Great hotel in Downtown LA.

Come to the Bonaventure several times a year. this is an outstanding hotel, with great services, and it is located in the busy part if downtown and many wonderful restaurants. Staff if great and helpful.

Quiet family friendly positive atmosphere. Great food & service superb.

The hotel has a great location, we had the most beautiful downtown view from our room. Amazing customer service, from Edwin at check in, the sweet ladies of the cleaning crew to valet, restaurant, bar and security.

Hotel was amazing lots of space, friendly staff… Shame not all the facilities were open wanted to try the Bonavista Bar… food amazing in lobby bar. Only downfall landed from New York at 9am arrived at hotel we couldn’t check in or used facilities until 3… which would have been nice as left NY hotel at 3am. Rooms amazing clean, spacious & we would definitely book again!

The location. The beautiful suites that are so comfortable. Excellent dining and courteous, friendly staff. Met delightful people from all over the world.

I got married and had my reception there 20 years ago my husband took me Saturday for anniversary a surprise to have dinner at LA prime food was delicious staff was nice and friendly everything was just fabulous I had a great experience brought back beautiful memories.

I highly recommend this hotel. This weekend was amazing because of the excellent service from valet parking, bell hop, oh the cuisine, room service, the maid and the check — in at the front desk. I am coming back again! If you want to have a good time, go to the sports bars, 34th floor.

Impressive hotel, considering it was built in the 70's and it has about a dozen restaurants. The thing is you wouldn't even know it as they are stacked on upper floors. The staff and location were great.

Poor customer service, rooms over priced and toilet overflowed and no reimbursement or room changes where offered. Escalator not working. Room extremely small a pull out bed would fit inside.

Recently stayed at Westin and would not recommend. Parking is $50 a night and not mentioned while booking. Was told the pool was heated and it was not heated. Another thing don’t even plan on visiting the pool unless u make a reservation for the pool. Was not informed that room will not be cleaned daily unless requested. Reaching the front desk is nearly impossible. Took us 30 mins to reach the front desk to requests towels. Don’t stay here.

The overall appearance and view of the hotel is breathtaking. BUT, that’s pretty much where the pros of this hotel end. For the price, the rooms are ridiculously small. There is no microwave in the room and the ONE dorm sized microwave located on ground level is probably as old as the hotel. For instance, pressing stop actually starts the microwave. Lol. The restaurants on site are closed, which I don’t understand considering I called to ensure they were open NOT one week prior to booking the hotel. I have to keep requesting towels and rags, which I think is also absurd. There are two of us. So, why would think two towels and two rags would get us through the day? Th tubs are small as well. Valet parking is an expensive joke. $50 a day to park at a hotel that’s I’m staying at… Overall, I simply just do not recommend.

It’s awesome! The staff here have always been awesome! Since 1978 when my family stayed there on our way back from Denver going back to Japan. So whenever I plan or family plans to go to the LA area I tell my family and friends to stay there. Not one complaint except for they wish they could live in the hotel itself. No matter what time of day we would arrive the staff are always professional, friendly, courteous and most of all always very helpful. We have come across their security staff who would try to keep vagrants/homeless off property, but the security staff were so so nice that many times I (we) witnessed them being very human and giving them something to eat, some cash to go and get something to eat and more.
If security staff in this big hotel can show compassion to others no matter what the situation, I will definitely recommend it. Even the staff in all their stores, restaurants, maintenance/utility, housekeeping and boutiques are all helpful and friendly and courteous. Thank you for all the over 100 times my family and or I stay at your facilities. And thank you for taking care of my friends and colleagues Bonaventure hotel staff! So heck yes! I will always recommend the Westin Bonaventure Hotel to stay at!

Wonderful service! I just can't say enough aboot how much I enjoyed my stay. Absolutely the best customer service and cleanest and best experience. Special thanks to "Q" who was an amazingly helpful concierge for the entire city of Los Angeles!

