Front desk staff was inviting and polite. I was impressed with the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms and bathroom were nicely done with a modern look. Beds and pillows we're very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was outstanding. Great variety of different foods. Overall had a wonderful stay.

Front desk staff was very polite and helpful. From first impressions the lobby was clean and inviting. The room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel is in a great location with easy access to the freeway. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic. It provided a large variety of different breakfast items that you would not expect from a complimentary breakfast. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

In town to visit family and Disney. Beds were comfy, place was very clean, breakfast was GREAT, pool was nice and warm and clean, my kids loved it. The only factor that keeps me from giving this hotel 5 stars is the noisy doors. The doors slam very hard and it kept my kids and family awake every night. They need something to quiet the doors. I'm surprised more people aren't commenting about the doors. You can hear the doors that are even 6 or 7 rooms away. Wear ear plugs at night. Also, there was a creaking noise from people walking upstairs.

Got a suite with a king size bed, the room was very nice and spacious, there wasn't much service being used but I guess the front desk was pretty knowledgeable.

Location was eh. Neighborhood didn't seem super great. Lobby and free breakfast were great and updated. Night staff wasn't very friendly, but morning staff was great. Room was clean and pretty updated.

This was a nice place to stay overnight after a day at the races (Santa Anita). We also wanted to be able to watch the Yankees beat the Angels instead of being stuck in weekend traffic! It was nice, clean and all of their associates were great and fun. The complimentary breakfast was very nice too.

For the type of hotel it is, it was very nice. The atmosphere was clean and modern. Service was friendly. Free parking, Wi-Fi, and breakfast is really nice. The rooms look exactly like all the pictures online. I would definitely stay here again is I am ever in the area again.

The place is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Resturants and shipping within walking distance. For price in area you got a deal.

Extremely friendly service. Beds were comfy, everything was clean. The cinnamon rolls in the morning for breakfast are AMAZING. No joke, they turned into all I ate for breakfast. The breakfast selection is very good as well. Free parking, free coffee and bottles of water available.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, yet lacking fridge or microwave. The breakfast is as good as you can get in three stars hotel, much better than most of them.

Overall the hotel was clean and up to date. The room I stayed in was clean, but the carpets had an odd odor. Elevator is a bit slow, but there are 2 so it is not too bad. Internet was also slow, but there was a sign in the lobby saying they were in the process of updating their Wi-Fi.

Very nice hotel. This is the most cost efficient holiday Inn I've ever been. Parking is free in their two-floor parking garage. Breakfast is free and decent. Front desk staffs are very friendly. The room is clean. Would recommend this to my friends.

Nice, clean, well-designed rooms. This is exactly what I'd hoped for. Staff was friendly. They provide an almost excessive towelage (new word), and all the right amenities are here. I'm happy with my stay.

Clean, well-made room is what I cannot expect more. Complementary breakfast includes hot sausage, pankakes, and eggs. Quiet enough to take deep sleep, tub and shower worked just fine. I will take this hotel again for my business stay in Pasadena.

Nice clean hotel. Staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast was one of the better ones I've had in a while (nothing beats Embassy Suites). Room was very spacious.

The hotel itself was nice enough. The rooms were comfortable and large. There wasn't enough lights in all areas and you had to turn each light on and off individually which got annoying… There was a small gym, however you had to go outside to get to it. There was a decent free breakfast which had a good selection of hot items.

I go to a lot of Holiday Inns around the world. This one unfortunately is one of the poorest. 2 queen room that really is 2 twin bed room. No fridge, really small. Only one chair that is primarily used for the in room desk. If you don't mind sitting on the bed your good. Always clean like the rest. Really nice staff like the rest.

This was a great hotel. It was a little pricey for 2 nights, especially w/no restaurant. Otherwise, it would be a 5. Pool is nice and very clean, uses salt not chlorine. Rooms are comfy. Staff is very polite. Breakfast is good and healthy. Great experience.

I stay here for a few days ever 2 months and Im giving the place a 2 star on the furniture set up and the pool hours. Everything else is 5 star… We stay in tbe suit and it has 2 rooms and they TV in the main room is right up against the entrance of the other room. The tvs speakers are designed for the sound to bounce off the wall towards you but in this case it goes loudly right into the other room. There is plenty of space for the TV to be in the other spot in the room but then it blocks the hugs pretty window I guess. So if you have guest sleeping over you might want them to go find quite out by the pool. Well unless its before 1030 because the pool is closed and locked up. Ive guess the california weather isnt good enough for a pool. Im from AZ…

Convenient to the Rose Bowl & Madre Gold Line stop. Very pleasant room with K-cup, mini frig & microwave. Complimentary breakfast offered good options, but not fresh fruit salad (sigh). Pleasant & helpful staff. Pool, whirlpool with handicap lift; business center in spacious, airy lobby. Parking structure.

If you need a place in Pasadena and you are a member of the IHG rewards club this is the only choice. Standard Holiday Inn Express experience. Room was stuffy and air conditioner noisy.

Location is inside a plaza by the dealerships. Inside is clean with free breakfast in the morning. We had a double bed room and we found the room to be spacious enough. Bathroom is decent sized with a spacious sink. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Place sucked! One working elevator that takes forever. I extended my stay and they still checked me out of my room and bagged up my stuff. On top of that while bagging up my stuff they didn't notice the valuable SD memory card that never made it in my bag. It had my work materials on it. Worst hotel EVER!

Staying here is much better than staying on the strip. If you need to stay in Vegas to visit someone, or just not gamble and otherwise waste your money in general — then it makes more sense to stay here than the strip. Unlike hotels on the strip, the Wi-Fi is free for HHonors members, and Cox subscribers. The HHonors Wi-Fi is fairly fast, and I was able to watch YouTube on the connection. The Cox one is okay — but I wasn't able to stream YouTube more than 240p, and that connection kept dropping. The rooms are clean, and they have lots of nice amenities that hotels in Vegas don't have (e. X. Free water). One minor complaint is that the included breakfast was 'meh' at best, and I couldn't really find anything that I liked — but I don't really care because there was cereal.

Very clean and modern. Very friendly staff. Away from the hustle and bustle of old town Pasadena. Free in-room Wi-Fi, free parking and free breakfast all a plus.

We enjoed the clean rooms, premise and attentive staff. We stayed a long time and everyone was courtious, and professional.

It's a nice place and very comfortable but our toilet stopped working and they didn't come for three hours and I have two kids.
