The stay was decent. Table had a wobbly leg and phone didn't have a dial tone to call out. The pool was very small. The aircondioner was older but held up in the heat. Check out was good. The "breakfast" was a small cinnamon roll according to my husband, so he walked to the Denny's down the street. The pictures are when my husband and I were on the way to check out.

Nice place but, water supply wasn't very adequate.

First room the door wouldn't even open. Second room there were ants everywhere. Third room there was a bar of soap and a used shampoo bottle in the shower. Bar of soap had hair on it. Bottom of the tub was dirty. Dirt underneath the pillows. Sign clearly says "no loud music" but other residents are playing until early in the morning. A cat roaming around. Worst experience ever. I never let my feet touch the floor. Bought my own towels as well. Refrigerator barely kept anything cold. They didn't even have utensils. I was definitely not getting in their pool.

Ants and roaches in rooms. Building falling apart. Molding and trim falling off. Beds are hard and uncomfortable. Way too expensive for what you get. Will never stay at this place again.

Clean, quiet and polite. Great hotel rooms.

Wifi is nothing short of horrible I remembr the dial up modems they run fsster.

Room was very clean, price was great and hospitality was great.

Not a great place. Some obvious drug dealing in the parking lot. The attendant is unavailable for long periods of time. I moved to a different hotel.

Customer was charged for a suite but was given a single room and would not refund the difference in price. On top of that they wouldn't provide clean towels and said they would charge for the dirty ones. Smh.

Low budget. Good for a quickie.

Looking around the room there was plenty of small repairs needed. At least 3 light switches that didn't work or there was no light bulb in the fixture. The floor is not carpeted and to just look at it it looked clean, but if you walked on it with socks or bare feet you could immediately see just how dirty it was.

Nice Room but there rude and dont allow visters.

We were sbown a price of $68 $77 with tax but when we went in to the office the desk clerk wanted to charge $120.00 outrageuse… bad buiness…

Rooms were clean, walls in bathroom needed more attention. Wi-Fi not so good.

Was pleasently surprised to see the rooms looking so nice, clean and updated. The beds are clean with large mattresses and new floors are nice. I definitely think an update to the office and outside of the buildings would do the motel justice, but im greatful that I feel comfortable in my room.

Comfortable beds with fridge. Well needed rest and had someplace to put our leftovers after dinner.

The rooms are nice. Location is quite. The "free breakfast" was not much of a breakfast at all. More like donuts, individually wrapped honey buns, 4 peaces of toast, and orange juice. Id hardly call that breakfast. Other then the lack of actual breakfast items, for example, eggs, sausage, pancakes. The hotel was acceptable.

I had reserved my stay and enjoyed my visit. The front desk employee was helpful and nice. My room was clean, everything worked great and I have no complaints. I'd definitely go back.

Rooms are big with king beds. Staff keeps rooms and property clean and well maintained. Plenty of parking. Close to restaurants and shops. Office managers are wonderful. Light breakfast served in lobby. Not too noisy, but does get a lot of guests, particularly on the weekends. Prices are good, too.

My TV was horrible. I got a non-smoking room but it smells like nothing but smoke.

Absolutely disgusting. Had to switch rooms twice before finally giving up and just going to a different hotel all together. Trust me, you can find something much better for the price you pay here.

Just checked in here and the room is clean. On the other hand, there is no TV or Wifi. Furthermore, the pool and the hot tub are full of trash and leaves. When I book a room I expect that it provides the amenities that it advertises.

Hi my name is Tina, on March 28th, 2016 my husband Lamar went to the Econ lodge hotel (address 24412 Sunnymead Boulevard moreno valley, ca 92553) and booked a room for a week ($430) for the next day, they booked it but never gave him a room number or reciept. He left and that night he got arrested for protecting me. And me as his wife went that very day to tell them the situation and that he didn't even step foot in the room or even know what room, and they knew who he was and remembered. I asked for his money back, I had my Driver's license and our marriage license proving we were married and even had him on the phone to confirm it, and they refused to give the money back, explained it's a policy and he had to be there in person. I asked for her name her name was violet but wouldn't give me a last name, I asked for her supervisor or manager and he wasn't there, so I left my name and number she knew my situation. And she said he would call, and I've called numerous times asking for him and or his phone number. They wouldn't give me his number or he is never there or does he return my call. I was wondering if you could help us out? I don't understand why I cannot get my husband's money back and or why I can't speak with the manager of that hotel.

Its nice, clean, and very spacious.

Their under renovation right now. The newer rooms are nice. It's in a darker part of town.

Better than anticipated, I will stay here again if I'm in the area. Front desk staff is very curious and professional. Carpets could use a cleaning & the directory needs updating but overall stay was good.

Stayed one night and had to leave that same night. Why? Bugs and cockroaches in the room. Didn't know they rent out rooms to the bugs as well. Their were bugs in our bed once we were about to go to sleep. We got all our stuff and left, once I told the cleaning ladies their about the problem they were like yea OK. Almost like they knew and weren't surprised by it. They only took off $20 from my bill! What a joke this hotel is and their employees. Stay away from this place! I even uploaded pics for you all to see!

Room was nice no Capet. Pretty fake woog floors everything seemingly clean. Is in bad area of town but the cute lil hooker down stairs didn't influence my stay experience. Much worse places for the same if not higher rates.

I had a very bad experience with this hotel. I booked a stay for my brother and his girlfriend as a Christmas present, but the manager (Jason) was unable or unwilling to work with us to honor the reservation since I was not present myself. It turned into a very stupid fiasco. Terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor — head to the Travel Inn down the street, where the management is friendly and competent.