Everything was closed. No where to eat so we had to resort to some food from the bar. 60.00 for 2 ugly burgers chips water fruit and a muffin. However the rooms are beautiful and so is the view. It is also down the street from the hospital. Od come back when everything is open. There is a spa and a bar and places to shop. Right now, because of the covid not too good.

We booked this hotel because I was here before and I liked the fact that the room were clean newly remodeled, but this time I was amazed, by the dirtiness, old rooms, moldy, people were walking in and out like they were in a “ house-of-ill — repute” just to express myself nice, suddenly I woke up in the middle of a horror movie. We asked to have the room changed but it was even worse, so we had to cancel our reservation after only 20 min “. I suppose a hotel can get ruined in one year. I’m wondering what happened to that part of the hotel that was renovated cause now it’s like I walked in the dirtiest motel ever. I’m extremely disappointed.
And I want to mention I described very polite what I’ve seen tonight.

Good location did not like that I was not told there were extra fees at checkout. Probably will not stay here again.

Beautiful place but I’m disgusted by the government intrusion closing restaurants in forcing people to wear a face mask that is just as useless as the California governor.

I truly enjoyed being at the hotel as the staff were extremely helpful, the restaurants and bars had a lot of options, and the kids were able to enjoy themselves as well. The hotel is pet friendly and they even have a grass area for the pets. I will definitely stay here again!

We’ve been staying at the Westin Bonaventure for many years. Rooms are always spotless and service very good. Staff cheerful and helpful. It’s an amazing hotel and the design is timeless. The circular towers can be confusing but that’s the fun of this place. Love love love it.

Nothing special about this location except for it’s central location. The rooms are pretty generic — nothing special in the way of decor or ambience. The gym is great thought!

Would have been nice to know they charge $49 for the valet services.

Fantastic location near the financial district in Downtown Los Angels. Walking distance to many nice restaurants and breweries. The hotel has good rooms and a fantastic employees, many if whom are union members.

This place and the staff are amazing but the design of this building is more like a maze. The service in the brewery here could have been more attentive and friendly. We waited forever for service and when the waiter did arrive he acted as if he was being put out taking our order. We saw him once and then someone else dropped the food off. No one came out to see it we need anything else. When I went to pay the bill he was hard to find and once again acted put out when I did locate him. He tossed the bill and then turned around and ignored me completely even though I had my card ready in hand to pay. Obviously you wouldn't be searching for your bill if you didn't want to pay it. So hotel was great but when your paying 20 dollars for a burger you should at least have good service.

The hotel is pretty good and well located but the quality of the rooms could be better, especially at this price.

Didn't get to use the hotel but for Memorial Day I visited the Bonavista Lounge for some drinks. The atmosphere was incredibly impressive, it wasn't crowded at all, and the view was amazing. I love the design of the place too! We went there at the tail end of daylight so the view only got even better once the city lights started shining underneath us in the night. The rotating view really sealed the deal!

Great place in the heart of downtown Los Angeles. Staff is awesome and the facilities are outstanding. Came here for a long weekend with the family. From the pool, gym — everything was great. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and grand central market. Will come back and recommend.

We only stayed one night, but it was a wonderful experience. I had one of the best burgers I've ever eaten from room service, and the breakfast buffet was heavenly!

This is an experience to savor and soak in during your time to dine-in. At approximately 5 degrees per minute, this revolving restaurant boasts great service, amazing view and delicious food. My date and I had only ordered starters and a drink for each of us, and we were already very satisfied.
Our server Jazmin, thoroughly explained the menu to us, and made suggestions on popular choices since it was out first time. The alcohol was made just right and you can taste all the flavors that it has.
When you come to a restaurant like this, you would expect to sit where the view is amazing and undisturbed; you have 2 seating options. You can sit at a larger table with a circular booth that opens towards the outside view, or you can choose to sit at the 2 sitter coffee table-sized dining spots. Wherever you sit, you get a fair share of the view because the booth areas sit a little higher and you can see over the heads of other guests when you look out. Its also nice spaced out so its not very crowded.
I am definitely coming back here again for another special occasion.

