for the week. We get to the hotel late the next evening and they booked our rooms to other customers because they said we abandoned the rooms! They were already paid for! Who does that? I showed up with an I'll 4 year old and the other children on the way… we had no place to go. They wereally rude and could not explain why this was done. Not to mention that our chargers let in the room were just gone… no one could tell us were 2 $30 chargers went to. Horrible horrible that's all I can say… never ever will I stay at any of their facilities again!

The white lady from the front deck is racist. She never talked to us as a guest she ignored us as we walked in she didn't even say hi to us. She didn't even tell us what time breakfast was or what time breakfast ended I payed for staying here I should at least know what time breakfast is. Only stayed here cause the charged me first on my credit card in advance they didn't give me the opportunity to see how the Service was here.

This place is a good place to relax. Good staff. Professional. Clean rooms nd bathrooms. Decent breakfast. They treated us very well.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and their breakfast is delicious! Loved the fresh Belgium waffles. The rooms are equipped with all amenities. Would love to return.

It was convenient as location and the Beds are comfortable! Second stay at this hotel and will stay a third time if needed in the future! Awesome stay and the all you can eat breakfast buffet is really good too!

The location is great. It's near plenty of restaurants whether it's fast food or dine in. It's also conveniently right next to a shell gas station so I do not have to drive far to fill up before hitting the freeway which is immediately around the corner of the hotel and gas station. However, it is pretty close to the intersection so midday traffic may make it slightly difficult to enter or leave the driveway sometimes. All in all, the service is great, the rooms are clean, and it is very conveniently located near other businesses.

Average stay. You get what tog paid for. Not complaining. I paid $89 per night and received an average room with continental breakfast. Area isn't great. It's a place to stay if you don't have needs food luxury. Staff was attentive and pleasant. Pool is indoor but super small.

Definitely great rooms, and the decor itself is good enough for me! Really great unique furniture all around the lobby and in the rooms make it a special place to stay.

Best hotel in Moreno Valley. A true "continental" breakfast, very clean, NO SMOKING. Just be aware of your surrounding when you leave the hotel. You are in Mo Val.

Was great. Brought my family out from arizona and stayed 2 nights here. Rooms were bog enough for a family of 5. Rooms were very clean. I'd come back again.

Met my wife here for a night. We had our two little doggies with us. They had no fee for the dogs and no cleaning fee for our dogs. Our dogs are civilized so I knew they would not make the hotel room into their personal chew toy. We used the pool at 9 am. We ate breakfast at 6 am. Parking was full when I woke up in the morning. This could be an issue for some people but for us we had no problem. The place was great. We will be back. My only issue was some idiot slamming his door at midnight. But that isn't the hotels fault that rude people stay there too. Staff friendly. We look forward to staying here again. June 27th we stayed here.

My family and I have stayed here twice. People are very nice, courteous. Very nice and clean, rooms are GREAT. I would definitely recommend you stay here.

Absolutely amazing for under 100 dollars. All the amenities and a nice big flat screen with HD satellite TV. Waffle maker, sausage, eggs, and bacon for complimentary breakfast. Building was really nice and the bathrooms are nice and large. Very nice front desk and in the parking lot police rolled through just doing a security check. Very happy about that since I had my boat with audio equipment in the back of it. Very close to good restaurants that are open late. I will definitely come back.

Great hotel. Excellent staff.

The rooms are very well setup for business travelers. We stayed here for a week and will come back again since the Hampton is always booked. The bathrooms are about what we're looking for and the room setup has a desk for your laptop, big flat LCD TV with high def channels, and the usual decent lighting. I had a choice of wired internet or wireless. I was in walking distance of BJ's brewery so that worked out well. The only thing I would like to see better would be the breakfast bar. I would like to see bigger cups (not dixie cups) and maybe eggs/bacon/sausage every day.
