Amazing property with great ambiance and rooftop pool.

4 Stars ✨ was amazing and the best hotel I have ever stayed in!

First time in this luxury hotel and love the spacious, clean room, and friendly staff that starts at the valet parking, to the front door and lastly the front desk. Love the decorations throughout the hotel. The only downside is the way around. It seems that you are in a maze, trying to figure out where your room is located. Overall, I will definitely be back before the year ends.

For the price it’s not worth it. The rooms are super small.

Save your money and go elsewhere. Just checked in and found the bathroom items empty (empty boxes displayed) and the pullout couch dirty (hair and food crumbs). The manager couldn’t come to the room (hotel appears to be short staffed) and won’t give us a refund so we could check out & go elsewhere. After a long shutdown, you would think they would have had the time to really clean the place. Very disappointed.

Fabulous Art Deco, old Hollywood decor. Friendly, courteous staff. Loved it and I will return.

Do not stay here, it's been more than 2 months and hotel didn't get back to my husband yet. To cut the story short, my husband and his friends stayed in their hotel and their room got broken into. 3 Rolex watches were stolen during their sleep. And hotel was not helpful at all.

This is an absolutely beautiful property.

This hotel would literally be perfect and 5 stars.
But I cannot recommend it at this point.
There was an alarm going off early in the morning, basically ruined sleep. I’m sure it’s not the hotels fault. They comped valet parking over it.
Most importantly, they sent me my folio and it was perfect, yet they have a folio charge on my CC for quite a bit of money. The charge is still there. I have called 4 or 5 days in a row nicely trying to figure it out. I pre paid for my room. The only charge was valet?
No return phone call to day. I don’t want the hassle of filing a credit card complaint.
With that said, I’m guessing this is rare.
Hotel staff … amazing, valet great, food awesome — both at the pool and Bazaar.
Great Champagne and wine lists. I loved this place. Even with the alarm, we said it would be a go to… but not if I’m going to be charged hundreds of dollars for no reason and can’t get a call back.

Let me just say this property is hands down one of my favorite destinations! First of all, the staff is AMAZING! They welcome you 'home' when you arrive and make sure you feel this feeling throughout your stay! You are greeted with a red carpet and from the lobby to the rooftop you are surrounded with style, design and LOVE! I HIGHLY recommend! THANK YOU SLS!

Why settle for anything less when visiting LA. Very modern chic hip hotel with impeccable service starting right with the valet staff and front desk. Easy access from LAX and car rental facilities. Close to everything and Craig’s is super close for celebrity spotting.

I truly cannot say enough about this hotel and its staff especially Kyle and Neil.
We were treated like royalty and family at the same time.

Cool trendy hotel. The staff is nice and the rooftop pool is nice. The breakfast wasn't great. The rooms are nice. The spa could be better although the massage was very good (Kat). The hotel offers a house car that will take you anywhere in a 3-mile radius for free which is convenient.

Was a bit disappointed for a recently renovated luxury hotel. Walking down the hallways felt more like a motel than a luxury collection property. The room was as described, but for the nigghtly rate this hotel commanda is definitely more for the location than the rooms themselves. On the plus side, the staff was excellent though; they were very attentive and helpful as expected. The Bazaar is also a great restaurant and serves up some unique cocktails at the bar. All in all, it was a good stay, but there's just nothing to write home about in terms of the property itself.

From the minute we arrived at the hotel we felt like royalty. Absolutely phenomenal service. I am a Starwood platinum and I was upgraded to a deluxe suite. Very large room. Beautiful bathroom. The breakfast buffet is top quality with many fresh ingredients. I would definitely stay again at the SLS when I am back in LA.

Wonderful decor. Very unique and high end even for the center if Beverly hills. Great food and very creative drinks. A little quiet for such a gorgeous well located venue. Servers are a bit rude and service is slow.

Had drinks at the Bazaar by Jose Andres and then dinner right after. Amazing night with fantastic people. The chefs came out to greet us and I cannot thank them and the staff enough for giving us 5 star treatment and a delicious meal. Will return again and again.

I've been to two parties here. Both times, I was impressed with my SLS hotel experience. It starts with the valet and they are great. It is easy to drop off the car and always easy and fast to pick up my car at the end of the eventing. The hotel staff are all professional and well mannered. The bathrooms are clean. The hotel is very "cool. " My compliments to management because my entire experience with their staff has been uniformly positive. Hotel is clean and well maintained.

My girlfriend and I came in from London and this hotel was extremely nice. The staff provided us superb services, and the hotel is very modern & clean. We'll definitely reserve again on our next visit.

Truly a luxury hotel. Has great staff. The hotel amenities are great. The gym is also descent. The bathtub is huge almost like a Jacuzzi. The only reason why I have given it 1 less star is because of the room walls. This might sound funny but it's really weird to have mirrors all around the room. Almost all the walls are mirrors (even in the bathroom). Sometimes its really scary and it feels like there is someone else in the room even when you shower. I like to look at myself but not that much! It takes a while to get used to and after a point you don't notice it as much.