It's the perfect dystopia from Los Angeles. Visit this jewel of the disorienting architecture before someone decides it is not worth the maintenance.

Great date night experience at the revolving lounge. Definitely a bucket list item for any Angelenos and even those people visiting from out of town staying in the downtown area. It's dizzying at first when the 360 lounge starts rotating but you get used to it about 10-15 minutes in before the food arrives. Great views of downtown LA, would recommend to other, keep in mind food and drinks are a bit pricier but you're pretty much paying for the views and revolving lounge experience. Sweet and spicy chili wings are a must get! Hummus was served in a large portion enough for 3 to 4 people. Shrimp cocktail were jumbo shrimps and tasty cocktail sauce but wings had the best sauce spread on them! Bone sucking good! Check in on yelp for free shrimp cocktail.

We enjoyed our 5 day stay here. Nicely located near everything. Staff is more than accommodating. They were very polite and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Only we didn’t use the outside pool since it was January and too cold and windy to swim. Would have been better to enclose the pool in a big tent for winter use.

I didn't stay here. I'm sure it's fine. But the interior is Gilliam's Brazil meets the Mall of Doom (so very quiet except for the fountain) but the canned music sounds like Blade Runner's high-pitched, futuristic, and vaguely Asian singing billboards. A tacky billboard would be welcome in this mausoleum to taste. Plus elevators are color-coded like the Metro, and stairs are hidden behind these giant brown, cylindrical towers. Shiny, dark, and absolutely silent, like the financial buildings around it. Capitalism kills, people!

A modern and luxurious place located in Downtown Los Angeles has gym, pool, restaurants all very good. The employees are very kind to you. Highly recommended.

I gave this hotel 4 states because the staff is always polite, helpful and respectful. We attend a conference for times a year here and the food and service during our meetings is good (they really have some of the best bacon around). The facilities are clean and the bedding is truly "heavenly". It is well situated, dog friendly and has nice outdoor space with a pool (no jacuzzi). The elevators can be slow and the air conditioning and water pressure/ heat are not up to par. They have a little market that opens later in the day so it stays open later, but it's a bit pricey. Overall, I enjoy staying here.

Check in was east, staff are polite. The rooms are small for the high price charged ($240 for a king sized single room) but amenities are better quality than most. Overall very happy with the cleanliness of the hotel. Beware that only valet parking is available ($49 even for hotel guests). I recommend parking at Pershing Square garage ($16 overnight) if you won't be going in and out too often.

Bona Vista Lounge… excellent place to share with friends or family have a few drinks and eat something light… with a spectacular 360 view of downtown LA, for its turntable…

Excellent hotel, very clean, great room with a very nice view, a very good idea for the 4 colors of the lifts of the towers, each lifts a tower to a different color, not too far you can find a large supermarket area, and even clothing stores such as Zara…

Staying at Westin Bonaventure was an amazing experience. Yes, the rooms are small. But it's only like that so each room in every round tower can have an amazing view of the city! There is an option to rent workout shoes and clothes, so there is no need to have extra baggage to pack to use the gym. I LOVE all of the healthy meal choices available and the several options within the hotel to eat and shop. I stayed here for 2 nights to participate in a conference, and every amenity was taken care of. Looking forward to my next visit!

I loved it a lot. Everything is very clean and the service is very noble.

All good from the beginning to the end. The hotel has parking but is valet car park with a fixed rate of 24hrs, we pay $47.

The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. We had no problem with valet parking (aside from using the automated payment system, since it wouldn't recognize my validation). The lobby bar was well stocked and our server was fast and accurate. The lobby area has been featured in a number of futuristic movies, and with good reason — it's a very sharp place, with lots of water features and open space. We were only there for a few drinks, but had a good time and look forward to our next encounter there!

