Best value I've seen yet. Most of the rooms are completely remodeled. I stayed at a Motel 6 the day before and was charged more! Compared to Motel 6, this place is cheaper in price and the rooms are nicer. For $10 less then a Double "Standard Room" at Motel 6, I got a remodeled Double "Deluxe Room". I am definitely done with Motel 6 in the surrounding area. I don't even mind driving out of my way to come here!

It was very lugat and the price was very good. The truth $100 dollars for that place was not worth it.

It's ok but, management needs to have a class on people skills. They are rude & it seems as if they are prejudice around Mexicans & a few others unless they have big money or at least look like they have money.

The hotel room itself is nice, looks recently renovated. It has a fairly big TV for motel standards with a good selection of shows, has a fridge and microwave. The reason this is a 1 star is because this place shares a wall with a night club that's open until 2am. So if you're light or moderate sleeper, falling asleep is nearly impossible. Both nights I stayed here I couldn't go to sleep until 1:30am when their stupidly loud music finally stopped. And Google maps doesn't display this night club whatsoever unless you specifically search around the motel and type in "night club. " Decent motel located in a bad spot.

Relatively clean especially for the price a lot of people in the neighborhood racing all evening.

Clean, easy to get to, friendly employees.

Wonderful experience had jacuzzi size tub spent most of my time in it wonderful staff the cleaning ladies could step up their Pace but all in all a great time.

The rooms are nice but there's really not a breakfast so if u came here for that u only get cereal and fruit.

The room was clean… presentable… n very nice. The marble tile was beautiful. Very satisfied with the overall experience.

Have stayed here many times and always have a great experience. Have witnessed a couple domestic altercations from tenants but not the managements fault. Rooms are always bounce and a great price. Haven't witnessed any cockroaches.

Friendly front desk, very accommodating. Will make it my go to place to stay when in town! Close to just about every thing you will need and want. UPRR friendly!

Might be called " Ontario " but really it's I'm Montclair. If u map the address for Ontario u will end up hella far down the street at some tweeker momo.

Our room was clean, and stocked with basic amenities: soap, towels, generic shampoo/conditioner. We didn't spend much time in there because we only needed it to sleep, so we don't have many complaints. The floor of the tub could have been a bit cleaner but we brought shower sandals so whatever. The bathroom floor can be slippery if wet, put down a towel before you step out of shower. I see alot of people saying there was roaches, but I didn't see any… We did check covers when we got there but they were clean too, the air conditioning works great. We stayed in a room with double beds for the 4 of us and it was not cramped, cosy sure. Theres a small table to sit at, and PLENTY of parking, if the asphalt slots run out you can park in the dirt lot connected to the place. Didnt use the pool but hey, there is one, if small. Let's see, check in/out was pretty easy. No surprise fees. 120 for 4 People? Pretty cheap considering it was during Insominaic's Escape Halloween music festival, and we didnt do the booking until 2 weeks before. (We like to live dangerously). All in all, it is a budget hotel. It's not the Hilton, but if you want a sparkling room with a buffet breakfast and fresh squeezed oj for breakfast, you're gonna have to fork over what that costs at one of the nice fancy hotels you cheapskates. This was a good stay.

Nice enough, big rooms nice big flat screen with an adult channel! And a pool plus free basic breakfast. Good hook up Motel.

One of the best VALUES for the money. It's a bit of a "trade off" though… Maintance vs. Price and availability. Rooms are large but not pristine. Hot tubs are a nice feature.

Not a bad spot for a quick or last minute stay. Walls are a bit thin for my liking, I heard a bit more than I wished. And the bathroom could have been a bit more kept up… but all and all, it was ok. And all of our transitions were smooth and easy, I appreciated the service we received.

This place is beyond disgusting! I've stayed here before a couple of times and it was great every time, no complaints or anything, it was very clean but im currently staying for the night and this place is infested with roaches! By this I dont mean just crawling in the walls and restroom floors, I mean this is ridiculous! Let alone, there were 3 in my bed!

I advise you not to stay at this place. Found roaches in cabinet. Call to tell the front desk what I found and all I got was attitude. They didn't want to give me my money back, but they eventually did.

The front desk man was so nice and respectful. The room was clean and comfy.

Able to accommodate late at night. The room was clean but smelled a little like cigarettes, when I asked for non-smoking. Be aware of wandering beggars.

Microwave, mini fridge, walking distance to Subway, Carl's Jr, 7/11, cable (Showtime) and plenty of towels… Good place to stay. I did NOT see any roaches so that was a plus!

Me and my family were visiting from Florida and Ive seen with my own eyes the male manager lets the pimps bring prostitutes into the hotel. Then the kitchen area had roaches under the waffle machine. There is mold in the rooms from the carpets getting wet from the air conditioning. This place is so unprofessional everysingle person that works there. The hotel next door is way much better. Beware Do Not Go There.

Good but too much noise for a while. Bike you that place and the night club's next door is an evil place could not sleep much noise.

I stayed last night at the ontario inn suits in Ontario ca. Customer service was really good in the after noon but when my boyfriend and I whent to ask for towels in the morning the man working at th front desk was rude and had attitude and responded that their where none at the moment. As I was walking back to my room I look to the right of the office and their where plenty of towels available. I believe that the man is homophobic because he saw my boyfriend and I holding hands then he gaved us a dirty look. I loved the service the lady gaved us when we got their only thing I would change would be to train their staff to not judge or disrespect their customers because no matter what they feel towards certain peoples perspective of how they live their life they have to rember that they have a job because we are paying to stay their.

I stayed here bc I was in town for work. There were homeless and drug addicts hanging around the pool area and all over the complex. After walking through all that I got to my 3 1/2 star room that clearly wasn't even close to that. More like a 1 star. It obviously wasn't cleaned good or probably not at all. After having a terrible nights sleep bc I didn't wanna sleep under the blanket. I got up and went to work. Later that evening at work I noticed a bug bite… then after about 30 mins I noticed about 10 more. Got off work went back to my room and pulled back the sheets and sure enough… bed bugs all over the mattress. I went to the office and they tried to give me another room but I just left out of fustration. I called them when I got back home to Dallas to complain that I had to throw away my suitcase and all my clothes bc I wasn't chancing getting bed bugs in my house. I asked for compensation for my losses bc clothes and luggage is not cheap. The response was to wash my things! I explained to them that that's beside the point and I didn't want to chance it bc bed bugs and decusting. He said he would have the manager call me Monday… I travel for work and have stayed in alot of hotels and this was the worst I've ever stayed at. Please do not stay here unless you cool with all this.

My husband and I are Over The Road Truck Drivers. The manager was very nice helping us park our truck, he was nice enough to give us a room close so we can keep an eye on our big rig during our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean except the carpet, which I addressed to the manager and I hope he follows through. The Wi-Fi connection was horrible, but nothing could be done about it because our room was too far from the modem at the office. The manager did his best to resolve the issue so good points for that. Overall this hotel is good if your a truck driver, worn out by L. A. Traffic this place is good for some R&R. Not many hotels in the heart of the California cities are generous enough to allow truck parking.

Stayed here was roaches everywhere it was the nastiest place I have ever been never again will I visit this sorry excuse of a motel will call the health department.

So me and my husband we stay in the hotel over the weekend they give us a key for are room to are surprise we open the room and a lady with her children were there sleeping the lady got scared we apologies and closed the door. I went to the front desk and told them about it they didn't even say sorry give another key and the husband of the lady from the other room came and knock on are door very mad about it. Thinks could of got bad. Because of there negligence.
