The best hotel in Moreno valley by far. The staff are always giving you service with a smile. I ask for my room cleaned way late and they did it right away and made me feel special. Breakfast is really good with a wide selection of good tasty food. The rooms are super clean. And they have a pool and gym. I love this place.

This hotel was a great choice. It was comfortable and the staff were very hospitable. My only dislikes were the carpeting and the upholstered chair and ottoman. They were really dated. You really can't tell if they were clean due to their really dark colors. Wood flooring and leather furniture would be better swaps. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

Really nice staff, they make it their business to put you before anything. Thrive to make the customer feel at home and like family.

I try and stay at nice hotels, because of bed bugs. I stayed here, for renvation on home, got to room showered, had a fee guest, went to get in the bed and was itchy, felt bites, I said oh hell no, bed bugs, grabbed my things and left. Do not stay here, it isn't a nice hotel and has bed bugs.

I liked my stay that I would definitely stay again, really nice interior design and decor, the bathroom in my room was nice and was all together so sink, toilet and shower which I prefer, lady at check in was nice and friendly. 32in TV, digital AC, nice bedding, overall I enjoyed my stay.

Nice folks, third turn over in 3 yrs. Breakfast not as good as before. Watered down gravy, had to wait for biscuits, no yogurt, Danish, pancakes or waffles — out of order. Dry mini choc chip muffins Very limited selection, & very limited amounts.

I check all the reviews and people is so retarded. That give this place bad reviews this place is 5stars has everything you need. People here they are nice at the office and all the people working there. Breakfasts 5 stars, clean rooms 5 stars, pool 5 stars, beds clean 5 stars, my kids love this place this is our second time here and we will be back every time thank you guys you guys are doing a great job.

The area is not very nice but the hotel is clean. They offer free breakfast.

Pool was cold. Hot tub was out of order. Hotel was undergoing some major updating as carpet was being put into the hallway. Bed was comfortable. Price was fair for the area.

Over and Above. That is what you will recieve here. I have been travelling for 20 years and this hotel has excelled far beyond my expectations. From the front desk respectful hospitality, to the breakfast staff. What an awesome place. Matches Hampton or Marriot courtyard in this newly renovated hotel. The service is over the top, rooms are clean and fabulous, and the breakfast is off the chain. Do yourself a favor and book it!

Clean, nice, and stylish. New and fancy towels. Never see such great breakfast. And I know my review almost sounds like fake, but I am very pleasantly surprised.

We just checked out after a one night stay and were very impressed. The place is neat and clean with nice modern decor and amenities. The breakfast is fantastic and the staff is very friendly. Oh and most importantly the bed was plush and comfy We will definitely stay here on our next trip down here. Thank you Mulberry life, George and Traci Afana.

It really was not a bad place to stay at got a few days. I didn't have any issues. The rooms have really good sound proofing because I couldn't hear other rooms or people passing in the hallway. Stayed for work so I wasn't there much in the daytime, but when I was there it was quiet. Would stay again.

Loved my stay there. Nice clean rooms. Staff is Great! Breakfast was Gray except the biscuits were hard as bricks everyday of our stay there but I would definitely go back. Guest laundry room was a plus.

The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and all had a great sense of humor. Facility and room were very clean. Haven't been in a hotel bed this comfy besides home. Don't be discouraged by the drive there. Will definitely stay here again. Left my phone in three room when I check out, went back later, and they had it safe and sound!

I've stayed here a couple different times and both times the beds were so hard I was sore the next day. Once the coffee maker had mold in the water reservoir. Make sure you check it before pouring water in it. The Wi-Fi is mostly nonexistent. The staff is very friendly is the only thing good about it.

So I checked in at 11:45 pm on 07/25/2015 needed a room to stay for a trip to 6 flags tomorrow so I wanted to get a nice room so I decided to reserve a room at the Holiday inn express so me and my girlfriend walked in and realized there was toes nails all over the floor before you enter the bathroom this is disgusting and gross so we called the front desk from our room and explained what we experienced and the gentleman starts laughing as if it was a joke and said I'm going to send security up to your room so we waited and security shows up takes a look and said we gonna send someone to clean the room # 333 nobody has showed up to clean it and it's been past 1 hour I'm decent let going to Report to the business better bureau and nobody has apologized or switched us rooms or even came to clean the room poor customer service horrible assistance.

Seriously impressed. I'm actually writing this in my hotel room now. I've stayed in 5 star hotels that are worse than this. The rooms are huge, the beds comfy and the staff excellent. The rooms have fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and coffee machines. Completely self contained. They lose one star for really awful pillows, the fact that I can hear my neighbor snoring through the thin walls and the Internet is pretty slow. Too slow for Youtube I'm afraid. Minor annoyances but collectively worth deducting a star. I'm pretty hard to please but this place is one of the best budget hotels I've ever stayed in. I'm a visiting skydiver so used to staying in the cheapest, dankest hotels for the sake of saving a few dollars. This place surprised me beyond belief. I wish my apartment at home was like this.

The world would be a much better place is all customer service was as good as it is here. They have earned our repeat business.

Love this Place. My Husband and I Love to just get away for a weekend. Perfect Clean Comfy Beds and Awesome customer service.

One of the friendliest hotels I've stayed at nice rooms with flatscreens and good free breakfast I would recommend to anyone.

The gentleman who checked us in (manager) was extremely courteous. We are here on a motocross trip and he conversed with us about it. The next morning he remembered us and asked how riding went, and then when we had a/c problems he remembered our room immediately and quickly relocated us to another room. The breakfast was great, the entire staff was pleasant and kind. Highly recommended. If im ever in the area again, i'll be back for sure.