It's located right downtown L. A, got the room through Hotwire on a little discount. Beautiful view, very nice room. Not much for breakfast options unless you're paying 30$ for a plate but good nightlife around. Make sure to bring a nice set of digs if you're planning on going out. Quite a few places downtown L. A have dress codes. The Weston can lend you a set of nice clothes for 5$, I thought that was cool.

The view is the hammer. Especially the elevators have done it to me. A lot of attention was drawn to the detail, the lobby is very noble. This hotel simply offers everything you need. The staff are all nice and accommodating. No matter if valet service, bar or lobby. Sometimes you hear the road a little, but you can still sleep well. Don't understand why you're complaining about something like that. You really barely hear it. The air conditioning is the hammer! 5 minutes and the room is just the way you want it. The furnishing of the normal rooms is simple and beautiful. You have everything you need. The bathroom is beautiful. The location of the hotel is of course convenient and nice because it is centrally located in downtown. In the evening, however, it is relatively dangerous on the streets. But who is in town, actually the location is great. Unfortunately, I had a crying baby right next door. But I think it would have been heard in any other hotel.

I went to the Bonaventure Brewery for a social event. It's easy to get lost. The patio is very nice and clean.

Very nice. It is very large building so there is lots of walking involved… getting to the pool was an adventure (don't forget anything before heading down) The room was excellent with floor to ceiling windows and helpful staff were exceptional.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The location is really close to Sky Space. We walked to Little Tokyo which is about a mile away, but the weather in LA was awesome. The hotel had everything we needed and the beds and pillows super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Oh and hit up the pool, lovely area to relax!

The Westin hotel in LA is large and has its own little mall integrated into floors 4-6. The elevators move quickly, the rooms are kept clean, they never failed to provide us with more complementary toiletries, but the main issue was that we had to sit in the valet garage for over 30 minutes waiting for bell service when we first arrived. I eventually had to go up to the main lobby myself to ask. They also forgot a small piece of luggage and we had to go back down to grab it ourselves. Otherwise I had a pleasant stay and I will be looking forward to staying there again.

Amazing foyer area with water fountains and a bar/restaurant. 4 levels of shops, but unfortunately they were closed over the weekend. Room was amazing and there were many services listed at reasonable prices. They offer workout gear (shoes, clothes) for $5 rental. Rotating bar at the top level with a restaurant above it. Not cheap but excellent service and well worth it for the meal.

We stay here four times a year, and the staff are always gracious and accommodating. The renowned design of the Bonaventure alone is worth the stay. The beds truly are heavenly, and the views from many rooms as well as the glass elevatorsand the rotating lounge are phenomenal. It's walking distance close to many excellent restaurants in downtown LA.

We stay at the Bonaventure every few months. They are wonderful. The staff is amazing and helpful. Some of my favorites are Vicky at the front desk, Oliver in banquet services, Candace and Stacy in event services. the hotel is comfortable and smells wonderful. the only issue I had was there was a problem with the hot water early one of the mornings. I love this hotel and will always come back.

The hotel here is very nice and is sectioned off into four different colored towers and a central tower. The four tower house the express elevators which take you up to your rooms. The first four floors contain many eateries ranging from fancy sit down to fast-food which are all good. The top floor also has a restaurant which gives a great view of the Los Angeles downtown and it also slowly rotates and a nice slow speed as to not get you dizzy.

This place was great! We only had 1 night to spend in CA so we decided to splurge a bit. The Westin Bonaventure Hotel definitely felt like a splurge but was actually a great price considering the location and quality. All of the employees we encountered were extremely nice and helpful. At check in we asked for dinner recomendations and the girl gave us lots of options within walking distance (ended up going to Cafe Tiramisu which was also AMAZING! ) We joined their loyalty club before making the reservation and got some extra perks. Our room was on the 15th floor (a premier room for only~$10 extra) and it was really quiet-no city noise at all. And the room doors have well functioning shocks and don't slam so we didn't even hear any of our neighbors coming or going. Will definitely stay here again.