Loved the Crab Cakes and the Ahi with avocado… the Spicy Margarita were enjoyed as well… Fresh Flower displays in the lobby always a delight to see! The staff was very nice… a good brunch to try… OMG! The desserts! We left very satisfied…

The hotel is nice, but the "luxury" is a bit annoying. Every little move there cost a few bucks. Do not just start drinking the water in those fancy baskets before you read the entire brochure. On the other hand, all the accommodations were very good. The beds we're clean and comfortable, large bathroom with a nice comfortable tub. Mini fridge with some good drinks (very expensive). The parking is expensive too. There is plenty of free parking on the side streets.

I came here on a business trip and it was actually my first time in L. A. The hotel was very beautiful, and is definitely a boutique hotel. Everywhere you look there is something that will catch your eye. The staff was really nice, and even when we had an issue, the management staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The rooms were very nice as well. The only complaint I have is that the lighting was really terrible and made it extremely had for us girls to put our makeup on in the morning. Also make sure if you are rooming with someone, make sure you love eachother. The walls are paper thin and with all the mirrors, tile and glass, sound carries in the bathroom if you know what I mean. Sebastian from the concierge desk was the absolute best. He knows where to go and when to go!

Amazingly diverse seating arrangements from banquet-style to relaxed and private/ intimate spaces including fireplace, couches and comfortable chairs. Service staff exceptional. Buffet was fantastic, fresh, lots of choices with imaginative presentation.

A beautiful designer hotel in Philippe Starck's frettinstyle with large cozy rooms, beautiful sculptures and objects in the lobby and two Bazaar and Tres restaurants from my beloved chef Jose Andres. It's not cheap, but it's worth it. Friendly staff and great atmosphere.

Beautiful. Very particular, a furnishing and a structure of rare architectural beauty. As usual SLS is not mistaken. Great Restaurant area. Staff very helpful and friendly. Everything to the height of the chain's blazon. I did not sleep and I can not judge the rooms that I think however consequent.

A 5-star hotel deserves 5 stars. Stayed here twice. Rooms are pretty modern. The views are limited, but are still pleasant to look at. Have been to countless events in the ballroom. This is a union house! Good service. The catering kitchen food is decent. I love the SLS Hotel ❤️

Great property in Beverly Hills. Personalized service and great included benefits including: house car, turn down service, three on property restaurants, a pool and spa. As a 100-night Platinum elite member, the property surprised us with a bottle of cava and gourmet chocolates. This unexpected level of kindness made our trip. This property is one of the best SPG properties we've had stayed at, within the United States. A+

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our time at the SLS! We were treated like royalty as soon as we arrived till we left. And we are far from the super wealthy who visit more often. Our room was the nicest we've ever experienced. The only thing I can say it would have been nice to know there was going to be a late night party at the Bazaar with very loud music, just below our room, before we settled in. Overall wonderful experience!

I stayed here for a week. Expensive, yes but it's a five-star hotel. It's already a given. The service and food is nice. The room is really clean and luxurious. It was a great experience.

One of the most amazing hotels i've been to. The night view is the one I like the most. It's relaxing. The service is also nice. I stayed here for only three days and I am very satisfied with their care. The interiors are pretty luxurious. What can I say? This is a five star hotel anyway. So overall, I enjoyed my stay and I'll be coming back for sure.

I went to the SLS Hotel for their afternoon high tea as a part of a social event. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The tea itself had a good selection of treats, though I wish that there was more of a balance of sweet and savory. Overall it was a very special experience.

Very nice rooms, even though the years are already noticeable.
You need some maintenance to make the rooms look good.

It's a fun place. Very flashy, but quite fun. At the pool there was a DJ, that usually is my worst nightmare, but I have to say the DJ was fantastic and the music just at the right volume. Fun place overall.

Many boast. For the money of$ 500, Wi-Fi and Parking should be free. The children's pool. Depth less than one meter.

I attended Heaven on Earth's gala at the SLS. Everything was beautiful. The staff was friendly. The drinks were great and the vegan dinner was delicious.

After visiting the hotel for a work function, I have to admit that the service I received from the staff was absolutely top-notch. Everyone was very friendly and always smiling. They were very polite and made me feel very welcome. I look forward to my next visit.

The restaurant that I tried out was tres by Jose Andres. It was a very nice restaurant and very intimate with the seating they had. The drinks are really good I had a deconstructed gin and tonic and my girlfriend had pink Punk lemonade. It was very cozy in the restaurant and the staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs.

A great stay, a little windy on the rooftop but the pool was still the perfect spot to hang around in the afternoon!
I loved the view and the service was just perfect!
I can only recommend this hotel if you are ever to stay in LA!

A little bit too special. Nearby there is not much apart from a luxury shopping mall.
