American Inn & Suites in Pomona is practically the only motel I can think of with full working kitchenettes. They do their best to keep the customers happy. I always enjoy myself when I stay there.

It was ok we didnt hang out side like everyone else becasue it was for one night and I was just grateful that we even got a room it was kinda out of our area but like I said we were just happy and grateful that we had even got a room to shower so it was good for the night …

Do not come here thinking they have Wi-Fi just because it’s advertised on the street. Furthermore, don’t make the mistake of thinking this is a real motel. These idiots have one PUBLIC, UTTERLY USELESS Wi-Fi network for over 100 guests — most of whom are homeless families living on vouchers. You will be sitting in your nasty room with no Wi-Fi and 20 cable channels listening to nothing but riff raff and construction that starts as early as 7:30 am. On the plus side — there’s no roaches. But if you’re a woman staying here and you’re bold enough to leave your lame ass room at night you may or may not be raped or human trafficked.

My boyfriend and I stayed here back in July and August just for 4 hours each time during morning hours. Saw no roaches and no riff raff. No druggies, no working girls, no trashy people. Rooms are big and comfortable. Boyfriend thought it was pricey at $80.00 for four hours. Front desk person told boyfriend we had to have same last name. We didn't of course. They still rented a room both times. I'm not a working girl by no means. Just two horny people needing a room.

I stayed here with my 15 year old daughter it was disgusting. Kitchen was filthy and there were roaches. I was supposed to stay there a week I left the next day. For those that have written good reviews about this place must work there or is hired to write good reviews for this facility because there is no way they would say they would stay there again and that they had a clean room. They had a prostitute get yelled at in front of my room door. Ugh … anybody that writes a positive review for this hotel show me what your house looks like before you obviously like living in filth. This hotel is nasty.

Comfortable stay! Great hospitality! Clean courteous genuine housekeeping. I enjoyed my delightful stay here thank you AMERICANS INN FOR EVERYTHING.

I can not give tbis placr any stars at all. This place is beyond disgusting iy made me cry. So many roaches tbe rooms are disguisting. Grease all over the kitchen the Cock Roaches are unbelievable this is no way near a family environment. Very sketchy people all over the place its unbelievable. This is to the owner please do something about this place the roaches are unbelievable. My children were afraid to go to sleep. I did not sleep at all just couldnt thank goodness it was only for 1 night. I am beyond words. Do not stay here this place needs to be condemed. The health department needs to come in here. Honestly I would rathet sleep in a box along thr dirtest freeway. No way family friendly. Please run as far as you can do not stay here.

Worst place ever just incredible to see what this room is and I mean a breeding ground for filth and roaches. Dirty is a good word for this place spent the night sleeping in a chair while roaches where. Moving all around me, yes I had to stay here because I'm going through a difficult part of my life my kids were scared to fall asleep. Come on now as a human on this earth why would you let your place of business fall to this. I'm very scared for future clients of this hotel and for current ones. I will never stay here again and I hope something is done about this my review is true to the heart and please to the owners take this to heart and fix the issues you have.

The price is high and some of the rooms are nice and bad. The level of the tenant is often in the middle of the night there is a knock on the wall or the sound is loud to affect the rest of the situation occurs and regardless of day or night there are many non-accommodation of outsiders and vagrants in this way seriously affect the safety of normal accommodation guests and children and women, and recently many blacks Non-resident) this appears to see the tenant in the doorway smoking will go to the smoke. If not, sometimes it will be abusive, and no matter the day or night will stay here for a while, to steal other people's belongings is really worrying and fear.

American inn and suites is a great place to stay at whether for long term or short term. The front desk receptionist was very polite and knowledgeable about the hotel. The receptionist was able to give me answers for any questions about the hotel. He also made sure to let us look at the room before taking our money. The rooms are clean and have lots of room. They are alao very reasonable when.

This hotel is by far the worst place I have ever stayed. It is extremely ghetto and dangerous. There is lots if criminal activity taking place here out in the open all day and night. It is super sketchy to walk from the back parking lot to your room. Lots of gangsters, drug addicts, and junkies here. During my month stay here, I witnessed the cops here almost every day because of people fighting. There are domestic issues here between couples all the time, you can hear people fighting in nearby rooms and actually hear the rumbling going on inside the room, then you hear a crying female running out the door with some dude yelling behind her to get back inside, while kids inside the room are crying because their mom just got beat up by the boyfriend. It's complete drama here everyday. Even the kids who are always playing outside are up to no good, and I have seen them putting other kids up in corners, pushing them and threatening them. And 2 days before I left here, there was a huge brawl out in the parking lot between 2 females, then their boyfriends came out and jumped in along with some kids, and everybody was literally stomping each other out in the parking lot. And the worst thing about it, is that it happened near the motel front office, with the owner standing outside the office watching the whole thing and he didn't do anything at all about it and never said anything to anyone and the cops were never even called.