A great hotel! I would definitely come back. We stayed here for business and pleasure. The location is perfect! We walked to our destinations because the area is nice and safe enough. The walk to the Ferry Building to catch the light rail was not bad, especially since there was a Starbucks on the way! The room was nice and comfortable.

The room was smallish and oddly shaped, even the bathroom was cramped and slanted. The food was alright but very overpriced and parking is $47 a night for guests. Our room was in the blue tower and the while things seemed a little… run down. I didn't mind paying so much for what I thought was going to be a great, luxury hotel but all I can say about the Westin Bonaventure was that it was a disappointment.

Only a couple of hours I was at the hotel, the bar has good service and does not face and also a Starbucks in the bar there.

Great service, the bone in ribeye steak was delicious. I just don't like how all the sides are charged separately instead of just being included in the price of the entree. Free valet parking with validation was great, although the entrance to it was a bit hard to find.

I absolutely love this hotel. I've stayed here two times and both times have been more than pleasant. The service is great and the views from the hotel are absolutely beautiful. Not to mention, the rooms are spotless.

The unique architecture has caused this building to be used in many shows and movies — and when you're inside you'll understand why! The interior is clean, and the hotel employees are super, super friendly. Rooms are all a bit different in style, but are well done. This hotel does feel a bit cold/sterile inside due to the design and use of exposed concrete — so I wouldn't label it as "romantic". This is a better choice for a business stay than a family or vacation stay.

I was staying here for my wedding. Had a suite for the boys, one for the gals, and one for after the wedding (honeymoon suite). Expensive rooms, but worth the money. My wife told me that the service wasn't so good, but from what I've experienced, the service was great. Centrally located, great rooms, and decent amenities. Verdict? Stay here if you can appreciate nice things and don't mind paying for it.

I loved our stay at the hotel. Everything about it was amazing Room had a comfy bed, microwave, fridge, was very clean, and had free wireless internet Breakfast Healthy and supper amazing breakfast. Everything was from Trader Jose and The coffee was delis. The food was not your average cheap breakfast. Parking: Free parking (park and walk to Universal Studios, you will save 25$) Distance to universal: 2 block walk then take the free universal shuttle (you save 25$ a day if you park at the hotel Staff: Robert was very nice and helpful. He was very welcoming and he made you feel like at home. It honestly deserves 4 starts. I will book it again when I go to Universal City.

Had an excellent time at this hotel. Very great location if you're into art (2 cheap museums nearby). Beautiful atmosphere and a great view. Plenty of great food within walking distance as well. I highly recommend this hotel if you have the budget to support a couple nights. Something that was not mentioned was the parking situation ($45 a night for valet as the only viable option within a reasonable distance)

Let me start off by saying I didn't go here to stay in their rooms. I went to see a beautiful building outside and even more impressive inside. So this fornthis of you who have driven by and wondered how it looked from the inside. Go abd check it out, it was worth my time to see a Los Angeles landmark.

Mediocre service, over-hyped, definitely worst valet service I've ever had in life. Would you like to carry your own bag through a giant hotel and pay $50 for it? Hotel staff is nonexistent near valet. Small rooms, disappointing views, also complete disregard by housekeeping to read do not disturb signs. You will be rudely awakened at 8am.

Location for our event was perfect. Very nice hotel, beautiful, clean. We did have an issue with one person on the staff and would have given it a 5 except for him. Parking is outrageous, you're better off at parking at one of the city lots nearby. Again, the hotel itself is great. Excellent condition and well kept.

I was disappointed that their valet parking was full, but I'm still rating it 5 stars because of how they handled it. The attendant was so pleasant in helping to make my experience perfect. The parking was less than they had quoted me, and it's directly across the street. My room was beautifully situated overlooking the city, which is gorgeous at night! The customer service on the room was excellent and expedient. I ended up down at the bar just in time for last call, where they were totally accommodating to me and my girl-friend, as we hadn't seen each other in over 15 years and just wanted to hang out and catch-up. The staff let us stay and drink hot tea after our cocktails were finished. We attended events all weekend in the hotel, and everything exceeded expectations.

I didn't like my experience on the first night because when I was trying to sleep; I woke up to the sound of people having sex at 4:12 am (Los Angeles time). The sheets also had a stain on it. So overall The walls too thin and the cleaning of where I slept was questionable. Patricia, housekeeper, was vary nice and friendly. Love you! For breakfast, I got pancakes and bacon, but the pancakes weren't good to me, and the pice was high too. I was also hard to find where we had to park to enter the hotel, and I don't know if it was more of we were tired or hidden from us. I have been gone all day and my room was not cleaned at all. I don't understand why they wouldn't clean it.

I went there for a vacation weekend with some friends for Anime Expo and I honestly haven't had a nicer hotel experience then I did overall. The hotel amenities were also great with their complementary pleasantries. The hotel was also clean, the staff all great, and it had us doing quite a bit. Never resulting in a boring stay! I may come back if I need a hotel for that area.

My Fiancé and I was at this hotel for her birthday and we had a great time while we were there. LA Prime Restaurant at the top of the hotel, the food was exceellant. The shopping and Hollywood was awesome.

I booked a room here for 6 days. It was very annoying as soon as I landed. Racist and unprofessional valets. I would come in and out this place for a jog. All the hot white women got big hellos. 1 old, fat, grey haired valet in particular simply rolled his eyes at me every time I walked by. Confronted him I asked him if he knew me. Dude got nervous said no. The rest of the hotel staff gave me a simply hello or nod of the head. But the valets are just old horn dogs looking for a tip. Ate at some of their restaurants on the 3rd floor. Nothing special. Great looking exterior building. But definitely will not come back here.

We like to book this hotel when we stay in downtown Los Angeles. If you request an upper room facing the lake, the view is phenomenal. It is a good value, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and the hotel is centrally located to wherever you need to go.

Excellent hotel. I usually don't stay on this side of the river for whatever reason but was here for a meeting. Great location and very good staff.

Its the basic overpriced hotel with nothing to offer but a decent view. The place has a very bad moth problem flying around on the elevators.

We liked it. The hotel is beautiful, the view from the window is lovely, good location.

I can only comment about the bar in the middle of the lobby but not for the bar. I know it's "drink thirty" or "5 o'clock" somewhere but let's be real. At 10:30am on a Saturday morning, the only thing I want to order is a Starbucks coffee. When I say Starbucks coffee, it's only the sign that says "We proudly serve Starbucks coffee" so stop with the mocha frappaccino or the flat white orders. That's not going to happen here. The lady who took my order here already has that look as if I was going to ask for one of those fancy schmancy drinks. Just a small coffee to the top, no need for room because I drink my coffee black. In case you wanted to buy me a cup of coffee, now you know. I've walked through here during lunch time too and it's a nice lounge to hang out in. Whether you're waiting for your taxi or ride to the airport or just meeting friends here. Many changes have happened within this hotel so this is not the only part of the hotel that has gone through upgrades. The rooms are now hooked up, a new restaurant adjacent to this lounge, computer area for guests to print airport or shuttle passes, makes everything really convenient for the business traveler. I would save my money for a nice dinner instead of staying here. Then again, what's for dinner because there are many nice restaurants here too.