House prices are high and some of the rooms are good some but the bad drop is too big. The cleaning lady's are amazing everything is super cool, the outside can be a little bit intimidating but is just the people doing their routine, I guess?

Disgusting. I don't know what this guy Steve Stull's standards are, but this is just the place if you're a bum, a low life, a drug addict, a junkie or all of the aforementioned rolled into one. I have made it my personal duty to make sure the the local police deoartment's narcotics survailiance unit begin keeping a very close eye on this place and it's inhabitants.

Very nice place. Clean, quiet and accommodating staff. Public transportation accessible and freeway accessible. Nice view of the mountains.

If I could give it less stars I would. Druggies and 'working ladies frequent this place. I found drugs on the floor when brought it up with management they called me a junkie and said they were my drugs etc. The rooms are dirty. There are roaches and bed bugs. The plus side there's a kitchen.

Run down, and ridden with riff-raff. The shenanigans are non-stop.

I do not recommend this motel whatsoever. The room I was originally assigned had a lot of roaches. I complained to management, and I was told there were no more rooms available. A handyman was called, and he sprayed the roaches with an unknown spray. Even the handyman said the roaches were bad. The manager on duty gave me a room on the 2nd floor… which also has roaches but to a lesser degree. The rooms do come with a full kitchen and bathroom and fridgerator, which may be the reason why the rooms are filled with roaches. Either way not good.

Clean very friendly pool was delicious! Planning another stay for early August 2017!

Hi this is Elizabeth aldrete. Hsppy to write thst I love the staff, they are nice and professional. Verry honest house keepers the rooms are nice and they are big. Open pool everyday. They have security walking around. U can feel at home and cook ur home cooked meals with a full kitchen full size refrigerator and big microwaves. Free fast Wi-Fi. It is well worth the affordable price.

Ok environment. Lots of kids to interact withfor other kids.

I expected this place to be horrible but it isn't that bad, I keep sitting up waiting to see a bug or something and nothing. The Indian guy at the front desk is nice and the microwave and mini fridge are cool, the room is spacious a little. I will say the room is barely maintained, it isn't the cleanest but it's do-able, the walls and floors need to be scrubbed (I travel with my own cleaning products) maids or not I just like to clean the space I'm going to be in. It's okay… I wouldn't come again unless I had to though. The walls are thin and this lady keeps yelling next door and there are a lot of people around and you won't exactly feel safe but other than that enjoy your stay lol!

Has Wi-Fi, but quite slow. Parking is a hassle. Room is low to mid grade. Hot water in the shower is decidedly absent. Room service is ninjaesq and professional.

Location was close to Pomona Fairgrounds. Rooms were modern and clean with wood floors flat panel LCD. Service staff was superb.

Everything is well serviced. Clean rooms, always helpful! I have no complaints.

Rooms are nice and the kitchens are full.

There is even a pool there that goes all the way to 8 feet.

I travel a lot in my business and been to many hotels and suites. I had business in pomona, as I looked around for a place to stay for a few days I notice this place. Let me say that the people who were in the office was really kind and thoughtful. I got a 1 bedroom there and wow was I suprised that the room was so cleaned and the kitchen was perfectly clean It had a fridge, micowave, and oven, which was great since I get tired of eating out. I ended up staying over 4 days and the maids and maitness was Great also had clean towels and when my air wasnt working within 1 hr it was fixed. I HAD A GREAT experiance at american Inn. I am for sure to come back, when I have to come back to pomona. Thank you staff and management for all the Help.

Its a decent, cheap place to stay for a long period (2-3 months) its close to a lively area with lots of shops and especially resturants.

Ummm a bunch a tweekers here lots of noise but its clean for the most part.

Probably the nicest and cleanest environment at the cheapest price. Where else can you get maids that clean your room and a kitchenette between 250.00 and 300.00? This is most definitely the best bang for you buck.