A stay at the Westin Bonaventure or the Salvation Army during hurricane Katrina. Which would be a more pleasent of my two experiences? Originally I would assume the Westin, until my phone call with Rick at the Front Desk. I had a fligt issue and wanted to be courteous enough to let the staff know that I'll be doing a late check in and to verify that it wouldn't be a problem. As a person who travels frequently and accustomed to excellent service, I believe strongly that any guest at any hotel should be treated proffessionally, polieteand with respect. In my case, having book a night stay roughly averaging $3, 000 for the Palisades Suite, I with reason expected top notch service and get what I'm paying for. A Suite that is honestly outdated that reminds me more of my grandmother's living room, over priced food and horrible Wi-Fi connection could have been turned a blind eye and swept under the rug until my call with Rick put everything over the top. He answered the phone with attitude, was rude and had condescending remarks. By the time I hung up, I was shocked as to what took place, it was then I thought I would much prefer te rescue shelter in Louisiana where everyone was polite, attentive and accomodating. All during a hurricane! I'ts unfortunate in my opinion that Westin and Starwood puts so much effort to train how to offer the "Westin Experience" to their employees who clearly missed the class or just didn't pay attention.

I had a wonderful stay at the Bonaventure. Staff was very friendly and courteous, but you should expect nothing less at this price. The newer King beds are amazingly comfortable, and the combination rainfall/handheld shower felt like I was at a spa. Room service is definitely way, way overpriced. $36 for a Angus burger once all charges and taxes are applied. Save your self some money and go to the Bonaventure Brewing Company on the 427 floor, burgers are great, get them Medium-done, and it'll only cost you $13! Angry chef is also pretty good, and even cheaper! All in all, definitely a nice place to stay, especially if you're on business and work is paying ;).

Tired, tacky, bad service and expensive. To be avoided by all means, this property needs some serious renovation, the rooms and common areas are really tired, the LA prime restaurant serves average food at ridiculous prices, internet is bad and expensive. Overall one of the worst hotel experiences of my life @ over 300 USD per night, unacceptable.

At first glance the hotel decor looked to be outdated, but the old-style light fixtures over the bar are in line with this old-style, gracious place. The architecture was very interesting. We enjoyed the pool, fitness center, the very helpful concierge who really listened, and the room was nice. The only suggestion for improvement is that we felt Wi-Fi should have been included with the (fairly high) price of the room. Wifi is a commodity any more and not a luxury and it was inconvenient to not have it because we didn't pay for it.

I used to stay at the Westin in different cities. Never again! Not after they announced "No Israelis Allowed. " What next? No Jews or African-Americans allowed? Shame on you, Westin! And in such an allegedly cosmopolitan city like Los Angeles! Outrageous bigots.

A little expensive, but there are some pretty cool things in this hotel. -The elevators are crazy, they're on the outside of the hotel. So you get a great view and you should definitely take it to the top floor. -The 4th/5th floors have food and stores to check out. -The pool is a little small, but it has a nice view and lots of sun. -The concierge and people that work there are really nice -There's a Starbucks right across the street, the library around the corner, and a ton of bars/restaurants that are walking distance -The train is a few blocks away I didn't get to check out the rotating bar/restaurant, so I'm going to have to go back and check that out.

Rooms come at some corners in the years, but this bad nix. Saber, nice, price is right. Vista is really great. Very much recommended.

Very nice Hotel, very modern facilities.

Good location and great service. The views from the elevators is awesome. Only drawback is the volume in the rooms. Even on the 27th floor, the street is still good to hear and the fan in the bathroom running permanently and loud. We have parked outside that has paid off.

The service at the hotel is good. Everyone is striving to solve each problem. The rooms are now little used and needs of a renovation. Strange noises came from the air conditioning always starting at 3 am. The in-house brewery is highly recommended. "Overnight Parking" beats already a bigger hole in the holiday Fund with $40 a day.

Everything very well. We will be back!

Everything so beautiful on the outside as inside, and views could improve the breakfast, are scarce in comparison to hotels in Spain. It is interesting to read what famous movies were filmed in its elevators. Don't forget to ask for kind size bed: P.

I was there at the suggestion of a friend and then visited there many times on his own initiative.
